In the university, analytical chemistry is an important basic course for junior college students. There is a variety of dialectical views, rules, and relationships of materialism in analytical chemistry. Fully excavating these dialectical elements and infiltrating them into the classroom teaching process is necessary. This will not only help students deeply understand the subject knowledge, but also cultivate their dialectical thinking mode, establish the correct worldview and scientific methodology. This is conducive to the same resonance frequency between knowledge education and thinking education, and fits the current course ideological and political education. In the present paper, combining many years of teaching practice, the author briefly explains the integration of dialectical elements in analytical chemistry with the corresponding teaching content. 相似文献

This article aims at how to cultivate top talents through analytical chemistry teaching by following the philosophy of teaching student to fish rather than giving them a fish. Throughout the course, multimode teaching practice was implemented via combining "large-size lecture classes" with "seminar and small-size learn-by-doing classes". It is hoped that through these efforts, the students will, at least in the analytical chemistry field, enhance the abilities to obtain and evaluate scientific references and research achievements, improve oral and written expression skills, and have hands-on DIY experience in assembling and disassembling analytical instruments. The multimode teaching practice is expected to make contribution to establish high-quality education system for top talents to stand out. 相似文献

随着纳米材料、膜材料、有机功能材料、离子液体,以及光电技术、计算机科学的发展,分析化学在色谱、质谱、光谱、电分析等各分支领域都取得了重要进展。当然,分析化学的发展也有力地推动了我国的生命科学、材料科学、医学、生态与环境化学、矿产、食品安全等许多领域和学科的发展和进步。近年来,我国分析化学学科在与生命科学的学科交叉研究十分活跃,主要集中在蛋白质组学、代谢组学、金属组学中的新分析方法和新分析技术,例如纳米生物技术、生物传感器、微流控系统与芯片技术等,取得了一大批重要的研究成果。此外,针对食品安全、生态环境监测、药品检测、流行疾病应急响应等人们关注的热点开发了许多新的实用技术与方法;在大中型分析仪器的研发方面也取得喜人的进步。共引用97篇参考文献。 相似文献

Taking the chapter of "errors and data processing" in analytical chemistry as an example, the teaching design, teaching practice and teaching efficiency of mind-mapping were explored. The derivation of the new knowledge point, the relation between the new and old knowledge points, their generalization and summarization were emphasized in the design of mind-mapping; the blackboard-writing and mixed-media complemented each other in the teaching practice, the guiding function of mind-mapping was highlighted; and students' logical thinking was practiced in homework. The teaching practice and questionnaire survey show that it is necessary to introduce mind-mapping to university classroom teaching. Mind-mapping can improve students' logical thinking, increase their "learning ability" and arouse their enthusiasm. The teaching effect is satisfying. 相似文献
