A series of novel soluble pyridazinone‐ or pyridazine‐containing poly(arylene ether)s were prepared by a polycondensation reaction. The pyridazinone monomer, 6‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)pyridazin‐3(2H)‐one ( 1 ), was synthesized from the corresponding acetophenone and glyoxylic acid in a simple one‐pot reaction. The pyridazinone monomer was successfully copolymerized with bisphenol A (BPA) or 1,2‐dihydro‐4‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)phthalazin‐1(2H)‐one (DHPZ) and bis(4‐fluorophenyl)sulfone to form high‐molecular‐weight polymers. The copolymers had inherent viscosities of 0.5–0.9 dL/g. The glass‐transition temperatures (Tg's) of the copolymers synthesized with BPA increased with increasing content of the pyridazinone monomer. The Tg's of the copolymers synthesized from DHPZ with different pyridazinone contents were similar to those of the two homopolymers. The homopolymers showed Tg's from 202 to 291 °C by differential scanning calorimetry. The 5% weight loss temperatures in nitrogen measured by thermogravimetric analysis were in the range of 411–500 °C. 4‐(6‐Chloropyridazin‐3‐yl)phenol ( 2 ) was synthesized from 1 via a simple one‐pot reaction. 2 was copolymerized with 4,4′‐isopropylidenediphenol and bis(4‐fluorophenyl)sulfone to form high‐Tg polymers. The copolymers with less than 80 mol % pyridazinone or chloropyridazine monomers were soluble in chlorinated solvents such as chloroform. The copolymers with higher pyridazinone contents and homopolymers were not soluble in chlorinated solvents but were still soluble in dipolar aprotic solvents such as N‐methylpyrrolidinone. The soluble polymers could be cast into flexible films from solution. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem 44: 3328–3335, 2006  相似文献

A one‐step method was reported for the synthesis of 6‐acetamido‐3‐(N‐(2‐(dimethylamino) ethyl) sulfamoyl) naphthalene‐1‐yl 7‐acetamido‐4‐hydroxynaphthalene‐2‐sulfonate by treating 7‐acetamido‐4‐hydroxy‐2‐naphthalenesulfonyl chloride with equal moles of N, N‐dimethylethylenediamine in acetonitrile in the presence of K2CO3. The chemical structure of the obtained compounds was characterized by MS, FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, gCOSY, TOCSY, gHSQC, and gHMBC. The chemical shift differences of 1H and 13C being δ 0.04 and 0.2, respectively, were unambiguously differentiated. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A series of organotin(IV) complexes with 2‐mercapto‐5‐methyl‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole (HL) of the type R3 Sn(L) (R = Me 1 ; Bu 2 ; Ph 3 ; PhCH2 4 ) and R2Sn(L)2 (R = CH3 5 ; Ph 6 ; PhCH2 7 ; Bu 8 ) have been synthesized. All complexes 1–8 were characterized by elemental analysis, IR,1H, 13 C, and 119Sn NMR spectra. Among these, complexes 1 , 3 , 4 , and 7 were also determined by X‐ray crystallography. The tin atoms of complexes 1 , 3 , and 4 are all penta‐coordinated and the geometries at tin atoms of complexes 3 and 4 are distorted trigonal–bipyramidal. Interestingly, complex 1 has formed a 1D polymeric chain through Sn and N intermolecular interactions. The tin atom of complex 7 is hexa‐coordinated and its geometry is distorted octahedral. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The 2‐aminobenzothiazole sulfonation intermediate 2,3‐dihydro‐1,3‐benzothiazol‐2‐iminium monohydrogen sulfate, C7H7N2S+·HSO4, (I), and the final product 2‐iminio‐2,3‐dihydro‐1,3‐benzothiazole‐6‐sulfonate, C7H6N2O3S2, (II), both have the endocyclic N atom protonated; compound (I) exists as an ion pair and (II) forms a zwitterion. Intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds are seen in both structures, with bonding energy (calculated on the basis of density functional theory) ranging from 1.06 to 14.15 kcal mol−1. Hydrogen bonding in (I) and (II) creates DDDD and C(8)C(9)C(9) first‐level graph sets, respectively. Face‐to‐face stacking interactions are observed in both (I) and (II), but they are extremely weak.  相似文献

In 2‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐1,2,4‐triazine‐3,5(2H,4H)‐dione (6‐aza‐2′‐deoxyuridine), C8H11N3O5, (I), the conformation of the glycosylic bond is between anti and high‐anti [χ = −94.0 (3)°], whereas the derivative 2‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐N4‐(2‐methoxybenzoyl)‐1,2,4‐triazine‐3,5(2H,4H)‐dione (N3‐anisoyl‐6‐aza‐2′‐deoxyuridine), C16H17N3O7, (II), displays a high‐anti conformation [χ = −86.4 (3)°]. The furanosyl moiety in (I) adopts the S‐type sugar pucker (2T3), with P = 188.1 (2)° and τm = 40.3 (2)°, while the sugar pucker in (II) is N (3T4), with P = 36.1 (3)° and τm = 33.5 (2)°. The crystal structures of (I) and (II) are stabilized by intermolecular N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O interactions.  相似文献

The understanding of intermolecular interactions is a key objective of crystal engineering in order to exploit the derived knowledge for the rational design of new molecular solids with tailored physical and chemical properties. The tools and theories of crystal engineering are indispensable for the rational design of (pharmaceutical) cocrystals. The results of cocrystallization experiments of the antithyroid drug 6‐propyl‐2‐thiouracil (PTU) with 2,4‐diaminopyrimidine (DAPY), and of 6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracil (MOMTU) with DAPY and 2,4,6‐triaminopyrimidine (TAPY), respectively, are reported. PTU and MOMTU show a high structural similarity and differ only in the replacement of a methylene group (–CH2–) with an O atom in the side chain, thus introducing an additional hydrogen‐bond acceptor in MOMTU. Both molecules contain an ADA hydrogen‐bonding site (A = acceptor and D = donor), while the coformers DAPY and TAPY both show complementary DAD sites and therefore should be capable of forming a mixed ADA/DAD synthon with each other, i.e. N—H…O, N—H…N and N—H…S hydrogen bonds. The experiments yielded one solvated cocrystal salt of PTU with DAPY, four different solvates of MOMTU, one ionic cocrystal of MOMTU with DAPY and one cocrystal salt of MOMTU with TAPY, namely 2,4‐diaminopyrimidinium 6‐propyl‐2‐thiouracilate–2,4‐diaminopyrimidine–N,N‐dimethylacetamide–water (1/1/1/1) (the systematic name for 6‐propyl‐2‐thiouracilate is 6‐oxo‐4‐propyl‐2‐sulfanylidene‐1,2,3,6‐tetrahydropyrimidin‐1‐ide), C4H7N4+·C7H9N2OS·C4H6N4·C4H9NO·H2O, (I), 6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracil–N,N‐dimethylformamide (1/1), C6H8N2O2S·C3H7NO, (II), 6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracil–N,N‐dimethylacetamide (1/1), C6H8N2O2S·C4H9NO, (III), 6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracil–dimethyl sulfoxide (1/1), C6H8N2O2S·C2H6OS, (IV), 6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracil–1‐methylpyrrolidin‐2‐one (1/1), C6H8N2O2S·C5H9NO, (V), 2,4‐diaminopyrimidinium 6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracilate (the systematic name for 6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracilate is 4‐methoxymethyl‐6‐oxo‐2‐sulfanylidene‐1,2,3,6‐tetrahydropyrimidin‐1‐ide), C4H7N4+·C6H7N2O2S, (VI), and 2,4,6‐triaminopyrimidinium 6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracilate–6‐methoxymethyl‐2‐thiouracil (1/1), C4H8N5+·C6H7N2O2S·C6H8N2O2S, (VII). Whereas in (I) only an AA/DD hydrogen‐bonding interaction was formed, the structures of (VI) and (VII) both display the desired ADA/DAD synthon. Conformational studies on the side chains of PTU and MOMTU also revealed a significant deviation for cocrystals (VI) and (VII), leading to the desired enhancement of the hydrogen‐bond pattern within the crystal.  相似文献

Cellulose ( 1 ) was converted for the first time to 6‐phenyl‐6‐deoxy‐2,3‐di‐O‐methylcellulose ( 6 ) in 33% overall yield. Intermediates in the five‐step conversion of 1 to 6 were: 6‐O‐tritylcellulose ( 2 ), 6‐O‐trityl‐2,3‐di‐O‐methylcellulose ( 3 ), 2,3‐di‐O‐methylcellulose ( 4 ); and 6‐bromo‐6‐deoxy‐2,3‐di‐O‐methylcellulose ( 5 ). Elemental and quantitative carbon‐13 analyses were concurrently used to verify and confirm the degrees of substitution in each new polymer. Gel permeation chromotography (GPC) data were generated to monitor the changes in molecular weight (DPw) as the synthesis progressed, and the compound average decrease in cellulose DPw was ~ 27%. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were used to characterize the decomposition of all polymers. The degradation temperatures ( °C) and percent char at 500 °C of cellulose derivatives 2 to 6 were 308.6 and 6.3%, 227.6 °C and 9.7%, 273.9 °C and 30.2%, 200.4 °C and 25.6%, and 207.2 °C and 27.0%, respectively. The glass transition temperature (Tg) of6‐O‐tritylcellulose by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) occurred at 126.7 °C and the modulus (E′, Pa) dropped 8.9 fold in the transition from ?150 °C to + 180 °C (6.6 × 109 to 7.4 × 108 Pa). Modulus at 20 °C was 3.26 × 109 Pa. Complete proton and carbon‐13 chemical shift assignments of the repeating unit of the title polymer were made by a combination of the HMQC and COSY NMR methods. Ultimate non‐destructive proof of carbon–carbon bond formation at C6 of the anhydroglucose moiety was established by generating correlations between resonances of CH26 (anhydroglucose) and C1′, H2′, and H6′ of the attached aryl ring using the heteronuclear multiple‐bond correlation (HMBC) method. In this study, we achieved three major objectives: (a) new methodologies for the chemical modification of cellulose were developed; (b) new cellulose derivatives were designed, prepared and characterized; (c) unequivocal structural proof for carbon–carbon bond formation with cellulose was derived non‐destructively by use of one‐ and two‐dimensional NMR methods. Oxidative cyclization of the sugar hydrazones ( 3a‐f ) derived from {7H‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐d]tetrazol‐6‐ylsulfanyl}acetic acid hydrazide ( 1 ) and aldopentoses 2a‐c or aldohexoses 2d‐f with bromine in acetic acid in the presence of anhydrous sodium acetate, followed by acetylation with acetic anhydride gave the corresponding 2‐(per‐O‐acetyl‐alditol‐l‐yl)‐5‐methylthio{7H‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐d]tetrazol‐6‐yl}‐1,3,4‐oxadiazoles ( 5a‐f ). Condensative cyclization of the sugar hydrazones ( 3a‐f ) by heating with acetic anhydride gave the corresponding 3‐acetyl‐2‐(per‐O‐acetyl‐alditol‐1‐yl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐5‐methylthio{7‐acetyl‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐d]tetrazol‐6‐yl}‐1,3,4‐oxadiazoles ( 11a‐f ). De‐O‐acetylation of the acyclo C‐nucleoside peracetates ( 5 and 11 ) with methanolic ammonia afforded the hydrazono lactones ( 7 ) and the acyclo C‐nucleosides ( 12 ), respectively. The structures of new oxadiazole derivatives were confirmed by analytical and spectral data.  相似文献

The α‐diimine‐ligated Fe‐complex, BIAN‐Fe(C6H6) , was synthesized and evaluated for the polymerization of l ‐lactide. Characterization of BIAN‐Fe(C6H6) reveals that it is redox non‐innocent and suggests that it is an Fe(I) species bearing a radical‐anionic ligand. We will demonstrate that BIAN‐Fe(C6H6) is active for the ring‐opening polymerization of l lactide, and that polymer is produced with, or without, the use of an added external initiator. Interestingly, very high molecular weight polymers are produced in the absence of external initiator whereas polymer molecular weights that agree with theoretical calculations are produced in the presence of external initiator. To the best of our knowledge, BIAN‐Fe(C6H6) is the first Fe‐based α‐diimine catalyst reported to be active for the polymerization of l lactide. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Aminopyrimidine derivatives are biologically important as they are components of nucleic acids and drugs. The crystals of two new salts, namely cytosinium 6‐chloronicotinate monohydrate, C4H6N3O+·C6H3ClNO2·H2O, ( I ), and 5‐bromo‐6‐methylisocytosinium hydrogen sulfate (or 2‐amino‐5‐bromo‐4‐oxo‐6‐methylpyrimidinium hydrogen sulfate), C5H7BrN3O+·HSO4, ( II ), have been prepared and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The pyrimidine ring of both compounds is protonated at the imine N atom. In hydrated salt ( I ), the primary R22(8) ring motif (supramolecular heterosynthon) is formed via a pair of N—H…O(carboxylate) hydrogen bonds. The cations, anions and water molecule are hydrogen bonded through N—H…O, N—H…N, O—H…O and C—H…O hydrogen bonds, forming R22(8), R32(7) and R55(21) motifs, leading to a hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular sheet structure. The supramolecular double sheet structure is formed via water–carboxylate O—H…O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions between the anions and the cations. In salt ( II ), the hydrogen sulfate ions are linked via O—H…O hydrogen bonds to generate zigzag chains. The aminopyrimidinium cations are embedded between these zigzag chains. Each hydrogen sulfate ion bridges two cations via pairs of N—H…O hydrogen bonds and vice versa, generating two R22(8) ring motifs (supramolecular heterosynthon). The cations also interact with one another via halogen–halogen (Br…Br) and halogen–oxygen (Br…O) interactions.  相似文献

Four crystal structures of 3‐cyano‐6‐hydroxy‐4‐methyl‐2‐pyridone (CMP), viz. the dimethyl sulfoxide monosolvate, C7H6N2O2·C2H6OS, (1), the N,N‐dimethylacetamide monosolvate, C7H6N2O2·C4H9NO, (2), a cocrystal with 2‐amino‐4‐dimethylamino‐6‐methylpyrimidine (as the salt 2‐amino‐4‐dimethylamino‐6‐methylpyrimidin‐1‐ium 5‐cyano‐4‐methyl‐6‐oxo‐1,6‐dihydropyridin‐2‐olate), C7H13N4+·C7H5N2O2, (3), and a cocrystal with N,N‐dimethylacetamide and 4,6‐diamino‐2‐dimethylamino‐1,3,5‐triazine [as the solvated salt 2,6‐diamino‐4‐dimethylamino‐1,3,5‐triazin‐1‐ium 5‐cyano‐4‐methyl‐6‐oxo‐1,6‐dihydropyridin‐2‐olate–N,N‐dimethylacetamide (1/1)], C5H11N6+·C7H5N2O2·C4H9NO, (4), are reported. Solvates (1) and (2) both contain the hydroxy group in a para position with respect to the cyano group of CMP, acting as a hydrogen‐bond donor and leading to rather similar packing motifs. In cocrystals (3) and (4), hydrolysis of the solvent molecules occurs and an in situ nucleophilic aromatic substitution of a Cl atom with a dimethylamino group has taken place. Within all four structures, an R22(8) N—H...O hydrogen‐bonding pattern is observed, connecting the CMP molecules, but the pattern differs depending on which O atom participates in the motif, either the ortho or para O atom with respect to the cyano group. Solvents and coformers are attached to these arrangements via single‐point O—H...O interactions in (1) and (2) or by additional R44(16) hydrogen‐bonding patterns in (3) and (4). Since the in situ nucleophilic aromatic substitution of the coformers occurs, the possible Watson–Crick C–G base‐pair‐like arrangement is inhibited, yet the cyano group of the CMP molecules participates in hydrogen bonds with their coformers, influencing the crystal packing to form chains.  相似文献

Crystals of 5‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2‐pyridone, (I), grown from a variety of solvents, are invariably trigonal (space group R); these are 5‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2‐pyridone acetone 0.1667‐solvate, C6H7NO2·0.1667C3H6O, (Ia), and 6‐methyl‐5‐hydroxy‐2‐pyridone propan‐2‐ol 0.1667‐solvate, C6H7NO2·0.1667C3H8O, (Ib), and the forms from methanol, (Ic), water, (Id), benzonitrile, (Ie), and benzyl alcohol, (If). They incorporate channels running the length of the c axis that contain extensively disordered solvent molecules. A solvent‐free sublimed powder of 5‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2‐pyridone microcrystals is essentially isostructural. Inversion‐related host molecules interact via pairs of N—H...O hydrogen bonds to form R22(8) dimers. Six of these dimers form large R126(42) puckered rings, in which the O atom of each N—H...O hydrogen bond is also the acceptor in an O—H...O hydrogen bond that involves the 5‐hydroxy group. The large R126(42) rings straddle the axes and form stacked columns viaπ–π interactions between inversion‐related molecules of (I) [mean interplanar spacing = 3.254 Å and ring centroid–centroid distance = 3.688 (2) Å]. The channels are lined by methyl groups, which all point inwards to the centre of the channels.  相似文献

In this study, (5α,7α)‐4,5‐epoxy‐3,6‐dimethoxy‐17‐methyl‐6,14‐ethenomorphinan‐7‐carboxylic acid hydrazide ( 5 ) was synthesized by the condensation of methyl (5α,7α)‐4,5‐epoxy‐3,6‐dimethoxy‐17‐methyl‐6,14‐ethenomorphinan‐7‐carboxylate ( 4 ) with NH2NH2⋅H2O. The (5α,7α)‐4,5‐epoxy‐3,6‐dimethoxy‐17‐methyl‐6,14‐ethenomorphinan‐7‐carboxylic acid 2‐[(arylamino)carbonyl]hydrazides 6a – 6q were prepared by the reaction of 5 with corresponding substituted aryl isocyanates, and the N‐{5‐[(5α,7α)‐4,5‐epoxy‐3,6‐dimethoxy‐17‐methyl‐6,14‐ethenomorphinan‐7‐yl]‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl}arenamines 7a – 7q were obtained via the cyclization reaction of 6a – 6q in the presence of POCl3. The synthesized compounds have a rigid morphine structure, including the 6,14‐endo‐etheno bridge and the 5‐(arylamino)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl residue at C(7) adopting the (S)‐configuration (7α). The structures of the compounds were confirmed by high‐resolution mass spectrometry (HR‐MS) and various spectroscopic methods such as FT‐IR, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, APT, and 2D‐NMR (HETCOR, COSY, INADEQUATE).  相似文献

A new phosphorus‐containing aromatic diamine, 1,4‐bis(4‐aminophenoxy)‐2‐(6‐oxido‐6H‐dibenz[c,e] [1,2]oxaphosphorin‐6‐yl) phenylene ( 3 ) was synthesized by the nucleophilic aromatic substitution of 2‐(6‐oxido‐6H‐dibenz[c,e] [1,2]oxaphosphorin‐6‐yl)‐1,4‐dihydroxy phenylene ( 1 ) with 4‐fluoronitrobenzene, followed by catalytic hydrogenation. Light color, flexible, and creasable polyimides with high molecular weight, high glass transition, high thermal stability, improved organosolubility, and good oxygen plasma resistance were synthesized from the condensation of ( 3 ) with various aromatic dianhydrides in N,N‐dimethylacetamide, followed by thermal imidization. The number‐average molecular weights of polyimides are in the range of 7.0–8.3 × 104 g/mol, and the weight‐average molecular weights are in the range of 12.5–16.5 × 104 g/mol. The Tgs of these polyimides range from 230 to 304 °C by differential scanning calorimetry and from 228 to 305 °C by DMA. These polyimides are tough and flexible, with tensile strength at around 100 MPa. The degradation temperatures (Td 5%) and char yields at 800 °C in nitrogen range from 544 to 597 °C and 59–65 wt %, respectively. Polyimides 5c and 5e , derived from OPDA and 6FDA, respectively, with the cutoff wavelength of 347 and 342 μm, respectively, show very light color. These polyimides also exhibit good oxygen plasma resistance. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem 45: 2897–2912, 2007  相似文献

Two novel cocrystals of the N(7)—H tautomeric form of N6‐benzoyladenine (BA), namely N6‐benzoyladenine–3‐hydroxypyridinium‐2‐carboxylate (3HPA) (1/1), C12H9N5O·C6H5NO3, (I), and N6‐benzoyladenine–DL‐tartaric acid (TA) (1/1), C12H9N5O·C4H6O6, (II), are reported. In both cocrystals, the N6‐benzoyladenine molecule exists as the N(7)—H tautomer, and this tautomeric form is stabilized by intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonding between the benzoyl C=O group and the N(7)—H hydrogen on the Hoogsteen site of the purine ring, forming an S(7) motif. The dihedral angle between the adenine and phenyl planes is 0.94 (8)° in (I) and 9.77 (8)° in (II). In (I), the Watson–Crick face of BA (N6—H and N1; purine numbering) interacts with the carboxylate and phenol groups of 3HPA through N—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonds, generating a ring‐motif heterosynthon [graph set R22(6)]. However, in (II), the Hoogsteen face of BA (benzoyl O atom and N7; purine numbering) interacts with TA (hydroxy and carbonyl O atoms) through N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds, generating a different heterosynthon [graph set R22(4)]. Both crystal structures are further stabilized by π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献
