In the title compound, N,N′‐Bis(salicylidene)‐2‐methyl‐1,2‐propanediaminato‐nickel(II), [NiC18H18N2O2], (CCDC 235278), the NiII atom is coordinated by two iminic N and two phenolic O atoms of the N,N′‐Bis(salicylidene)‐2‐methyl‐1,2‐propanediaminate (SALPD2‐) ligand. The geometry of the coordination sphere around the Ni atom is distorted square‐planar. Ni(II) ion, forms crystals which belong to the orthorhombic system, space group P cab, with unit cell dimensions a=11.5531(1), b=15.985(4), c=17.418(1) Å, V=3210.5(9) Å3. A new copper complex trans-Dichlorobis[4-methoxypyridine]copper(II) (1) was synthesized and its crystal structure determined by X-ray diffraction. The close Cu···Cl contacts between the molecular units form bi-bridged dimers. The Copper(II) ion completes its 4 + 2 coordination via interaction with the Cu···Cl close contact. The complex has a polymeric structure of infinite one-dimensional (1D) bi-bridged chains, consisting of six-coordinate copper(II) units. C–H···C l intermolecular interaction connect the 1D-chains in the structure of 1 which form to 3D structure. The π ··· π interactions between the aromatic rings are also observed in the hydrogen bonded assembly of 1. 相似文献

The title compound [[Cu(shen)]2(tp)], {[Cu(C15H17O4N2)]2}, where tp = dianion of terephthalic acid and shen = (N‐salicylidene‐N'‐(2‐hydroxyethyl ethylene‐diamine)) has been prepared and its crystal structure determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction at room temperature. The complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with four formula units in a unit cell of dimensions a = 12.298(2), b = 14.214(2) and c = 16.436(2)Å. The structure consists of binuclear units with Cu(II) ion bridged by the tp ligand in a bis‐unidentate fashion. The five coordinate Cu(II) complex adopts a distorted square‐based pyramid. A crystallographic inversion center has been located at the center of the benzene ring of the tp bridging ligand. The Cu … Cu distance inside a same binuclear entity is 11.069Å. Intermolecular aromatic ring stacking interactions were observed with the shortest atom to atom contact being 3.423Å. 相似文献

The compound [(C5H2N2O4)Cu(H2O)2]n has been synthesized and its structure determined at room temperature. The primary coordination sphere at the Cu ion is square planar with the orotate dianion coordinating at the metal through heterocyclic nitrogen atom and adjacent oxygen of the carboxylate group, the remaining coordination sites are occupied by two water molecules. The orotate dianion is tricoordinated to one copper via N1 and one oxygen of the carboxylato group and to another copper atom via the other oxygen of the carboxylato group. The coordination at copper is extended to five by the other oxygen of the carboxylate group of another orotate molecule. Thus, the molecules are associated to form chains, the carboxylato group acting as a bridge between the metal ions, the orotato-group being tridentate. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group. P21/n1 with a = 9.515(5), b = 6.925(2), c = 11.861(6) Å, = 95.285(9)°, D

A mononuclear copper(II) complex, [Cu(dmpp)(OCN)2(H2O)], was synthesized using 2,6‐bis (3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl) pyridine (dmpp) and cyanate anion (OCN), and characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The coordination around the Cu atom is a distorted square‐pyramid involving three N atoms from the dmpp ligand and one N atom from OCN at the basal plane. The O atom of the OCN group is located at the apical position. The Cu atom is located 0.2782(1) Å above the basal plane. The Cu atom is coordinated by different donor atoms of the OCN groups. The complex crystalizes in monoclinic space group P21/n, with unit cell dimensions a= 12.4413(12), b=11.1457(13), c=14.2203(12) Å, β=108.817(3)°, V= 1866.5(3) Å3. The cell containes 4 molecules. In the crystal, there are three intermolcular and three intramolecular hydrogen bonds interactions. The Cu atom and crystal water O interactions is 5.574 Å. © 2006 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. The synthesis and crystal structure of the novel pentacoordinated complex [Cu(DOHPN)(IMI-DAZOLE)] (ClO4), (DOHPN=(3,3′-trimethylenedinitrilo bis 2-butanone oxime) are reported. The X-ray crystal structure (space groupP21/n, a=11.349(2) Å,b=14.241(3) Å,c= 12.635(3) Å; α=90°, β=100.21 (3)°, γ=90°) shows that the copper(II) ion occupies a distorted square-pyramidal geometry with the imidazole ligand occupying the axial position. The copper(II)-(N)imidazole distance is 2.125(3) Å and the copper(II)-tetraaza plane distance is 0.385/Å. The tetraaza ligand DOHPN adopts a “butterfly-like” geometry with a dihedral angle of 149.69°. The title complex is the first structurally characterized compound of the series [Cu(DOHPN)(axial ligand)]n+ where the axial ligand is a neutral N-heterocycle with known biological relevance. A comparison of the structural parameters with those observed when the axial ligand is H2O or NCS? (N-bonded) gives the following series with increasing metal-ligand interaction: H2O>IMIDAZOLE>NCS? Colourless block-shaped crystals of Dichloro{2-methoxy-6-[(3-cyclohexylaminopropy-limino)methyl]phenolato}zinc(II) methanol, [Zn(C17H26N2O2)Cl2].CH3OH, have been obtained and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single crystal determination. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with unit cell dimensions a=12.980(3) ?, b=13.139(3) ?, c=13.277(3) ?, β=107.00(3)°, V=2165.4(8) ?3, Z=4, R
1=0.0631 and wR2=0.1110. X-ray structure determination revealed that the complex consists of a [Zn(C17H26N2O)Cl2] moiety and a lattice MeOH molecule. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked through intermolecular N–HO, C–HCl and O–HCl hydrogen bonds, forming chains. A novel complex, namely [RuII(PPh3)(CO)(H)(Hbpdc)]·2MeOH ( 1 ) (H2bpdc = 2,2′‐bipyridyl‐5,5′‐dicarboxylic acid), has been synthesized from the reaction of H2bpdc with [RuII(PPh3)3(CO)(H)2] in methanol under mild condition and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, ESI mass spectrometry, and single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The structure shows that the complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell parameters a = 11.8984(13) Å, b = 16.5180(18) Å, c = 25.5322(19) Å, β = 115.302(4)°, V = 4536.6(8) Å3, Z = 4. This compound features a 1‐D supramolecular chain constructed via hydrogen bonds. Its photophysical properties have been investigated in MeOH solution and in the solid state at room temperature. 相似文献

An exploration of the mixed‐ligand system under hydrothermal condition, has led to the isolation of a 3‐D novel framework {[Cu2(mp)L2)(H2O)2]·6H2O}n ( 1 ) (mp = benzene‐1,2,4,5‐ tetracarboxylate tetraanion, L = 4‐(5‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2yl)pyridine). Single‐crystal X‐ray analyses reveal that it crystallizes in the triclinic space group P‐1, a = 8.807(4) Å, b =11.139(6) Å, c = 11.291(5) Å, α=75.337(7), β = 73.584(5), γ= 66.795(5)°. The CuII ions are linked into an extended 2‐D grid net via mp molecules. Bis(2,4,6‐tribromophenolato)di(N‐methyl imidazole)M(II), where M stands for cobalt and copper metals, was synthesized via reaction of the corresponding metal sulphate and 2,4,6‐tribromophenolate in aqueous media in the presence of N‐methyl imidazole and sodium hydroxide. Although various crystallization procedures were applied only cobalt complex was obtained as single crystals. The Co(II) ion has a distorted octahedral enviroment involving two O atoms and two N atoms of the Bis(2,4,6‐tribromophenolato)di(N‐methyl imidazole) ligand. Powder x‐ray diffraction pattern of copper compound was used for cooper complex. For characterizations of complexes carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen elemental analysis, FTIR and UV spectroscopy, DSC thermal analysis and magnetic susceptibility measurements at room temperature were performed. [Pb(cis-anti-cis-dicyclohexyl-18-crown-6)(OH2)2][ClO4]2 was crystallized using a slightly modified literature method for the separation of dicyclohexyl-18-crown-6 isomers. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupP21/n witha=8.415(5),b=20.993(9),c=8.973(5) Å, β=111.56(6)o, andD calc=1.84 g/cm3 for Z=2. The Pb2+ ion resides on a crystallographic center of inversion and is coordinated to the six crown ether donors and two axial water molecules in a hexagonal bipyramidal geometry. The Pb-O(etheric) distances range from 2.694(4) to 2.743(4) Å while the Pb?OH2 distance is 2.522(6) Å. 相似文献

The crystal structure of [Cu(C6H2I3O)2(NH3)2] (CCDC 238896) has been determined by x‐ray diffraction. This monomeric centrosymmetric Cu(II) complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system. The CuO2N2 coordination sphere is trans ‐planar, [Cu–O: 1.943(5) Å and Cu‐N: 1.972(7)] with the fifth and sixth coordination sites occupied by I atoms from the phenoxide ions [Cu–I1: 3.3552(8) Å] to form a tetragonally elongated octahedral structure for CuO2N2I2 coordination. The complex molecules hold together in a one dimensional chain true [100] direction by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. A hexaazamacrocyclic copper(II) complex Cu(L)(H2O) (O2CCH = CHCO2)⋅H2O (1) (L = 3,10-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-1,3,5,8,10,12-hexaazacyclotetradecane) was prepared and structurally characterized by a combination of analytical, spectroscopic, and crystallographic methods. In complex 1, the coordination geometry about the copper(II) ion is six-coordinate with four equatorial nitrogen atoms from the macrocycle and two oxygen atoms from the axial maleato and aqua ligands. In 1, the one end of the maleato ligand coordinates to the central copper atom, while the other end is not bonded. The macrocycle and the axial ligands are highly involved in multiple types of hydrogen bonding interactions, resulting in the stabilization of the maleato ligand as a “coordinated ligand counter anion.” 相似文献

The square-planar complex [Cu(MIMH)(CH3CO2)](ClO4) (1) (MIMH = [(4-methylimidazol-5-yl)methylene]histamine) was prepared and structurally characterized. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 10.5331(10), b = 12.6177(10), c = 12.9773(10) Å, = 107.710(10)°, V = 1643.0(2) Å3, and Z = 4. Single-crystal X-ray analysis reveals that the copper(II) atom in 1 has a distorted square-planar environment defined by three nitrogen atoms from the Schiff base ligand and one oxygen atom from the acetate group. The Cu—N bond lengths range from 1.950(3) to 2.015(3) Å and the Cu—O(1) bond length is 1.952(2) Å. The electronic spectra of 1 in aqueous solutions indicates that 1 forms adducts of square-pyramidal geometry with H2O. Cyclic voltammetry of 1 in DMF solution shows that there is some degradation of 1 upon reduction. 相似文献

Diaquatetrakis(N‐methylimidazole)Ni(II)(2,4,6‐tribromophenol), Ni(H2O)2(C3N2(CH3))4.2(C6H3Br3O), was synthesized via reaction of nickel sulphate and 2,4,6‐tribromophenolate in aqueous media in the presence of N‐methyl imidazole and sodium hydroxide. The complex crystalizes in the triclinic space group P1 with one formula unit of Ni(C3H3N2(CH3))4(H2O)2.2(C6H3Br3O) in the cell. The coordination around the Ni(II) ion is a slightly distorted octahedron, involving four N atoms from four different di(N‐methyl imidazole) ligand in the basal plane. The two oxygen atoms of the water molecules located at the apical positions result in an octahedral coordination. The two tribomophenol groups in the unit cell are connected via hydrogen‐bonds to the atoms of the coordination sphere, to build one dimensional chains along the a‐axis. The crystals of catena-dichloro-(dihydrogen pyrazine-2,6-dicarboxylato-O,O′,N,-N′) copper(II) dihydrate Cu[H2(2,6-PZDC)]Cl2?2H2O are monclinic, space group C2/c with a = 11.658(2) Å, b = 6.778(1) Å, c = 16.390(3) Å, β = 98.90(3)°, and Z = 4. Two adjacent copper(II) ions are bridged by a fully protonated pyrazine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid molecule which uses for bridging its O,O′,N-bonding moiety on one side and a single hetero-ring nitrogen atom on the other. Two chloride ions in axial position complete the octahedral coordination around the metal ions with bond distances: Cu–N 2.027(3) ÅA, Cu–N′ 2.005(3) ÅA, Cu–Cl. 2.281(1) ÅA, and Cu–O 2.446(2) ÅA. Copper(II) ions are located in the center of symmetry and are coplanar with the ligand acid molecule forming flat molecular chains propagating in the direction of the b axis. Hydrogen bonds via solvation water molecule link the chains into molecular layers parallel to the ac plane. Weak van der Waals type interactions operate between the layers. 相似文献
