Hydrothermal reactions of lead(II) acetate with phenylarsonic acid (H2L1) (or 4-hydroxy-3-nitrophenylarsonic acid, H3L2) and 5-sulfoisophthalic acid monosodium salt (NaH2SIP) (or 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid (H3BTC)) as the second metal linkers afforded three novel mixed-ligand lead(II) carboxylate-arsonates, namely, Pb5(SIP)2(L1)2(H2O) 1, Pb3(SIP)(L2)(H2O) 2 and Pb(H2L2)(H2BTC) 3. The structure of 1 features a complicated 3D network composed of 2D double layers of lead(II) sulfoisophthalate bridged by 1D chains of lead(II) arsonates along b-axis, forming large tunnels along b-axis which are occupied by phenyl rings of the arsonate ligands. In 2, the Pb(II) ions are bridged by {L2}3− anions into a 2D double layer whereas the interconnection of the Pb(II) ions via bridging and chelating SIP anions gave a 2D double layer. The cross-linkage of the above two building units leads to a complicated 3D network. In 3, the interconnection of the Pb(II) ions via bridging {H2L2} and {H2BTC} anions leads to a 1D double chain down a-axis. These 1D chains are further interconnected via hydrogen bonds among non-coordination carboxylate groups and arsonate oxygens into a 3D supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

A set of C,N-chelated organotin(IV) ferrocenecarboxylates, [LCN(n-Bu)Sn(O2CFc)2] (1), [(LCN)2Sn(O2CFc)2] (2), [LCN(n-Bu)Sn(O2CCH2Fc)2] (3), [LCN(n-Bu)Sn(O2CCH2CH2Fc)2] (4), [LCN(n-Bu)Sn(O2CCHCHFc)2] (5), [LCN(n-Bu)Sn(O2CfcPPh2)2] (6), [(LCN)2Sn(O2CfcPPh2)2] (7), and [LCN(n-Bu)2Sn(O2CFc)] (8) (LCN = 2-(N,N-dimethylaminomethyl)phenyl, Fc = ferrocenyl and fc = ferrocene-1,1′-diyl) has been synthesized by metathesis of the respective organotin(IV) halides and carboxylate potassium salts and characterized by multinuclear NMR and IR spectroscopy. The spectral data indicated that the tin atoms in diorganotin(IV) dicarboxylates bearing one C,N-chelating ligand (1 and 3-6) are seven-coordinated with a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal environment around the tin constituted by the n-butyl group, the chelating LCN ligand and bidentate carboxylate. Compounds 2 and 7 possessing two chelating LCN ligands comprise octahedrally coordinated tin atoms and monodentate carboxylate donors, whereas compound 8 assumes a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry around tin with the carboxylate binding in unidentate fashion. The solid state structures determined for 1⋅C6D6 and 2 by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis are in agreement with spectroscopic data. Compounds 1, 3-5, and 8 were further studied by electrochemical methods. Whereas the oxidations of ferrocene units in bis(carboxylate) 2 and monocarboxylate 8 proceed in single steps, compound 1 undergoes two closely spaced one-electron redox waves due to two independently oxidized ferrocenyl groups. The spaced analogues of 2, compounds 3-5, again display only single waves corresponding to two-electron exchanged.  相似文献

It is of interest that the hydrous 3D metal-organic framework (MOF) {[Pb2(fum)2(H2O)4] · 2H2O}n (1) has been synthesized by the reaction of the fum dianion with the lead(II) ion (fum = fumarate) in the presence of pyrazole, while the anhydrous 3D MOF [Pb(fum)]n (2) is obtained by the reaction of the fum dianion with the lead(II) ion in the presence of pyrazine. These complexes were further characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TG), X-ray analysis and solid state photoluminescence spectra. The arrangement of the ligands displays a coordination gap around the Pb atom, occupied possibly by a stereoactive lone pair of electrons on lead(II), with the coordination around both the eight-coordinated lead atom in 1 and six-coordinated lead atom in 2 exhibiting a hemidirected geometry. The fum ligand shows different ligation behavior toward the lead(II) ions in these complexes. These compounds exhibit photoluminescence with the maximum emission located in the UV region.  相似文献

{[Pb3(CPIDA)2(H2O)3]·H2O}n1, {[Cd3(CPIDA)2(H2O)4]·5H2O}n2, [Cd(HCPIDA)(bpy)(H2O)]n3 (bpy=4,4′-bipyridine) and {[Co3(CPIDA)2(bpy)3(H2O)4]·2H2O}n4 were synthesized with N-(4-carboxyphenyl) iminodiacetic acid (H3CPIDA). In 1, the CPIDA3− ligands adopt chelating and bridging modes with Pb(II) to possess a 3D porous framework. In 2D-layer 2, the CPIDA3− ligands display a simple bridging mode with Cd(II). The 2D layers have parallelogram-shaped channels along a axis. With bpy ligands, the HCPIDA2− ligands in 3 show more abundant modes, but 3 still displays a 2D sheet on bc plane for the unidentate bpy molecules. However, in 3D-framework 4, the bpy ligands adopt bridging bidentate at a higher pH value and the CPIDA3− ligands show bis-bidentate modes with Co(II). Additionally, 2D correlation analysis of FTIR was introduced to ascertain the characteristic adsorptions location of the carboxylate groups with different coordination modes in 4 with thermal and magnetic perturbation. Compounds 1, 2 and 4 exhibit the fluorescent emissions at room temperature.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of N,N-bis(phosphonomethyl)aminoacetic acid (HO2CCH2N(CH2PO3H2)2) with metal(II) salts afforded two new metal carboxylate-phosphonates, namely, Pb2[O2CCH2N(CH2PO3)(CH2PO3H)]·H2O (1) and {NH3CH2CH2NH3}{Ni[O2CCH2N(CH2PO3H)2](H2O)2}2 (2). Among two unique lead(II) ions in the asymmetric unit of complex 1, one is five coordinated by five phosphonate oxygen atoms from 5 ligands, whereas the other one is five-coordinated by a tridentate chelating ligand (1 N and 2 phosphonate O atoms) and two phosphonate oxygen atoms from two other ligands. The carboxylate group of the ligand remains non-coordinated. The bridging of above two types of lead(II) ions through phosphonate groups resulted in a 〈002〉 double layer with the carboxylate group of the ligand as a pendant group. These double layers are further interlinked via hydrogen bonds between the carboxylate groups into a 3D network. The nickel(II) ion in complex 2 is octahedrally coordinated by a tetradentate chelating ligand (two phosphonate oxygen atoms, one nitrogen and one carboxylate oxygen atoms) and two aqua ligands. These {Ni[O2CCH2N(CH2PO3H)2][H2O]2} anions are further interlinked via hydrogen bonds between non-coordinated phosphonate oxygen atoms to form a 〈800〉 hydrogen bonded 2D layer. The 2H-protonated ethylenediamine cations are intercalated between two layers, forming hydrogen bonds with the non-coordinated carboxylate oxygen atoms. Results of magnetic measurements for complex 2 indicate that there is weak Curie-Weiss behavior with θ=−4.4 K indicating predominant antiferromagnetic interaction between the Ni(II) ions. Indication for magnetic low-dimension magnetism could not be detected.  相似文献

In this study, the synthesis, spectroscopic, catalytic, and electrochemical properties of salicylaldimine Schiff-base ligands (Ln) and their dinuclear Pd(II) complexes for L1 and L2 ligands with mononuclear Pd(II) complexes for L3 and L4 ligands were investigated. The ligands and their mono- or dinuclear Pd(II) complexes were characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR and elemental analysis, as well as through magnetic susceptibility and spectroelectrochemical techniques. The catalytic studies showed that the introduction of tert butyl groups on the salicyl ring of the molecules increased the catalytic activity towards hydrogenation of nitrobenzene and cyclohexene in DMF at 25 and 45 °C. It was also observed that the steric hindered mono- and dinuclear Pd(II) complexes were thermally stable complexes and were not sensitive to air or the moisture. The complexes were easily prepared from cheap materials that could be used as versatile and efficient catalysts for different C-C coupling reactions (Suzuki-Miyaura reactions).  相似文献

Two novel cobalt(II) complexes, [Co(μ-succinato)(H2O)2(pyridine)2]n1 and {[Co2(μ-H2O)(μ-glutarato)2(pyridine)2]·pyridine}n2 have been synthesized by a wet chemistry method. In complex 1, the Co(II) ions are linked through succinate ligands to created one-dimensional polymeric chain along the b-axis. Complex 2 consists of a polymeric chain of dinuclear Co(II) moieties in which two cobalt(II) ions are linked through a bridging water and two bridging carboxylate groups from two glutarate ligands. The glutarate ligands in complex 2 display two coordination modes, interbinuclear bridging and intrabinuclear bridging. All the bond angles of the alkyl chain in complex 2 are between 115.7° and 118.5°, supporting the gauche conformation. Free pyridine molecules were found in the cavities between the chains. Two strong intramolecular hydrogen bonds are observed between the coordinated water and the uncoordinated carboxylate oxygen atom in both complexes. Complex 2 is further stabilized by π–π stacking of pyridine molecules. Complex 1 is a paramagnet (C = 3.50(1) cm3 K mol and θ = −5.0(5) K) and complex 2 exhibits a broad maximum at 4 K due to weak coupling within the dimeric unit.  相似文献

New coordination polymers [M(Pht)(4-MeIm)2(H2O)]n (M=Co (1), Cu (2); Pht2−=dianion of o-phthalic acid; 4-MeIm=4-methylimidazole) have been synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, X-ray crystallography, thermogravimetric analysis and magnetic measurements. The crystal structures of 1 and 2 are isostructural and consist of [M(4-MeIm)2(H2O)] building units linked in infinite 1D helical chains by 1,6-bridging phthalate ions which also act as chelating ligands through two O atoms from one carboxylate group in the case of 1. In complex 1, each Co(II) atom adopts a distorted octahedral N2O4 geometry being coordinated by two N atoms from two 4-MeIm, three O atoms of two phthalate residues and one O atom of a water molecule, whereas the square-pyramidal N2O3 coordination of the Cu(II) atom in 2 includes two N atoms of N-containing ligands, two O atoms of two carboxylate groups from different Pht, and a water molecule. An additional strong O-H?O hydrogen bond between a carboxylate group of the phthalate ligand and a coordinated water molecule join the 1D helical chains to form a 2D network in both compounds. The thermal dependences of the magnetic susceptibilities of the polymeric helical Co(II) chain compound 1 were simulated within the temperature range 20-300 K as a single ion case, whereas for the Cu(II) compound 2, the simulations between 25 and 300 K, were made for a linear chain using the Bonner-Fisher approximation. Modelling the experimental data of compound 1 with MAGPACK resulted in: g=2.6, |D|=62 cm−1. Calculations using the Bonner-Fisher approximation gave the following result for compound 2: g=2.18, J=-0.4 cm−1.  相似文献

The solvothermal synthesis and crystal structures of two new lead(II) compounds, bis(ethylenediamine)lead(II) chloride, Pb(en)2Cl21 and mono(ethylenediamine)lead(II) chloride, Pb(en)Cl22, are reported. A detailed comparison of the two structures is given. In 1, the Pb(II) center is coordinated by two chlorine atoms and four nitrogen atoms from three en ligands, which act as either chelating or bridging ligands, allowing links to other Pb(II) centers. This creates an infinite linear chain of Pb(en)2Cl2. In 2, the Pb(II) center is chelated by one en ligand and is coordinated by six chlorine atoms, including two unusually weak Pb–Cl bonds (>3.5 Å) connected through μ2- and μ4-Cl to build a neutral layer of Pb(en)Cl2 units. Complex 1 contains a hemidirected Pb(II), while complex 2 has a (pseudo-)hemidirected Pb(II). TGA and high-temperature controlled powder-XRD studies show that compound 1 decomposes to compound 2 near 150 °C, and finally to PbCl2 above 320 °C.  相似文献

Two sets of Schiff base ligands, set-1 and set-2 have been prepared by mixing the respective diamine (1,2-propanediamine or 1,3-propanediamine) and carbonyl compounds (2-acetylpyridine or pyridine-2-carboxaldehyde) in 1:1 and 1:2 ratios, respectively and employed for the synthesis of complexes with Ni(II) perchlorate and Ni(II) thiocyanate. Ni(II) perchlorate yields the complexes having general formula [NiL2](ClO4)2 (L = L1 [N1-(1-pyridin-2-yl-ethylidine)-propane-1,3-diamine] for complex 1, L2 [N1-pyridine-2-ylmethylene-propane-1,3-diamine] for complex 2 or L3 [N1-(1-pyridine-2-yl-ethylidine)-propane-1,2-diamine] for complex 3) in which the Schiff bases are mono-condensed terdentate whereas Ni(II) thiocyanate results in the formation of tetradentate Schiff base complexes, [NiL](SCN)2 (L = L4 [N,N′-bis-(1-pyridine-2-yl-ethylidine)-propane-1,3-diamine] for complex 4, L5 [N,N′-bis(pyridine-2-ylmethyline)-propane-1,3-diamine] for complex 5 or L6 [N,N′-bis-(1-pyridine-2-yl-ethylidine)-propane-1,2-diamine] for complex 6) irrespective of the sets of ligands used. Formation of the complexes has been explained by anion modulation of cation templating effect. All the complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, spectral and electrochemical results. Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies confirm the structures of four representative members, 1, 3, 4 and 5; all of them have distorted octahedral geometry around Ni(II). The bis-complexes of terdentate ligands, 1 and 3 are the mer isomers and the complexes of tetradentate ligands, 4 and 5 possess trans geometry.  相似文献

Schiff bases of 1′-hydroxy-2′-acetonaphthone (HAN) containing chalcogen functionalities, 1-HO-C10H6-2-CH3)CN-(CH2)nEC6H4-4-R (R = H or OMe; n = 2 or 3; E = S (L1-L2), Se (L3-L4) or Te (L5-L6)) have been synthesized in yield 90-95%. They show characteristic 1H, 13C{1H} 77Se{1H} and 125Te{1H} (in case of selenated and tellurated species, respectively) NMR spectra. Their complexation with Pd(II), Pt(II), Hg(II) and (p-cymene)Ru(II) has been explored. The single-crystal structures of ligands L1, L3 and L6 and complexes of Pd(II) with L1, L2, L3 and L5 have been determined. The geometry of Pd is close to square planar in all the complexes and the ligands coordinate in a uni-negative tridentate mode. The Pd-N bond lengths are in the range 1.996(7)-2.019(5) ?. The Pd-Se bond distance is 2.3600(5) ? whereas Pd-Te is 2.5025(7) ?. The Pd(II) complexes of L1-L5 have been found promising as homogeneous catalyst for Heck and Suzuki reactions. The yields obtained were up to 85%.  相似文献

Three novel polymers, {[Cd(m-bdc)(L)]·H2O}n (1), [Co(m-bdc)(L)0.5(H2O)]n (2) and [Zn5(L)2(p-bdc)5(H2O)]n (3) based on 1,1′-bis(pyridin-3-ylmethyl)-2,2′-biimidazole (L) ligand and benzenedicarboxylate isomers, have been prepared and structurally characterized. Compound 1 exhibits a 2D architecture with (42·6)(42·67·8) topology, which is synthesized by L and 1,3-benzenedicarboxylate (m-bdc) ligands. Compound 2 is constructed from 1D chains that are linked by L ligands extending a 2D (4,4) grid. Compound 3 is a 3D framework with (43)(46·618·84) topology, which is composed of trinuclear clusters and five-coordinated metal centers joined through 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate (p-bdc) and L ligands. Moreover, the fluorescent properties of L ligand, compounds 1 and 3 are also determined.  相似文献

Two new N-pyrazole, P-phosphinite hybrid ligands 3-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)propyldiphenylphosphinite (L3) and 2-(3,5-diphenyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)ethyldiphenylphosphinite (L4) are presented. The reactivity of these ligands and two other ligands reported in the literature (3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyldiphenylphosphinite (L1) and 2-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)ethyldiphenylphosphinite (L2) towards [RhCl(CO)2]2 (1) have been studied and complexes [RhCl(CO)L] (L = L2 (2), L3 (3) and L4 (4)) have been obtained. For L1 only decomposition products have been achieved. All complexes were fully characterised by analytical and spectroscopic methods and the resolution of the crystalline structure of complexes 2 and 3 by single-crystal X-ray diffraction are also presented. In these complexes, the ligands are coordinated via κ2(N,P) to Rh(I), forming metallocycles of seven (2 and 4) or eight (3) members and finish its coordination with a carbonyl monoxide and a trans-chlorine to phosphorus atom. In both complexes, weak intermolecular interactions are present. NMR studies of complexes 2-4 show the chain N-(CH2)x-O becomes rigid and the protons diastereotopic.  相似文献

Chiral and achiral p-tert-butyl-calix[4]arene bisphosphites (L1L3) have been synthesized by the reaction of p-tert-butyl-calix[4]arene and the phosphorodichloridites, ROPCl2 [R = (1S,2R,5R)-(+)-iso-menthyl (L1), (1R,2S,5R)-(−)-menthyl (L2) or C6H4But-4 (L3)]. These bisphosphites function as chelating ligands in palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes which are formed in good yields by the reaction of PdCl2(PhCN)2, MCl2(COD) (M = Pd or Pt) or PdMeCl(COD) with the respective calix[4]arene bisphosphite. Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies performed on the complexes [PdCl2(L1)], [PdCl2(L2)], [PdCl2(L3)] and [PtCl2(L3)] reveal a near square planar geometry around the metal with the two chloride ligands in a cis disposition. The crystal packing in the complexes [PdCl2(L1)] and [PdCl2(L2)], which crystallize in the chiral (P6122) space group, shows different hydrophobic channels with intermolecular C–H?Cl hydrogen bonding. The complexes [PdCl2(L3)] and [PtCl2(L3)] are isostructural and the molecules in the crystal lattice are linked by intermolecular C–H?Cl and C–H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Reactions of nBu2SnCl(L1) (1), where L1 = acid residue of 5-[(E)-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-diazenyl]quinolin-8-ol, with various substituted benzoic acids in refluxing toluene, in the presence of triethylamine, yielded dimeric mixed ligand di-n-butyltin(IV) complexes of composition [nBu2Sn(L1)(L2-6)]2 where L2 = benzene carboxylate (2), L3 = 2-[(E)-2-(2-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl)-1-diazenyl]benzoate (3), L4 = 5-[(E)-2-(4-methylphenyl)-1-diazenyl]-2-hydroxybenzoate (4), L5 = 2-{(E)-4-hydroxy-3-[(E)-4-chlorophenyliminomethyl]-phenyldiazenyl}benzoate (5) and L6 = 2-[(E)-(3-formyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-diazenyl]benzoate (6). All complexes (1-6) have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H, 13C and 117Sn NMR and 119Sn Mössbauer spectroscopy and their structures were determined by X-ray crystallography, complemented by 117Sn CP-MAS NMR spectroscopy studies in the solid state. The crystal structure of 1 reveals a distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination geometry around the Sn-atom where the Cl- and N-atoms of ligand L1 occupy the axial positions. In complexes 2-5, the molecules are centrosymmetric dimers in which the Sn-atoms are connected by asymmetric μ-O bridges through the quinoline O-atom to give an Sn2O2 core. The differences in the Sn-O bond lengths within the bridge range from 0.28 to 0.48 Å, with the longer of the Sn-O distances being in the range 2.56-2.68 Å and the most symmetrical bridge being in 5. The carboxylate group is almost symmetrically bidentate coordinated to the tin atom in 5 (Sn-O distances of 2.327(2) and 2.441(2) Å), unlike the other complexes in which the distance of the carboxylate carbonyl O-atom from the tin atom is in the range 2.92-3.03 Å. The structure of 5 displays a more regular pentagonal bipyramidal coordination geometry about each tin atom than in 2-4. In contrast, the centrosymmetric dimeric structure of 6 involves asymmetric carboxylate bridges, resulting in a different Sn2C2O4 motif. The Sn-O bond lengths in the bridge differ by about 0.6 Å, with the longer distance involving the carboxylate carbonyl O-atom (2.683(2) and 2.798(2) Å for two molecules in the asymmetric unit). The carboxylate carbonyl O-atom has a second, even longer intramolecular contact to the Sn-atom to which the carboxylate group is primarily coordinated, with these Sn?O distances being as high as 3.085(2) and 2.898(2) Å. If the secondary interactions are considered, all the di-n-butyltin(IV) complexes (2-6) display a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal arrangement about each tin atom in which the n-butyl groups occupy the axial positions.  相似文献

1-(Phenylselenomethyl)-1H-benzotriazole (L1) and 1-(4-methoxyphenyltelluromethyl)-1H-benzotriazole (L2) have been synthesized by reacting 1-(chloromethyl)-1H-benzotriazole with in situ generated nucleophiles PhSe and ArTe, respectively. The complexes of L1 and L2 with Pd(II) and Ru(II)(η6-p-cymene) have been synthesized. Proton, carbon-13, Se-77 and/or Te-125 NMR spectra authenticate both the ligands and their complexes. The single crystal structures of L1, L2 and [RuCl(η6-p-cymene)(L)][PF6] (L = L1: 3, L = L2: 4) have been solved. The Ru-Se and Ru-Te bond lengths have been found 2.4801(11) and 2.6183(10) Å, respectively. The palladium complexes, [PdCl2(L)] (L = L1: 1, L = L2: 2) have been explored for Heck and Suzuki-Miyaura C-C coupling reactions. The TON values are upto 95,000. The Ru-complexes have been found promising for catalytic oxidation of alcohols (TON ∼ 7.8-9.4 × 104). The complexes of telluroether ligands are as efficient catalysts as those of selenoether ones and in fact better for catalytic oxidation.  相似文献

Reactions of potassium β-{[(E)-1-(2-hydroxyaryl)alkylidene]amino}propionates (L1HK-L3HK) and potassium β-{[(2Z)-(3-hydroxy-1-methyl-2- butenylidene)]amino}propionate (L4HK) with R3SnCl (R = Ph and nBu) and nBu2SnCl2 yielded complexes of composition Ph3SnL1H (1), Ph3SnL2H (2), Ph3SnL4H (3), nBu3SnL1H (4), and {[nBu2Sn(L2H)]2O}2 (5) and {[nBu2Sn(L3H)]2O}2 (6), respectively. These complexes have been characterized by 1H, 13C, 119Sn NMR, ESI-MS, IR and 119mSn Mössbauer spectroscopic techniques in combination with elemental analyses. The crystal structures of 1, 4, 5 and 6 were determined. In the solid state, compound 1 is a one-dimensional polymer built from SnPh3 moieties bridged by single carboxylate ligands, but two alternating modes of bridging are present along the polymeric chain. Compound 4 is also a one-dimensional polymer built from SnBu3 moieties bridged by the two carboxylate O-atoms of a single ligand, but only one mode of bridging is present. Di-n-butyltin compounds 5 and 6 are centrosymmetric tetranuclear bis(dicarboxylatotetrabutyldistannoxane) complexes containing a planar Sn4O2 core in which two μ3-oxo O-atoms connect an Sn2O2 ring to two exocyclic Sn-atoms. The four carboxylate ligands display two different modes of coordination where both modes involve bridging of two Sn-atoms. The solution structures were predicted by 119Sn NMR spectroscopy. The in vitro cytotoxic activity of compound 5 against WIDR, M19 MEL, A498, IGROV, H226, MCF7 and EVSA-T human tumor cell lines is reported.  相似文献

Chiral and racemic Salen-type Schiff-base ligands (H2L1, H2L2 and H2L3), condensed between D-(+)- and D,L-camphoric diamine (also known as (1R,3S)-1,2,2-trimethylcyclopentane-1,3-diamine) and 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde or 3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde with a 1:2 molar ratio, have been synthesized and characterized. A series of new nickel(II), palladium(II) and copper(II) complexes of these chiral and racemic ligands exhibiting different coordination number (4, 5 and 6) have been characterized with the formulae [NiL1]·CH3OH (3), [NiL1]·H2O (4), [NiL2] (5), [PdL2] (6), [Cu2(L2)2(H2O)] (7) and [NiL3(DMF)(H2O)] (8). Different solvent molecules in 3 and 4 (methanol and water molecules) as well as different apical ligands in 7 and 8 (water and DMF molecules) are involved in different O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions to further stabilize the structures. UV–Vis (UV–Vis), circular dichroism (CD) spectra and thermogravimetric (TG) analyses for the metal complexes have also been carried out.  相似文献

Three novel Schiff base Cd(II) trimeric complexes, [Cd3(L1)2(SCN)2(CF3COO)2] (1), [Cd3(L1)2(SCN)2(HCONMe2)] (2) and [Cd3(L2)2{N(CN)2}2] (3) have been prepared from two different symmetrical Schiff bases H2L1 and H2L2 (where H2L1 = N1,N3-bis(salicylideneimino)diethylenetriamine, a potentially pentadentate Schiff base with a N3O2 donor set, and H2L2 = N1,N3-bis(3-methoxysalicylideneimino)diethylenetriamine, a potentially heptadentate Schiff base with a N3O4 donor set). All the complexes have been synthesised under similar synthetic procedures and their crystal structures have been established by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The ligands and their metal complexes have been characterised by analytical and spectroscopic techniques. Among the three complexes, 1 and 3 are linear whereas 2 is a cyclic trimer. In 1 and 3, all the doubly phenoxo bridged Cd(II) metal centres are in a distorted octahedral environment. In complex 2, two of the three Cd(II) centres reside in a distorted octahedral environment and the remaining one enjoys a monocapped octahedral geometry. Altogether the variety in the bridging mode of two new salen-type ligands has been established through these complexes.  相似文献

The syntheses and structures of a series of metal complexes, namely Cu2Cl4(L1)(DMSO)2·2DMSO (L1 = N,N′-bis(2-pyridinyl)-1,4-benzenedicarboxamide), 1; {[Cu(L2)1.5(DMF)2][ClO4]2·3DMF} (L2 = N,N′-bis(3-pyridinyl)-1,4-benzenedicarboxamide), 2; {[Cd(NO3)2(L3)]·2DMF} (L3 = N,N′-bis-(2-pyrimidinyl)-1,4-benzenedicarboxamide), 3; {[HgBr2(L3)]·H2O}, 4, and {[Na(L3)2][Hg2X5]·2DMF} (X = Br, 5; I, 6) are reported. All the complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is dinuclear and the molecules are interlinked through S?S interactions. In 2, the Cu(II) ions are linked through the L2 ligands to form 1-D ladder-like chains with 60-membered metallocycles, whereas complexes 3 and 4 form 1-D zigzag chains. In complexes 5 and 6, the Na(I) ions are linked by the L3 ligands to form 2-D layer structures in which the [Hg2X5] anions are in the cavities. The L2 ligand acts only as a bridging ligand, while L1 and L3 show both chelating and bridging bonding modes. The L1 ligand in 1 adopts a trans-anti conformation and the L2 ligand in 2 adopts both the cis-syn and trans-anti conformations, whereas the L3 ligands in 36 adopt the trans conformation.  相似文献
