Powder neutron and X-ray diffraction studies show that the double perovskites in the region 0?x?1 exhibit two crystallographic modifications at room temperature: monoclinic P21/n and tetragonal I4/m, with a boundary at 0.75<x<0.9. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that for x=0 and 0.5 Sr2−xLaxMnWO6 orders antiferromagnetically (AFM) at 15 and 25 K, respectively, for 0.75?x<1.0, a contribution of weak ferromagnetism (FM), probably due to canted-AFM order, increases with increasing x. The end point compound SrLaMnWO6 shows the strongest FM cluster effect; however, no clear evidence of magnetic order is discernable down to 4.2 K. X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) confirms Mn2+ and mixed-valent W6+/5+ formal oxidation states in Sr2−xLaxMnWO6.  相似文献

The new compound Sr5(As2O7)2(AsO3OH) was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. It represents a previously unknown structure type and belongs to a group of a few compounds in the system SrO-As2O5-H2O; (As2O7)4− besides (AsO3OH)2− groups have not been described yet. The crystal structure of Sr5(As2O7)2(AsO3OH) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (space group P21/n, a=7.146(1), b=7.142(1), , β=93.67(3)°, , Z=4). One of the five symmetrically unique Sr atoms is in a trigonal antiprismatic (Inorg. Chem. 35 (1996) 4708)—coordination, whereas the other Sr atoms adopt the commonly observed (“Collect” data collection software, Delft, The Netherlands, 1999; Methods Enzymol. 276 (1997) 307)—coordination. The position of the hydrogen atom was located in a difference Fourier map and subsequently refined with an isotropic displacement parameter. Worth mentioning is the very short hydrogen bond length Oh-H?O(1) of 2.494(4) Å; it belongs to the shortest known examples where the donor and acceptor atoms are crystallographically different. This hydrogen bond was confirmed by IR spectroscopy. In addition, Raman spectra were collected in order to study the arsenate groups.  相似文献

The oxidation of the n = 1 Ruddlesden-Popper phase, Sr2MnO3.5+x, where 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5 has been investigated using a combination of in-situ diffraction techniques. In agreement with previous reports the room temperature structure of Sr2MnO3.5+x was determined to be monoclinic crystallising in space group P21/c. On heating in air the material undergoes rapid oxidation at a relatively modest temperature, ∼275 °C. The oxidation process is coincident with a significant change in the structure, with the material now adopting a tetragonal I4/mmm structure. In the oxygen deficient phase where x > 0 the Mn coordination is square pyramidal, with a sixth partially occupied oxygen position giving rise to octahedral coordination. Oxidation of Sr2MnO3.5+x results in the filling of the partially occupied O4 positions and a resulting increase in symmetry, with the Mn coordination now adopting solely a distorted octahedral environment.  相似文献

通过高温固相反应合成了新型的蓝色荧光粉Sr7Zr(PO4)6xEu2+。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、紫外可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱、荧光光谱研究了Sr7Zr(PO4)6xEu2+材料的相纯度及荧光性质。结果表明,Eu2+掺杂获得的Sr7Zr(PO4)6xEu2+荧光粉为纯相,且200~400 nm范围内的近紫外(NUV)光均能对其进行有效的激发。在315 nm的激发下,Sr7Zr(PO4)6xEu2+荧光粉发射出峰值位于415 nm左右的蓝光,且Eu2+在Sr7Zr (PO4)6基质中的最佳掺杂浓度为0.05,相应的CIE色度坐标为(0.164,0.021),比商用BaMgAl10O17∶Eu2+(BAM)蓝色荧光粉具有更高的色纯度。  相似文献

Spectral-luminescent characteristics of Sr2Y8(SiO4)6O2: Eu powder crystal phosphor with the apatite structure and high-intensity luminescence of Eu3+ ions have been studied. The charge state of europium in the samples has been characterized by means of X-ray L3-adsorption spectroscopy. It was established that Eu3+ forms two types of optical centers. Besides, luminescence of Eu2+ions was found. Reduction Eu3+→Eu2+ was considered, which may be due to vacancy formation in the 4f crystal lattice position and to negative charge transfer by this vacancy to two ions. Thus, in the silicate lattice there exist inhomogeneously distributed oxygen-deficient centers, which are responsible for nonradiative transfer of excitation energy to Eu3+ and Eu2+ ions. To study electron-vibrational interactions in the crystal phosphor samples, their IR and Raman spectra were examined. In the luminescence spectrum of Eu2+, a series of low-intensity bands caused by interaction of the 4f65d state of Eu2+ with silicate lattice vibrations was observed.  相似文献

Sr2Co2O5 with the perovskite-related brownmillerite structure has been synthesised via quenching, with the orthorhombic unit cell parameters a=5.4639(3) Å, b=15.6486(8) Å and c=5.5667(3) Å based on refinement of neutron powder diffraction data collected at 4 K. Electron microscopy revealed L-R-L-R-intralayer ordering of chain orientations, which require a doubling of the unit cell along the c-parameter, consistent with the assignment of the space group Pcmb. However, on the length scale pertinent to NPD, no long-range order is observed and the disordered space group Imma appears more appropriate. The magnetic structure corresponds to G-type order with a moment of 3.00(4) μB directed along [1 0 0].  相似文献

A new compound, Na2Zn5(PO4)4, was identified in the system ZnONa2OP2O5 and high-quality crystal was obtained by the melt method. The crystal structure of this compound was solved by direct method from single crystal X-ray diffraction data. The structure was then refined anisotropically using a full-matrix least square refinement on F2 and the refinement converged to R1=0.0233 and wR2=0.0544. This compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic system with space group Pbcn, lattice parameters a=10.381(2) Å, b=8.507(1) Å, c=16.568(3) Å and Z=4. The structure is made up of 3D [Zn5P4O16]n2n covalent framework consisting of [Zn4P4O16]n4n layers. The powder diffraction pattern of Na9Zn21(PO4)17 is explained by simulating a theoretical pattern with NaZnPO4 and Na2Zn5(PO4)4 in the molar ratio of 1:4 and then by Rietveld refinement of experimental pattern. Na2Zn5(PO4)4 melts congruently at 855 °C and its conductivity is 5.63×10−9 S/cm.  相似文献

Sb3+-doped Sr3(PO4)2 crystals has been synthesized using phosphoric acid, strontium hydroxide and antimony powder as the raw materials through a hydrothermal reaction method. The crystallinity and the microstructure were investigated using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The photoluminescent property was investigated using luminescent spectrometer. Phase pure Sr3(PO4)2 crystal was obtained and it has a shape of hexagonal rod. It showed the emission and excitation peaks at 396, 250, and 215 nm, respectively, indicating that the emission is attributed to 3P1-1S0 transition and the excitation is attributed to 1S0-3P1 and 1S0-1P1 transition. It was also observed that the intensity of photoluminescence is thermally stable up to 673 K.  相似文献

A new 1,6-hexyldiamine heptaborate, [H3N(CH2)6NH3][B7O10(OH)3] (1), has been solvothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, FTIR, elemental analysis, and thermogravimetric analysis. Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a=8.042(2) Å, b=20.004(4) Å, c=10.103(2) Å, and β=90.42(3)°. The anionic [B7O10(OH)3]n2n layers are interlinked via hydrogen bonding to form a 3D supramolecular network containing large channels, in which the templated [H3N(CH2)6NH3]2+ cations are located.  相似文献

In the system BaF2/BF3/PF5/anhydrous hydrogen fluoride (aHF) a compound Ba(BF4)(PF6) was isolated and characterized by Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction on the single crystal. Ba(BF4)(PF6) crystallizes in a hexagonal space group with a=10.2251(4) Å, c=6.1535(4) Å, V=557.17(5) Å3 at 200 K, and Z=3. Both crystallographically independent Ba atoms possess coordination polyhedra in the shape of tri-capped trigonal prisms, which include F atoms from BF4 and PF6 anions. In the analogous system with AsF5 instead of PF5 the compound Ba(BF4)(AsF6) was isolated and characterized. It crystallizes in an orthorhombic Pnma space group with a=10.415(2) Å, b=6.325(3) Å, c=11.8297(17) Å, V=779.3(4) Å3 at 200 K, and Z=4. The coordination around Ba atom is in the shape of slightly distorted tri-capped trigonal prism which includes five F atoms from AsF6 and four F atoms from BF4 anions. When the system BaF2/BF3/AsF5/aHF is made basic with an extra addition of BaF2, the compound Ba2(BF4)2(AsF6)(H3F4) was obtained. It crystallizes in a hexagonal P63/mmc space group with a=6.8709(9) Å, c=17.327(8) Å, V=708.4(4) Å3 at 200 K, and Z=2. The barium environment in the shape of tetra-capped distorted trigonal prism involves 10 F atoms from four BF4, three AsF6 and three H3F4 anions. All F atoms, except the central atom in H3F4 moiety, act as μ2-bridges yielding a complex 3-D structural network.  相似文献

The two new compounds, Sr4Cu3(AsO4)2(AsO3OH)4·3H2O (1) and Ba2Cu4(AsO4)2(AsO3OH)3(2), were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. They represent previously unknown structure types and are the first compounds synthesized in the systems SrO/BaO-CuO-As2O5-H2O. Their crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction [space group C2/c, a=18.536(4) Å, b=5.179(1) Å, c=24.898(5) Å, β=93.67(3)°, V=2344.0(8) Å3, Z=4 for 1; space group P42/n, a=7.775(1) Å, c=13.698(3) Å, V=828.1(2) Å3, Z=2 for 2]. The crystal structure of 1 is related to a group of compounds formed by Cu2+-(XO4)3− layers (X=P5+, As5+) linked by M cations (M=alkali, alkaline earth, Pb2+, or Ag+) and partly by hydrogen bonds. In 1, worth mentioning is the very short hydrogen bond length, D···A=2.477(3) Å. It is one of the examples of extremely short hydrogen bonds, where the donor and acceptor are crystallographically different. Compound 2 represents a layered structure consisting of Cu2O8 centrosymmetric dimers crosslinked by As1φ4 tetrahedra, where φ is O or OH, which are interconnected by Ba, As2 and hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional network. The layers are formed by Cu2O8 centrosymmetric dimers of CuO5 edge-sharing polyhedra, crosslinked by As1O4 tetrahedra. Vibrational spectra (FTIR and Raman) of both compounds are described. The spectroscopic manifestation of the very short hydrogen bond in 1, and ABC-like spectra in 2 were discussed.  相似文献

New Sr2MnGaO4.97 complex oxide was synthesized by solid state reaction in sealed silica tubes at 950–1000°C. The Sr2MnGaO4.97 crystal structure was refined from X-ray powder diffraction data. Sr2MnGaO4.97 is based on the Ima2 brownmillerite-type structure with apically elongated MnO6 octahedra due to a Jahn–Teller effect. Electron diffraction and high-resolution electron microscopy showed that local ordering of the left-and right-hand chains of GaO4 tetrahedra in Sr2MnGaO4.97 leads to a superstructure with a doubling of the b parameter of the orthorhombic unit cell. The formal oxidation state of Mn (VMn) can be varied by thermal treatments at elevated oxygen pressure (450°C, 20 bar of O2). The oxygen insertion induces a structure transformation in oxidized Sr2MnGaO5.47 material with the formation of a tetragonal perovskite-like structure (aap, c2cp) with oxygen vacancies located in the Ga layers. The oxidation is accompanied by a significant compression of the Mn–O apical distances and a suppression of the Jahn–Teller deformation. Both Sr2MnGaO4.97 and Sr2MnGaO5.47 can probably be treated as canted antiferromagnets with TN=150 and 80 K, respectively.  相似文献

We report on the crystallographic structure of the layered perovskite iridate Sr3Ir2O7, investigated using transmission electron microscopy. The space group was found to be Bbcb (, No. 68 in the International Tables for Crystallography) at 315 K. A very fine twin structure with 90° rotation with respect to the c-axis was observed. The crystal structure at temperatures lower than 285 K, where a phase transition from paramagnetism to weak ferromagnetism is known to occur, was also examined. There was no difference in the extinction rule for the diffraction patterns between the two phases. We conclude that there is no change in the space group for this magnetic transition. There still remains the possibility of a change in the rotation angle of IrO6 octahedrons and a corresponding change in the interatomic distance between Ir and O, though.  相似文献

The novel compound Ca2Co1.6Ga0.4O5 with brownmillerite (BM) structure has been prepared from citrates at 950 °C. The crystal structure of Ca2Co1.6Ga0.4O5 was refined, from neutron powder diffraction (NPD) data, in space group Pnma, , , , χ2=1.798, , Rwp=0.0378 and Rp=0.0292. On the basis of the NPD refinement the compound was found to be a G-type antiferromagnet (space group Pnma) at room temperature, with the magnetic moments of cobalt atoms directed along chains of tetrahedra in the BM structure. Electron diffraction and electron microscopy studies revealed disorder in the crystallites, which can be interpreted as the presence of slabs with BM-type structure of Pnma and I2mb symmetry.  相似文献

New complex phosphates of the general formula K2M0.5Ti1.5(PO4)3 (M=Mn, Co) have been obtained from the melting mixture of KPO3, K4P2O7, TiO2 and CoCO3·mCo(OH)2 or Mn(H2PO4)2 by means of a flux technique. The synthesized phosphates have been characterized by the single-crystal X-ray diffraction and the FTIR-spectroscopy. The compounds crystallize in the cubic system with the space group P213 and cell parameters a=9.9030(14) Å for K2Mn0.5Ti1.5(PO4)3 and a=9.8445(12) Å for K2Co0.5Ti1.5(PO4)3. Both phosphates are isostructural with the langbeinite mineral and contain four formula unit K2M0.5Ti1.5(PO4)3 per unit cell. The structure can be described using [M2(PO4)3] framework composed of two [MO6] octahedra interlinked via three [PO4] tetrahedra. The Curie-Weiss-type behavior is observed in the magnetic susceptibility.  相似文献

Incommensurately modulated structure of the composite crystal InCr1−xTixO3+x/2 was refined by the profile fitting of powder X-ray diffraction based on the four-dimensional superspace group. The crystal consists of two monoclinic subsystems mutually incommensurate in b. The first subsystem is the alternate stacking of an edge-shared InO6 octahedral layer and a Cr/Ti triangle-lattice plane along c*. A sheet of oxygen atoms constructing the second subsystem is also extending on the Cr/Ti plane. The whole structure is the alternate stacking of an edge-shared InO6 octahedral layer and a Cr/Ti-O plane, where displacive modulation of O ions is prominent. Metal ions on the Cr/Ti-O plane are surrounded by three or four oxygen ions on the plane and, in addition, two axial ones.  相似文献

The crystal of binuclear zinc complex Zn2(dhaash)2(py)4 was obtained in DMF and pyridine, where H2dhaash is 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone-N-salicylhydrazone. It has been characterized by IR, UV, element analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystallographic data were as follows: monoclinic system, space group P21/c, a=1.108 98(11) nm, b=1.640 84(16) nm, c=1.445 14(14) nm, β=108.617(2)°, Z=2, V=2.492 1(4) nm3, Dc=1.466 g·cm-3, Mr=1 099.74, μ=1.031 mm-1, F(000)=1 136 and the final R=0.044 8 and wR=0.105 8 for 4 143 observed reflections with I≥2σ(I), respectively. The X-ray crystal structure analysis revealed that, in the centrosymmetric binuclear complex molecule, two zinc(Ⅱ) centers are linked by two oxygen atoms (O(3) and O(3A)), respectively. Zn(1)…Zn(1A) distance is 0.314 81(6) nm, O(3)…O(3A) distance is 0.270 4(2) nm. Every zinc(Ⅱ) ion has an elongated octahedral coordination. For example, the two pyridine nitrogen atoms, one oxygen atom and one nitrogen atom from salicylhydrazone, one oxygen atom from 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone in one dhaash2- ligand and one oxygen atom from 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone in another dhaash2- ligand coordinated to zinc(Ⅱ) ion, respectively. Two zinc(Ⅱ) ions and all the 72 non-hydrogen atoms in the two dhaash2- ligands are in the same plane. CCDC: 261929.  相似文献

This paper reports about two new hydrogen-containing rare-earth oxoborates RE4B6O14(OH)2 (RE=Dy, Ho) synthesized under high-pressure/high-temperature conditions from the corresponding rare-earth oxides, boron oxide, and water using a Walker-type multianvil equipment at 8 GPa and 880 °C. The single crystal structure determination of Dy4B6O14(OH)2 showed: Pbcn, a=1292.7(2), b=437.1(2), , Z=2, R1=0.0190, and wR2=0.0349 (all data). The isotypic holmium species revealed: Pbcn, a=1292.8(2), b=436.2(2), , Z=2, R1=0.0206, and wR2=0.0406 (all data). The compounds exhibit a new type of structure, which is built up from layers of condensed BO4-tetrahedra. Between the layers, the rare-earth cations are coordinated by 7+2 oxygen atoms. Furthermore, we report about temperature-resolved in situ powder diffraction measurements, DTA/TG, and IR-spectroscopic investigations into RE4B6O14(OH)2 (RE=Dy, Ho).  相似文献

New phase (Nd,Ce)2+xCaCu2O6+y was prepared at a high-pressure/high-temperature condition of 6 GPa and 1300°C. It had a nonstoichiometric composition close to Nd2.16Ce0.225CaCu2O6+y. According to X-ray diffraction pattern, the Nd2.16Ce0.225CaCu2O6+y phase has a tetragonal lattice with a = 3.845(1) Å, c = 19.349(5) Å. However, electron microscopic observations revealed a complicated shear structure for this phase. Magnetic susceptibility and magnetic hysteresis measurements were performed for the Nd2.16Ce0.225CaCu2O6+y sample and it was found that the phase undergoes a weak ferromagnetic transition at 150 K. Below ≈40 K, complicated magnetic behavior was observed suggesting the presence of second weak ferromagnetic transition near 40 K.  相似文献

A series of lithium europium double tungsto-molybdate phosphors LiEu(WO4)2−x(MoO4)x (x=0, 0.4, 0.8, 1.2, 1.6, 2.0) have been synthesized by solid-state reactions and their crystal structure, optical and luminescent properties were studied. As the molybdate content increases, the intensity of the 5D07F2 emission of Eu3+ activated at wavelength of 396 nm was found to increase and reach a maximum when the relative ratio of Mo/W is 2:0. These changes were found to be accompanied with the changes in the spectral feature, which can be attributed to the crystal field splitting of the 5D07F2 transition. As the molybdate content increases the emission intensity of the 615 nm peak also increases. The intense red-emission of the tungstomolybdate phosphors under near-UV excitation suggests them to be potential candidate for white light generation by using near-UV LEDs. In this study the effect of chemical compositions and crystal structure on the photoluminescent properties of LiEu(WO4)2−x(MoO4)x is investigated and discussed.  相似文献
