A remarkably efficient procedure for the synthesis of styrylcyclohex-2-enone derivatives at room temperature is described using a mild reaction medium consisting of lithium perchlorate and N-(trimethylsilyl)diethylamine. Abstract  

A facile one-pot synthesis of polysubstituted quinoline derivatives has been demonstrated by using sulfamic acid as a reusable catalyst under solvent-free conditions. The synthetic method provides the basis and advantages of a simple experimental procedure and easy recovery and reuse of catalyst, which makes it a highly practical and environmentally benign pathway for the synthesis of polysubstituted quinolines. Interestingly, this one-pot synthesis could produce the products regioselectively in the presence of dis-symmetrical arylamines.  相似文献

Silicatein, an enzymatic biocatalyst from the marine sponge Tethya aurantia, is demonstrated to catalyze and template the hydrolysis/condensation of the molecular precursor BaTiF6 at low temperature to form nanocrystalline BaTiOF4, an orthorhombic oxofluorotitanate. The kinetics of hydrolysis and growth were studied in-situ via pH profiling and quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) techniques. The composition and structure of the resulting BaTiOF4 microstructures on the silicatein surface were characterized using FT-IR spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and selected area electron diffraction. The silicatein-mediated hydrolysis/condensation of BaTiF6 generates nanocrystalline BaTiOF4 (a high-temperature intermediate to BaTiO3) at 16 degrees C without any added acid or base, and the growth is templated along the protein filaments into floret microstructures. The unique combination of silicatein and the single-source molecular precursor has allowed a multimetallic perovskite-like material to be biocatalytically synthesized, in vitro, for the first time.  相似文献

Lithium perchlorate-mediated double crossed aldol condensations of a variety of aromatic aldehydes with cycloalkanones at room temperature in the presence of (trimethylsilyl)diethylamine and under solvent-free conditions are described. High to excellent yields of bis(arylmethylidene)cyclohexanones and bis(arylmethylidene)cyclopentanones are achieved within a few minutes in this facile one-pot procedure.  相似文献

A novel, simple, and cost-effective route to PbTe nanoparticles and films is reported in this paper. The PbTe nanoparticles and films are fabricated by a chemical bath method, at room temperature and ambient pressure, using conventional chemicals as starting materials. The average grain size of the nanoparticles collected at the bottom of the bath is ∼25 nm. The film deposited on glass substrate is dense, smooth, and uniform with silver gray metallic luster. The film exhibits p-type conduction and has a moderate Seebeck coefficient value (∼147 μV K−1) and low electrical conductivity (∼0.017 S cm−1). The formation mechanism of the PbTe nanoparticles and films is proposed.  相似文献

Bis(indolyl)methanes were synthesized from indole and aldehydes under solvent-free conditions using cellulose sulfuric acid (CSA) as a catalyst at room temperature. An ultrasound promoted easy, efficient, and environment friendly process has been devised for the synthesis of α-aminophosphonates within seconds through a one-pot three-component condensation of the aldehydes, amines, and triethylphosphite. The desired products were obtained in excellent yields and in high purity under solvent-free and catalyst-free conditions. Study with various aldehydes and amines reveals that ultrasound radiation plays a key role in the direct synthesis of α-aminophosphonates.  相似文献

A catalyst-free and solvent-free synthetic route for convenient one-pot synthesizing pyrano[2,3-d] pyrimidine scaffolds through Knoevenagel-Michael cyclocondensation is reported using visible light irradiation as a green promoter at room temperature based on green chemistry principles. Completing the reactions takes thoroughly less time while obtaining the products in outstanding yields. This green method includes the application of non-hazardous reaction circumstances, direct work-up without column chromatographic separation, catalyst-free, solvent-free, cost effective, simple synthesis, one-pot procedure, and high atom-economy.  相似文献

New nitrocyclohexanols 3a-f are synthesized by a clean and original method from nitromethane 1 and unsaturated ketones 2a-f in the presence of solid potassium fluoride-alumina under solvent-free conditions coupled with microwave irradiation. The reaction involves a double and diastereoselective Michael addition followed by ring closure. Another diastereomer 3, which differs by the configuration of C-4, is obtained in the presence of piperidine and EtOH at room temperature.  相似文献
