提出了一种求解非紧凑低马赫数运动边界散射流动诱发噪声的预测方法。该方法首先基于运动坐标系下的连续性方程和动量方程推导得到该坐标系下的波动方程及其积分解,然后在该坐标系下采用边界元方法求解得到非紧凑运动边界表面的声压,最后将求解得到的壁面声压回代到静止或运动坐标系下的积分方程中实现对远场噪声的预测。推导得到的积分方程适用于流体与飞机机身、高速列车车身及旋转叶片等非紧凑结构边界作用诱发噪声的预测。  相似文献

船尾伴流场-导管-螺旋桨互作用噪声预报研究   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
研究了导管螺旋桨低频离散谱噪声辐射机理和预报方法。依据线性声学原理,导管螺旋桨噪声场为螺旋桨直接辐射噪声与导管散射噪声之和,并利用速度势面元法分析流场,得到导管螺旋桨非定常力,将其作为FW-H方程的源项,求解得到螺旋桨直接辐射声。导管散射声通过Kirchoff积分方程求解获得。由于导管桨的导管是短导管,其算例分析计算表明,低频情况下导管散射声级远小于螺旋桨直接辐射声级。并将导管螺旋桨离散谱噪声级与测量所得的实桨离散谱噪声级进行了比较,证实导管螺旋桨离散谱噪声理论预报结果能够较合理的反映实桨离散谱噪声的量值。   相似文献

飞机机体表面的开孔设计会形成空腔结构,产生空腔流致噪声。空腔噪声的控制需要彻底认识其流动和噪声机理。以飞机的功能性开孔为例,通过半经验公式分析了其空腔噪声频率随速度的变化规律,预测了出现流声共振的工况。空腔发生流声共振时,特定频率的纯音噪声会被放大。为此,采用脱体涡模拟方法开展了开孔结构流声共振的三维非定常数值计算,分析了其流场和声场特性。其中,数值方法的准确性通过圆形空腔标模计算进行验证。结果表明,在一定速度下剪切层内的扰动将诱发空腔深度方向声模态,出现流声共振现象。此时,剪切层表现为强烈的周期性上下拍动,空腔底部和后缘区域的局部压力脉动幅值较大,声波主要由空腔后缘向上游方向辐射,上游噪声大于下游。  相似文献

由于超材料的微结构尺度不能忽略,利用超材料微结构所集成的器件等效参数不是连续分布的,而是呈离散分布的。因此在利用超材料设计声学器件的过程中,需要对器件进行分层离散化,而分层方案的选取往往会影响器件的工作效果。该文基于五模材料水下隐身衣的设计理论,提出了一种基于遗传算法的五模材料隐身衣分层优化策略,并分别对优化前和优化后的分层隐身衣做了声学仿真。仿真结果表明采用优化策略后,隐身衣背景声场的散射能量和反射能量均有大幅度降低,并且对窄带探测信号和宽带探测信号均有较好的隐身效果,因此该分层优化策略能够显著提升隐身衣的隐身效果。该文所提出的分层优化策略为提升五模材料隐身衣性能提供了理论支持,并可以进一步推广至其他超材料器件的微结构设计中。  相似文献

Plasma actuators were used in this work to control flow-induced broadband noise radiated from a bluff body. The model consists of a cylinder and a component (torque link) that is installed on the lee side of the cylinder. The objective is to reduce the broadband noise mainly generated through the impingement of the cylinder wake on the torque link. The flow-structure interactions between the cylinder wake and the torque link are reduced by manipulating the cylinder wake with the externally imposed body force from the plasma actuators, which lead to the attenuation of the broadband noise. The control performance with the plasma actuators is studied in an anechoic chamber facility by examining far-field sound level and near-field acoustic source changes. At a free stream speed of 30 m/s, corresponding to the Reynolds number of 2.1×105, far-field measurements suggested that a reduction of up to 3.2 dB in overall sound pressure level. The near-field beamforming results also show approximately 3 dB reduction in the interested frequency ranges. The physical mechanisms related to broadband noise control were also discussed. This work suggests that plasma actuators offer the potential for solving flow-induced noise control problem at broadband frequencies.  相似文献

PREDICTION OF NON-CAVITATING UNDERWATER PROPELLER NOISE   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Non-cavitation noise of underwater propeller is numerically investigated. The main purpose is to analyze non-cavitation noise in various operating conditions with different configurations. The noise is predicted using time-domain acoustic analogy and boundary element method. The flow field is analyzed with potential-based panel method, and then the time-dependent pressure data are used as the input for Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings formulation to predict the farfield acoustics. Boundary integral equation method is also considered to investigate the effect of ducted propeller. Sound deflection and scattering effect on the duct is considered with the BEM. The governing equations are based on the assumption that all acoustic pressure is linear. A scattering approach is applied in which the acoustic pressure field is split into the known incident component and the unknown scattered component. Noise prediction results are presented for single propeller and ducted propeller in non-uniform flow conditions similar to real situation. The investigation reveals that the effect of a duct on the acoustic performance propeller is small in the far field under non-cavitating situations since the noise directivities of single and ducted propellers are almost the same. Only the high order BPFs are influenced by the existence of the duct.  相似文献

提出了一种基于脉冲声的三维空间中刚性球散射声分离方法,并利用前馈、固定系数控制方式对分离出的散射声进行有源控制,抑制散射声强度,实现了刚性球散射体在观测点处“声学不可见”。该方法利用脉冲信号作为初级噪声,通过有无刚性球时传声器采集脉冲信号的差值确定散射声大小,实现散射声与声源直达声的分离。对分离出的散射声进行多通道有源控制以验证该文所提分离方法及控制系统的有效性。实验结果表明,700~1000 Hz范围内,有源控制开启后,双通道散射声的平均降噪量大于5 dB,多通道散射声的平均降噪量大于8 dB,且误差传声器处采集的残余声场与无刚性球时采集的初级声场信号波形基本一致,实现了刚性球散射体在误差传声器处“声学不可见”。此外,参考传声器布放位置的选取问题也在该文做了详细讨论。  相似文献

The two-point correlation function of diffuse noise fields produced by distributed random sound sources carries useful information on the medium of sound propagation. Such information can be used for performing passive acoustic tomography of the ocean. In a number of cases that are important for practice, the noise field in the ocean is predominated by contributions of individual point sources. Here, a theoretical study is presented on the possibility of determining the sound speed and current velocity in the water column by the correlation processing of reverberation signals measured by two vertical receiving arrays. In other words, we study the possibility of replacing the diffuse noise produced by a great number of delta-correlated sources by waves generated by a localized source and scattered at the rough surface and bottom of the ocean for sensing the medium. The correlation function of scattered waves is calculated by using the method of small perturbations. It is shown that the correlation processing of the scattered waves offers an opportunity of measuring the acoustic nonreciprocity and reconstructing the field of sound speed in the fluid, without using any acoustiLc transceivers.  相似文献

Active noise control systems have been applied to increase the insertion loss of noise barriers where the squared sound pressure or the total acoustic energy density is used as the cost function in previous works. The absolute value of the mean active sound intensity is chosen as the cost function to obtain extra sound insertion loss in the dark area of a hybrid active noise barrier system in this note. The strategy of minimizing the near-field sound intensity at discrete locations along the edge of the passive barrier is shown to be able to provide better far-field noise reduction than that of minimizing the squared sound pressure control. Both numerical simulations and off-line experiments are carried out with a three-channel demonstration system, where the locations of the secondary sources and the error sensors are optimized and comparisons are made between the extra sound pressure attenuation of the sound intensity control and that of the squared sound pressure control.  相似文献

This paper presents an active vibration control system for use with structural-acoustic coupling system using piezoelectric actuators and piezoelectric sensors. For modelling a complicated 3-D vehicle cabin model, the structural-acoustic coupling system is analyzed by combining the structural data from modal testing with the acoustic data from the finite element method. Through the structural-acoustic analysis program, the control plate and the control modes are selected, which are most effective for attenuating its noise. A robust LQG controller with two sensor signal filters is designed to remove the experimental problems such as the spillover effect due to uncontrolled modes. The robust LQG controller for the structural-acoustic coupling system can reduce the interior noise of the cavity as well as the structural vibration of the cabin.  相似文献

The identification of acoustic source accurately is a fundamental problem in noise control. In the practical project, if the contribution of multi-source-noise to the whole was identified, and then the noise level can be reduced accordingly. This paper presents a new approach to acoustic noise identification by introducing modern spectrum estimation and grey relational analysis (GRA). Modern spectrum was used to recognize the main noise source and GRA was used to recognize the similarity among different curves of power spectrum. The ranking of the noise sources was obtained on the basis of their individual contribution to the overall noise. The results of simulation signals confirmed the feasibility and validity of the method proposed in this dissertation and it will play an important role in noise control, signal source identification and other fields.  相似文献

Sound transmission into a vehicle is classified as either airborne or structure borne sound. From the point view of noise control, the reduction of noise transferred by different paths requires different solutions. Coherence function analysis is often used to identify transmission paths. However it can be difficult to separate the airborne from structure borne components. The principle of acoustic reciprocity offers a convenient method for overcoming this difficulty. The principal states that the transfer function between an acoustic volume velocity source and an acoustic receiver is independent of a reversal of the position of source and receiver. The work done on this study involves exciting a stationary tyre and measuring the surface velocity of the tyre at a number of discrete points. The acoustic transfer functions between each point on the tyre and a receiver point are measured reciprocally. Two sets of measurements are then combined to yield a measure of the sound pressure due to a point force on the tyre via the acoustic transmission path only. This technique also provides information on the relative contributions of various regions of the tyre wall to the resultant noise. Also the sound radiation characteristics, the horn effect, and resonance at the wheel housing are identified through the reciprocal measurement.  相似文献

This paper presents a detailed Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) and contribution analysis of the interior noise of a high-speed train through extensive simulations and measurements. The SEA model was developed based on the actual geometrical parameters of a benchmark high-speed coach. Sound transmission loss levels of the structural components of the car body, which are required in the SEA model, were tested in a dedicated acoustic laboratory following international standard ISO 140-3:1995. Modal densities of these structural components were derived from measured frequency response functions using the modal counting method. Damping loss factors were obtained using the half-power bandwidth method and the vibration attenuation method. By considering the relationship between sound radiation and power transmission, coupling loss factors between structures and cavities were estimated. Source inputs to the SEA model were derived from field experiment data. Interior noise due to those sources was predicted using the SEA model and the prediction was generally in good agreement with measurement. Contribution analysis was then performed using this validated model through parametric study, and this analysis was further examined experimentally. In conclusion, for the coach that was investigated in this paper, the key factors for interior noise are sidewall vibration, bogie area noise, and floor sound transmission loss. Based on this and other engineering considerations, an interior noise control strategy can be defined.  相似文献

In this paper, the feasibility of using synthesized structural acoustic sensors (SSAS) for active noise control inside irregularly shaped enclosures is investigated. A SSAS consists of a cluster of inter-connected discrete PVDF elements, located on the surface of a vibrating structure enclosing a sound field. An optimal design ensures the sensor output to be directly related to the acoustical potential energy inside the enclosure. Hence, synthesized structural acoustic sensors can provide error signals for an active noise control system, and the use of microphones inside the enclosure can be avoided. A cylindrical shell with a floor partition, which can be used to model an aircraft cabin, is used as a test case. PZT actuators are used as control actuators. Both SISO (single input and single output) and MIMO (multi-input and multi-output) control systems are optimally designed using Genetic Algorithms and implemented with a Filtered-X Feedforward LMS (least-mean-square) controller. Their control performances are evaluated with different types of disturbances. To show the effectiveness of the optimal design approach, some non-optimal control systems are also tested and compared with the optimal one. It is shown that with optimally designed SSAS, an active structural acoustic control system can effectively reduce noise inside the enclosures without using any acoustic transducers.  相似文献

In this paper, a computational model was developed to model the potential of plasma actuators to reduce flow-induced noise. The model consisted of a viscous flow solver to compute the flow field and a Ffowcs Williams and Hawkings acoustic solver to predict the far-field noise radiation. A velocity-inlet boundary condition was used to model the induced velocity effect of plasma actuators applied to the surface of a bluff body. A test case of the noise radiation from a cylinder in fluid flow was used to validate the model. A comparison between the numerical results and previous experimental results was made. The results confirmed the noise-reduction potential of plasma actuators for bluff-body noise control. Good agreement was made between the numerical and experimental results. It was concluded that the model could be a useful tool to predict the effect of plasma actuation applied to aerodynamic, acoustic, and optimization problems.   相似文献

针对汽车压缩机低频振动噪声控制难的问题,基于局域共振机理在压缩机外壳设计一种声子晶体结构。借助有限元法,计算声子晶体带隙范围,阐明声子晶体结构参数与在压缩机外壳布置方式选取原因,分析其具备的优势。而后,定制各部分材料组装声子晶体实体并布置于压缩机外壳后端面,搭建压缩机振动噪声台架试验台,选取4个声学场点采集辐射噪声,并记录压缩机本体振动变化情况。进一步,选取某型号汽车搭建压缩机整车振动噪声试验台,在驾驶员座椅右侧靠近人耳处设置声学麦克风采集驾驶室内辐射噪声,并记录压缩机本体振动变化情况。试验结果表明,压缩机外壳安装声子晶体后,在声子晶体带隙频率范围对应转速内,台架与整车试验测得总辐射噪声与压缩机本体各向振动加速度RMS值基本存在改善,且部分转速范围效果显著。本文为汽车压缩机低频振动噪声控制研究提供了新的参考。  相似文献

Acoustic intensity processing of signals from directional sonobuoy acoustic subsystems is used to enhance the detection of submerged bodies in bi-static sonar applications. In some directions, the scattered signals may be completely dominated by the incident blast from the source, depending upon the geometry, making the object undetectable by traditional pressure measurements. Previous theoretical derivations suggest that acoustic vector intensity sensors, and the associated intensity processing, are a potential solution to this problem. Deep water experiments conducted at Lake Pend Oreille in northern Idaho are described. A large, hollow cylindrical body is located between a source and a number of SSQ-53D sonobuoys positioned from 5 to 30 body lengths away from the scattering body. Measurements show changes in the acoustic pressure of less than 0.5 dB when the scattering body is inserted in the field. However, the phase of the acoustic intensity component formed between the acoustic pressure and particle velocity component orthogonal to the direction of incident wave propagation varies by as much as 55 degrees. This metric is shown to be a repeatable and strong indicator of the presence of the scattering body.  相似文献

目前已有的非对称性声传输模型大部分局限于二维模式,无法直接应用于三维实际系统,针对这一问题,文中研究了通过内置非对称几何结构来实现声单向传输的三维管道模型。该几何结构体内引入天然材料——氙气,利用氙气与空气两种天然气体折射率的差异以及结构的不对称,实现声波在管道中的非对称传输,即当声波正向入射时,可通过管道内结构到达另一侧;而当反向入射时,声波无法通过内置的非对称结构。理论计算结果和仿真结果表明声波在三维矩形波导管中的非对称声传输效果和结构的厚度相关:当结构厚度较薄时,可在较宽频带范围内实现声波的非对称传输。此外,该矩形波导设计具有结构简单、透明超轻等特点,为设计新型声波非对称传输器件提供了相应的理论参考。   相似文献
