本文将弹性动力学虚功原理推广到机器人柔性动力学,建立了计及关节弹性和关节阻尼的柔性手臂有限元动力学模型,模型中包括了非线性刚体运动和弹性变形间的耦合。文中还导出了手臂参考坐标系间的运动学递推关系。本文方法推演简单、计算效率高,能够用于具有任意复杂部件的柔性机器人动力学分析。  相似文献

空间机器人系统的柔性主要体现在空间机器人的臂杆和连接各臂杆之间的铰关节。由于空间机器人系统结构的复杂性,以往研究人员对同时具有柔性关节和柔性臂的系统关注不够。为此探讨了参数未知柔性关节-柔性臂空间机器人系统的动力学模拟、轨迹跟踪控制算法设计和关节、臂杆双重柔性振动的主动抑制问题。首先,采用多体动力学建模方法并结合漂浮基空间机器人固有的线动量和角动量守恒动力学特性,推导了系统的动力学方程。以此为基础,考虑到空间机器人实际应用中各关节铰具有较强柔性的情况,引入一种关节柔性补偿控制器解决了传统奇异摄动法应用受关节柔性限制问题,导出了适用于控制系统算法设计的数学模型。然后,利用该模型,基于反演思想在慢时标子系统中设计神经网络自适应控制算法来补偿系统参数未知和柔性关节引起的转动误差,实现系统运动轨迹跟踪性能;针对快时标子系统,设计了鲁棒最优控制算法抑制因柔性关节及柔性臂引起的系统双重弹性振动,保证系统的稳定性。最后,通过仿真对比实验验证了所设计控制算法的有效性。  相似文献

研究柔性结构与流体间耦合作用,可以促进软体机器人的发展.通过速度快、精度高的数值模拟方法模拟水下机器人的实时运动轨迹,可以为真实实验提供测试方向与理论牵引,增大实验成功的可能性.本文研究有自主运动趋势的弹性绳在二维流场中的运动轨迹.首先,对弹性绳离散化建模并同时考虑拉压与扭转弹性力,从能量角度建立动力学方程,此模型可以较为真实地反映弹性绳内力对其运动产生的作用.然后基于半拉格朗日法建立流体求解器. 最后,提出简化的基于动量方程的浸入边界法作为耦合算法,通过直接修正网格速度代替浸入边界力法中力源项的作用.使用这种算法求解耦合作用兼具简便性与快速性.对弹性绳模型、流体模型与简化耦合模型依次解算,模拟了正弦形式波动弹性绳在水中的运动轨迹.结果显示,弹性绳在弹性内力与流固相互作用力共同影响下,该种新的浸入边界法可以实现对水下弹性绳运动轨迹的模拟.数值实验显示弹性绳的自主运动参考模型的初相位改变时,其前进方向会发生改变.该仿真模拟算法与平台可以为细长形软体水生机器人的研发提供参考.   相似文献

在磁弹性非线性运动方程、物理方程、电动力学方程及洛仑兹力表达式的基础上,应用Lagrange描述法建立了横向磁场中两端铰支受压细长杆的非线性磁弹性动力学模型.通过对该模型的简化,分别讨论了静力学模型、线性动力学模型和含三次非线性项的动力学模型的分岔特性.最后通过数值计算,给出了横向磁场中受压细长杆的失稳临界载荷与相关参量之间的关系曲线,并对计算结果及其变化规律进行了分析讨论.  相似文献

本文应用动力学虚功原理建立了计入几何非线性时弹性连杆机构一般形式的动力学有限元模型,该模型是具有周期性的时变非线性微分方程,针对方程的这一特点,文中给出了一种高效的闭式迭代求解方法。最后通过实例研究了几何非线性对弹性连杆机构动特性的影响,并通过实验研究验证了本文建模及求解方法的正确性。本文的研究结果对弹性机构的动态设计有指导意义。  相似文献

超细长弹性杆动力学研究在DNA的平衡、稳定性等问题的研究中有重要的应用。为了便于超细长弹性杆动力学研究中数值结果图形后处理以及研究表面接触等问题的需要,需要建立弹性杆的表面模型和相应算法。本文利用Kirchhoff弹性杆模型的动力学比拟技巧,建立了描述超细长弹性杆曲面的常微分/积分方程组,利用Adames方法和递推方法设计了方程的数值解法,并给出了超长弹性杆的数值仿真结果的图形处理的计算实例。  相似文献

综述了国内和国外学者研究连续介质分析动力学问题的进展,阐明了本文主要论述将Lagrange方程应用于连续介质动力学的问题.论文采用Lagrange-Hamilton体系,分别论述了非保守非线性弹性动力学、不可压缩黏性流体动力学、黏弹性动力学、热弹性动力学、刚--弹耦合动力学和刚--液耦合动力学的Lagrange方程及其应用.论述了应用Lagrange方程建立有限元计算模型的问题. 最后,展望了将Lagrange方程应用于连续介质动力学问题的研究前景.  相似文献

The notion of generalized equivalence transformations for which the equivalence transformations considered by Ovsyannikov are universal equivalence transformations is introduced for a system of differential equations. An algorithm of the group classification of the system of differential equations with the help of these generalized equivalence transformations is proposed. The efficiency and advantages of this algorithm are demonstrated by examples of equations of gas dynamics and equations of nonlinear longitudinal oscillations of a viscoelastic bar in the Kelvin model.  相似文献

An algorithm is proposed which allows all conservation laws for a system of differential equations to be to obtained from its one zero-order conservation law for which the general rank of the Jacobi matrix is equal to the number of independent variables of the system. The efficiency of the algorithm is shown by examples of the equations of gas dynamics, for which new conservation laws are derived. Full approximate storage (FAS) multigrid algorithm is the most commonly used multigrid algorithm for non-linear equations. The algorithm initially developed for steady-state equations was later extended to obtain steady-state solutions employing unsteady equations. In extending the FAS algorithm for the steady-state non-linear equations to unsteady non-linear equations, the FAS algorithm does not to take into account that the governing equations are typically linearized in time before they are solved. Thus, there is a scope to develop a new multigrid algorithm to apply the multigrid technique to the equations linearized in time. In the present work, such an algorithm is developed exploring this possibility and is implemented for two-dimensional incompressible and compressible flows coupled with explicit time marching procedures. The results of the new algorithm compare favourably with those of the FAS multigrid method and single grid.  相似文献

Based on the direct differentiation of boundary element equations to design variables, an algorithm of the boundary element method which is suitable for the shape sensitivity analysis of serial multi-domain elastic structures is built. By the algorithm, it is not necessary to form and solve the equations for the structure as a whole. Each domain can be solved separately. 提出了求解非线性结构动力方程的预估校正-辛时间子域法。首先,将结构非线性动力方程转换为状态空间方程,在任一时间子域内利用改进的欧拉法对各离散时刻的状态变量值进行预估和校正。然后,将离散的非线性项用Lagrange插值多项式展开并视为外荷载,结合辛时间子域法即可求解非线性动力系统的响应。这种方法不必对状态矩阵求逆,无需计算高阶导数,计算简单,格式统一,易于编程。算例结果表明,本文方法具有较高的计算精度、效率和稳定性,是一种求解非线性结构动力方程的有效方法。  相似文献

给出了求解周期性三对角线性方程组的一种新方法。该方法能够快速、稳定地求解周期性三对角线性方程组。与传统方法相比,求解一个N阶周期性三对角方程时,本文的方法可减少N次计算。本文还证明了,传统用于求解三对角线性方程组的Thomas方法(追赶法)是本文方法的一种特例,本文的方法自然地可用于求解三对角线性方程组。  相似文献

A unified method for constructing basis (eigen) functions is proposed to solve problems of mechanics of continuous media, problems of cubature and quadrature, and problems of approximation of hypersurfaces. Numerical-analytical methods are described, which allow obtaining approximate solutions of internal and external boundary-value problems of mechanics of continuous media of a certain class (both linear and nonlinear). The method is based on decomposition of the sought solutions of the considered partial differential equations into series in basis functions. An algorithm is presented for linearization of partial differential equations and reduction of nonlinear boundary-value problems, which are reduced to systems of linear algebraic equations with respect to unknown coefficients without using traditional methods of linearization.  相似文献

钟万勰院士于1991年首先提出计算矩阵指数的精细积分方法,其要点是2N类算法和增量存储。精细积分方法可给出矩阵指数在计算机意义上的精确解,为常微分方程的数值计算提供了高精度、高稳定性的算法,现已成功应用于结构动力响应、随机振动、热传导以及最优控制等众多领域。本文首先介绍矩阵指数精细积分方法的提出、基本思想和发展;然后依次介绍在时不变/时变线性微分方程、非线性微分方程以及大规模问题求解中发展起来的各种精细积分方法,分析了其优缺点和适用范围;最后介绍了精细积分方法的基本思想在两点边值问题、椭圆函数和病态代数方程等问题的扩展应用,进一步展示了该思想的特色。  相似文献

A new algorithm for solving the three-dimensional elastic contact problem with friction is presented. The algorithm is a non-interior smoothing algorithm based on an NCP-function. The parametric variational principle and parametric quadratic programming method were applied to the analysis of three-dimensional frictional contact problem. The solution of the contact problem was finally reduced to a linear complementarity problem, which was reformulated as a system of nonsmooth equations via an NCP-function. A smoothing approximation to the nonsmooth equations was given by the aggregate function. A Newton method was used to solve the resulting smoothing nonlinear equations. The algorithm presented is easy to understand and implement. The reliability and efficiency of this algorithm are demonstrated both by the numerical experiments of LCP in mathematical way and the examples of contact problems in mechanics.  相似文献

A parallel algorithm is presented for explicit solution of compressible Euler equations. Upwinded forms of the equations are used in conjunction with the finite element formulation. The solution domain is subdivided into overlapped blocks which are distributed to available workstations. Parallelization is achieved by using a machine portable parallel library. This, together with the usage of an explicit time-integration scheme, makes the implementation of the algorithm on distributed systems a rather straight-forward task. Furthermore, it provides a very flexible platform for load balancing of available computers.  相似文献
