The process e + e ? → η′γ, η′ → η π0π0, η → γγ is investigated by an SND detector in experiment on a VEPP-2M equipment with colliding electron-positron beams. The analysis of experimental data yields a value of B(? → η′γ)=(6.7 ?4.2 +5.0 ±1.5)×10?5 for the decay probability. Taking into account a previous measurement of this quantity by an SND detector in the decay channel η′ → π+π?η, one finally obtains B(?→η ′γ)=(6.7 ?2.4 +2.8 ±0.8)×10?5.  相似文献

The decay rates of KL → 2γ and KS → 2γ have been measured at the CERN SPS. The results are Γ(KL→2γ)/χ(KL→2π0)=0.632±0.004±0.008 and Γ(KS→2γ)/Γ(KL→2γ)=2.3 ±1.0±0.4. This is the first observation of KS→2γ decays.  相似文献

The approach to the Zγψ and Zγ? decay study is presented in detail, based on the sum rules for the Zc $ \bar c $ γγ* and Zb $ \bar b $ γγ* amplitudes and their derivatives. The branching ratios of the Zγψ and Zγ? decays are calculated for different hypotheses on saturation of the sum rules. The lower bounds of Σ ψ BR(Zγψ) = 1.95 × 10?7 and Συ BR(Zγ?) = 7.23 × 10?7 are found. Deviations from the lower bounds are discussed, including the possibility of BR(ZγJ/ψ(1S)) ~ BR(Zγ?(1S)) ~ 10?6, that could be probably measured in LHC. The angular distributions in the Zγψ and Zγ? decays are also calculated.  相似文献

We present a systematic calculation on the 0c-decay branching ratios to excited-states of an even-even α-decay chain 242Cm→238pu→234U →230Th→226Rn by the improved barrier penetration approach. The changes of the parities between the parent nuclei and the daughter nuclei are properly taken into account. The theoretical values are compared with the available experimental data and the deviation between them is within a factor of 5 in most cases.  相似文献

We have measured the branching ratio of the radiative decay πμνγ. The energies of the gamma-ray and of the muon were both measured and the Dalitz-plot distribution of the decay was obtained. The data agree well with the theoretical prediction (QED internal bremsstrahlung) down to a γ-ray energy of 1 MeV. The discrepancy reported in a previous experiment is not confirmed.  相似文献

We calculate theK S Emphasis>0 →γγ decay within the approach of non-linear realization of chiralS U(3)×S U(3). The branching ratio with respect to theπ + π - channel turns out to be 3.5×10?6 and therefore similar to the result gotten previously by dispersion relation techniques in a non-chiral model. We also discuss theK L 0 →γγ decay by taking into account new results onη 1-η 8 mixing from recent measurements of the η→γγ decay.  相似文献

The high-statistics Belle data on the γγ → π+π? and γγ → π0π0 reactions have been jointly analyzed. The main dynamical mechanisms of these reactions for energies below 1.5 GeV have been revealed. It has been shown that the direct coupling constants of the σ(600) and f 0(980) resonances with a γγ pair are small and that the σ(600) → γγ and f 0(980) → γγ decays are four-quark transitions due primarily to π+π? and K + K ?-loop mechanisms, respectively. The role of the chiral shielding of the σ(600) resonance is emphasized. The widths of the f 0(980) → γγ and σ(600) → γγ decays averaged over the resonance mass distributions, as well as the width of the f 2(1270) → γγ decay, are estimated as \(\langle \Gamma _{f_0 \to \gamma \gamma } \rangle _{\pi \pi } \approx 0.19 keV, \langle \Gamma _{\sigma \to \gamma \gamma } \rangle _{\pi \pi } \approx 0.45 keV\), and \(\Gamma _{f_2 \to \gamma \gamma } (m_{f_2 }^2 ) \approx 3.8 keV\).  相似文献

Axion-like particles(ALPs)are often defined as relatively light pseudoscalar particles and appear in many extensions of the Standard Model.Taking into account constraints on the free parameters from existing searches and explaining the g-2 deviation,we consider the contributions of ALPs with mass in the range of 1.5GeVm_am_h-m_Z to the exclusive Higgs decays h→PZ and h→Pe~+e~-with P being the pseudoscalar mesonsπ~0,η,η',η_c andη_b in a model-independent approach.We find that,in most of the parameter space range,the contributions of ALP to these decay-processes are ver.y small,while in the case of the ALP mass ma approximatel.y equaling the meson mass m_P,the contributions are significantly large.  相似文献

This work reviews the status of the international OPERA experiment aimed at searching for the νμ → ντ oscillation. Development of the emulsion techniques in the preceding DONUT and CHORUS experiments is described. A brief overview of the NOMAD experiment is given, in which properties of ντ interactions were thoroughly investigated. Characteristics of the CERN-Gran Sasso (CNGS) neutrino beam are given, the structure of the OPERA hybrid detector and the functions of its subsystems are considered, and the automatic emulsion scanning technique is briefly reviewed. Uncertainties in reconstruction of event parameters using the electronic and emulsion detectors are discussed and the procedure adopted in the experiment for identification of ντ interactions is described. The main sources of background in the search for νμ → ντ oscillation are considered. Topologies of the first two ντ candidates observed in the OPERA emulsion detector are presented. Possibilities of increasing the ντ interaction selection efficiency using multidimensional criteria are briefly discussed.  相似文献

Abstract

We study the q → ∞ limit of the q-deformation of the WZW model on a compact simple and simply connected target Lie group. We show that the commutation relations of the q → ∞ current algebra are underlied by certain affine Poisson structure on the group of holomorphic maps from the disc into the complexification of the target group. The Lie algebroid corresponding to this affine Poisson structure can be integrated to a global symplectic groupoid which turns out to be nothing but the phase space of the q → ∞ limit of the q-WZW model. We also show that this symplectic grupoid admits a chiral decomposition compatible with its (anomalous) Poisson-Lie symmetries. Finally, we dualize the chiral theory in a remarkable way and we evaluate the exchange relations for the q → ∞ chiral WZW fields in both the original and the dual pictures.  相似文献

We present an update study of the penguin induced transitionbs in the minimalN=1 supersymmetric extension of the Standard Model with radiative breaking of the electroweak group. We include the effects of one-loop corrections to the Higgs potential and scalar masses, and perform a detailed analysis of the implications of the recently advocated relation |B|2 for the bilinear SUSY soft breaking parameter in grand unified theories. We show that the present upper and lower experimental limits on the inclusive decay sharply constrain the parameter space of the model for a wide range of tan values.  相似文献

Effects of charged Higgs bosons (H+) on various loop-induced processes in the B-meson system are discussed, within the framework of two Higgs doublet models (2HDMs). The H+ contribution to the magnetic moment form factor turns out to be very significant and it can distinguish between the two types of 2HDMs. Even with constraints from Bd mixing, both strong enhancements or strong suppressions (in b→sγ) of decay rates are possible. Thus, information from these modes is competitive with, and may soon surpass, restrictions on 2HDMs from Bd mixing. Since (inclusive) b→sγ and b→sg1 at current limits are not excluded, continued effort to detect them is encouraged.  相似文献

In this paper we calculate the contributions to the branching ratio of Bs →γγ from charged pseudo-Goldstone bosons appearing in the one generation Technicolor model. We find that the theoretical value of the branching ratio, BR(Bs →γγ), including the contributions of PGBs, P^± and P8^±, is very different from the standard model (SM) prediction. The new physical effects can provide a one to two order of magnitude enhancement of the SM results. It is shown that the decay Bs →γγ can test new physical signals from the technicolor model.  相似文献

The general structure is obtained of the polarization effects for the single-photon mechanism in the decays AB+++.This structure takes into account possible violations of the P- and T-invariances in the electromagnetic interaction of hadrons. The Bc→Bsπ decay is studied with the perturbative QCD approach. Three types of wave functions for Bsmeson are considered.The transition form factor FBc→Bs0(0) and the branching ratio Br(Bc→Bsπ)aresensitivetothemodelofthe Bsmeson wave functions.With appropriate inputs, our estimate on Br(Bc→Bsπ) is comparable with the recent LHCb measurement. A clear signal of Bc→Bsπ decay should be easily observed at the Large Hadron Collider.  相似文献
