分别合成了2,7-双(1-羟乙基-4-乙烯基吡啶) 咔唑碘盐(2,7-BHVC)与3,6-BHVC, 进行了荧光性能和细胞核成像测试, 结果表明, 2,7位的Ф×δ是3,6位的2.8~3.6倍, 染色实验也证实了2,7-BHVC有特定成像细胞核的能力.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论B3LYP方法以及ZINDO/SDCI方法计算3,6-和2,7-咔唑衍生物的分子平衡几何结构、电子结构及单光子和双光子吸收性质.乙烯基吡啶取代基的位置影响分子的单光子和双光子吸收性质.与3,6-咔唑衍生物相比,2,7-咔唑衍生物的单光子吸收波长红移,振子强度增大;双光子吸收波长红移,双光子吸收截面增加.结果表明,2,7-咔唑衍生物是更好的双光子吸收材料.  相似文献

A series of 2,6- and 2,7-bis(styryl)anthracene derivatives with the donors at the styryl group and acceptors at the 9,10-positions have been synthesized, and their two-photon cross sections (Phidelta(max)) were determined. These compounds exhibit a peak two-photon absorptivity (delta(max)) in the range of 700-2500 GM at 780-1030 nm. Values of lambda(max) and Stokes shifts increase as the acceptor is changed to a stronger one. There is also a parallel increase in lambda(2)max and delta(max) with the same variation of the chromophore structure. Both lambda (2)(max)and Phidelta(max) have been optimized by introducing donor-substituted styryl groups at the 2,6-positions and p-cyanophenyl groups at the 9,10-positions, respectively. The effect of a pi center on the two-photon absorption properties has been assessed by comparing the existing data for a variety of D-pi-D derivatives.  相似文献

This paper reports the synthesis, photophysical behavior, and use in nanosecond optical-pulse suppression of a poly(2,7-carbazole-alt-2,7-fluorene) and a poly(3,6-carbazole-alt-2,7-fluorene) in which the carbazole N-positions are linked by an alkyl chain to one of the nitrogen atoms of a perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic diimide (PDI) acceptor. It was found that the PDI pendants on the polymer side chain aggregated even in dilute solution, which extended the onset of PDI absorption into the near-infrared (NIR). Transient-absorption spectra of these polymers provide evidence for efficient electron transfer following either donor or acceptor photoexcitation to form long-lived charge-separated species, which exhibit strong absorption in the NIR. The spectral overlap between the transient species and the long-wavelength absorption edge of the aggregated PDI leads to reverse saturable absorption at 680 nm that can be used for optical-pulse suppression. Additionally, at high input energies, two-photon absorption mechanisms may also contribute to the suppression. PDI-grafted polymers exhibit enhanced optical-pulse suppression compared with blends of model materials composed of unfunctionalized poly(carbazole-alt-2,7-fluorene)s and PDI small molecules.  相似文献

We have prepared photosensitizer-doped conjugated polymer nanoparticles by using a reprecipitation method. The conjugated polymer, poly[9,9-dibromohexylfluorene-2,7-ylenethylene-alt-1,4-(2,5-dimethoxy)phenylene] (PFEMO), was used as the host matrix to disperse tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP). These TPP-doped PFEMO nanoparticles are stable and have a uniform size of ~50 nm. Efficient intraparticle energy transfer from PFEMO to TPP has been observed. The TPP emission of the nanoparticles was found to be enhanced by 21-fold by PFEMO under two-photon excitation. Enhanced two-photon excitation singlet oxygen generation efficiency in the TPP-doped PFEMO nanoparticles has been demonstrated. Our results suggest that these photosensitizer-doped conjugated polymer nanoparticles can act as novel photosensitizing agents for two-photon photodynamic therapy and related applications.  相似文献

Monomethine cyanine dye 4-((1-methylbenzothiazolyliliden-2)methyl)-1,2,6-trimethylpyridinium perchlorate (Cyan 40) was investigated as a two-photon-excited fluorescence probe for nucleic acids (NA). Cyan 40 has been shown to demonstrate efficient two-photon-excited fluorescence in the presence of NA in vitro in contrast to solutions without NA. Two-photon confocal laser scanning microscopy (TPCLSM) and two-photon laser scanning microspectrofluorometry were used to check the possibility of using Cyan 40 as two-photon-excited fluorescence label for NA in living cells. Study of dye effect on viability of cells was also carried out. We ascertained that Cyan 40 is a cell-permeant dye, manifesting efficient two-photon-excited fluorescence when bound to NA in living cells, without any significant influence on viability of cells. TPCLSM images obtained from stained cells indicate preferential RNA staining by Cyan 40 compared with DNA.  相似文献

A novel octupolar chromophore with 1,3,5-triazine as core,2,7-divinylene-9,9-dimethylfluorene as extendedπ-conjugated bridge,triarylamine as the electron-donating end-groups was successfully synthesized and characterized.Their linear photophysical and two-photon absorption(TPA) properties were investigated by UV absorption,excited fluorescence(SPEF) spectra and nonlinear transmission method,respectively.The absorption cut-off of the chromophore is below 520 nm and it has stronger fluorescence emission in a nonpolar solvent.In addition,the chromophore exhibits larger TPA cross-section(226.0 GM) in the femtosecond regime at 800 nm.  相似文献

The synthesis and the characterization of new multichromophoric boron-dipyrromethene dyes are described. Their absorption, photoluminescence as well as their two-photon absorption properties have been investigated. This work shows that assembling several dyes in conjugated multichromophoric structures is a promising strategy for improving the two-photon absorption properties of such fluorophores in the NIR region while retaining their excellent photoluminescence properties.  相似文献

Perfluorophenazine regiospecifically reacted with monoalkyl-, dialkyl-, and arylamines to afford the corresponding 2-amino-substituted derivatives. 2-(Ethylamino)- and 2-(diethylamino)perfluorophenazine reacted with another molar amount of ethylamine and diethylamine to preferentially provide the 2,7-disubstituted derivatives, respectively. Perfluoro(2,7-dimethylphenazine) was allowed to react with ethylamine to give the 1-ethylamino derivative. These regiospecific reactions were explained by the density functional theory (DFT) calculations. Perfluorophenazine reacted with ethylenediamine to afford the 2,3-cyclized and N,N′-bis(2-perfluorophenazinyl) derivatives. These amino-substituted products showed UV-vis absorption (λmax) and fluorescence maxima (Fmax) in the range of 439-536 and 524-613 nm in hexane, respectively. We have provided a model to interpret the non-quadratic-intensity dependence behavior commonly observed in the two-photon fluorescence (TPF) experiment excited with high laser intensity. The model also provides one with a different technique to measure the two-photon absorption cross section of an organic chromophore in solution. In contrast to the commonly used low intensity technique that depends on the quadratic-intensity law, the present technique is based on the non-quadratic-intensity dependence of two-photon fluorescence. Auxiliary data such as two-photon quantum efficiency and fluorescence collection efficiency, essential in the low intensity method, are not required in the present technique. TPF measurements of Rhodamine B in methanol are carried out to demonstrate the validity of the present method. The method is used to determine the two-photon absorption cross section of a new chromophore attached with tricyano-derivatized furan as the electron acceptor. The two-photon absorption cross section measured using this method is also compared with that using a conventional transmission technique.  相似文献

The synthesis, linear photophysical properties, two-photon absorption (2PA), excited-state transient absorption, and gain spectroscopy of a new fluorene derivative tert-butyl 4,4'-(4,4' (1E,1'E)-2,2'-(9,9-bis(2- (2-ethoxyethoxy)ethyl)-9H-fluorene-2,7-diyl)bis(ethene-2,1-diyl)bis(4,1 phenylene)]dipiperazine-1-carboxylate (1) are reported. The steady-state linear absorption and fluorescence spectra, along with excitation anisotropy, fluorescence lifetimes, and photochemical stability of 1 were investigated in a number of organic solvents at room temperature. The 2PA spectra of 1 with a maximum cross-section of ~ 300 GM were obtained with a 1 kHz femtosecond laser system using open-aperture Z-scan and two-photon-induced fluorescence methods. The transient excited-state absorption (ESA) and gain kinetics of 1 were investigated by a femtosecond pump-probe methodology. Fast relaxation processes (~1-2 ps) in the gain and ESA spectra of 1 were revealed in ACN solution, attributable to symmetry-breaking effects in the first excited state. Efficient superfluorescence properties of 1 were observed in a nonpolar solvent under femtosecond excitation. One- and two-photon fluorescence microscopy imaging of HCT 116 cells incubated with probe 1 was accomplished, suggesting the potential of this new probe in two-photon fluorescence microscopy bioimaging.  相似文献

通过采用预估矫正的时域有限差分方法数值求解速率方程-光场强度方程,研究了纳秒激光脉冲在具有不同末端基团的对称性芴类衍生物分子2,7-双(4′-(二甲基氨基)苯乙烯基)-9-氢-芴(F1分子)和2,7-双(4′-硝基苯乙烯基)-9-氢-芴(F2分子)中的动力学传播过程以及光限幅效应,分析了两种分子的光限幅特性随传播距离(z)、粒子数密度(N)以及脉冲宽度(τ)的变化情况,并且拟合了两种分子的动态双光子吸收(TPA)截面。计算结果表明,该系列分子具有较大的双光子吸收截面以及较好的光限幅效应。此外,F2分子的末端基团―NO2与F1分子的末端基团―N(CH3)2相比具有更强的得电子能力,因而使得F2分子具有更大的跃迁偶极矩,双光子吸收截面增大,光限幅效应更为明显。  相似文献

A metal ion sensing fluorophore L that exhibits a large two-photon absorption cross-section has been synthesized in good yields. The influences of different metal ion inputs, on the one- and two-photon spectroscopic properties of L, have been investigated. The ligand itself does not show any fluorescence although in presence of a metal ion like Zn(II), Cd(II), Mg(II) or Ca(II), a ∼25 time enhancement of fluorescence is observed. The ligand with symmetrical “donor-acceptor-acceptor-donor” characteristics exhibits a large two-photon absorption cross-section measured by femtosecond open-aperture Z-scan technique at 880 nm. However, presence of any of the above metal ions lowers its two-photon absorption cross-section (δ) to different extents at 880 nm. Theoretical calculation carried out in DFT formalism on the ligand and its Zn(II) complex corroborate experimental results.  相似文献

Water-soluble ssDNA-encapsulated Ag clusters exhibit large two-photon cross sections reaching 50 000 GM, with high quantum yields in the red and near-IR. Three distinct, spectrally pure, several atom clusters emitting at 660, 680, or 710 nm have been created with two-photon cross sections rivaling those of much larger water-soluble semiconductor quantum dots. Their stability, biocompatibility, and small size offer the promise of nontoxic, sensitive high-resolution biological imaging.  相似文献

The excited-state symmetry and molecular reorientation of perylene, 1,7-diazaperylene, and 2,5,8,11-tetra- tert-butylperylene have been studied by different fluorescence depolarization experiments. The first excited electronic singlet state was reached through one-photon excitation (OPE) and two-photon excitation (TPE). A 400 and 800 nm femtosecond laser pulse was used for this purpose, and data were collected by means of the time-correlated single-photon counting technique. It is found that the rotational correlation times for each perylene derivative are very similar in the OPE and TPE depolarization experiments. For the determination of the two-photon absorption tensor, a recently described theoretical model has been applied (Ryderfors et al. J. Phys. Chem. A 2007, 111, 11531). It was found that the two-photon process can be described by a 2 x 2 absorption tensor for which the components are solvent dependent and exhibit mixed vibronic character. In the dipole approximation this is compatible with a parity-forbidden two-photon absorption into the first excited singlet state.  相似文献

The UV–Vis absorption spectra and the luminescence properties of poly(N-octyl-2,7-carbazole) (POC) and poly(N-octyl-2,7-carbazole-alt-9,9-dioctyl-2,7-fluorene) PCF have been investigated in solution and in the solid state (thin films). No aggregate and/or excimer formation has been detected in these polymeric systems. From time-resolved fluorescence measurements in solution and in the solid state, the fluorescence efficiencies of the thin films have been estimated. It is found that the fluorescence efficiencies of these polycarbazoles in the solid state are quenched, as compared to those measured in fluid solutions, but remain relatively high (φF0.40), making them promising materials for electroluminescent devices.  相似文献

A new two-photon absorption compound,2-{4-((dicyanomethylidene-5,5-dimethylcyclohexl)vinyl]phenyl}imidazo[4,5- f][l,10]phenanthroline(DDVPIP),was synthesized and characterized.The one-photon excited fluorescence(OPEF) and two-photon excited fluorescence(TPEF) of DDVPIP are sensitive to the acid/base of the solution,which arc enhanced in basic solution but weakened in acidic solution.Charge-transfer(CT) states of DDVPIP were calculated through theory methods to explain its acid/ base-sensitive fluorescent properties.  相似文献

Optical imaging provides an indispensable way to locate tumors in their early stages with high sensitivity and signal to background ratio. A heptamethine cyanine based fluorophore that emits both single photon near-infrared fluorescence and two-photon deep red fluorescence under physiological conditions was developed. Linear and nonlinear photophysical properties of this fluorophore were investigated and it demonstrated the capability to label lysosomes in cancer cells. The advantages of this fluorophore, including tolerable cytotoxicity, high fluorescence quantum yield, and the ability to emit both near-infrared single photon fluorescence and deep red two photon fluorescence in aqueous solution, give it potential to be used in intra-operatively optical image-guided tumor excision followed by two-photon fluorescence microscopy biopsy analysis after a single administration.  相似文献

Two-photon excitation of a trifluorophore (6-carboxyfluorescein, N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-6-carboxyrhodamine and cyanine-5 monofunctional dye) labeled DNA, which has a scaffold of 26 nucleotides, was achieved using focused laser light of a Q-switched Nd-YAG laser (1064 nm). The observed fluorescence signature (emission ratio from the three fluorophores) of the labeled DNA after two-photon excitation is very different from the fluorescence signatures produced by one-photon excitation at different wavelength. The additional fluorescence signatures produced by two-photon excitation of the fluorescent oligonucleotides will facilitate their use as combinatorial fluorescence energy transfer tags for multiplex genetic analysis.  相似文献
