高功率半导体激光器是固体激光器和光纤激光器的主要泵浦源。激光泵浦源性能的大幅提升直接促进了固体激光器、光纤激光器等激光器的发展。主要介绍了8xx nm和9xx nm系列半导体激光泵浦源的最新研究进展,8xx nm单管输出功率已达18.8 W@95μm,巴条输出功率已达1.8 kW(QCW),9xx nm单管输出功率已达35 W@100μm,巴条输出功率已达1.98 kW(QCW)。谱宽<1 nm的窄谱宽半导体激光器输出功率可达14 W。展望了未来半导体激光器泵浦源的发展趋势。  相似文献

为了选择适合太阳光泵浦的激光材料,本文从四能级速率方程出发,综合考虑了太阳辐射带状光谱特性和激光材料对泵浦光吸收能力,建立了太阳光泵浦固体激光理论模型。利用该模型推导得到了单束光侧面泵浦和椭球腔侧面泵浦方式下的泵浦阈值表达式,并结合Nd~3+∶YAG、Nd~3+∶glass、Nd~3+∶Cr~3+∶GSGG(Nd~3+∶Cr~3+∶Gd_3Sc_2Ga_3O_12)、Cr~3+∶BeAl_2O_4和Cr~3+∶Nd~3+∶YAG等激光材料的光谱参数,计算了这些材料的泵浦阈值光强。结果表明:在单束光侧面泵浦和椭球腔侧面泵浦方式下,Nd~3+∶YAG的泵浦阈值光强分别为448个太阳常数和224个太阳常数,是比较适合用太阳光泵浦的激光材料。由于椭球腔的特殊结构,采用椭球腔侧面泵浦激光介质,阈值光强比较低。分析了泵浦阈值光强与材料直径的关系。该模型可用于从现有的激光材料中筛选出在太阳光泵浦下最易输出激光的工作物质。  相似文献

采用钛宝石锁模飞秒激光器作为泵浦光源,利用1.8 μm纤芯的保偏光子晶体光纤的高非线性特性产生超连续谱,通过调节泵浦光源和光子晶体光纤之间的耦合,在可见光区,获得了中心波长分别在431 nm, 497 nm, 520 nm, 575 nm的mW量级的不同颜色的激光输出,并且测量输出的脉冲序列重复频率与泵浦光的一致,具有良好的稳定性.  相似文献

可溶液法制备的钙钛矿拥有优异的光学、电学性能,是一类极具潜力的电泵浦激光增益介质。近年来,基于钙钛矿材料的室温连续光泵浦激光以及大电流电致发光器件陆续被报道,在通向钙钛矿电泵浦激光的研究上取得了可喜进展,本文以此为主题展开综述。首先,介绍了钙钛矿材料实现电泵浦激光的优势。接着,梳理了现阶段通向钙钛矿电泵浦激光的两大问题,即非辐射复合损耗高和热效应严重,同时给出了改善这两大问题可采取的一些有效策略。然后,给出了电荷注入平衡化、降低光学损耗、促进粒子数反转等补充手段,它们有力推动了通向钙钛矿电泵浦激光研究向前发展。此外,还介绍了钙钛矿表面等离激元激光、钙钛矿激子极化激元激光等有望实现低阈值钙钛矿电泵浦激光的新机制。最后,总结全文,并对电泵浦钙钛矿激光未来研究做出了展望。  相似文献

A tunable laser source based on mutual injection-locked reflective semiconductor optical amplifiers (MIL-RSOAs) using a tunable bandpass filter was investigated to reduce relative-intensity noise (RIN) and improve the carrier-to-noise ratio (CNR) without additional optoelectronic compensation. Compared with laser based on self-injection-locked RSOAs (SIL-RSOAs), the laser based on MIL-RSOAs reduced RIN by as much as 16 dB and improved CNR by as much as 20 dB. The proposed method improved sensitivity for 1.25 Gb/s transmission by >15 dB compared with using traditional laser based on SIL-RSOAs.  相似文献

An environmentally stable mode-locked fiber laser based on nonlinear polarization rotation is experimentally demonstrated. The laser is based on a novel laser configuration that has negligible low-power steady-state reflectivity from one side and, consequently, no CW gain. The laser is self starting and the configuration is implementable as an all-fiber laser with standard polarization-maintaining fiber-pigtailed components. A pulse duration of 5.6 ps is obtained at a repetition rate of 5.96 MHz and at an average power of 8 mW. As an application of the proposed laser configuration, 213 mW of supercontinuum (600-1750 nm) was demonstrated from a fiber laser system with no sections of free-space optics.  相似文献

激光准直技术在位移测量及相关应用中具有重要作用,其核心器件是位置敏感探测器,环境杂散光、电源波动、光电信号处理电路噪声等是影响测量精度的主要因素。针对以上问题,提出一种基于激光调制的高精度位移测量方法。将激光器由直流驱动的连续输出模式改为交流驱动的调制模式输出,优化设计光电探测器微弱光电信号的调理与采集系统,通过编写Labview软件对信号进行频谱分析、带通滤波、均值处理等,对激光连续输出和激光调制输出2种情况分别进行了实验测试与分析,并对比了位移测量的稳定性。实验结果表明:其测量值波动范围从7 μm减少到了2.6 μm,验证了基于激光调制方法的有效性,可以通过滤波更加有效地消除噪声,测量精度提高至3 μm以内。  相似文献

In this paper, the surface acoustic wave velocity results acquired from the inspection of specially manufactured and characterised alumina ceramic materials are presented. Ultrasonic velocity data of alumina-based ceramics in the range 60-100% theoretical density was generated utilising non-contacting laser-ultrasonic measurements based on laser generation and detection of surface acoustic waves with the objective of creating a routine technique for industrial advanced alumina inspection. With linear fitting the surface acoustic wave velocity data serves as a calibration graph for using laser ultrasonics for routine monitoring of alumina. A second laser ultrasonic technique based on the laser generation and foil transducer detection of surface acoustic waves was used to validate the surface acoustic wave velocities measured by the laser generation/detection technique.  相似文献

Diverse in-process monitoring techniques based on acoustic, chromatic and intelligent approaches have been developed for laser cleaning not only to achieve the sound-cleaned surface but also to control the process in an automatic manner. The cleaning of various materials such as copper, marble, paper have also been carried out by using Q-switched Nd:YAG radiation. The process was successfully monitored by detecting the acoustic emission induced by laser–surface interactions during laser cleaning. Novel surface monitoring was achieved by chromatic modulation technique. The monitoring of laser fluence based on neural network logic was carried out by means of the recognition of acoustic spectrum patterns. The prediction system of surface damage has been also developed using fuzzy rule base in the same way as a human expert. These techniques may provide unique information for characterising the process as well as a promise of successful applications for laser cleaning techniques in real practical fields.  相似文献

激光光斑中心定位是光学测量中的关键技术之一。通过对常用定位算法的分析,给出利用光斑图像中的不饱和点对光斑进行高斯拟合,并以拟合函数的幅值点作为光斑中心的方法。利用人工光斑对该算法进行验证,结果表明该算法误差远小于0.1 像素;利用一维高精度电动平移台、CCD相机、激光器等搭建测试系统,由计算机自动采集激光光斑图像并对其进行分析,实验结果表明该算法与理论分析结果的均方根误差仅为0.1 像素。  相似文献

A single picosecond ultraviolet pulse has been generated based on mode-locking of a dye laser pumped by a long pulse XeCl laser to serve as the input source for a high-power ps KrF laser system. A short-pulse uv dye laser (BBQ) pumped by an additional XeCl laser was used to selectively amplify a single pulse from a mode-locked pulse train with the pulse separation of 3.2 ns. The amplified single pulse was frequency-doubled to 248 nm with the pulse duration of 20 ps.  相似文献

针对当前大部分超短超强激光实验中真空光路调控效率低、操作方式繁琐等缺点,设计了一种基于LabVIEW软件开发平台的集成化实验光路调节系统来实现对光路高效便捷的调控。该系统由光斑位置采集单元、光斑位置调节单元和计算机等三部分构成,其设计思路是利用激光光斑映射在CCD上的空间位置,实现光路指向定位的反馈,根据反馈信息设计人机交互界面实现光路指向的调控。该系统成功实现多线程并行运行,并将不同型号不同通讯方式的多个位移台控制器集成于同一界面控制。实验证明,与常用的手动调节系统相比,该系统对实验光路的调控更方便快捷,调节效率更高。  相似文献

To select a single laser pulse from a train of nanosecond pulses emitted by a mode-locked CO laser with wavelengths from ∼5 to 6 μm, an electro-optic shutter based on CdTe Pockels cell was developed. A contrast between the selected pulse and unselected laser emission was equal to 20 and twice as much decreased in a CO laser power amplifier. To increase the contrast, a feasibility of applying a narrow-gap semiconductor as a saturable absorber is discussed.  相似文献
