关于多项式多重卷积利用差分与移位算子的计值法

Here concerned and further investigated is a certain operator method for the computation of convolutions of polynomials. We provide a general formulation of the method with a refinement for certain old results, and also give some new applications to convolved sums involving several noted special polynomials. The advantage of the method using operators is illustrated with concrete examples. Finally, also presented is a brief investigation on convolution polynomials having two types of summations.     

On the Lower Bound of the Divisibility of Exponential Sums in Binomial Case

In this article,we analyze the lower bound of the divisibility of families of exponential sums for binomials over prime field.An upper bound is given for the lower bound,and,it is related to permutation polynomials.     

Some Results on the Growth of Polynomials

In this paper,we have studied the Lacunary type of polynomials and proved a result which generalizes as well as refines some well-known polynomial inequalities regarding the growth of polynomials not vanishing inside a circle.Further the paper corrects the proofs of some already known results.     

INVARIANT ALGEBRAIC SURFACES OF SOME DYNAMICAL SYSTEM

In this paper, we study the invariant algebraic surfaces of a system, which generalizes the Lorenz system. Using the weight homogeneous polynomials and the method of characteristic curves for solving linear partial differential equations, we characterize all the Darboux invariants, the irreducible Darboux polynomials, the rational first integrals and the algebraic integrability of this system.     

Linear recurring sequences and subfield subcodes of cyclic codes

Linear recurring sequences over finite fields play an important role in coding theory and cryptography. It is known that subfield subcodes of linear codes yield some good codes. In this paper, we study linear recurring sequences and subfield subcodes. Let Mqm(f(x)) denote the set of all linear recurring sequences over Fqm with characteristic polynomial f(x) over Fqm . Denote the restriction of Mqm(f(x)) to sequences over Fq and the set after applying trace function to each sequence in Mqm(f(x)) by Mqm(f(x)) | Fq and Tr( Mqm(f(x))), respectively. It is shown that these two sets are both complete sets of linear recurring sequences over Fq with some characteristic polynomials over Fq. In this paper, we firstly determine the characteristic polynomials for these two sets. Then, using these results, we determine the generator polynomials of subfield subcodes and trace codes of cyclic codes over Fqm .     

Identities for degenerate Bernoulli polynomials and Korobov polynomials of the first kind

In this paper, we derive five basic identities for Sheffer polynomials by using generalized Pascal functional and Wronskian matrices. Then we apply twelve basic identities for Sheffer polynomials, seven from previous results, to degenerate Bernoulli polynomials and Korobov polynomials of the first kind and get some new identities. In addition, letting λ→ 0 in such identities gives us those for Bernoulli polynomials and Bernoulli polynomials of the second kind.     

Multiplication formulas for Kubert functions

The aim of this paper is two folds. First, we shall prove a general reduction theorem to the Spannenintegral of products of （generalized） Kubert functions. Second, we apply the special case of Carlitz＇s theorem to the elaboration of earlier results on the mean values of the product of Dirichlet L-functions at integer arguments. Carlitz＇s theorem is a generalization of a classical result of Nielsen in 1923. Regarding the reduction theorem, we shall unify both the results of Carlitz （for sums） and Mordell （for integrals）, both of which are generalizations of preceding results by Frasnel, Landau, Mikolas, and Romanoff et al. These not only generalize earlier results but also cover some recent results. For example, Beck＇s lamma is the same as Carlitz＇s result, while some results of Maier may be deduced from those of Romanoff. To this end, we shall consider the Stiletjes integral which incorporates both sums and integrals. Now, we have an expansion of the sum of products of Bernoulli polynomials that we may apply it to elaborate on the results of afore-mentioned papers and can supplement them by related results.     

Genus Distributions for Several Types of Ladder-class Graphs

Calculating the genus distributions of ladder graphs is a concerned topic in topological graph theory.In this paper,we formulate several ladder-class graphs by using a starting graph iterative amalgamation with copies of a path to construct a base graph and then adding some edges to the appointed root-vertices of the base graph.By means of transfer matrix and a finer partition of the embeddings,the explicit formulas for the genus distribution polynomials of four types of ladder-class graphs are derived.

EQUICONVERGENCE OF LAGRANGE INTERPOLATING PROCESSES INSIDE LEMNISCATE

Here we discuss some phenomena of equiconvergence for the functions analytic inside the lemniscate. A quantitative estimate of sequences of differences between the Jacobi polynomials and Lagrange interpolants and some other results are obtained.

An identity of symmetry for the Bernoulli polynomials

The main purpose of this paper is to prove an identity of symmetry for the higher order Bernoulli polynomials. It turns out that the recurrence relation and multiplication theorem for the Bernoulli polynomials which discussed in [F.T. Howard, Application of a recurrence for the Bernoulli numbers, J. Number Theory 52 (1995) 157-172], as well as a relation of symmetry between the power sum polynomials and the Bernoulli numbers developed in [H.J.H. Tuenter, A symmetry of power sum polynomials and Bernoulli numbers, Amer. Math. Monthly 108 (2001) 258-261], are all special cases of our results.

利用广义Lucas多项式L n(x,y)的性质,通过构造组合和式T n(x,y;tx2),结合Bernoulli多项式的生成函数和Euler多项式的生成函数,采用分析学中的方法,得到两个有关L2n(x,y)的恒等式.并从这一结果出发,得到了两个推论,推广了相关文献的一些结果.     

Reciprocal relations of Bernoulli and Euler numbers/polynomials

By means of the symmetric summation theorem on polynomial differences due to Chu and Magli [Summation formulae on reciprocal sequences. European J Combin. 2007;28(3):921–930], we examine Bernoulli and Euler polynomials of higher order. Several reciprocal relations on Bernoulli and Euler numbers and polynomials are established, including some recent ones obtained by Agoh Shortened recurrence relations for generalized Bernoulli numbers and polynomials. J Number Theory. 2017;176:149–173.     

Extended Zeilberger's algorithm for identities on Bernoulli and Euler polynomials

We present a computer algebra approach to proving identities on Bernoulli polynomials and Euler polynomials by using the extended Zeilberger's algorithm given by Chen, Hou and Mu. The key idea is to use the contour integral definitions of the Bernoulli and Euler numbers to establish recurrence relations on the integrands. Such recurrence relations have certain parameter free properties which lead to the required identities without computing the integrals. Furthermore two new identities on Bernoulli numbers are derived.

The compositional inverse of a class of bilinear permutation polynomials over finite fields of characteristic 2

Laigle-Chapuy constructed a class of permutation polynomials over a finite field of characteristic 2, which includes several other known classes. In this paper, we determine the compositional inverses of all Laigle-Chapuy's permutation polynomials. Our method is based on a direct sum decomposition of the finite field.
