New analogs of (D,L)-phenylalanine containing tetrazole rings were synthesized. Nonstoichiometric tellurides FexTi1–x Te1.45 synthesized at 850°C were studied by X-ray phase and X-ray fluorescence analysis and by 57Fe Mössbauer spectroscopy. The mutual iron-titanium substitution is limited in this series. The system contains four individual phases in which iron is in three different states: Fe2+ in an asymmetric environment, Fe2+ in a symmetric environment, and Fe0. Precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) nanoparticles were synthesized using a two-membrane system composed of a combination of a dialysis membrane tubing (DMT) and an emulsion liquid membrane (ELM). During the process, Ca2+ was diffused through the DMT, then the ELM, and finally reacted with CO 3 2– ions in the internal water-in-oil (w/o) emulsion droplets. Each individual droplet was used as a microreactor. Results showed that the particle size and morphology of PCC were depended not only on the diffusion rate of Ca2+ across the liquid membrane, but also the carrier concentration as well. The ionization constant of orthophosphoric acid, determined by conductivity measurements, decreased from 7.11×10–3 at 25°C to 6.2×10–4 mol-kg–1 at 200°C. The pressure effect to 2000 bar was also measured and the ratio K2000/K1 is 2.7 at 25°C and 3.7 at 200°C. The standard partial molar volume change for the ionization at 1 bar, , changes from –16.1 at 25°C to –33.3 cm3-mol–1 at 200°C. The partial molar compressibility change for the ionization, , varies from –3.8×10–3 to –8.3×10–3 cm3-mol–1 bar–1 over the same temperature range.  相似文献

The binuclear complexes of Cu2+ and Ni2+ with a new ligand system obtained through condensation of amino alcohols with 2-phenylhydrazone 1-phenylbutane-1,2,3-trione were synthesized. The compositions and structures of ligands and complexes were determined using elemental analysis, IR and NMR spectroscopy and magnetochemistry. The nickel complexes were found to be diamagnetic; in the copper complexes, substantial antiferromagnetic exchange interaction was observed (for Cu2+ complexes with n = 2 and 3, 2J is equal to –396 and –393 cm–1, respectively). Complexation of Sb(III) fluorides with alkali metal, ammonium, and thallium cations in the MF-SbF3-H2O systems at the molar ratios MF : SbF3=(0.01–2) : 1 is studied by preparative chemistry, pH-metry, 19F NMR, IR and X-ray powder diffraction methods. The crystals of Sb3O2F5, MSb4F13, MSb3F10, MSb2F7, M2Sb3F11, M3Sb4F15, MSbF4, M2SbF5 are synthesized and the factors influencing their formation are discussed. 1-Substituted 1-chloro-3-organylthiopropa-1,2-dienes 1a–f belonging to previously unknown type of allenic compounds were synthesized by chlorination of 1-organylthioalk-1-ynes 3a–f with N-chlorosuccinimide. The reactions of compounds 1a–f with ButOK in hexane at –20 °C are accompanied by -elimination of HCl to give new alk-1-ynyl(organylthio)carbenes 2a–f, which add to olefins to form the corresponding 1-(alk-1-ynyl)-1-organylthiocyclopropanes 5 in yields of up to 60%. The melting process of NC is studied by using modulated differential scanning calorimetry (MDSC) technique, the microscope carrier method for measuring the melting point and the simultaneous device of the solid reaction cell in situ/RSFT-IR. The results show that the endothermic process in the MDSC curve is reversible. It is caused by the phase change from solid to liquid of the mixture of initial NC, decomposition partly into condensed phase products. The values of the melting point, melting enthalpy (Hm), melting entropy (Sm), the enthalpy of decomposition (Hdec) and the heat-temperature quotient (Sdec) obtained by the MDSC curve of NC at a heating rate of 10 K min–1 are 476.84 K, 205.6 J g–1, 0.4312 J g–1 K–1, –2475.0 J g–1 and –5.242 Jg–1K–1, respectively. The MDSC results of NC with different nitrogen contents show that with increasing the nitrogen content in NC, the absolute values of Hm, Sm, Hdec and Sdec increase.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Summary From a survey of spectroscopic and structural data of six corresponding 2-hydroxybenzamides and 2-hydroxythiobenzamides (amide, N-methylamide, N,N-dimethylamide, piperidide, morpholide, 2,6-dimethylpiperidide) remarkable similarities between O(N)-H ... O and O(N)-H ... S hydrogen-bonds are obtained, concerning both, hydrogen-bond patterns and hydrogen-bond strengths. In dilute solution the OH groups of all compounds are intramolecularly associated to the (thio)carbonyl O (S) atoms with distinctly larger hydrogen-bond strengths for primary and secondary amides [ (O-H)=2950–3020 cm–1, (OH)=12.16–11.99 ppm] and thioamides [ (O-H)=2960–3000 cm–1, (OH)=11.65–11.13 ppm], than for tertiary amides [ (O-H)=3200–3250 cm–1, (OH)=9.95–8.95 ppm] and thioamides [ (O-H)=3245–3330 cm–1, (OH)=8.09–7.06 ppm]. In the solid state, the OH groups of the primary and secondary (thio)amides are also engaged in rather strong intramolecular O-H ... O=C [O ... O=2.51 Å, (O-H)=2700–2750 cm–1] and O-H ... S=C [O ... S=2.90–2.94 Å, (O-H)=2700–2840 cm–1] hydrogen-bonds; thetrans-NH groups of the primary (thio)amides and the NH groups of the secondary (thio)amides connect the molecules to N-H ... O-H [N ... O=2.93–3.10 Å, (N-H)=3319–3407 cm–1] hydrogen-bonded chains; the remainingcis-NH groups of the primary (thio)amides give rise to eight-membered cyclic dimers via N-H ... O=C [N ... O=2.93 Å, (N-H)=3226 cm–1] and N-H ... S=C [N ... S=3.46–3.47 Å, (N-H)=3233–3277 cm–1] hydrogen-bonds. Contrary, the OH groups of the tertiary (thio)amides are intermolecular associated in the solid state and link the molecules to O-H ... O=C [O ... O=2.63–2.75 Å, (O-H)=3075–3135 cm–1] and O-H ... S=C [O ... S=3.18–3.26 Å, (O-H)=3130–3190 cm–1] hydrogen-bonded chains.
O-H ... O(S)-Wasserstoffbrückenbindungen in 2-Hydroxy(thio)benzamiden. Ein Überblick über spektroskopische und strukturelle Daten
Zusammenfassung Aus einer Zusammenstellung von spektroskopischen und strukturellen Daten von sechs entsprechenden 2-Hydroxybenzamiden und 2-Hydroxythiobenzamiden (Amid, N-Methylamid, N,N-Dimethylamid, Piperidid, Morpholid, 2,6-Dimethylpiperidid) ergeben sich bemerkenswerte Analogien zwischen O(N)-H ... O und O(N)-H ... S H-Brücken, die sowohl die H-Brücken-Muster als auch die H-Brücken-Stärken betreffen. In verdünnter Lösung sind die OH-Gruppen aller Verbindungen intramolekular mit den O(S)-Atomen der (Thio)Carbonylgruppen assoziiert, wobei die H-Brücken bei den primären und sekundären Amiden [ (O-H)=2950–3020 cm–1, (OH)=12.16–11.99 ppm] und Thioamiden [ (O-H)=2960–3060 cm–1, (OH)=11.65–11.13 ppm] deutlich stärker sind, als bei den tertiären Amiden [ (O-H)=3200–3250 cm–1, (OH)=9.95–8.95 ppm] und Thioamiden [ (O-H)=3245–3330 cm–1, (OH)=8.09–7.06 ppm]. Im Festkörper weisen die primären und sekundären (Thio)Amide ebenfalls sehr starke intramolekulare O-H ... O=C [O ... O=2.51 Å, (O-H)=2700–2750 cm–1] und O-H ... S=C [O ... S=2.90–2.94 Å, (O-H)=2700–2840 cm–1] H-Brücken auf; dietrans-NH-Gruppen der primären (Thio)Amide und die NH-Gruppen der sekundären (Thio)Amide verknüpfen die Moleküle über N-H ... O-H H-Brücken [N ... O=2.93–3.10 Å, (N-H)=3318–3407 cm–1] zu Ketten; die verbleibendencis-NH-Gruppen der primären (Thio)Amide bilden zyklische, über N-H ... O=C [N ... O=2.93 Å, (N-H)=3226 cm–1] und N-H ... S=C [N ... S=3.46–3.47 Å, (N-H)=3233–3277 cm–1] H-Brücken gebundene, 8-Ring-Dimere. Im Gegensatz dazu sind die OH-Gruppen der tertiären (Thio)Amide im Festkörper intermolekular assoziiert und verknüpfen die Moleküle über O-H ... O=C [O ... O=2.63–2.75 Å, (O-H)=3075–3135 cm–1] und O-H ... S=C [O ... S=3.18–3.26 Å, (O-H)=3130–3190 cm–1] H-Brücken zu Ketten.

With the aim of structural-functional studies in the bombesin series, a number of bombesin fragments and analogues have been synthesized. The synthesis was performed by the carbodiimide method and by the activated-ester method. Fragments with the sequences 7–14, 8–14, and 9–14 were obtained by 4+4, 3+4, and 2+4 schemes and a pentapeptide with the sequence 9–13 by a 3 + 2 scheme. Acetylation of the octapeptide BN(7–14) was carried out by the action of acetic anhydride in pyridine. Analogues of the C-terminal nonapeptide of bombesin [DPhe7]BN(6–14) and [Pro6, Gly7, DAla11]BN(6–14) were synthesized by fragment condensation using the 5 + 4 scheme. The individuality of the compounds obtained was confirmed by their chromatographic behavior on plates coated with silica gel, and by the results of amino acid analysis, high-voltage electrophoresis, and high-performance liquid chromatography, and their structures were confirmed by the results of high-resolution1H NMR spectroscopy (360 MHz). In experiments on rabbits, in a dose of 1 µg with central administration the full hypothermic effect of bombesin was shown by the preparation [AcGln7]BN(7–14), while the preparation [DPhe7]BN(6–14) and [Pro6,Gly7,DAla11]BN(6–14) possessed only a slight effect (1% of the activity of bombesin).Leningrad State University. BaCe0.8Gd0.2O3– is a kind of high-temperature proton conductor. A precursor of BaCe0.8Gd0.2O3– solid electrolyte was synthesized by the citrate method and characterized by thermal analysis (thermogravimetric analysis–differential thermal analysis), X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. Using the sintered samples as a solid electrolyte and silver–palladium alloy as electrodes, we synthesized ammonia from nitrogen and hydrogen at atmospheric pressure in the solid-state proton-conducting-cell reactor. The rate of evolution of ammonia was up to 3.09×10–9 mol s–1 cm–2.  相似文献

A series of binuclear macrocyclic copper(II) complexes [Cu2Lm,n](ClO4)2·xH2O have been prepared in which the two copper(II) ions are placed in two geometrically distinct co-ordination environments. The macrocycles with two 2,6-bis(iminomethyl)-4-methylphenol entities combined through two different lateral chains, –(–CH2–)–m and –(–CH2–)–n (m = 2 or 3, n = 2 to 5) were synthesized by stepwise cyclization. Cyclic voltammetry shows the presence of two reduction couples: CuIICuII CuICuII and CuIICuI CuICuI. The comproportionation constants, Kcom, for the mixed valence CuICuII complexes have been determined electrochemically. The Kcom value increases in the order of the macrocycles: (L2,2)2–<(L2,3)2–<(L2,4)2–<(L2,5)2– and (L3,3)2–<(L3,4)2–<(L3,5)2–. Cryomagnetic investigations (80–300K) reveal a moderately strong antiferromagnetic spin exchange between the copper(II) ions within each complex (J = –210 to –390 cm–1).  相似文献

In a DFT/B3LYP study (6-31G(d) basis set), the structure, IR spectra, and thermodynamic parameters of Mg-porphin-imidazole and Mg-khlorin-imidazole complexes, serving as models of the coordination unit of chlorophyll in proteins, have been calculated. When an axial ligand is added, the Mg atom goes out of the plane of the tetrapyrrole macrocycle, the deviation being 0.34 Å. The frequency of the out-of-plane vibrations of Mg in the complexes increased by 50 cm−1, and the frequencies of the two in-plane vibrations decreased by 25 cm− 1–30 cm−1. A flow-injection chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of pipemidic acid is described. It is based on energy transfer from excited state peroxynitrous acid to pipemidic acid, in which the excited state peroxynitrous acid is synthesized on-line by the mixing of acid hydrogen peroxide with nitrite in a flow system and the CL is from two excited states of pipemidic acid. The proposed method allows the measurement of pipemidic acid over the range of 2.0×10–7–2.0×10–5 mol l–1 . The detection limit is 6.3×10–8 mol l–1, and the relative standard deviation for 2.0×10–6 mol l–1 pipemidic acid (n= 9) is 0.9%. This method was evaluated by the analysis of pipemidic acid in pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

The densities of anthracene, tetracyanoethylene, maleic anhydride, N-phenylmaleineimide, trans, trans-1,4-diphenylbuta-1,3-diene, and their Diels-Alder adducts were measured in the solid state and in solution at 25 °C. The reaction volumes in the solid state were calculated from the difference in molar volumes. They turned out to be low, close to each other (–4 to –11 cm3 mol–1), and slightly different from the reaction volumes (–8±1 cm3 mol–1) calculated from the van der Waals radii. The reaction volumes in solutions (–15 to –32 cm3 mol–1) were found from the difference in partial molar volumes of the reactants in dioxane, acetonitrile, and 1,2-dichloroethane, The experimental Diels-Alder reaction volumes in solution are determined not only by the formation of new bonds in an adduct: a considerably higher contribution (to 75%) is made by a change in the volume of intermolecular empty spaces in solution on going from reactants to adducts.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Synthesis of five binary complex salts with an [Ir(NH3)5Cl]2+ complex cation is described. The counterions are [ReCl6]2–, [IrCl6]2–, [ReBr6]2–, and Cl. A polycrystal X-ray diffraction study has been performed for [Ir(NH3)5Cl]2[ReCl6]Cl2, and its crystal structure has been determined. A series of Ir x Re1–x phases (0.5 x > 1) were obtained by reductive thermolysis.
