Expansion and amplification of weak randomness with untrusted quantum devices has recently become a very fruitful topic of research. Here we contribute with a procedure for amplifying a single weak random source using tri-partite GHZ-type entangled states. If the quality of the source reaches a fixed threshold R=log2?(10)R=log2?(10), perfect random bits can be produced. This technique can be used to extract randomness from sources that can't be extracted neither classically, nor by existing procedures developed for Santha–Vazirani sources. Our protocol works with a single fault-free device decomposable into three non-communicating parts, that is repeatedly reused throughout the amplification process.  相似文献

We show the properties and characterization of coherence witnesses. We show methods for constructing coherence witnesses for an arbitrary coherent state. We investigate the problem of finding common coherence witnesses for certain class of states. We show that finitely many different witnesses W1,W2,,Wn can detect some common coherent states if and only if i=1ntiWi is still a witnesses for any nonnegative numbers ti(i=1,2,,n). We show coherent states play the role of high-level witnesses. Thus, the common state problem is changed into the question of when different high-level witnesses (coherent states) can detect the same coherence witnesses. Moreover, we show a coherent state and its robust state have no common coherence witness and give a general way to construct optimal coherence witnesses for any comparable states.  相似文献

This paper studies the properties of the derivatives of differential entropy H(Xt) in Costa’s entropy power inequality. For real-valued random variables, Cheng and Geng conjectured that for m1, (1)m+1(dm/dtm)H(Xt)0, while McKean conjectured a stronger statement, whereby (1)m+1(dm/dtm)H(Xt)(1)m+1(dm/dtm)H(XGt). Here, we study the higher dimensional analogues of these conjectures. In particular, we study the veracity of the following two statements: C1(m,n):(1)m+1(dm/dtm)H(Xt)0, where n denotes that Xt is a random vector taking values in Rn, and similarly, C2(m,n):(1)m+1(dm/dtm)H(Xt)(1)m+1(dm/dtm)H(XGt)0. In this paper, we prove some new multivariate cases: C1(3,i),i=2,3,4. Motivated by our results, we further propose a weaker version of McKean’s conjecture C3(m,n):(1)m+1(dm/dtm)H(Xt)(1)m+11n(dm/dtm)H(XGt), which is implied by C2(m,n) and implies C1(m,n). We prove some multivariate cases of this conjecture under the log-concave condition: C3(3,i),i=2,3,4 and C3(4,2). A systematic procedure to prove Cl(m,n) is proposed based on symbolic computation and semidefinite programming, and all the new results mentioned above are explicitly and strictly proved using this procedure.  相似文献

In this paper, we establish new (p,q)κ1-integral and (p,q)κ2-integral identities. By employing these new identities, we establish new (p,q)κ1 and (p,q)κ2- trapezoidal integral-type inequalities through strongly convex and quasi-convex functions. In this paper, first we introduce the full expression for the Ricci tensor of a real hypersurface MM in complex two-plane Grassmannians G2(Cm+2)G2(Cm+2) from the equation of Gauss. Next we prove that a Hopf hypersurface in complex two-plane Grassmannians G2(Cm+2)G2(Cm+2) with commuting Ricci tensor is locally congruent to a tube of radius rr over a totally geodesic G2(Cm+1)G2(Cm+1). Finally it can be verified that there do not exist any Hopf Einstein hypersurfaces in G2(Cm+2)G2(Cm+2).  相似文献

Detection of faults at the incipient stage is critical to improving the availability and continuity of satellite services. The application of a local optimum projection vector and the Kullback–Leibler (KL) divergence can improve the detection rate of incipient faults. However, this suffers from the problem of high time complexity. We propose decomposing the KL divergence in the original optimization model and applying the property of the generalized Rayleigh quotient to reduce time complexity. Additionally, we establish two distribution models for subfunctions F1(w) and F3(w) to detect the slight anomalous behavior of the mean and covariance. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified through a numerical simulation case and a real satellite fault case. The results demonstrate the advantages of low computational complexity and high sensitivity to incipient faults.  相似文献

In this paper we give a complete classification of pseudo-Einstein real hypersurfaces in complex two-plane Grassmannians G2(Cm+2)G2(Cm+2). As an application of this result we prove that there do not exist Einstein Hopf or DD-invariant Einstein real hypersurfaces in G2(Cm+2)G2(Cm+2).  相似文献

A necessary and sufficient condition of the possibility of a deterministic local operations and classical communication (LOCC) transformation of three-qubit pure states is given. The condition shows that the three-qubit pure states are a partially ordered set parametrized by five well-known entanglement parameters and a novel parameter; the five are the concurrences CABCAB, CACCAC, CBCCBC, the tangle τABCτABC and the fifth parameter J5J5 of Acín et al. (2000) Ref. [19], while the other new one is the entanglement charge QeQe. The order of the partially ordered set is defined by the possibility of a deterministic LOCC transformation from a state to another state. In this sense, the present condition is an extension of Nielsen’s work (Nielsen (1999) [14]) to three-qubit pure states. We also clarify the rules of transfer and dissipation of the entanglement which is caused by deterministic LOCC transformations. Moreover, the minimum number of times of measurements to reproduce an arbitrary deterministic LOCC transformation between three-qubit pure states is given.  相似文献

In this Letter, some relations between the topological parameter d   and concurrences of the projective entangled states have been presented. It is shown that for the case with d=nd=n, all the projective entangled states of two n  -dimensional quantum systems are the maximally entangled states (i.e. C=1C=1). And for another case with d≠ndn, C   both approach 0 when d→+∞d+ for n=2n=2 and 3. Then we study the thermal entanglement and the entanglement sudden death (ESD) for a kind of Yang–Baxter Hamiltonian. It is found that the parameter d   influences not only the critical temperature TcTc but also the maximum entanglement value that the system can arrive at. The representation-based algorithm has raised a great interest in hyperspectral image (HSI) classification. l1-minimization-based sparse representation (SR) attempts to select a few atoms and cannot fully reflect within-class information, while l2-minimization-based collaborative representation (CR) tries to use all of the atoms leading to mixed-class information. Considering the above problems, we propose the pairwise elastic net representation-based classification (PENRC) method. PENRC combines the l1-norm and l2-norm penalties and introduces a new penalty term, including a similar matrix between dictionary atoms. This similar matrix enables the automatic grouping selection of highly correlated data to estimate more robust weight coefficients for better classification performance. To reduce computation cost and further improve classification accuracy, we use part of the atoms as a local adaptive dictionary rather than the entire training atoms. Furthermore, we consider the neighbor information of each pixel and propose a joint pairwise elastic net representation-based classification (J-PENRC) method. Experimental results on chosen hyperspectral data sets confirm that our proposed algorithms outperform the other state-of-the-art algorithms.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for the construction of maximally entangled states in CdCd when d2d. A systematic way of constructing a set of maximally entangled bases (MEBs) in CdCd was established. Both cases when d is divisible by d and not divisible by d are discussed. We give two examples of maximally entangled bases in C2C4, which are mutually unbiased bases. Finally, we found a new example of an unextendible maximally entangled basis (UMEB) in C2C5.  相似文献

In this work, a finite element (FE) method is discussed for the 3D steady Navier–Stokes equations by using the finite element pair Xh×Mh. The method consists of transmitting the finite element solution (uh,ph) of the 3D steady Navier–Stokes equations into the finite element solution pairs (uhn,phn) based on the finite element space pair Xh×Mh of the 3D steady linearized Navier–Stokes equations by using the Stokes, Newton and Oseen iterative methods, where the finite element space pair Xh×Mh satisfies the discrete inf-sup condition in a 3D domain Ω. Here, we present the weak formulations of the FE method for solving the 3D steady Stokes, Newton and Oseen iterative equations, provide the existence and uniqueness of the FE solution (uhn,phn) of the 3D steady Stokes, Newton and Oseen iterative equations, and deduce the convergence with respect to (σ,h) of the FE solution (uhn,phn) to the exact solution (u,p) of the 3D steady Navier–Stokes equations in the H1L2 norm. Finally, we also give the convergence order with respect to (σ,h) of the FE velocity uhn to the exact velocity u of the 3D steady Navier–Stokes equations in the L2 norm.  相似文献

We consider the influence of the local squeezed vacuum fields on two initially entangled two-qubit system. By considering the upper bound of entanglement under time evolution, we find that the decay of the quantum entanglement shows different behavior for different time scales (t?max{(2βA)−1,(2βB)−1}t?max{(2βA)−1,(2βB)−1} and t?min{(2βA)−1,(2βB)−1}t?min{(2βA)−1,(2βB)−1}). The relative phase of the squeezing environment can also affect the entanglement dynamics profoundly.  相似文献
