提出了一种针对大孔树脂阴离子功能化的新策略并合成了一系列阴离子功能化大孔树脂[IRA-900][An],在20 ℃和101.3 kPa的吸附条件下实现了对SO2的超高吸附容量(> 10 mmol·g-1)。和常规唑基阴离子功能化大孔树脂相比,聚咪唑基硼酸阴离子功能化的大孔树脂[IRA-900][B(Im)4]在低压条件下仍然展现了卓越的SO2捕集能力。吸附实验发现,[IRA-900][B(Im)4]在10.13 kPa和20 ℃的低压环境中能够保持10.62 mmol·g-1的超高SO2吸附量。通过红外谱学研究以及密度泛函理论(DFT)计算来进行吸附机理探究,发现聚唑基硼酸阴离子[B(Im)4]具有独特的正四面体构型,从而打破了阴离子上N负位点之间的电子流动和共轭效应。在[IRA-900][B(Im)4]捕集SO2过程中,阴离子连续和SO2分子发生化学相互作用时,吸附焓变无明显下降。因此,一个[B(Im)4]阴离子能够提供四个有效的作用位点和SO2发生化学吸附作用,从而在低压条件下,[IRA-900][B(Im)4]仍然实现了超高的SO2捕集能力。此外,我们对阴离子功能化大孔树脂[IRA-900][B(Im)4]在低压条件下对SO2吸附的循环稳定性做了探究。结果发现,在20 ℃和10.13 kPa的吸附环境中以及70 ℃的脱附条件下,[IRA-900][B(Im)4]展现了良好的循环稳定性,具有极大的工业应用价值。最后,这种阴离子功能化的策略以及多位点捕集方法对实现烟气环境中SO2的高效捕集开拓了新的思路。  相似文献

利用硫酸氧钒制备钒炭催化剂用于烟气脱硫。研究发现,负载在活性炭上的硫酸氧钒极易被氧化为五价钒硫酸盐,这些五价钒硫酸盐具有很高的氧化SO2的活性,极大地促进了SO2在活性炭上的脱除。而且,通过煅烧可以将五价钒硫酸盐分解为五价钒氧化物,最佳煅烧温度为500℃,由于煅烧后用于储存硫酸的微孔孔容增加,SO2的吸附容量得到了进一步提高,由此表明,利用硫酸氧钒可以制备传统的V2O5/AC催化剂。为了获得完全氧化的钒物种,对煅烧后的催化剂进行了空气中预氧化,但由于含氧官能团的形成、炭载体的烧蚀以及钒的还原,预氧化不利于脱硫。此外,研究中得到初步证据证明脱硫过程中V2O5/AC催化剂中五价钒氧化物转变成了五价钒硫酸盐,结合五价钒硫酸盐所表现出的氧化SO2的能力,推测SO2在V2O5/AC上的脱除遵循以下机理:五价钒氧化物先转变为五价钒硫酸盐,后者催化氧化SO2为硫酸。  相似文献

采用沉淀法合成了CeO_2载体,再经浸渍法负载活性组分得到CuO/CeO_2催化材料,探究了铈源(Ce(NO_3)_3·6H_2O、Ce Cl_3·6H_2O、Ce(NH_4)_2(NO_3)_6、Ce(SO_4)_2·4H_2O)对CuO/CeO_2催化性能的影响。通过采用XRD、SEM、N_2O滴定、BET和H_2-TPR等表征手段对催化材料的结构和性质研究发现,四种铈源合成的CuO/CeO_2催化材料在Cu比表面积、还原性能以及活性组分和载体间的相互作用方面存在着明显差别。其中,由Ce(NO_3)_3·6H_2O合成的CuO/CeO_2催化材料的Cu比表面积较大,CuO还原温度较低,CeO_2载体与CuO之间相互作用较强,在甲醇水蒸气重整反应过程中,表现出较佳的催化活性,在反应温度为553 K,水醇比n(H_2O)/n(MeOH)为1.2,甲醇水蒸气气体空速(GHSV)为1760 h~(-1)时,甲醇的转化率为100%,重整气中CO摩尔含量为0.84%。  相似文献

The catalytic activity of cobalt(II) 2,9,16,23-tetrasulphophthalocyanine and cobalt(II) 2,9,16,23-tetra(chlorosulphonyl)phthalocyanine covalently bonded to a TiO2 matrix by sol–gel processing was investigated for sulfide and ethanethiol (CH3CH2SH) liquid-phase oxidation. A comparison of the kinetic data as well as the state of active component by using electron spectroscopy in dependence on precursors was carried out. Kinetic data shows that the most stable and active catalysts for ethanethiol oxidation are both CoPc(SO3H)4 and CoPc(SO2Cl)4 in TiO2 from Ti(OiPr)4, whereas in the case of Na2S oxidation in neutral medium the activity of the former is higher.  相似文献

采用沉淀法制备了Fe(OH)_3和Fe_2O_3。通过硫酸化处理得到SO_4~(2-)/Fe(OH)_3和SO_4~(2-)/Fe_2O_3两种催化剂,并将其应用于氨选择性催化还原NO_x(NH_3-SCR)反应,研究了SO_4~(2-)功能化处理对Fe_2O_3催化剂上NH_3-SCR脱硝性能的促进机理。结果表明,与纯的Fe_2O_3相比,硫酸化处理得到的催化剂上SCR活性得到显著提升;其中,SO_4~(2-)/Fe(OH)_3表现出更加优异的催化性能,在250-450℃时NO_x转化率高于80%,且具有优异的稳定性和抗H_2O+SO_2性能。XRD、Raman、TG、FT-IR、H_2-TPR、NH_3-TPD和in situ DRIFTS等表征结果显示,硫酸功能化处理能抑制Fe_2O_3的晶粒生长,同时SO_4~(2-)与Fe~(3+)结合形成硫酸盐复合物,提高了催化剂表面酸性位点的数量和酸强度,抑制了Fe_2O_3上的氨氧化反应,从而提高了其脱硝催化性能。  相似文献

Four novel oxovanadium(IV) binuclear complexes have been synthesized, namely [(VO)2(IPHTA) (L)2SO4 (L denotes 2,2′-bipyridine (bpy); 1,10-phenanthroline (phen); 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine (Me2bpy) and 5-nitro-1,10-phenanthroline (NO2-phen)), where IPHTA is the isophthalate dianon. Based on elemental analyses, molar conductivity measurements, IR and electronic spectra studies, it is proposed that these complexes have IPHTA-bridged structures and consist of two vanadium(IV) atoms in a square-pyramidal environment. The complexes [(VO)2(IPHTA)(Me2bpy)2]SO4 (1) and [(VO)2(IPHTA)(bpy)2]SO4 (2) were characterized by variable temperature magnetic susceptibility (4–300 K) and the data could be well fitted by the least-squares method to a susceptibility equation derived from the spin Hamiltonian operator, . The exchange integral, J, was found to be −26.8 cm−1 for (1) and −31.0 cm−1 for (2). These results are commensurate with antifferomagnetic interactions between two oxovanadium(IV) ions within each molecule. The influence of different terminal ligands on magnetic interactions between the metals of this kind of complexes is also discussed.  相似文献

The influences of H2O and SO2 on CeO2/TiO2 monolith catalyst for the selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NOx with NH3 were investigated. In the absence of SO2, H2O inhibited the SCR activity, which might be ascribed to the competitive adsorption of H2O and reactants such as NH3 and/or NOx. SO2 could promote the SCR activity of CeO2/TiO2 monolith catalyst in the absence of H2O, while in the presence of H2O it speeded the deactivation. During the SCR reaction in SO2-containing gases, Ce(III) sulfate species formed on the catalyst surface, resulting in the enhancement of Brønsted acidity. This played a significant role in the enhanced SCR activity. However, in the presence of both H2O and SO2, a large amount of ammonium-sulfate salts formed on the catalyst surface, which resulted in the blocking of catalyst pores and deactivated the catalyst. In addition, the NOx conversion was more sensitive to gas hourly space velocity in the presence of H2O than in the absence of H2O. The relatively high space velocity would result in a higher formation rate of ammonium-sulfate salts on per unit catalyst in the presence of H2O and SO2, which caused obvious deactivation of Ce/TiO2 monolith catalyst.  相似文献

This work presents chemical modeling of solubilities of metal sulfates in aqueous solutions of sulfuric acid at high temperatures. Calculations were compared with experimental solubility measurements of hematite (Fe2O3) in aqueous ternary and quaternary systems of H2SO4, MgSO4 and Al2(SO4)3 at high temperatures. A hybrid model of ion-association and electrolyte non-random two liquid (ENRTL) theory was employed to fit solubility data in three ternary systems H2SO4–MgSO4–H2O, H2SO4–Al2(SO4)3–H2O at 235–270 °C and H2SO4–Fe2(SO4)3–H2O at 150–270 °C. Employing the Aspen Plus™ property program, the electrolyte NRTL local composition model was used for calculating activity coefficients of the ions Al3+, Mg2+ Fe3+ and SO42−, HSO4, OH, H3O+, respectively, as well as molecular species. The solid phases were hydronium alunite (H3O)Al3(SO4)2(OH)6, hematite Fe2O3 and magnesium sulfate monohydrate (MgSO4)·H2O which were employed as constraint precipitation solids in calculating the metal sulfate solubilities. A correlation for the equilibrium constants of the association reactions of complex species versus temperature was implemented. Based on the maximum-likelihood principle, the binary interaction energy parameters for the ionic species as well as the coefficients for equilibrium constants of the reactions were obtained simultaneously using the solubility data of the ternary systems. Following that, the solubilities of metal sulfates in the quaternary systems H2SO4–Fe2(SO4)3–MgSO4–H2O, H2SO4–Fe2(SO4)3–Al2(SO4)3–H2O at 250 °C and H2SO4–Al2(SO4)3–MgSO4–H2O at 230–270 °C were predicted. The preparation and characterization by X-ray crystallography of transition metal sulfur dioxide hexafluoroarsenates of the general formula [M(SO2)x](AsF6)2 1 (1a: M=Mn, x=2; 1c: M=Co, x=4; 1e: M=Cu, x=4) and the hexafluoroantimonate [Co(SO2)2](SbF6)2 3 is reported. The structural features of the compounds mentioned are compared with those of [Fe(SO2)4](AsF6)2 (1b) and [Ni(SO2)6](AsF6)2 (1d), reported previously. The structural diversity of transition metal sulfur dioxide complexes is discussed.  相似文献

用高分辨NMR研究了NaCl、NiSO4、CuSO4、Fe2(SO4)3和Cr2(SO4)3对水溶性铑膦配合物HRh(CO)(TPPTS)3[TPPTS;P(m-C6H4SO3Na)3]分子结构的影响.31P(1H)和1HNMR谱显示,于室温下在HRh(CO)(TPPTS)3中加入的NaCl或NiSO4对配合物的特征31P(1H)和1HNMR谱峰无明显影响;当加入CuSO4后,配合物的Rh-H质子峰强度弱化明显,进而消失,且原配合物的特征磷谱峰强度减弱,新生成的磷物种谱峰逐渐成为磷谱的主要物种.当加入Fe2(SO4)3或Cr2(SO4)3后,三价金属离子的强顺磁性使NMR灵敏度下降,谱峰宽化,该2种盐均易与水溶性铑膦配合物产生强烈的相互作用,易使配合物特征谱峰消失.实验结果表明,上述金属盐对配合物结构破坏性大小的顺序为;Fe2(SO4)3>Cr2(SO4)3>CuSO4》NiSO4~NaCl.  相似文献

Two isolated organic-inorganic pentavanadate-based hybrids,[H2N(CH3)2]6.34[V^V(μ3-O)4V4^IVO5(SO4)4]·(SO4)0.67·(DMF)·[HN(CH3)2]1.66(1)and [(HN)2(CH2)2(CH3)4][V^V(μ3-O)4V4^IVO5(SO4)4][H2N(CH3)2]3@(DMF)@ [HN(CH3)2]0.5(2)(DMF=N,N-dimethylformamide)have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions and structurally characterized.In compound 1,three adjacent basic units form a triangle type cluster.The symmetric double-layer exists in compound 2.The study of the third-order nonlinear optical(NLO)properties for the two compounds demonstrates that the two-photon absorption(TPA)cross-section σ values of compounds 1 and 2 are 1372 and 1228 GM,respectively,indicating that both compounds may have potential application in optical field.  相似文献

Infrared and Raman spectra on Na3H(SO4)2, K3 H(SO4)2 and (NH4)3 H(SO4)2 crystals have been investigated at 300 and 100 K in the 4000 to 30 cm−1 region. An assignment of bands in terms of OH group frequencies and more or less distorted tetrahedra of ammonium and sulphate ions is given. The crystallographic and spectroscopic symmetry and/or dissymetry of OHO hydrogen bonds linking sulphate ions into dimers is discussed using OH group frequencies and the splitting of the v1 (SO4) Raman bands as criteria. In the particular case of (NH4)3H(SO4)1 compound containing several solid phases it can be shown that the room temperature phase (II) is strongly disordered, principally because of an orientational disorder of ammonium ions, and that a progressive ordering takes place with temperature lowering.  相似文献

分别用硫酸、硫酸铵作为前驱体,活性炭(AC)作为载体,采用浸渍法制备了SO_4~(2-)/AC双功能催化剂(SO_4~(2-)离子和AC载体分别提供催化剂的酸性和氧化还原性),考察了其在二甲醚(DME)直接氧化合成聚甲氧基二甲醚(DMMx)反应中的催化性能。结果表明,不同前驱体制备的SO_4~(2-)/AC催化剂表现出显著的催化活性差异。40%H_2SO_4/AC催化剂具有较好的反应活性,DME转化率为8.4%,DMM1-2的选择性达到59.7%,并且没有COx的生成;而在40%(NH_4)_2SO_4/AC催化剂上,反应主要生成了COx,DMM选择性仅2.7%,且无DMM2生成。XRD、BET、NH_3-TPD及O_2-TPD-MS等表征结果显示,H_2SO_4/AC催化剂中适量的弱酸性位和氧化还原性位有利于DME直接氧化合成DMMx。经过SO_4~(2-)修饰的催化剂促进了O2在活性炭表面的活化;前驱体H_2SO_4的加入提高了催化剂表面的弱酸性位数量,而(NH_4)_2SO_4的引入却促使催化剂表面产生中强酸性位。  相似文献

The behaviour of tetraarylstannanes, R4Sn (R = C6H5CH2, C6H5, o-, m-, p-CH3C6H4), towards SO2 under various conditions has now been studied in detail. Compared to aliphatic tetraorganostannanes, the variability of the reaction products is much less, so that in nearly all cases only disulfinates, R2Sn(O2SR)2, are formed. The aromatic tin(IV) mono-, di- and tri-sulfinates are also obtained by metathetical reaction between the corresponding organotin halides and sodium sulfinates. A unique feature of triaryltin chlorides, R3SnCl (R = C6H5, o-, m-, p-CH3C6H4), is their disproportionation in liquid SO2 leading to disulfinates, R2Sn(O2SR)2, and dichlorides, R2SnCl2. (p-CH3C6H4)2SnCl2, under more efficient conditions, also accepts SO2 forming (p-CH3C6H4SO2)2SnCl2. The structural investigations of the newly prepared compounds are carried out on the basis of their IR and 1H NMR spectra.  相似文献

采用初始浸渍法制备了不同Mg/Al物质的量比的Ce-La/MgAl2O4-x催化剂,并通过低温N2-吸附脱附、XRD、H2-TPR和CO-TPR等手段对其进行了表征。结果表明,在Mg/Al物质的量比为0.5时,催化剂催化CO还原NO的性能最好。这主要是因为适量Mg的添加促进了CeO2的分散和Ce-O-La固溶体的形成,从而使得表面Ce3+和氧空穴增加。两者的协同作用使得Ce-La/MgAl2O4-0.5表现出最佳的催化性能。另外,适量Mg的引入可以抑制Ce(SO42和Ce2(SO43的形成,从而提高了Ce-La/MgAl2O4-0.5催化剂抗硫中毒能力。  相似文献

Reactions between HgO, PbO, or PbO2 and 2.5–95 wt.% H2SO4 are studied at temperatures up to the boiling point of the acid. Depending on the oxide reactant, the H2SO4 concentration, and synthesis temperature, HgSO4, Hg3O2(SO4), PbSO4 and Pb2O(SO4) are obtained as identified reaction products. The thermal stability of HgSO4, Hg3O2(SO4), PbSO4, Pb2O(SO4), and PbO2 is examined and the results supplement and modify earlier findings. The redetermined crystal structure of Hg3O2(SO4) on the basis of powder neutron diffraction data shows that its space group (P31) is of lower symmetry than earlier reported (P3121).  相似文献

以三种不同铝源采用溶液燃烧法制备了系列Ni/Al_2O_3催化剂,通过XRD、H_2-TPR、NH_3-TPD、N_2吸附-脱附、TGDTG和TPH等分析方法对反应前后催化剂进行了表征,研究了铝源对Ni/Al_2O_3催化剂结构、表面性质及其CO_2-CH_4重整性能的影响。结果表明,以Al(NO_3)_3·9H_2O为铝源制备的NiNO-AlNO催化剂比表面积较大,达102 m~2/g;高温还原峰面积大,峰型更为弥散;且载体Al_2_O_3具有一定的结晶性。而以Al_2(SO_4)_3·18H_2O和AlCl_3·6H_2O为铝源制备的NiNO-AlSO和NiNO-AlCl催化剂,其载体以无定型Al_2O_3存在,活性组分Ni晶粒粒径大、分散性差,还原峰面积较小,与载体的相互作用较弱。其中,由于硫酸铝较为稳定,需要在更高温度下才能转化为Al_2O_3,且所制备NiNO-AlSO催化剂中残留有含硫物质,使得其表面酸性较强。评价结果显示,NiNO-AlNO催化剂活性较高,稳定性好,CH4转化率为31.21%,CO_2转化率为48.97%。积炭分析结果发现,NiNO-AlNO催化剂表面积炭量最少,沉积炭主要以无定型态存在,具有良好的抗积炭性能。  相似文献

Experiments were carried out to investigate the removals of SO2 and NOx from simulated lignite-burning flue gas containing SO2 (4800 ppm), NO (320 ppm) and H2O (22%) by electron beam irradiation. Removal efficiencies of SO2 and NOx were achieved to reach 97 and 88% at 70°C, and 74 and 85% at 80°C, respectively, with the dose of 10.3 kGy without NH3 leakage. The higher removal efficiencies of SO2 and NOx were observed in simulated lignite-burning flue gas than in coal-fired flue gas containing 800 ppm of SO2, 225 ppm of NO and 7.5% H2O at the same treatment condition. The higher removal efficiencies were attributed to the higher concentrations of SO2, H2O, and added NH3. Simulation calculations indicated that the higher concentrations of these components enhance the effective radical reactions to oxidize NO to form NO2 with HO2 radical, and to oxidize SO2 to form SO3 with OH radical and O2. The reactions of NOx with N and NH2 radicals to produce N2 and N2O also promote the NOx removal. By-product was determined to be the mixture of (NH4)2SO4 and NH4NO3 containing a small amount of H2SO4.  相似文献

采用不同方法制备了Fe/Al-SiO_2复合金属氧化物以模拟赤泥成分,模拟烟气条件下考察其脱汞性能。结果表明,采用溶胶-凝胶法得到的复合金属氧化物在300-450℃具有优异的脱汞性能,其中,在350℃、3 h内平均脱汞率可达到94.8%。Fe_2O_3为Hg~0的氧化提供了晶格氧和化学吸附氧;SiO_2形成的硅溶胶则有利于活性组分Fe_2O_3的分散,增强了Hg~0与活性位的接触。基本模拟烟气中存在微量HCl和NO时,Hg~0脱除率接近100%;当烟气中存在0.2 mL/min、0.4 mL/min的SO_2时,吸附剂的平均脱汞率分别降至90.7%、53.4%,这主要是由于SO_2与Fe_2O_3反应生成Fe_2(SO_4)_3,导致了Fe_2O_3的失活并抑制汞的脱除。  相似文献

Two fluoride sulfates,K2Mn3(SO4)3F2·4H2O(Ⅰ) and Rb2Mn3(SO4)3F2·2H2O (Ⅱ) are obtained by water solution method.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that they crystallize in space groups of Cmc21.Their structures feature a pseudo-KTP structure consisting of interconnecting[Mn3(SO4)3F2(H2O)2] layers,which are further packing along the a axis with alkali metal cations balancing the charges.The structure relationships between the two compounds are discussed.Secondharmonic generation measurements manifest that Ⅰ and Ⅱ have similar second-harmonic generation responses of about 0.2 and 0.25 times that of KH2PO4.  相似文献
