昆虫信息素的结构鉴定和合成 ⅩⅩⅣ. (7R, 8S)-(+)-和(7S, 8R)-(-)-午毒蛾性信息素的合成及β-羟基硅烷的立体化学

从Sharpless不对称环氧化反应所得的光学活性环氧醛2和2′(e.e.96-97%)与三甲基硅锂试剂3反应,得到β-羟基硅烷7和7′。它们经转化成乙酰氧基化合物8和8′后,再通过β-乙酰氧基硅烷的消除反应和均相催化氢化即得到两个标题化合物。对7和7′的各非对映异构体的构型进行了测定.

Tri-Et amine liganded vinyl cuprate was employed in the synthesis of the major components of the sex pheromone of old world bollworm moth (Heliothis armigera), cis-7-hexadecenal (I) and cis-11-hexadecenal (II), and gypsy moth (Porthetria dispar), 7,8-epoxy-2-methyloctadecane (III), with high Z purity (99.9%). The overall yields of I and II from octyllithium and BuLi were 70% in 3 steps, and that of III from decyllithium was 60% in 2 steps.

从R-(-)-正十三烯-3-醇2所得的R-(+)-醛5, 与R-(+)亚砜化合物6的不对称醇醛缩合得7a和7b(30:1). 7a经一系列转化得1a, 从(5S, 6R)-14出发, 经两次构型翻转[5S,6R)-15→(5S, 6S)-16和(5S, 6S)-17→(5R, 6S)-14], 得1a的对映体1b. 光学活性α-苄氧基醛5与手性亚砜的不对称醇醛缩合, 受手性亚砜的1,3-不对称诱导控制, 而不是受醛5的1,2-不对称诱导控制.

The oviposition attractant pheromone, I, of the mosquito Culex pipienes fatigans was prepared from (R)-(+)-glyceraldehyde acetonide via 11 steps in an overall yield of 15%.

应用Sharless不对称环氧化反应,合成淡色库蚊产卵引诱信息素的所有四个光学异构体1a～1d, e.e.96～97%. 从炔醇2出发到1a～1d的总得率为15～20%.     

昆虫信息素研究 I: 谷斑皮蠹性信息素14-甲基-顺-8-十六碳烯醛的立体选择合成

研究了谷斑皮蠹性信息素的主要活性组份为14-甲基-8-十六碳烯醛, 报导了新合成路线, 其关键步骤是以2-溴丁烷的格氏试剂与1,4-二溴丁烷在Li2CuCl4存在下发生偶联反应, 制得的1-溴-5-甲基庚烷, 它与金属锂、CuI和CH≡CH反应而得高纯度顺式双键构型产物, 脱保护基再经PCC氢化即得目的物14-甲基-顺-8-十六碳烯醛.     

有机硅试剂在昆虫性信息素合成中的应用: 桃小食心虫性息素-顺-7-二十烯酮-11和顺-7-十九烯酮-11的全合成

本文报导应用有机硅试剂合成顺式烯烃-桃小食心虫性信息素的结果, 这条合成路线原料易得, 产率高和具有较好的立体选择性。     

Studies on the identification and synthesis of insect pheromone: XXIV. Synthesis of (7R, 8S)-(+)- and (7S, 8R)-(−)-sex pheromone of gypsy moth and stereochemistry of β-hydroxysilane

Condensation of the epoxy aldehyde 2 or 2 prepared by Sharpless asymmetric epoxydation in 96—97% yield, with trimethylsilane lithiated 3 gave 7 or 7 ′, which after transformation to the corresponding acetoxyl compound 8 or 8 ′ afforded the title compound 1a or 1b via β-acetoxysilane elimination and catalytic homogeneous hydrogenation. The configurations of the stereoisomers 7 and 7 ′ were determined.     

Studies on the identification and syntheses of insect pheromones: XX. Synthesis of (7R, 8S)-(+)-sex pheromone of gypsy moth through the kinetic resolution of (±) allylic alcohol by Sharpless asymmetric epoxidation

The chiral epoxy alcohol 3 was synthesized in 92% e.e through the kinetic resolution of (±)-l-tridecen-3-ol 2 by Sharpless asymmetric epoxidation. 3 was then transformed to (7R, 8S)-1a, the sex pheromone of gypsy moth, in an overall yield of 60% in 5 steps.
