In this article, we consider the finite element method (FEM) for two‐dimensional linear time‐fractional Tricomi‐type equations, which is obtained from the standard two‐dimensional linear Tricomi‐type equation by replacing the first‐order time derivative with a fractional derivative (of order α, with 1 <α< 2 ). The method is based on finite element method for space and finite difference method for time. We prove that the method is unconditionally stable, and the error estimate is presented. The comparison of the FEM results with the exact solutions is made, and numerical experiments reveal that the FEM is very effective. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A high‐accuracy numerical approach for a nonhomogeneous time‐fractional diffusion equation with Neumann and Dirichlet boundary conditions is described in this paper. The time‐fractional derivative is described in the sense of Riemann‐Liouville and discretized by the backward Euler scheme. A fourth‐order optimal cubic B‐spline collocation (OCBSC) method is used to discretize the space variable. The stability analysis with respect to time discretization is carried out, and it is shown that the method is unconditionally stable. Convergence analysis of the method is performed. Two numerical examples are considered to demonstrate the performance of the method and validate the theoretical results. It is shown that the proposed method is of order Ox4 + Δt2 ? α) convergence, where α ∈ (0,1) . Moreover, the impact of fractional‐order derivative on the solution profile is investigated. Numerical results obtained by the present method are compared with those obtained by the method based on standard cubic B‐spline collocation method. The CPU time for present numerical method and the method based on cubic B‐spline collocation method are provided.  相似文献

This article discusses the analyticity and the long‐time asymptotic behavior of solutions to space‐time fractional diffusion‐reaction equations in . By a Laplace transform argument, we prove that the decay rate of the solution as t is dominated by the order of the time‐fractional derivative. We consider the decay rate also in a bounded domain. The main purpose of the current paper is to propose a new numerical scheme based on the spectral element procedure for simulating the neutral delay distributed‐order fractional damped diffusion‐wave equation. To this end, the temporal direction has been discretized by a finite difference formula with convergence order where 1<α<2. In the next, to obtain a full‐discrete scheme, we apply the spectral finite element method on the spatial direction. Furthermore, the unconditional stability of semidiscrete scheme and convergence order of full‐discrete scheme of new technique are discussed. Finally, 2 test problems have been considered to demonstrate the ability and efficiency of the proposed numerical technique.  相似文献

This article presents new theoretical results on the synchronization for a class of fractional‐order delayed neural networks with hybrid coupling that contains constant coupling and discrete‐delay coupling. This is the first attempt to investigate the synchronization problem of fractional‐order coupled delayed neural networks. Based on the fractional‐order Lyapunov stability theorem and Kronecker product properties, sufficient criteria are established to ensure the fractional‐order coupled neural network to achieve synchronization. Numerical simulations are given to illustrate the correctness of the theoretical results. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 106–112, 2016  相似文献

This study examines finite‐time synchronization for a class of N‐coupled complex partial differential systems (PDSs) with time‐varying delay. The problem of finite‐time synchronization for coupled drive‐response PDSs with time‐varying delay is similarly considered. The synchronization error dynamic of the PDSs is defined in the q‐dimensional spatial domain. We construct a feedback controller to achieve finite‐time synchronization. Sufficient conditions are derived by using the Lyapunov‐Krasoviskii stability approach and inequalities technology to ensure that the proposed networks achieve synchronization in finite time. The proposed systems demonstrate extensive application. Finally, an example is used to verify the theoretical results.  相似文献

In this article, the finite‐time stochastic stability of fractional‐order singular systems with time delay and white noise is investigated. First the existence and uniqueness of solution for the considered system is derived using the basic fractional calculus theory. Then based on the Gronwall's approach and stochastic analysis technique, the sufficient condition for the finite‐time stability criterion is developed. Finally, a numerical example is presented to verify the obtained theory. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 370–379, 2016  相似文献

This article investigates the optimal synchronization of two different fractional‐order chaotic systems with two kinds of cost function. We use calculus of variations for minimizing cost function subject to synchronization error dynamics. We introduce optimal control problem to solve fractional Euler–Lagrange equations. Optimal control signal and minimum time of synchronization are obtained by proposed method. Examples show the optimal synchronization of two different systems with two different cost functions. First, we use an ordinary integer cost function then we use a fractional‐order cost function and comparing the results. Finally, we suggest a cost function which has the optimal solution of this problem, and we can extend this solution to solve other synchronization problems. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper introduces an approximate solution for Liouville‐Caputo variable order fractional differential equations with order 0 < α(t) ≤ 1 . The solution is adapted using a family of fractional‐order Chebyshev functions with unknown coefficients. These coefficients have been obtained by using an optimization approach based on minimax technique and the least pth optimization function. Several linear and nonlinear fractional‐order differential equations are discussed using the proposed technique for fixed and variable order fractional‐order derivatives. Moreover, the response of RC charging circuit with variable order fractional capacitor is studied for different cases. Several comparisons with related published techniques have been added to illustrate the accuracy of the proposed approach.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to investigate synchronization and antisynchronization of N‐coupled general fractional‐order complex chaotic systems described by a unified mathematical expression with ring connection. By means of the direct design method, the appropriate controllers are designed to transform the fractional‐order error dynamical system into a nonlinear system with antisymmetric structure. Thus, by using the recently established result for the Caputo fractional derivative of a quadratic function and a fractional‐order extension of the Lyapunov direct method, several stability criteria are derived to ensure the occurrence of synchronization and antisynchronization among N‐coupled fractional‐order complex chaotic systems. Moreover, numerical simulations are performed to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design.  相似文献

The main work is related to show the existence and uniqueness of solution for the fractional impulsive differential equation of order α∈(1,2) with an integral boundary condition and finite delay. Using the application of the Banach and Sadovaskii fixed‐point theorems, we obtain the main results. An example is presented at the end to verify the results of the paper. This paper is devoted to the well‐posedness for time‐space fractional Ginzburg‐Landau equation and time‐space fractional Navier‐Stokes equations by α‐stable noise. The spatial regularity and the temporal regularity of the nonlocal stochastic convolution are firstly established, and then the existence and uniqueness of the global mild solution are obtained by the Banach fixed point theorem and Mittag‐Leffler functions, respectively. Numerical simulations for time‐space fractional Ginzburg‐Landau equation are provided to verify the analysis results.  相似文献

The aim of this work is to study μ‐pseudo almost automorphic solutions of abstract fractional integro‐differential neutral equations with an infinite delay. Thanks to some restricted hypothesis on the delayed data in the phase space, we ensure the existence of the ergodic component of the desired solution. In this paper, multi‐switching combination–combination synchronization scheme has been investigated between a class of four non‐identical fractional‐order chaotic systems. The fractional‐order Lorenz and Chen's systems are taken as drive systems. The combination–combination of multi drive systems is then synchronized with the combination of fractional‐order Lü and Rössler chaotic systems. In multi‐switching combination–combination synchronization, the state variables of two drive systems synchronize with different state variables of two response systems simultaneously. Based on the stability of fractional‐order chaotic systems, the multi‐switching combination–combination synchronization of four fractional‐order non‐identical systems has been investigated. For the synchronization of four non‐identical fractional‐order chaotic systems, suitable controllers have been designed. Theoretical analysis and numerical results are presented to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the applied method. Copyright © 2017 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This article is concerned with ?‐methods for delay parabolic partial differential equations. The methodology is extended to time‐fractional‐order parabolic partial differential equations in the sense of Caputo. The fully implicit scheme preserves delay‐independent asymptotic stability and the solution continuously depends on the time‐fractional order. Several numerical examples of interest are included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Numer Methods Partial Differential Eq 2010  相似文献

In this work, we obtain the fundamental solution (FS) of the multidimensional time‐fractional telegraph Dirac operator where the 2 time‐fractional derivatives of orders α∈]0,1] and β∈]1,2] are in the Caputo sense. Explicit integral and series representation of the FS are obtained for any dimension. We present and discuss some plots of the FS for some particular values of the dimension and of the fractional parameters α and β. Finally, using the FS, we study some Poisson and Cauchy problems.  相似文献

This paper investigates the asymptotical stability of Riemann‐Liouville q‐fractional neutral systems with mixed delays (constant time delay and distributed delay). By constructing some appropriate Lyapunov‐Kravsovskii functionals, some sufficient conditions on delay‐dependent and delay‐independent asymptotical stability are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). Our employed method is based on the direct calculation of quantum derivatives of the Lyapunov‐Kravsovskii functionals. Finally, two examples are presented to demonstrate the availability of our obtained results.  相似文献

In this article, based on the stability theory of fractional‐order systems, chaos synchronization is achieved in the fractional‐order modified Van der Pol–Duffing system via a new linear control approach. A fractional backstepping controller is also designed to achieve chaos synchronization in the proposed system. Takagi‐Sugeno fuzzy models‐based are also presented to achieve chaos synchronization in the fractional‐order modified Van der Pol–Duffing system via linear control technique. Numerical simulations are used to verify the effectiveness of the synchronization schemes. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 116–124, 2016  相似文献

This paper is dedicated to the Oldroyd‐B model with fractional dissipation (?Δ)ατ for any α > 0. We establish the global smooth solutions to the Oldroyd‐B model in the corotational case with arbitrarily small fractional powers of the Laplacian in two spatial dimensions. Moreover, in the Appendix, we provide some a priori estimates to the Oldroyd‐B model in the critical case, which may be useful and of interest for future improvement. Therefore, our result is closer to the resolution of the well‐known global regularity issue on the critical 2D Oldroyd‐B model. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
