纳米晶Sb掺杂SnO2(ATO)粉体的合成与表征   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
以Sn粉和Sb2O3为原料.采用共沉淀法制备了纳米ATO粉.TG-DSC及FTIR结果表明.450℃以前前驱体已失去全部水分.并完全转化为氧化物.XRD测量结果表明.所得ATO粉具有四方金红石结构.500℃焙烧后粉体的粒径为12nm.随着焙烧温度的升高.粉体的粒径增加.TEM测定结果表明,粉体的分散性很好.团聚很少.粉体的烧结性能良好,950℃时烧结5h即达到理论密度的97.3%.用霍尔系数法测定粉体的导电行为.表明该粉体具有良好的导电性能.  相似文献

研究了阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB对高效液相色谱 -电化学检测法测定水中痕量酚类化合物的增敏、增稳作用。流动相中CTMAB的最佳浓度为 0 .80mmol/L。使用NucleosilC8色谱柱 (2 0 0mm× 4 .6mmi.d .) ,流动相为甲醇 - 0 .0 2 5mol/L邻苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲液 (体积比为 6 0∶4 0 ,pH =5 .0 ,含 0 .0 6mmol/LEDTA、0 .80mmol/LCTMAB)。该方法测定苯酚、4 氯苯酚、2 ,4 二氯苯酚、2 ,4 ,5 三氯苯酚的线性范围分别为 0 .10~ 15 .0 0、0 .15~ 12 .5 0、0 .15~ 2 2 .5 0、0 .30~ 5 0 .0 0 μg/mL ,检出限分别为 0 .0 0 8、0 .0 10、0 .0 16、0 .0 34μg/mL ,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为 7.0 %、7.2 %、6 .0 %、7.0 % ,回收率分别为 4 8.0 %、80 .0 %、76 .0 %、85 .0 %。  相似文献

An original convergent total synthesis of Solamin (type A annonaceous acetogenin) was achieved. The central THF core was obtained by means of a ring-closing metathesis (RCM) reaction using a ruthenium imidazolylidene complex. The RCM substrate was prepared from a vinyl-substituted epoxide by reaction with an allyl alcohol, both synthesized from propargylic alcohol. The flexibility of the strategy should be useful in preparing various natural and unnatural annonaceous acetogenins.  相似文献

The (4R)-hydroxylated analogues of annonaceous acetogenin mimicking compound 2 were designed and synthesized structurally on the basis of the naturally occurring annonaceous acetogenin bullatacin, which was discovered as a typical member of the novel family of polyketides with potent cytotoxicity, antitumoral, and other biological activities. The preliminary screenings show that the IC(50) values of 2 were 1.6 x 10(-3) and 8 x 10(-2) microg/mL against HT-29 and HCT-8, respectively. A remarkable enhancement effect was observed by the activity comparison of 1c and its (4R)-hydroxylated analogue 2.  相似文献

The enantioselective total synthesis of the annonaceous acetogenin (-)-mucocin (1) was accomplished using a triply convergent 12-step sequence (longest linear sequence) in 13.6% overall yield. This represents the first application of the temporary silicon-tethered (TST) ring-closing metathesis (RCM) cross-coupling reaction and the enantioselective alkyne/aldehyde addition to the synthesis of a complex annonaceous acetogenin. Moreover, all three fragments required for the coupling reactions are conveniently prepared in 5-6 steps from two readily available enantiomerically enriched epoxides. Finally, this synthesis stimulated the development of a new approach for the construction of 3-hydroxy-2,6-disubstituted tetrahydropyrans, using the bismuth tribromide-mediated reductive etherification reaction, which represents a motif that is prevalent in a wide range of pharmacologically significant natural products.  相似文献

We report herein the first determination of the absolute configuration of the annonaceous butenolides by a NMR method. This technique uses a chiral solvating agent (CSA), the so-called Pirkle's reagent, at low temperature and low concentration, allowing one to apply this method to other natural products as well. Indeed, the presence of basic sites (e.g. tetrahydrofuran, hydroxyl) did not interfere with the major solvation of the reagent with the lactone moiety. A new model is proposed which allowed us to confirm the (S) absolute configuration of the butenolide of annonaceous acetogenins. Furthermore this method can be successfully applied to the measure of the diastereomeric (or enantiomeric) excess of the same butenolide containing compounds.  相似文献
