The synthesis and liquid crystalline behaviour of the first and second generations of a dendrimeric structure based on poly(propyleneimine)(DAB-dendr(NH2)x) are reported. 4-(4-n-Alkoxybenzoyloxy)salicylaldehydes are used as mesogenic moieties attached at the peripheral amino groups of the dendrimers giving rise to dendromesogens with four and eight mesogenic branches. From these dendromesogens, considered as organic ligands, were prepared six metal-containing dendrimers which incorporate two or four copper atoms in their structures. All the dendrimeric ligands and three of the metal-containing dendrimers exhibit liquid crystalline properties which were studied by optical microscopy, DSC, X-ray diffraction and EPR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A simple convergent synthetic approach has been developed for the synthesis of iridium(III)-cored dendrimers with carbazole peripherally functionalized beta-diketonato dendrons. The zeroth- to third-generation green-emitting dendrimers were synthesized by reacting the corresponding beta-diketonato dendrons with iridium(III) dimer under mild conditions with good yields, respectively. This approach proved to be modular, and could be used to prepare blue-green-emitting and red-emitting dendrimers with the same beta-diketonato dendrons only by using different cyclometallating ligands. The resulting dendritic ligands and iridium(III)-cored dendrimers were well characterized. Their photoluminescent properties both in solution and in the solid state were tested. It was found that all the dendrimers retained the photophysical properties of the corresponding small analogues with high emission quantum yields (0.06-0.30). Preliminary results indicated that these dendrimers functionalized carbazole units exhibited distinct light-harvesting potential, resulting in a strong intense emission from the iridium core of the dendrimers.  相似文献

We report the synthesis of a dense dendrimer ended by the PTA ligand (1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane), and the use of the corresponding Rh and Ru complexes for catalysis. The catalytic properties of these dendrimers are compared with those of two other dendrimers: a dendrimer of the same generation but having half the number of ligands, and a dendrimer of the next generation, but having the same number of ligands. The positive influence of the density of catalytic sites on the surface of these dendrimers for alcohol isomerization in water has been evidenced.  相似文献

"Click" dendrimers containing 1,2,3-triazolyl ligands that coordinate to PdII(OAc)2 have been synthesized in view of catalytic applications. Five of these dendrimers contain ferrocenyl termini directly attached to the triazole ligand in order to monitor the number of PdII that are introduced into the dendrimers by cyclic voltammetry. Reduction of the PdII-triazole dendrimers by using NaBH4 or methanol yields Pd nanoparticles (PdNPs) that are stabilized either by several dendrimers (G0, DSN) or by encapsulation inside a dendrimer (G1 and G2: DEN), as confirmed by TEM. Relative to PAMAM-DENs (PAMAM=poly(amidoamine)), the "click" DSNs and DENs show a remarkable efficiency and stability for olefin hydrogenation under ambient conditions of various substrates. The influence of the reductant of PdII bound to the dendrimers is dramatic, reduction with methanol leading to much higher catalytic activity than reduction with NaBH4. The most active NPs are shown to be those derived from dendrimer G1, and variation of its termini groups (ferrocenyl, alkyl, phenyl) allowed us to clearly delineate, optimize, and rationalize the role of the dendrimer frameworks on the catalytic efficiencies. Finally, hydrogenation of various substrates catalyzed by these PdNPs shows remarkable selectivity features.  相似文献

Solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) provides peptides with a dendritic topology when diamino acids are introduced in the sequences. Peptide dendrimers with one to three amino acids between branches can be prepared with up to 38 amino acids (MW ~ 5,000 Da). Larger peptide dendrimers (MW ~ 30,000) were obtained by a multivalent chloroacetyl cysteine (ClAc) ligation. Structural studies of peptide dendrimers by CD, FT-IR, NMR and molecular dynamics reveal molten globule states containing up to 50% of α-helix. Esterase and aldolase peptide dendrimers displaying dendritic effects and enzyme kinetics (k(cat)/k(uncat) ~ 10(5)) were designed or discovered by screening large combinatorial libraries. Strong ligands for Pseudomonas aeruginosa lectins LecA and LecB able to inhibit biofilm formation were obtained with glycopeptide dendrimers. Efficient ligands for cobalamin, cytotoxic colchicine conjugates and antimicrobial peptide dendrimers were also developed showing the versatility of dendritic peptides. Complementing the multivalency, the amino acid composition of the dendrimers strongly influenced the catalytic or biological activity obtained demonstrating the importance of the "apple tree" configuration for protein-like function in peptide dendrimers.  相似文献

通过固相合成方法将聚酰胺-胺树状分子担载于氯球上,对其外围分别用2,4-二羟基苯甲醛和邻羟基苯甲醛进行修饰,再与SnCl2.2H2O反应,形成配体不同的两类树状高分子锡配合物.将此类配合物用作30%的双氧水氧化酮的Baeyer-Villiger反应的非均相催化剂,具有较好的催化活性.2-金刚烷酮、环己酮、3-甲基-2-戊酮等都转化为相应的酯和内酯,底物的转化率和产物选择性均较高.对2-羟基苯甲醛、2,4-二羟基苯甲醛和邻羟基苯甲醛修饰的不同类型催化剂催化下的反应进行比较,发现配体对锡的担载量和催化活性均有不同程度的影响.其中邻羟基苯甲醛修饰的配合物因具有较高的锡担载量而具有了最佳的催化活性.此催化体系使用环境友好的低浓度双氧水为氧化剂,催化剂制备方法简单、催化反应完成时间短、催化剂在多次重复利用后活性没有明显降低,可回收和重复利用.  相似文献

Bis(2-pyridylimino)isoindolato (BPI) ligands, containing an alkynyl linker unit which allows their fixation to carbosilane dendrimers and dendrons, were synthesized by reaction of 4-nitrophthalodinitrile with 4-butynol giving the phthalodinitrile derivative containing the linker. These were subsequently reacted with two molar equivalents of 2-amino-4-methylpyridine and 2-amino-4-(t)butylpyridine yielding the respective BPI protioligands 2a and 2b. Lithiation with LDA and reaction with Si-Cl or Si-OTf (OTf=triflate) end groups in core or peripheral positions of dendritic carbosilanes gave the endodendrally and expdendrally functionalized dendrimers. Among these the first and second generation dendrimers [G-1](8-exo)-4-[C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CCH2CH2O]-10-MeBPI (8), [G-1]12-exo-4-[C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CCH2CH2O]-10-MeBPI (9) and [G-2](16-exo)-4-[C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CCH2CH2O]-10-MeBPI (10) were synthesized and fully characterized. The functional dendrimers were metallated by reaction with [(PhCN)2PdCl2] in dichloromethane to give the corresponding pallada-dendrimers.  相似文献

A series of amphiphilic dendritic ligands with a phosphine core was synthesized by use of tris(4-hydroxyphenyl)phosphine oxide and poly(benzyl ether) dendron. The corresponding phosphine-palladium core dendrimers were applied as a catalyst to an aqueous-media Suzuki-Miyaura reaction. A positive dendritic effect on chemical yields of cross-coupling products was observed.  相似文献

This study investigates transgeden (TGD) dendrimers (polyamidoamine (PAMAM)‐type dendrimers modified with rigid polyphenylenevinylene (PPV) cores) and compares their heparin‐binding ability with commercially available PAMAM dendrimers. Although the peripheral ligands are near‐identical between the two dendrimer families, their heparin binding is very different. At low generation (G1), TGD outperforms PAMAM, but at higher generation (G2 and G3), the PAMAMs are better. Heparin binding also depends strongly on the dendrimer/heparin ratio. We explain these effects using multiscale modelling. TGD dendrimers exhibit “shape‐persistent multivalency”; the rigidity means that small clusters of surface amines are locally well optimised for target binding, but it prevents the overall nanoscale structure from rearranging to maximise its contacts with a single heparin chain. Conversely, PAMAM dendrimers exhibit “adaptive multivalency”; the flexibility means individual surface ligands are not so well optimised locally to bind heparin chains, but the nanostructure can adapt more easily and maximise its binding contacts. As such, this study exemplifies important new paradigms in multivalent biomolecular recognition.  相似文献

Abstract

Poly(propylene imine) dendrimers from first and third generation modified with 1,8-naphthalimide units and their Cu(II) complexes have been characterized by fluorescence and EPR spectroscopy. Cotton fabric has been modified with these dendrimers and their color characteristics were determined. The antimicrobial activity of dendrimer ligands and their Cu(II) complexes in solution and after their deposition on a cotton fabric was investigated. Good antibacterial effect of dendrimer ligands has been obtained, which is enhanced at their Cu(II) complexes. After their deposition on cotton fabric metallodendrimers exhibit good antibiofilm activity.  相似文献

A modular self-assembly strategy is presented that allows the non-covalent synthesis of multivalent protein dendrimers using the strong interaction between choline-functionalized dendrimers and the choline binding protein C-LytA. Choline dendrimers displaying fusion proteins of C-LytA and the collagen binding protein CNA35 represent attractive multivalent targeting ligands for collagen imaging.  相似文献

Here, we investigate the catalytic activity of various copper (Cu)-loaded poly(amido amine) (PAMAM) dendrimers towards the Cu(I)-catalysed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC). Reactivity is tested on a model reaction between azido propanol and propargyl alcohol in aqueous solution. We observe significantly faster conversion using PAMAM dendrimers as macromolecular Cu(I) ligands compared to traditional small molecular ligand systems, and demonstrate that the macromolecular catalyst can be removed by ultrafiltration.  相似文献

In this paper, we report synthesis of new alkyldiphenyl phosphine ligand modified poly(ether imine) dendrimers up to the third generation. The phosphinated dendrimers were obtained by functional group transformations of the alcohols present at the periphery of the dendrimers to chloride, followed by phosphination using LiPPh2. The modification at the peripheries of the dendrimers was performed successfully to obtain up to 16 alkyl diphenylphosphines in the case of a third generation dendrimer, in good yields for each individual step. After phosphination, dendritic ligands were complexed with Pd(COD)Cl2 to give dendritic phosphine-PdII complexes. Both the ligands and the metal complexes were characterized by spectroscopic and spectrometric techniques including high-resolution mass spectral analysis for the lower generations. Evaluation of the catalytic efficacies of the dendrimer-PdII metal complexes in mediating a prototypical C-C bond forming reaction, namely the Heck reaction, was performed using various olefin substrates. While the substrate conversion lowered with catalyst in the order from monomer to third generation dendrimer, the second and third generation dendrimers themselves were found to exhibit significantly better catalytic activities than the monomer and the first generation dendrimer.  相似文献

The encapsulation of a nanometer‐sized octahedral anionic rhenium cluster complex with six terminal hydroxo ligands [Re6S8(OH)6]4? in maltose‐decorated poly(propylene amine) dendrimers (POPAM, generation 4 and 5) has been investigated. Ultrafiltration experiments showed that maximal loading capacity of the dendrimers with the cluster complex is achieved after about ten hours in aqueous solution. To study the inclusion phenomena, three different methods have been applied: UV/Vis, time‐resolved laser‐induced fluorescence spectroscopy (TRLFS), and laser‐induced liquid bead ion desorption mass spectrometry (LILBID‐MS). From the results obtained, it could be concluded that: a) the hydrolytic stability of the rhenium cluster complex is significantly enhanced in the presence of dendritic hosts; b) the cluster anions are preferentially bound inside the dendrimers; c) the number of cluster complexes encapsulated in the dendrimers increases with rising dendrimer generation. On average, four to five cluster anions can preferentially be captured in the interior of sugar‐coated dendritic carriers. An asymptotic progression of the release of cluster complexes from the loaded dendrimers was observed under physiologically relevant conditions (isotonic sodium chloride solution: approximately 93 % within 4 days for loaded POPAM‐G4‐maltose; approximately 86 % within 4 days for loaded POPAM‐G5‐maltose). These encapsulation and release properties of maltose‐decorated nanocarriers imply the possibility for the development of the next generation of dendritic nanocarriers with specific targeting of destined tissue for therapeutic treatments.  相似文献

Facially amphiphilic biaryl dendrimers are compared with the more classical benzyl ether amphiphilic dendrimers for molecular recognition, using protein binding as the probe. The protein used for the proposed study is chymotrypsin (ChT). A generation-dependent binding affinity was observed with the benzyl ether dendrimers, while the affinities were independent of generation in the case of the biaryl dendrimers. Similarly, although the ligands incorporated in both dendrons are the same, the biaryl dendrimers are able to bind more proteins compared to the benzyl ether dendrimers. For example, G3-dendron of biaryl dendrimer can bind six molecules of chymotrypsin, whereas G3-analogue of benzyl ether dendrimers can bind only three molecules of chymotrypsin. This result is consistent with our hypothesis that the internal layers of the facially amphiphilic biaryl dendrons are solvent-exposed and accessible for recognition. In addition, the systematic size differences in dendrons were also used to gain insights into the substrate selectivity that the enzyme gains upon binding to a ligand scaffold.  相似文献

The synthesis of dendrons and dendrimers which carry OEG chains and bidentate ligands and/or fluorescence tags is described. The orthogonally protected functional groups of the dendrons allow modification of the substitution pattern and attachment to larger entities. Both dendrons and dendrimers are highly water-soluble. The dendrons should have considerable potential to convert, for example, commercially available, high-generation dendrimers into water-soluble, versatile support materials for antitumor therapy.  相似文献

报道了树状结构的手性联二萘酚(BINOL)配体的合成及其在二乙基锌对醛的不对称加成反应中的应用.(R)-2,2′-二羟基-1,1′-联萘-3,3′-二羧酸与末端为氨基的Frechet聚芳醚型树状分子经缩合反应,以中等产率得到0~3代的树状分子配体,用1HNMR,IR和MALDI-TOF质谱进行了结构表征.这些树状手性配体与Ti(OPri)4在无水甲苯溶液中形成的配合物是二乙基锌对醛不对称加成反应的高效催化剂,树状分子载体的体积对催化剂的对映选择性没有明显的影响.以邻氯苯甲醛为底物时,反应的对映选择性随树状分子代数的增加而有所提高.  相似文献
