Two new 5-deoxyflavones, 7,8-dimethoxy-3',4'-methylenedioxyflavone (1) and 7,2',4'-trimethoxyflavone (2) together with a known flavone, 7,4'-dimethoxy-3'-hydroxyflavone (3) were isolated from the rootbark of Albizia odoratissima. The structures of these new compounds were elucidated by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) and 1D and 2D-NMR spectral studies including (1)H-(1)H correlation spectroscopy (COSY), heteronuclear single quantum coherence (HSQC), heteronuclear multiple bond connectivity (HMBC) and nuclear Overhauser enhancement spectroscopy (NOESY).  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the whole plant of Andrographis viscosula has led to the isolation of three new 2'-oxygenated flavonoids, (2R)-5-hydroxy-7,2',3'-trimethoxyflavanone (1), 7,2',5'-trimethoxyflavone (2), 5,7,2',3'-tetramethoxyflavone (3), and eight known flavones, 5,7,2'-trimethoxyflavone (4), 5,7,2',4',5'-pentamethoxyflavone (5), echioidinin (6), 5,2',6'-trihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone (7), 5-hydroxy-7,2'-dimethoxyflavone (8), echioidin (9), echioidinin 5-O-glucoside (10), and 5,2',6'-trihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone 2'-O-glucoside (11). The structures of 1-11 were elucidated by physical and spectral methods, including extensive 2D NMR studies. The presence of 2'-oxygenated flavonoids is apparently restricted to Andrographis species in Acanthaceae. Therefore, 2'-oxygenated flavonoids are regarded as chemotaxonomic markers of Andrographis genus in the Acanthaceae family.  相似文献

A new coumestan, tephcalostan (1) has been isolated from the whole plant of Tephrosia calophylla BEDD. together with two known flavonoids, 7-O-methylglabranin (2) and kaempferol 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3). The structure of tephcalostan was elucidated as 5'-(R)-8, 9-methylenedioxy-5'-isopropenyl-4', 5'-dihydrofurano[2', 3':2, 3]coumestan by extensive one-and two-dimensional (1D- and 2D-)-NMR techniques including (1)H-(1)H correlation spectroscopy (COSY), heteronuclear single quantum coherence (HSQC), heteronuclear multiple bond connectivity (HMBC) and nuclear Overhauser enhancement spectroscopy (NOESY) experiments.  相似文献

The phytochemical investigation of extracts from the branch wood and branch barks of Andira surinamensis yielded a novel isoflavone dimer, 4'-methoxyisoflavone-(7-O-7')-3',4'-methylenedioxyisoflavone (surinamensin), along with the triterpene lupeol and the known isoflavones 5,7-dihydroxy-4'-methoxyisoflavone (biochanin A), 5,4'-dihydroxy-7-methoxyisoflavone (prunetin), 7,3'-dihydroxy-4'-methoxyisoflavone (calycosin), and 5,7,3'-trihydroxy-4'-methoxyisoflavone (pratensein). The structure of the new isoflavone was elucidated by 1D and 2D homonuclear and heteronuclear NMR spectroscopy and by comparison with published data for closely related compounds.  相似文献

Eight flavonoids were isolated from Sophora flavescens. Among them, three prenylflavanones: (2S)-6[2(3-hydroxyisopropyl)-5-methyl-4-hexenyl]-5-methoxy-7,2', 4'-trihydroxyflavanone (1), (2S)-5, 4'-dimethoxy-8-lavandulyl-7, 2'-dihydroxy flavanone (2) and (2S)-8-(5-hydroxy-2-isopropenyl-5-methylhexyl)-7-methoxy-5,2', 4'-trihydroxyflavanone (3) are new compounds. Five new taxane diterpenoids, taxumairols G (1), H (2), I (3), J (4), and L (5) were isolated from extracts of the roots of Taiwanese Taxus mairei (LEMEE & LEVL.) S. Y. Hu. Compounds 1-4 belong to the new 11(15-->1)-abeo-taxene system, having a tetrahydrofuran ring along carbons C-2, C-3, C-4 and C-20. Compounds 3 and 4 contain an isopropenyl group at C-1 while compounds 1 and 2 are attached with a benzoxyl group at C-15. The structures of compounds 1-5 were determined on the basis of two-dimensional (2D)-NMR techniques including correlation spectroscopy (COSY), heteronuclear single quantum coherence (HSQC), heteronuclear multiple bond correlation (HMBC), and nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy (NOESY) experiments.  相似文献

Three new asterosaponins 1-3 and four known saponins 4-7 have been isolated from the starfish Asterias amurensis LüTKEN. By means of high magnetic field 1D- and 2D-NMR ((1)H-(1)H correlation spectroscopy (COSY), total correlation spectroscopy (TOCSY), heteronuclear multiple quantum coherence (HMQC), heteronuclear single quantum coherence (HSQC), heteronuclear multiple bond correlation (HMBC), and nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy (NOESY)) and MS analyses, the chemical structures of new compounds were determined to be 6α-O-[β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→4)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-galactopyranosyl]-5α-chol-9(11)-en-23-one-3β-yl sodium sulfate (1), 6α-O-[β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→4)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-galactopyranosyl]-5α-cholesta-9(11),24-dien-23-one-3β-yl sodium sulfate (2), and 6α-O-[β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→4)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-galactopyranosyl]-5α-cholest-9(11)-en-23-one-3β-yl sodium sulfate (3). In addition, the NMR data for known saponins 4-7 were completely assigned by extensive 2D-NMR analysis without chemical degradation.  相似文献

High-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry has been applied to analyze the flavonoids of Huangqi, the roots of Astragalus mongholicus and A. membranaceus. Eight flavonoids were identified as calycosin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside, calycosin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside-6"-O-malonate (2), ononin, (6aR,11aR)-3-hydroxy-9,10-dimethoxypterocarpan-3-O-bet a-D-glucoside, calycosin, (3R)-7,2'-dihydroxy-3',4'-dimethoxyisoflavan-7-O-beta-D-glucoside, formononetin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside-6"-O-malonate and formononetin by direct comparison with the isolated standards from Huangqi. The existence of (6aR,11aR)-3-hydroxy-9,10-dimethoxypterocarpan, (3R)-7,2'-dihydroxy-3',4'-dimethoxyisoflavan, astrapterocarpanglucoside-6'-O-malonate and astraisoflavanglucoside-6'-O-malonate was detected. This is the first report of flavonoid glycoside malonates in these two Astragalus species, and malonate 2 is a structurally completely identified new compound.  相似文献

Five flavonoid compounds, including two new isoflavanones, were isolated from the root bark of Erythrina x bidwilli. Their structures were determined to be 2,10-di(gamma,gamma-dimethylallyl)-3,9-dihydroxypterocarpan (erythrabyssin II), 6,8-di(gamma,gamma-dimethylallyl)-7,2',4'-trihydroxyisoflavanone (bidwillon A), 8-gamma,gamma-dimethylallyl-2',4'-dihydroxy-[6",6"-di-methylpyrano - (2",3":7,6)]isoflavanone (bidwillon B), 8-gamma,gamma-dimethylallyl-7,4'-dihydroxyisoflavone (8-gamma,gamma-dimethyl-allyldaidzein), and 8-gamma,gamma-dimethylallyl-5,2',4'-trihydroxy-[6",6"-dimethylpyrano+ ++- (2",3":7,6)]isoflavone (auriculatin), by means of spectroscopic analysis. Some potent activities against oral microbial organisms (Fusobacterium nucleatum and Prevotella intermedia) were shown in these flavonoid compounds.  相似文献

Systematical phytochemical investigations on Abies spectabilis afforded 72 chemical constituents. On the basis of physical and spectroscopic data, including 1D and 2D homo- and heteronuclear NMR experiments (heteronuclear single quantum coherence (HSQC), (1)H-(1)H correlation spectroscopy (COSY), heteronuclear multiple bond connectivity (HMBC), and nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy (NOESY)), and by comparison with the literature references, they were identified as 3 triterpenoids, 23 diterpenoids, 1 sesquiterpenoid, 13 flavonoids, 12 lignans, and 20 other components. Among these compounds, three were identified as new including abieta-7,13-diene-12α-methoxy-18-oic acid (1), 7α-methoxy-dehydroabietic acid (2), and 5-hydroxy-6-methyl-7,4'-dimethoxyflavone-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3). These three new compounds (1-3) and all the known terpenoids (4-28) were tested for cytotoxic activities against four tumor cell lines: A549, COLO-25, QGY-25, and THP-1. 采用多种色谱分离方法从柳叶五层龙(Salacia cochinchinensis Lour)的茎叶中分离得到5个化合物. 通过一维(1D)及二维核磁共振波谱(2D NMR), 包括核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、 核磁共振碳谱(13C NMR)、 异核单量子相关(HSQC)、 异核多键相关(HMBC)、 氢氢相关(1H-1H COSY)和旋转坐标中的欧沃豪斯增强光谱(ROESY), 以及红外光谱(IR)和电喷雾电离高分辨质谱(ESI-HRMS)等方法, 鉴定其结构分别为Salaciacochinoside A(1), 5'-O-3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoyl-β-D-apiofuranoside(2), 5-methoxy-anticerol A(3), 21α,30-dihydroxy-D∶A-friedooleanan-3-one(4)和21α,26-dihydroxyfriedelan-3-one(5). 化合物1~3为新化合物. α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性测试结果显示, 化合物1和3对α-葡萄糖苷酶具有显著的抑制作用, 其IC50值分别为0.32和0.59 μmol/L; 化合物2, 4和5未表现出α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性.  相似文献

Campylotropis hirtella (FRANCH.) SCHINDL. was used as a folk medicine for the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) in China. In this study, two new coumarins, 7,2',4'-trihydroxy-5-methoxy-3-arylcoumarin (1), 6-[(1S,2S)-2-angeloyloxy-1,3-dihydroxy-3-methylbutyl]-7-methoxycoumarin, named angelol M (2), together with eleven known related compounds (3-13) were isolated from this plant under the bioassay guided fractionation. All the compounds showed activity with different levels in inhibiting prostate specific antigen (PSA) secreted from androgen dependent prostate cancer cell line, LNCaP cells, using ELISA method.  相似文献

One new ceramide (=long‐chain base linked to a fatty acid via an amide bond), tanacetamide D ( 1 ), was isolated from Tanacetum artemisioides. Besides this, the two known constituents 5‐demethylnobiletin ( 2 ) and 5‐hydroxy‐3,6,7,8,3′,4′‐hexamethoxyflavone ( 3 ) were isolated for the first time from this species. Two new unusual natural pigments were first isolated from the whole herbs of Selaginella tamariscina. The structure of selaginellin A (1) was established as (R,S)-4-[(4'-hydroxy-3-((4-hydroxyphenyl)ethynyl)biphenyl-2-yl)(4-hydroxyphenyl)methylene]-2,5-cyclohexadien-1-one and selaginellin B (2) as (R,S)-4-[(4'-methoxy-4-(methyl)-3-((4-methoxyphenyl)ethynyl)biphenyl-2-yl)(4-methoxyphenyl)methylene]-2,5-cyclohexadien-1-one, along with four known biflavonoids, amentoflavone (3), hinokiflavone (4), heveaflavone (5), and 7'-O-methylamentoflavone (6). One new triterpenoid olean-18-ene-1β, 2α, 3β-triol (1) along with four known compounds were isolated from the chloroform extract of the aerial part of Salvia atropatana Bunge. The known compounds were two flavonoids, 5-hydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxyflavone (2) and 5-hydroxy-6,7,4'-trimethoxyflavone (3), an abietane-type diterpene namely taxodione (4) and a phytosterol namely γ -sitosterol (5). The structure of (1) was elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic analysis including electron ionization-mass spectra (EI-MS), (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, distortionless enhancement by polarization transfer (DEPT), H,H correlation spectroscopy (COSY), heteronuclear multiple quantum coherence (HMQC) and heteronuclear multiple bond correlation (HMBC). The structure of known compounds 2-5 were identified by comparison of their spectral data with those reported in the literature.  相似文献
