quaternary azolium salts. Upon heating their solutions in alcohol in the presence of K2CO3 the latter cyclize to 1-R-6,8-diaryl-1,5-dihydroimidazo[1,2-a]azepin-4-ium bromides or 1-R-6,8-diaryl-1H-imidazo[1,2-a]azepines

to form derivatives of 7,9-diarylpyrido[1,2-a]benzimidazole and 6,8-diarylpyrimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine. The effects of the nature of substituents in the benzene ring of the diarylbutenones and the substituent at N(1)
in the (benz)imidazoles on the alkylation and cyclization reactions has been studied. The optimum conditions for the synthesis

Iodination of 2-[allyl(methallyl)sulfanyl]-6-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones was accompanied by cyclization to 2,3-dihydro[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-4-ium triiodides. 3-(Iodomethyl)-3-methyl- 7-oxo-5-(trifluoromethyl)-2,3-dihydro[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-4-ium triiodide was reduced with sodium iodide to 3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-5-(trifluoromethyl)-2,3-dihydro[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-4-ium iodide. 相似文献

1,2-Diaminopyridinium iodide underwent reaction with ethyl acetoacetate to form 1,4-dihydro-2-methyl-4-oxopyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-1-ium iodide, and with acetyl acetone it gave 2,4-dimethylpyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-5-ium iodide. Though 2-acetylcyclohexanone gave the corresponding 5-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrido[1,2-a]quinazolin-11-ium iodide, no reaction was observed with 2,6-dimethyl-3,5-heptanedione, 1-benzoylacetone, 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione and its p-methoxyphenyl derivative. However, 1-aminopyridinium iodide and acetyl acetone in the presence of base gave 3-acetyl-2-methylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridine and 1-amino-2-methylpyridinium iodide yielded the corresponding 3-acetyl-2,7-dimethylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridine. With ethyl acetoacetate, the latter salt formed 3-ethoxycarbonyl-2,7-dimethylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridine but with 2,6-dimethyl substituents in the pyridine ring no condensation occurred. Reaction of 1-amino-2-methylpyridinium iodide with benzaldehyde gave N-benzalimino-2-methylpyridinium iodide which, on treatment with base, resulted in the formation of 2-picoline and benzonitrile, providing a convenient method of deamination. 相似文献

out with the aim of subsequent microbiological investigation. In acetic acid it was found that these compounds are brominated
by 1 equivalent of bromine at position 5 of the pyrimidine ring. The only exception is the 1-allyl derivative which undergoes
heterocyclization under these conditions to give 2-bromomethyl-5-oxo-1,2-dihydro-5H-oxazolo[3,2-a]quinoline-4-carboxylic acid

The palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions of halo derivatives of 4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one with (het)arylboronic acids allow easy access to (het)aryl and vinyl derivatives of this bicycle in good to excellent yields, even from chloro derivatives. This paper reports the synthesis of new pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-one derivatives as diuretic agents. Starting with 1,2-dihydro-5-nitro-2-oxo-3-pyridinecarboxylic acid 1 , ethyl 2-ethoxy-5-nitro-3-pyridincarboxylate 4 was obtained. Compound 4 reacts with ammonia, methylamine or S-methylpseudothiourea to give the respective 2-amino-5-nitro-3-pyridinecarboxamide derivatives 5 and 6 or 2-methylthio-6-nitro-3H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-one 8. Treating carboxamide 5 with arylaldehydes and zinc dichloride, new 2-aryl-1,2-dihydro-6-nitro-3H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ones 9 were synthetised. These compounds reduced with iron(II) hydroxide gave 6-amino-2-aryl-1,2-dihydro-3H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ones 10 as expected. 相似文献

Beta-Amino alcohols N-2'-pyridylmethyl substituted 3 have been prepared in excellent yields under mild conditions by the first Lewis acid-catalyzed aminolysis of 1,2-epoxides 1 with the bihaptic amine 2-picolylamine (2) with use of 5 mol % of Al(OTf)(3) under solvent-free conditions. 2-巯基-5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶(6)与氯乙醛或氯丙酮反应生成5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-硫丙酮(硫乙醛) (7). 中间体7与O-烷基(芳基)羟胺(5)反应得到目标化合物1-(5,7-二甲基-1,2,4三唑[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-硫)乙醛-O-烷基肟醚(9), 2-(5,7-二甲基-1,2,4三唑[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-硫)丙酮O-烷基肟醚(10). 初步生物活性测试结果表明部分化合物具有较好的除草活性. 相似文献
