研究了一种微生物脂肽——Surfactin(表面活性素)在气/液界面形成的单分子膜性质, 测定了压缩速度对其单分子膜的表面压-分子面积(π-A)曲线的影响. 结果表明, Surfactin单分子膜铺展在pH=2酸性亚相上的过程是一个亚稳过程. 通过原子力显微镜(AFM)观察了不同压缩速度时在25 mN•m-1下转移的Langmuir-Blodgett (LB)膜. 在中等压缩速度(0.6 nm2•mol-1• min-1)时转移的LB膜表面观察到分布均匀、排列规则、类似球形的表面聚集体, 而在其它压缩速度下, 形成了按一定规则分布的表面团簇结构. 结合π-A曲线和AFM图像, 提出了Surfactin表面聚集体在气/液界面上的形成机制.  相似文献

烟酸对酸性硫酸盐体系铜电沉积的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对溶液A: 0.8 mol•L-1硫酸铜,0.6 mol•L-1硫酸,5.0×10-5 mol•L-1氯离子,1.0×10-4 mol•L-1聚乙二醇的溶液,溶液B:在溶液A中加入2.0×10-2 mol•L-1烟酸,pH为0.5,运用循环伏安和计时安培法研究玻碳电极上铜的电沉积行为.结果表明,铜的电沉积过程经历了晶核形成过程,其电结晶按瞬时成核和三维生长方式进行.烟酸的加入对铜的电沉积具有阻化作用,但不改变铜的电结晶机理.沉积层的X射线衍射表明Cu为面心立方结构,在烟酸存在下沉积层出现(220)高择优取向,这可能是烟酸在Cu(220)晶面上发生强烈吸附作用的结果.  相似文献

阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)能够控制金属镍在0.5 mol•L-1 HNO3/0.005 mol•L-1 Cl-/H2O溶液中的电流振荡行为. 在电流振荡过程中, 镍电极微分电容和电导等均出现明显的振荡特性. 随着SDS浓度的增大, 镍表面微分电容和溶液电导振幅等值均逐渐减小. 并且对SDS在镍电流振荡和钝化过程中的作用原理给予解释.  相似文献

利用循环伏安法和恒电位电解法研究了室温条件下在LiClO4-二甲基亚砜(DMSO)体系中Er-Ni-Co功能合金膜的电化学制备.实验结果表明, 在0.1 mol•L-1 ErCl3-0.1 mol•L-1 NiCl2-0.1 mol•L-1 CoCl2-0.1 mol•L-1 LiClO4-DMSO体系中,控制电位在-2.20~-2.50 V范围内进行恒电位电解,得到表面均匀、附着力强、有金属光泽的黑色非晶态Er-Ni-Co合金膜, 其中Er的质量分数可达9.21%~18.90%.  相似文献

报导了在 0.43 mol•dm-3 C6H6N2和0.01 mol•dm-3 NaOH中用循环伏安法合成聚-2-氨基吡啶. 聚-2-氨基吡啶在1.0 mol•dm-3 ZnCl2(pH=4.99)溶液中的循环伏安图上有三对氧化-还原峰.旋转环-盘实验的结果表明,在 2-氨基吡啶聚合的初期有中间体生成.由红外光谱可知,聚-2-氨基吡啶具有头-尾相接的结构.聚-2-氨基吡啶平均粒子大小约893 nm, 平均粒子间距约 255 nm. 由聚-2-氨基吡啶正极和锌负极及2.5 mol•dm-3 ZnCl2溶液和 3.0 mol•dm-3 NH4Cl (pH=5.5) 溶液构成的电池,其放电曲线类似于Li-SOCl2, 放电曲线的中间区域非常平稳.  相似文献

硫脲对块体纳米晶工业纯铁在盐酸溶液中的缓蚀行为   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了硫脲对室温下1 mol•L-1盐酸溶液中粗晶和纳米晶工业纯铁的腐蚀行为的影响.从EIS的拟合结果得知,在1 mol•L-1盐酸溶液中,块体纳米晶工业纯铁比粗晶工业纯铁腐蚀倾向小.基于纳米晶和粗晶工业纯铁在添加有硫脲的1 mol•L-1盐酸溶液中阻抗谱随浸泡时间的变化关系,观察到以下现象,当浸泡时间短至5 min时,对应不同浓度(50、100、150、500 mg•L-1)的缓蚀剂添加量,在粗晶工业纯铁的阻抗复平面图上出现一感抗弧,而在纳米晶工业纯铁的阻抗复平面图是一圆心下偏的容抗弧.随着浸泡时间的延长,两种样品的容抗弧半径增大,在150 mg•L-1的浓度时,电荷传递电阻(Rct)出现极值,这表明硫脲是一种吸附型缓蚀剂.抗盐酸腐蚀性能的提高和没有感抗弧的出现, 归因于体纳米化的结果,这与体纳米化的制备技术密切相关.  相似文献

运用电化学循环伏安和程序电位阶跃方法研究了乙二醇在Pt(111)单晶电极上的解离吸附过程.动力学研究的定量结果指出,乙二醇解离吸附反应的平均速率随电极电位变化呈火山型分布,其最大值在0.10 V(vs SCE)附近.测得在含2×10-3 mol•L-1乙二醇的溶液中,最大初始解离速率vi为4.35×10-12 mol•cm--2•s-1.  相似文献

利用自组装技术将席夫碱硫醇衍生物在金表面形成自组装单分子膜,并初步研究了此自组装单分子膜的电化学行为,发现该席夫碱分子在0.1 mol•L-1的KCl溶液中具有电化学不可逆氧化还原行为,且随着自组装时间的增加表观电极反应速率常数值显著减小,最后减小为0,并对此进行了解释.  相似文献

应用表面增强红外吸收光谱法、循环伏安法和微分电容法研究了0.1 mol•L-1 KClO4和0.1 mol•L-1 KCl碱性化溶液(pH 10)中, 异烟酸(INA)在Au电极表面的吸附取向和结构. 结果表明: -0.5~0.2 V (vs. SCE)间INA阴离子(INA)通过其羧酸根上的两个氧原子垂直吸附在Au电极表面; 特性吸附Cl对上述吸附结构无实质影响. 进一步的表面增强拉曼光谱的测试表明即使在-0.8~-0.5 V, 极少量吸附的INA很可能仍维持上述基本构型.  相似文献

用分子动力学方法研究了阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)在气液界面上的结构和动力学性质. 选择单分子占有面积分别为0.45和0.68 nm2的两个模拟体系, 通过径向分布函数表征了单层膜的厚度, 并根据疏水链中碳原子与极性头中硫原子之间组成的矢量分布和取向函数, 对比了不同界面单层膜的有序排列情况. 结果表明在分子占有面积较小达到饱和吸附的情况下, 界面上的SDS具有较好的有序性. 通过计算气液界面附近水分子的扩散系数发现: 由于氢键和静电作用的影响, 界面区域内的水分子较本体溶液中的水分子有较弱的迁移能力.  相似文献

Molecular dynamic simulations with polarizable potentials were performed to systematically investigate the distribution of NaCl, NaBr, NaI, and SrCl(2) at the air/liquid methanol interface. The density profiles indicated that there is no substantial enhancement of anions at the interface for the NaX systems, in contrast to what was observed at the air/aqueous interface. The surfactant-like shape of the larger more polarizable halide anions, which is part of the reason they are driven to air/aqueous interfaces, was compensated by the surfactant nature of methanol itself. These halide anions had on average an induced dipole of moderate magnitude in bulk methanol. As a consequence, methanol hydroxy groups donated hydrogen bonds to anions where the negatively charged side of the anion induced dipole pointed, and methyl groups interacted with anions where the positively charged side of the anion-induced dipole pointed. Furthermore, salts were found to disrupt the surface structure of methanol. For the neat air/liquid methanol interface, there is relative enhancement of methyl groups at the outer edge of the air/liquid methanol interface in comparison with hydroxy groups, but with the addition of NaX this enhancement was reduced somewhat. Finally, with the additional of salts to methanol, the computed surface potentials decreased, which is in contrast to what is observed in corresponding aqueous systems, where the surface potential increases with the addition of salts. Both of these trends have been indirectly observed with experiments. The surface potential trends were found to be due to the greater propensity of anions for the air/water interface that is not present at the air/liquid methanol interface.  相似文献

采用界面扩张流变技术研究了季铵盐偶联表面活性剂C12-(CH2)2-C12·2Br(Gemini12-2-12)及其与离子液体表面活性剂溴化1-十二烷基-3-甲基咪唑(C12mim Br)复配体系的动态界面张力、扩张流变性质和界面弛豫过程等,探讨了C12mim Br对C12mim Br/Gemini12-2-12混合体系界面性质的影响及C12mim Br对Gemini12-2-12界面聚集行为影响的机制.结果表明,随着离子液体表面活性剂的不断引入,体系界面吸附达到平衡所需的时间逐渐缩短,扩张模量和相角明显降低,界面吸附膜由粘弹性膜转变为近似纯弹性膜;同时,界面及其附近的弛豫过程也发生显著变化,慢弛豫过程消失,快弛豫过程占主导地位,且离子液体浓度越高,快弛豫的贡献越大.这些界面性质的变化主要归因于离子液体表面活性剂C12mim Br参与界面形成及两表面活性剂在界面竞争吸附的结果.少量离子液体表面活性剂C12mim Br的加入可以填补疏松的Gemini12-2-12界面上的空位,形成混合界面吸附膜.随着C12mim Br含量的增加,嵌入界面的C12mim Br分子数不断增多,导致界面上相互缠绕的Gemini12-2-12烷基链"解缠",在体相和界面分子扩散交换的过程中"解缠"的Gemini12-2-12分子从界面上解吸回到体相,与此同时,C12mim Br分子相对较小的空间位阻及较强的疏水作用促使其优先扩散至界面进而取代Gemini12-2-12分子,最终界面几乎完全被C12mim Br分子所占据.  相似文献

以表面张力和荧光探针技术研究了NaBr对杂双子表面活性剂CmOhpNC8(m:10,14,16)水溶液性质的影响。结果表明,NaBr强烈促进了CmOhpNC8在气/液界面上的吸附和在水相中的聚集,其中c20在cNaBr≥10mmol/L时降到极低的微摩尔/升数量级,显示了相当高的降低水表面张力效率。在NaBr促进下,水溶液中CmOhpNC8表现出强烈的预胶团化行为。这些均是对应的2种单头基单烷烃链表面活性剂简单1:1混合所无法实现的,显示了在头基处引入短联接链形成杂双子结构的表面活性优势以及对盐效应的敏感性。  相似文献

The effect of added salts (NaCl, KCl and NaBr) on the aqueous two-phase system (ATPS) formed in mixtures of Gemini(12-3-12, 2Br)/sodium dodecyl sulfate/polyethylene glycol has been investigated. Phase diagrams of the aqueous systems containing Gemini(12-3-12, 2Br), sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), polyethylene glycol(PEG) and a salt have been determined experimentally at 313.15 K. The results indicate that the addition of salts not only induces the appearance of ATPS-A (in which anionic surfactant is in excess), shortens the phase separation time, enlarges the regions of ATPS-C (in which cationic surfactant is in excess), and decreases the minimum concentration required for forming an ATPS, but also alters the matching between anionic and cationic surfactants. Extractive experiments also showed that these salts notably enhance the extraction ability of ATPS; the Gemini-rich phase exhibits prominent cohesive action with xylenol orange, regardless of whether or not it is the upper phase or the lower phase.  相似文献

Specific ion effects on the nonlinear optical response from the water molecules at the air/sodium halide solution interfaces are measured using non-resonant surface second harmonic generation (SHG). Procedures have been developed to monitor and remove the impurities in the salt solution samples to ensure measurement of small changes in the SHG signal. Quantitative polarization analysis of the measured SHG data indicated that the average orientation of the interfacial water molecules changed only slightly around 40 degrees with the increase of the bulk concentration of the three sodium halides, namely NaF, NaCl and NaBr, from that of the neat air/water interface. The observed significant SHG signal increase with the bulk salt concentration is attributed to the overall increase of the thickness of the interfacial water molecular layer, following the order of NaBr > NaCl approximately NaF. The absence of the electric-field-induced SHG (EFISHG) effect indicated that the electric double layer at the salt aqueous solution interface is much weaker than that predicted from the molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. These results provided quantitative data to the specific anion effects on the interfacial water molecules of the electrolyte aqueous solution, not only for the larger and more polarizable Br(-) anion, but also for the smaller and less polarizable F(-) and Cl(-) anions.  相似文献

合成了疏水链长度不同和连接基长度不同的7种系列阴离子孪连表面活性剂,研究了它们的表/界面活性。结果表明,它们有较低的表面张力和临界胶束浓度(CMC),有很好的表面活性。它们的CMC都在10-5~10-6mol/L之间,表面张力在26·5~34mN/m之间。它们有非常好的抗一价、二价盐的能力。除了C16-C2-C16在高于5%的NaCl溶液中会产生析出外,其余孪连表面活性剂都能耐盐20%以上。随着盐浓度的增加,孪连表面活性剂与烷烃间的界面张力逐渐降低,能达到10-3mN/m。与中原油田原油间的界面张力能降低到10-3~10-4mN/m,表明它们可应用于特高矿化度油藏提高采收率。  相似文献

Gemini surfactants typically consist of two single-chain surfactants chemically linked by a spacer molecule. We report herein the results of fully atomistic molecular dynamics (MD) simulations of a series of Gemini surfactants: CsH2s-alpha,omega-bis(C12H25N+(CH3)2Cl-), at the air/water interface with s = 3, 4, 6, 12, 14, and 16, at values of the initial surface area per surfactant AS = 70 A2, 77 A2, 95 A2, 151 A2, 133 A2, and 103 A2, respectively. The AS values employed were obtained from surface tension and neutron reflection experiments at the respective cmc of each surfactant. The Gemini surfactant corresponding to s = 3 was also simulated at AS = 105 A2, which is the experimentally derived value of surface area per surfactant at 1/10th of cmc. Only the surfactants with s = 12 and 14 and the surfactant with s = 3 at AS = 105 A2 gave a stable monolayer at the air/water interface. In other cases, we observe movement of some surfactant molecules from the air/water interface into the aqueous phase, resulting in a stable primary monolayer of surfactants at the air/water interface and a small concentration of surfactant molecules below it. The latter form aggregates, with their hydrophobic chains in the core. The density profiles along the normal to the interface are compared with the ones obtained from neutron reflection experiments. The MD simulations confirm the bending of the spacer toward the hydrophobic chains as the spacer length is increased and the spacer becomes more hydrophobic. The simulations have helped to shed light on the low-resolution picture which emerges from experimental analyses.  相似文献

The direct measurement of the circular dichroism (CD) spectra of liquid/liquid interface has been achieved for the first time by the centrifugal liquid membrane (CLM) method combined with a conventional CD spectropolarimetry. In the sample chamber of the CD spectropolarimeter, a cylindrical glass cell containing small amounts of organic and aqueous phases was rotated at ca. 7000 rpm to generate a two-phase liquid membrane with a high specific interfacial area. The CD spectra of the J-aggregate of protonated 5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin formed at the toluene/sulfuric acid interface in the rotating cell have been measured. The results demonstrated the novelty and advantages of this method.  相似文献

应用荧光探针和zeta电位方法研究了电解质NaBr、NaCl、KCl和有机溶剂乙醇对DNA与Gemini表面活性剂相互作用的影响. DNA诱导的表面活性剂类胶束在较低浓度即可生成, 这一浓度称为临界聚集浓度(CAC). Gemini表面活性剂比具有相同烷烃链长的单体表面活性剂更易聚集, 对应的CAC较低. 实验结果表明, 盐(NaBr)浓度对DNA/表面活性剂体系的CAC影响不大, 阴、阳离子的种类则对该体系有不同程度的影响. 阴离子(Br-、Cl-)对体系的CAC有显著的影响, 但阳离子(Na+、K+)的差异对CAC影响不大. 极性溶剂乙醇对DNA与表面活性剂相互作用的影响比较复杂. 乙醇浓度较低时有利于表面活性剂的聚集, 使得CAC减小; 而浓度较高时, 则不利于表面活性剂聚集,从而使CAC变大. 乙醇可显著改变DNA/表面活性剂复合物的zeta电位.  相似文献
