应用顶空-气相色谱法测定了儿童用品乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物塑料中甲酰胺的含量。选择顶空平衡温度和时间分别为160℃和40min,用DB-Wax色谱柱(0.53mm×30m,1μm)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为内标物。甲酰胺的线性范围为1~646μg。方法用于此类共聚物塑料地垫样品的分析,加标回收率在80.9%~82.8%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在4.1%~4.5%之间。 相似文献

乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)是原油常用的降凝剂(PPDs),但其分子结构相对比较单一,对部分油品降凝效果不佳。 为了提高EVA的降凝效果,使用硬脂酰氯与羟基化的EVA直接反应的方法制备烷基长链接枝改性EVA,并与带有烷基长链的倍半硅氧烷(SS)纳米粒子进行复配。 研究了改性EVA和SS复配降凝剂对蜡油的降凝效果和降凝机理。 结果表明:复配降凝剂为蜡提供晶核,使蜡晶变小并降低蜡的沉淀量,导致蜡油中形成的蜡晶难以搭接在一起,形成了松散的结构,当复配质量比m(EVA-g)∶m(SS-L)=1∶2时,在蜡油中的质量分数为0.1%时,蜡油倾点降低了25 ℃。 相似文献

Owing to their excellent properties, such as transparency, resistance to oxidation, and high adhesivity, acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs) are widely used. Recently, solvent-free acrylic PSAs, which are typically prepared via photopolymerization, have attracted increasing attention because of the current strict environmental regulations. UV light is commonly used as an excitation source for photopolymerization, whereas visible light, which is safer for humans, is rarely utilized. In this study, we prepared solvent-free acrylic PSAs via visible light-driven photoredox-mediated radical polymerization. Three α-haloesters were used as additives to overcome critical shortcomings, such as the previously reported low film curing rate and poor transparency observed during additive-free photocatalytic polymerization. The film curing rate was greatly increased in the presence of α-haloesters, which lowered the photocatalyst loadings and, hence, improved the film transparency. These results confirmed that our method could be widely used to prepare general-purpose solvent-free PSAs—in particular, optically clear adhesives for electronics. 相似文献

Pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs) are made from soft, irreversibly lightly crosslinked polymers. Even after removal from surfaces, they retain insoluble networks which pose problems during the recycling of glass and cardboard. Herein, degradable PSAs are presented that provide the required performance in use but have networks that can be degraded after use. A series of copolymers was prepared through radical copolymerization of n-butyl acrylate, 4-acryloyloxy benzophenone (ABP) photo-crosslinker, and dibenzo[c,e]oxepin-5(7H)-thione (DOT) to provide degradable backbone thioesters. The optimum tack and peel strengths were found for molar contents of 0.05 mol% ABP and 0.25 mol% DOT. Degradation of the backbone thioesters through aminolysis or thiolysis led to the full dissolution of the networks, loss of adhesive properties of films (decreases in the measured tack and peel strengths), and the quick detachment of model labels from a substrate. Inclusion of DOT into PSAs offers a viable route toward degradable and recyclable packaging labels. 相似文献

建立了基于手性毛细管柱直接测定丙烯酮醇和丙烯酮乙酸酯对映体含量的气相法。采用HP 5 890气相仪 ,以WCOTCD Chiral DEXCB(30m× 0 2 5mmi d )为柱 ,在 14 8℃柱温、3 7mL/min载气 (N2 )流量下 ,两对对映体均可达到接近基线分离。用内标法对样品进行测定 ,线性 (相关系数 0 996 5~ 0 9985 )和重复性(RSD :1 0 8%~ 1 2 5 % )均很好。采用该方法测定丙烯酮醇转化为R 丙烯酮乙酸酯过程中反应物及其产物的对映体含量 ,并跟踪分析酶的活性和评价酶的拆分反应的选择性 ,结果令人满意。 相似文献

The copolymerizations of a gaseous monomer (ethylene) and a liquid monomer (vinyl acetate) via emulsion and miniemulsion polymerizations are reported. Reactions in which the vinyl acetate was introduced in both batch and semibatch modes are carried out. (Ethylene introduction is always in a semibatch model since the polymerization is carried out under a constant pressure of ethylene in the reactor headspace.) The results are compared, drawing the conclusion that miniemulsion copolymerization has an advantage over conventional emulsion polymerization for monomers with very low water solubility (including gaseous monomers) due to their nucleation in monomer droplets without transport through the aqueous phase.

马来酸酐-醋酸乙烯酯交替共聚物以聚乙二醇单醚醇解,得到带有不同长度的聚醚氧侧链的羧酸型梳状聚合物,其碱金属盐在加入适当增塑剂成膜后,可作为聚合物单阳离子导体,其结构以非晶态为主,具有较低的玻璃化转变温度及较好的热稳定性,增塑后的室温电导率最高可达10-5S/cm.研究发现,适当增加侧链的长度有利于提高聚合物膜的离子电导率.此外,还详细探讨了增塑剂、阳离子半径、温度及外加频率等因素对电导率的影响. 相似文献
