The components of the essential oils obtained from different parts of Daucus carota L. var. sativa Hoffm were analyzed. The percentages of the essential oils extracted are 0. 27% (mL/100 g material) for the flowers, 0. 07% for the stems and leaves and 0. 01% for the roots. Fifty-four, Sixty-six and Thirty-three compounds were, respectively,separated and identified from the flowers, the stems and leaves and the roots, among which unsaturated alkene compounds are thirty-nine, thirty-nine and twenty-one, respectively, accounting in turn for up to 90. 21%, 90. 49% and 72. 65% of the total essential oils. Because alkene compounds have double bonds that are easily oxidized, it can be inferred that the components of the essential oils in the different parts of Daucus carota L. var. sativa Hoffm should show an activity of the anti-formation of free radicals to some extent. 相似文献

Two new eudesmane-type glucopyranosides have been isolated from the fruits of Daucus carota L. On the basis of their spectroscopic and chemical evidence, the new compounds were elucidated as daucucarotol-10-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (1) and decahydro-7-[(2-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl)-isopropyl]-1β,4aα-dimethyl-(1α,4α,8aβ)-naphthalenetriol (2). Compounds 1 and 2 showed moderate antitumour activity against human ECA-109 and gave IC50 values of 23.22 and 26.76 μM, respectively. 相似文献

Water-distilled oils from the leaf, cone berry, seedless cone berry, seed, and branch of Juniperus foetidissima were analyzed by GC/MS. The main components of the leaf oil were found as -thujone and cedrol. Sabinene was the major component in the essential oil of cone berries. Sabinene, -thujone, and abietal were the main components of the seed and seedless cone berry oils. In the branch oil -pinene was the major component. 相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取南方红豆杉种子中的挥发油,测得南方红豆杉种子挥发油的收率为2.5%。通过GC-MS技术分析了南方红豆杉种子中挥发油的化学成分。按照GC/MS通用法则,初步确定了24种化合物的结构。并用峰面积归一化法得出在挥发油中的各化学成分。其中主要成分酸类占挥发油总量的81.28%.其次的烷烃类化合物为12.74%,醛类化合物为1.80%,不饱和烷烃类化合物1.44%,醇类化合物占0、89%,酯类化合物为0.52%,胺类化合物为0.34%。这几类物质占种子中挥发油总量的99.01%。 相似文献

采用GC/MS方法对采自腾格里沙漠南缘的百花蒿新鲜花的精油进行了分析,共鉴定出55个组分,并测定了它们的百分含量。其化学组成大多为酯类和萜类,其中主组分是β-月桂烯和匙叶桉油烯醇。将其精油与蒿属不同种植物的精油作了比较,这为把百花蒿从蒿属中分离出来提供了化学分类依据。同时探讨了其药用价值。 相似文献
