为鉴定中药制剂里非法掺入的口服降糖药,建立了6种口服降糖药的液相色谱-质谱分析法,总结了该类药物分子的质谱裂解规律,经色谱分离后,以多级质谱方式,对中药制剂的有效溶提取物进行检测。通过对非法掺有口服降糖药苯乙双胍;另外,通过谱行为推测提取中含有另一口服降糖药氯磺丙脲。该法专属性强,灵敏度高,可作为分析检测非法中药制剂的有效手段。  相似文献

建立了一种反相高效液相色谱梯度洗脱,以检测波长切换方法,同时测定中药复方制剂肾宝片中5种主要成分的含量。采用Alltima C18柱,以乙腈-水为流动相,用检测波长切换法,将5种主要成分分离测定,并采用高效液相色谱与电喷雾离子阱质谱(MS^3)联用,成功分离和鉴别了该制剂中的20种成分。本文建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确、可靠,可用于中药制剂肾宝片的质量控制。  相似文献

用化学还原法、胶体法和Adams法制备了PtMo/C电催化剂, 对其物理化学性质及其在CO电氧化反应中的催化性能进行了对比研究. TEM和XRD测试结果表明, 胶体法制备的催化剂颗粒在载体炭上均匀分布, 颗粒粒径约5 nm;由化学还原法制备的颗粒尺寸较大, 而Adams法制备的颗粒尺寸达数十纳米, 并有严重的团聚现象. CO消除伏安法测试结果表明, 三种制备方法中胶体法制备的PtMo/C催化剂具有最高的电化学表面积和电催化活性. 与常用的Pt/C催化剂相比, PtMo/C催化剂中Pt上弱吸附态CO的电氧化均得到了促进, 而强吸附态CO则不受影响. 这些结果表明PtMo颗粒的尺寸分布和在载体上的分散状况是影响PtMo/C催化剂电催化性能的主要因素. 胶体法制备的PtMo/C与常用的PtRu/C相比, 电化学表面积虽然较低, 但在低电势下CO的起始氧化电势只有0.15 V, 而且在0.15~0.50 V之间发生电氧化的CO达到其总量的1/3.  相似文献

研究了聚乙烯醇缩丁醛准固态电解质薄膜的制备及相关性能.通过向聚乙烯醇缩丁醛中加入适量造孔剂和辅助剂制备电解质薄膜,研究了薄膜制备过程中的相关影响因素和不同孔隙率的电解质薄膜对电池光电转换效率的影响.实验表明,通过向0.200g聚乙烯醇缩丁醛中加入6.000g碳酸钙、0.310g氯化钙和0.150g葡萄糖所制备的电解质薄膜性能最优,用其制备的染料敏化太阳能电池光电转换效率η=4.720%(开路电压Voc=0.7194V,短路电流密度Jsc=10.014mA·cm-2,填充因子FF=0.6559),达到相同条件下液态电解质电池的88%以上.薄膜电解质制备简单,封装方便,所用原料无毒无害,具有一定的发展潜力.  相似文献

A constant potential electrolytic method for the preparation of a new polypyrrole-lead dioxide composite electrode on glassy-carbon substrate is described. The method involves constant potential electrolysis (CPE) of 1M potassium nitrate containing 2mM lead acetate at + 1.100 V vs. SCE for about 10 min, followed by addition of 25mM pyrrole and subsequent CPE at + 0.800 V for about 2-3 min. The choice of experimental conditions for the preparation and mechanical stability, open circuit potential (ocp) response, background current levels and typical voltammetric response of Mn(2+) in 1M sulphuric acid are also presented and discussed.  相似文献

Six populations of basic polypeptides have been found in the venom of the Central Asian cobraNaja oxiana Eichwald, and four of them — V″c-1, V″c-2, V″c-5, and V″c-6 — have been obtained in the electrophoretically homogeneous state. On a perfused frog heart preparation, all the basic polypeptides proved to be cardiotoxic. However, only some of them (V′c-2, V″c-3, and V″c-4) were characterized by arrhythmic activity as well as by the negative ino- and chronotropic effects, common for all of them. An enhancement of the specific cardiotoxic effect of each of the polypeptides by pure phospholipase A-2 has been shown.  相似文献

Formulations of adhesives and film materials from polyurethane waste were suggested, and the characteristics of these materials and conditions of their preparation were examined. A versatile resource-saving and environmentally sound procedure was suggested for the reuse of polyglycol adipate urethanes of dense and microcellular structure. Sulphoxine cellulose microcolumn was used in an FI-GFAAS system for the preconcentration of trace metals, Cd, Co, Ni, Pb and V from water and from highly mineralised water and also in the presence of complexing agent, e.g. citrate. The recovery was quantitative at pH 5 for all of the elements from NIST 1643c trace elements in water SRM and from highly mineralised water samples. No significant difference was found in the sorption of V(IV) and V(V) during preconcentration. The preparation of the 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acid cellulose (sulphoxine-cellulose) by Mannich reaction from aminoethyl cellulose or via chlorodeoxy and ethylenediamine cellulose is also described.  相似文献
