In this work we study the semileptonic decay of ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi {l}^{+}{l}^{-}$ (l=e, μ, τ) with the QCD sum rule method. We calculate the ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi $ translation form factors relevant to this semileptonic decay, then the branching ratios of ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi {l}^{+}{l}^{-}$ (l=e, μ, τ) decays are calculated with the form factors obtained here. Our result for the branching ratio of ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi {\mu }^{+}{\mu }^{-}$ agree very well with the recent experimental data. For the unmeasured decay modes such as ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi {e}^{+}{e}^{-}$ and ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi {\tau }^{+}{\tau }^{-}$, we give theoretical predictions.  相似文献

We compute the $\mathcal{R}$ -matrix which intertwines two dimensional evaluation representations with Drinfeld comultiplication for ${\text{U}}_q \left( {\widehat{{\text{sl}}}_{\text{2}} } \right)$ . This $\mathcal{R}$ -matrix contains terms proportional to the δ-function. We construct the algebra $A\left( \mathcal{R} \right)$ generated by the elements of the matrices L±(z) with relations determined by $\mathcal{R}$ . In the category of highest-weight representations, there is a Hopf algebra isomorphism between $A\left( \mathcal{R} \right)$ and an extension $\overline {\text{U}} _q \left( {\widehat{{\text{sl}}}_{\text{2}} } \right)$ of Drinfeld's algebra.  相似文献

We present the properties of the C-parameter as an event-shape variable. We calculate the coupling constants in the perturbative and also in the non-perturbative parts of the QCD theory, using the dispersive as well as the shape function models. By fitting the corresponding theoretical predictions to our data, we find \(\alpha _{\mathrm {s}} (M_{Z^{0}})\) = 0.117 ± 0.014 and α 0(μ I ) = 0.491 ± 0.043 for dispersive model and \(\alpha _{\mathrm {s}} (M_{Z^{0}})\) = 0.124 ± 0.015 and λ 1 = 1.234 ± 0.052 for the shape function model. Our results are consistent with the world average value of \(\alpha _{\mathrm {s}} (M_{Z^{0}})\) = 0.118 ± 0.002. All these features are explained in the main text.  相似文献

The b[`b]\mbox{b}\bar{\mbox{b}} forward-backward asymmetry has been determined from the average charge flow measured in a sample of 3,500,000 hadronic Z decays collected with the DELPHI detector in 1992–1995. The measurement is performed in an enriched b[`b]\mbox{b}\bar{\mbox{b}} sample selected using an impact parameter tag and results in the following values for the b[`b]\mbox{b}\bar{\mbox{b}} forward-backward asymmetry: $ \begin{gathered} A_{FB}^{b\bar b} \left( {89.55 GeV} \right) = 0.068 \pm 0.018 \left( {stat.} \right) \pm 0.0013\left( {syst.} \right) \hfill \\ A_{FB}^{b\bar b} \left( {91.26 GeV} \right) = 0.0982 \pm 0.0047 \left( {stat.} \right) \pm 0.0016\left( {syst.} \right) \hfill \\ A_{FB}^{b\bar b} \left( {92.94 GeV} \right) = 0.123 \pm 0.016 \left( {stat.} \right) \pm 0.0027\left( {syst.} \right) \hfill \\ \end{gathered} $ \begin{gathered} A_{FB}^{b\bar b} \left( {89.55 GeV} \right) = 0.068 \pm 0.018 \left( {stat.} \right) \pm 0.0013\left( {syst.} \right) \hfill \\ A_{FB}^{b\bar b} \left( {91.26 GeV} \right) = 0.0982 \pm 0.0047 \left( {stat.} \right) \pm 0.0016\left( {syst.} \right) \hfill \\ A_{FB}^{b\bar b} \left( {92.94 GeV} \right) = 0.123 \pm 0.016 \left( {stat.} \right) \pm 0.0027\left( {syst.} \right) \hfill \\ \end{gathered} The b[`b]\mbox{b}\bar{\mbox{b}} charge separation required for this analysis is directly measured in the b tagged sample, while the other charge separations are obtained from a fragmentation model precisely calibrated to data. The effective weak mixing angle is deduced from the measurement to be: $ sin^2 \theta _{eff}^1 = 0.23186 \pm 0.00083 $ sin^2 \theta _{eff}^1 = 0.23186 \pm 0.00083   相似文献

We systematically investigate the mass spectra of {Q\bar{s}}{bar{Q}(')s}molecular states in the framework of QCD sum rules. The interpolating currents representing the molecular states are proposed. Technically, contributions of the operators up to dimension six are included in operator product expansion (OPE). The masses for molecular states with various{Q\bar{s}} {\bar{Q}(')s} configurations are presented. The result 4.36±0.08 GeV for the D*s\bar{D}*s0 molecular state is consistent withthe mass 4350+4.6-5.1 ± 0.7 MeV of the newly observed X(4350), which could support X(4350) interpreted as a D*s\bar{D}*s0 molecular state.  相似文献

We show that a Hamiltonian reduction of affine Lie superalgebras having bosonic simple roots (such as OSp ) does produce supersymmetric Toda models, with superconformal symmetry being nonlinearly realized for those fields of the Toda system which are related to the bosonic simple roots of the superalgebra. A fermionic b-c system of conformal spin is a natural ingredient of such models.  相似文献

We provide the energy spectrum of an electron in a degenerately doped semiconductor of parabolic band. Knowing the energy spectrum, the density-of-states (DOS) functions are obtained, considering the Gaussian distribution of the potential energy of the impurity states, showing a band tail in them e.g., energy spectrum and density-of-states. Therefore, Fermi integrals (FIs) of DOS functions, having band tail, are developed by the exact theoretical calculations of the same. It is noticed that with heavy dopings in semiconductors, the total FI demonstrates complex functions, containing both real and imaginary terms of different FI functions. Their moduli possess an oscillatory function of \(\eta \) (reduced \(\hbox {Fermi energy} = E_{\mathrm{f}}/k_{\mathrm{B}}T\), \(k_{\mathrm{B}}\) is the Boltzmann constant and T is the absolute temperature) and \(\eta _{e}\) (impurity screening potential), having a series solutions of confluent hypergeometric functions, \(\Phi (a, b; z)\), superimposed with natural cosine functions of angle \(\theta \). The variation of \(\theta \) with respect to \(\eta \) indicated a resonance at \(\eta =1.5\). The oscillatory behaviour of FIs show the existence of ‘band-gaps’, both in the real as well as in the forbidden bands as new band gaps in the semiconductor.  相似文献

We estimate $BR(K \to \pi \nu \bar \nu )$ in the context of the Standard Model by fitting for λ tV tdV ts * of the “kaon unitarity triangle” relation. To find the vertex of this triangle, we fit data from |? K|, the CP-violating parameter describing K mixing, and a ψ,K , the CP-violating asymmetry in B d 0 J/ψK 0 decays, and obtain the values $\left. {BR(K \to \pi \nu \bar \nu )} \right|_{SM} = (7.07 \pm 1.03) \times 10^{ - 11} $ and $\left. {BR(K_L^0 \to \pi ^0 \nu \bar \nu )} \right|_{SM} = (2.60 \pm 0.52) \times 10^{ - 11} $ . Our estimate is independent of the CKM matrix element V cb and of the ratio of B-mixing frequencies ${{\Delta m_{B_s } } \mathord{\left/ {\vphantom {{\Delta m_{B_s } } {\Delta m_{B_d } }}} \right. \kern-0em} {\Delta m_{B_d } }}$ . We also use the constraint estimation of λ t with additional data from $\Delta m_{B_d } $ and |V ub|. This combined analysis slightly increases the precision of the rate estimation of $K^ + \to \pi ^ + \nu \bar \nu $ and $K_L^0 \to \pi ^0 \nu \bar \nu $ (by ?10 and ?20%, respectively). The measured value of $BR(K^ + \to \pi ^ + \nu \bar \nu )$ can be compared both to this estimate and to predictions made from ${{\Delta m_{B_s } } \mathord{\left/ {\vphantom {{\Delta m_{B_s } } {\Delta m_{B_d } }}} \right. \kern-0em} {\Delta m_{B_d } }}$ .  相似文献

It is shown that for each finite number N of Dirac measures ${\delta_{s_n}}$ supported at points ${s_n \in {\mathbb R}^3}$ with given amplitudes ${a_n \in {\mathbb R} \backslash\{0\}}$ there exists a unique real-valued function ${u \in C^{0, 1}({\mathbb R}^3)}$ , vanishing at infinity, which distributionally solves the quasi-linear elliptic partial differential equation of divergence form ${-\nabla \cdot ( \nabla{u}/ \sqrt{1-| \nabla{u} |^2}) = 4 \pi \sum_{n=1}^N a_n \delta_{s_n}}$ . Moreover, ${u \in C^{\omega}({\mathbb R}^3\backslash \{s_n\}_{n=1}^N)}$ . The result can be interpreted in at least two ways: (a) for any number N of point charges of arbitrary magnitude and sign at prescribed locations s n in three-dimensional Euclidean space there exists a unique electrostatic field which satisfies the Maxwell-Born-Infeld field equations smoothly away from the point charges and vanishes as |s| ?? ??; (b) for any number N of integral mean curvatures assigned to locations ${s_n \in {\mathbb R}^3 \subset{\mathbb R}^{1, 3}}$ there exists a unique asymptotically flat, almost everywhere space-like maximal slice with point defects of Minkowski spacetime ${{\mathbb R}^{1, 3}}$ , having lightcone singularities over the s n but being smooth otherwise, and whose height function vanishes as |s| ?? ??. No struts between the point singularities ever occur.  相似文献

After examining Feynman diagrams corresponding to the ${\bar{D}}^{(* )}{{\rm{\Sigma }}}_{c}^{(* )}$, ${\bar{D}}^{(* )}{{\rm{\Lambda }}}_{c}$, ${D}^{(* )}{\bar{K}}^{* }$, and ${D}^{(* )}{\bar{D}}^{(* )}$ hadronic molecular states, we propose a possible binding mechanism induced by shared light quarks. This mechanism is similar to the covalent bond in chemical molecules induced by shared electrons. We use the method of QCD sum rules to calculate its corresponding light-quark-exchange diagrams, and the obtained results indicate a model-independent hypothesis: the light-quark-exchange interaction is attractive when the shared light quarks are totally antisymmetric so they obey the Pauli principle. We build a toy model with four parameters to formulize this picture and estimate binding energies of some possibly-existing covalent hadronic molecules. A unique feature of this picture is that the binding energies of the (I)JP = (0)1+ $D{\bar{B}}^{* }/{D}^{* }\bar{B}$ hadronic molecules are much larger than those of the (I)JP = (0)1+ ${{DD}}^{* }/\bar{B}{\bar{B}}^{* }$ ones, while the (I)JP = (1/2)1/2+ $\bar{D}{{\rm{\Sigma }}}_{c}/\bar{D}{{\rm{\Sigma }}}_{b}/B{{\rm{\Sigma }}}_{c}/B{{\rm{\Sigma }}}_{b}$ hadronic molecules have similar binding energies.  相似文献

Previous H2 permeation tests showed a degradation of H2 permeation flux with time. To understand the cause of degradation and develop a solution, the stability of $ {\text{SrCe}}_{{0.9}} {\text{Eu}}_{{0.1}} {\text{O}}_{{3 - \delta }} $ and $ {\text{SrZr}}_{{0.2}} {\text{Ce}}_{{0.7}} {\text{Eu}}_{{0.1}} {\text{O}}_{{3 - \delta }} $ samples were studied under dry and wet H2 atmospheres. Total conductivity of $ {\text{SrCe}}_{{0.9}} {\text{Eu}}_{{0.1}} {\text{O}}_{{3 - \delta }} $ increased with time in dry H2. The X-ray diffraction pattern of $ {\text{SrCe}}_{{0.9}} {\text{Eu}}_{{0.1}} {\text{O}}_{{3 - \delta }} $ after dry hydrogen atmosphere heat treatments show CeO2 peaks indicating that $ {\text{SrCe}}_{{0.9}} {\text{Eu}}_{{0.1}} {\text{O}}_{{3 - \delta }} $ decomposes under dry H2 atmospheres; scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy analyses prove that decomposition proceeded along the grain boundaries. $ {\text{SrZr}}_{{0.2}} {\text{Ce}}_{{0.7}} {\text{Eu}}_{{0.1}} {\text{O}}_{{3 - \delta }} $ was investigated and demonstrated greater stability under dry hydrogen atmospheres. However, Zr substitution results in a tradeoff with electrical properties.  相似文献

We consider bond percolation on \({\mathbb {Z}}^d\times {\mathbb {Z}}^s\) where edges of \({\mathbb {Z}}^d\) are open with probability \(p<p_c({\mathbb {Z}}^d)\) and edges of \({\mathbb {Z}}^s\) are open with probability q, independently of all others. We obtain bounds for the critical curve in (pq), with p close to the critical threshold \(p_c({\mathbb {Z}}^d)\). The results are related to the so-called dimensional crossover from \({\mathbb {Z}}^d\) to \({\mathbb {Z}}^{d+s}\).  相似文献

Di-jet production is studied in collisions of quasi-real photons at e + e- centre-of-mass energies from 189 to 209 GeV at LEP. The data were collected with the OPAL detector. Jets are reconstructed using an inclusive -clustering algorithm for all cross-section measurements presented. A cone jet algorithm is used in addition to study the different structure of the jets resulting from either of the algorithms. The inclusive di-jet cross-section is measured as a function of the mean transverse energy of the two leading jets, and as a function of the estimated fraction of the photon momentum carried by the parton entering the hard sub-process, , for different regions of . Angular distributions in di-jet events are measured and used to demonstrate the dominance of quark and gluon initiated processes in different regions of phase space. Furthermore the inclusive di-jet cross-section as a function of and is presented, where is the jet pseudo-rapidity. Different regions of the - -space are explored to study and control the influence of an underlying event. The results are compared to next-to-leading order perturbative QCD calculations and to the predictions of the leading order Monte Carlo generator PYTHIA.Received: 20 December 2002, Published online: 17 October 2003  相似文献

A tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) device fiber coupled to a pair of 12.5 in. telescopes was used to study atmospheric propagation for open path lengths of 100–1,000 meters. More than 50 rotational lines in the molecular oxygen A-band O2 $ {\text{X}}{^{ 3}}{ \sum_{\text{g}}^{ - }} \,{\text{to}}\, {\text{b}}{^{ 1}}{ \sum_{\text{g}}^{ + }} $ transition near 760 nm were observed. Temperatures were determined from the Boltzmann rotational distribution to within 1.3 % (less than ±2 K). Oxygen concentration was obtained from the integrated spectral area of the absorption features to within 1.6 % (less than ±0.04 × 1018 molecules/cm3). Pressure was determined independently from the pressure-broadened Voigt lineshapes to within 10 %. A fourier transform interferometer (FTIR) was also used to observe the absorption spectra at 1 cm?1 resolution. The TDLAS approach achieves a minimum observable absorbance of 0.2 %, whereas the FTIR instrument is almost 20 times less sensitive. Applications include atmospheric characterization for high energy laser propagation and validation of monocular passive raging.  相似文献

We calculate the decay rate ratios for OZI allowed decays of ?(5S) to two B mesons by using the decay amplitudes which incorporate the wave function of the ?(5S) state. We obtain the result that the branching ratio of the ?(5S) decay to $B_{s}^{*}{\bar{B}}_{s}^{*}$ is much larger than the branching ratio to $B_{s}{\bar{B}}_{s}^{*}$ or ${\bar{B}}_{s}B_{s}^{*}$ , in good agreement with the recent experimental results of CLEO and BELLE. This agreement with the experimental results is made possible since the nodes of the ?(5S) radial wave function induce the nodes of the decay amplitude. We find that the results for the ?(5S) decays to $B_{u}^{(*)}{\bar{B}}_{u}^{(*)}$ or $B_{d}^{(*)}{\bar{B}}_{d}^{(*)}$ pairs are sensitive to the parameter values used for the potential between heavy quarks.  相似文献

We consider -complexes as functors over an appropriate linear category in order to show first that the Krull-Schmidt Theorem holds, then to prove that amplitude cohomology (called generalized cohomology by M. Dubois-Violette) only vanishes on injective functors providing a well defined functor on the stable category. For left truncated -complexes, we show that amplitude cohomology discriminates the isomorphism class up to a projective functor summand. Moreover amplitude cohomology of positive -complexes is proved to be isomorphic to an Ext functor of an indecomposable -complex inside the abelian functor category. Finally we show that for the monoidal structure of -complexes a Clebsch-Gordan formula holds, in other words the fusion rules for -complexes can be determined. We construct both the scalar-diquark-scalar-diquark-antiquark type and axialvector-diquark-axialvector-diquark-antiquark type interpolating currents to study the charmed pentaquark states ${susc}\bar{u}$ with ${J}^{P}={\tfrac{1}{2}}^{\pm }$. We employ the QCD sum rules to investigate the masses and pole residues of the charmed pentaquark states by taking into account the vacuum condensates up to dimension 13 in the operator product expansion. Our calculation results indicate that the scalar-diquark-scalar-diquark-antiquark type and axialvector-diquark-axialvector-diquark-antiquark type charmed pentaquark states ${susc}\bar{u}$ with ${J}^{P}={\tfrac{1}{2}}^{-}$ can be possible candidates of the excited Ωc states observed in the LHCb collaboration.  相似文献
