In this paper, a class of fuzzy BAM neural networks with time varying delays is discussed. By using the properties of M-matrix, Linear Matrix Inequality(LMI) approach and general Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, some new sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the existence of periodic solutions and the global exponential stability of the fuzzy BAM neural networks with time varying delays. These results have important significance in the design of global exponential stable BAM networks with delays. Moreover, an example is given to illustrate that the conditions of the results in the paper are feasible.  相似文献

In this paper, the stability in Lagrange sense of a class of stochastic static neural networks with mixed time delays is studied. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory and with the help of stochastic analysis technique, the criteria for the stability in Lagrange sense of stochastic static neural networks with mixed time delays is obtained. In this paper, stochastic global exponential stability criteria for delayed impulsive Markovian jumping reaction-diffusion Cohen-Grossberg neural networks (CGNNs for short) are obtained by using a novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach, linear matrix inequalities (LMIs for short) technique, It? formula, Poincare inequality and Hardy-Poincare inequality, where the CGNNs involve uncertain parameters, partially unknown Markovian transition rates, and even nonlinear p-Laplace diffusion (p > 1). It is worth mentioning that ellipsoid domains in $R^m$ (m ≥ 3) can be considered in numerical simulations for the first time owing to the synthetic applications of Poincar′e inequality and Hardy-Poincar′e inequality. Moreover, the simulation numerical results show that even the corollaries of the obtained results are more feasible and effective than the main results of some recent related literatures in view of significant improvement in the allowable upper bounds of delays.  相似文献

In this paper, a class of two-dimensional shunting inhibitory cellular neural networks with distributed delays and variable coefficients system is studied. By using the Schauder's fixed point theorem and Lyapunov function, we obtain some sufficient conditions about the existence and attractivity of almost periodic solutions to the above system, and all its solutions converge to such almost periodic solution. In this paper, we study the existence, uniqueness, and the global exponential stability of the periodic solution and equilibrium of hybrid bidirectional associative memory neural networks with discrete delays. By ingeniously importing real parameters di > 0 (i = 1,2, …, n) which can be adjusted, making use of the Lyapunov functional method and some analysis techniques, some new sufficient conditions are established. Our results generalize and improve the related results in [9]. These conditions can be used both to design globally exponentially stable and periodical oscillatory hybrid bidirectional associative neural networks with discrete delays, and to enlarge the area of designing neural networks. Online gradient method has been widely used as a learning algorithm for training feedforward neural networks. Penalty is often introduced into the training procedure to improve the generalization performance and to decrease the magnitude of network weights. In this paper, some weight boundedness and deterministic con- vergence theorems are proved for the online gradient method with penalty for BP neural network with a hidden layer, assuming that the training samples are supplied with the network in a fixed order within each epoch. The monotonicity of the error function with penalty is also guaranteed in the training iteration. Simulation results for a 3-bits parity problem are presented to support our theoretical results.  相似文献
