双光子共振非简并四波混频测量Ba原子里德伯态的碰撞展宽和频移

采用双光子共振非简并四波混频测量了Ar缓冲气压引起的Ba原子里德伯6snd ¹D₂谱线系的碰撞展宽和频移, 计算了n=16---33的碰撞展宽截面和频移截面. 本方法是一种纯光学的测量技术, 当采用窄带激光器时可以获得里德伯态的消多普勒光谱. 与传统实验方法测量到的里德伯态纵向弛豫的碰撞展宽不同, 本方法可以研究碰撞引起的两能态间横向弛豫的展宽.     

Measurement of the argon-gas-induced broadening and line shifting of the barium Rydberg level 6s24d 1D2 by two-photon resonant nondegenerate four-wave mixing

We apply two-photon resonant nondegenerate four-wave mixing with a resonant intermediate state to the obser-vation of the broadening and shifting of the barium Rydberg level 6s24d 1^D2 by collision with argon. The collision broadening and shifting cross sections are measured. This technique is purely optical, and can investigate the pressure dependence of the transverse relaxation rate-P21 between the Rydberg state and an intermediate state, as well as the transverse relaxation rate F20 between the Rydberg state and the ground state.

研究了采用双光子共振非简并四波混频技术测量原子里德伯态碰撞展宽时出现的伴线现象, 测量了不同缓冲气压下的钡原子里德伯态6snd ¹D₂ (n=16, 22, 36) 的四波混频谱线, 研究了伴线随主量子数n 的变化曲线以及伴线信号强度随缓冲气压压强的变化曲线, 分析了伴线对NFWM谱线的线宽的影响, 发现考虑伴线对四波混频谱线线宽的贡献, 可以对NFWM模型下测量到的碰撞展宽系数进行修正.

Stereodynamics of the reactions Ne+H₂⁺/Ne+D₂⁺/Ne+T₂

The vector correlations between products and reagents for the reactions Ne+H + 2 , Ne+D + 2 , and Ne+T + 2 are calculated by means of the quasi-classical trajectory method on a new potential energy surface constructed by Lü et al. [J. Chem. Phys. 2010 132, 014303]. The polarization-dependent differential cross-sections (2π/σ)(dσ 00 /dω t ), (2π/σ)(dσ 20 /dω t ), (2π/σ)(dσ 22+ /dω t ), and (2π/σ)(dσ 21 /dω t ), and the distributions of P (θ r ), P (φ r ), and P (θ r ,φ r ) are calculated. The isotopic effect, which is associated with the difference in mass factor among the three reactions, is revealed.     

Spectral-angular characteristics of scattered radiation under pumping near the <Emphasis Type="Italic">D</Emphasis><Subscript>1</Subscript> and <Emphasis Type="Italic">D</Emphasis><Subscript>2</Subscript> lines of the Na atom

The dependence of the form of the scattering spectra on different detunings of the pump wavelength from the sodium doublet D-lines has been investigated. The spectral-angular characteristics of three-photon scattered radiation have been obtained. It has been shown that the composition of the scattered-radiation spectrum strongly depends on the pump radiation power density and the concentration of sodium atoms. Line shape parameters study of the 6p7p (<Superscript>1</Superscript>P<Subscript>1</Subscript>, <Superscript>3</Superscript>D<Subscript>1</Subscript> and <Superscript>3</Superscript>P<Subscript>1</Subscript>): Autoionizing resonances in barium

We report a systematic line shape analysis study of the 6p7p configuration based ¹P₁, ³D₁ and ³P₁ autoionizing resonances in barium using a Nd:YAG pumped dye laser system in conjunction with a thermionic diode ion detector. The even parity isolated autoionizing resonances have been approached via four intermediate states 6 snp ¹P₁ (6 ≤n ≤8) and 5d6p ¹P₁. A comparison of the Fano parameters of the resonance profiles reveals that the width of an autoionizing resonance is independent of the excitation path while the line profile parameter changes with the selection of different intermediate states.
