A series of Pd and Pt chloride complexes with pyridine (py), 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), of general formulae trans-/cis-[M(py)2Cl2], [M(py)4]Cl2, trans-/cis-[M(py)2Cl4], [M(bpy)Cl2], [M(bpy)Cl4], [M(phen)Cl2], [M(phen)Cl4], where M = Pd, Pt, was studied by 1H, 195Pt, and 15N NMR. The 90-140 ppm low-frequency 15N coordination shifts are discussed in terms of such structural features of the complexes as the type of platinide metal, oxidation state, coordination sphere geometry and the type of ligand. The results of quantum-chemical NMR calculations were compared with the experimental 15N coordination shifts, well reproducing their magnitude and correlation with the molecular structure.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-acetylthiophene thiosemicarbazone (2-HATT) and 2-acetylthiophene 4-phenylthiosemicarbazone (2-HAT-4-FT) with Pd(COD)Cl(2) (COD = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) and trans-Pt(2)PEt(3)Cl(4) yielded four new metal complexes: [Pd(2-HATT)Cl(2)] (1), [Pd(2-ATT)(2)] (2), [Pd(2-AT-4-FT)Cl] (3) and [Pt(2-ATT)(PEt(3))Cl] (4). Apart from compound 3 all the others were characterised by (1)H and (13)C{(1)H} NMR, infrared spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. Multinuclear NMR experiments of (31)P{(1)H} and (195)Pt{(1)H} of complex 4 have revealed that the ligand 2-HATT behaves as a bidentate chelating agent towards Pd(COD)Cl(2) and trans-Pt(2)PEt(3)Cl(4) whereas ligand 2-HAT-4-FT forms a tridentate chelating complex with Pd(COD)Cl(2).  相似文献

1H, 13C, and 15N NMR studies of platinide(II) (M=Pd, Pt) chloride complexes with quinolines (L=quinoline-quin, or isoquinoline-isoquin; LL=2,2'-biquinoline-bquin), having the general formulae trans-/cis-[ML2Cl2] and [M(LL)Cl2], were performed and the respective chemical shifts (delta1H, delta13C, delta15N) reported. 1H coordination shifts of various signs and magnitudes (Delta1Hcoord=delta1Hcomplex-delta1Hligand) are discussed in relation to the changes of diamagnetic contribution to the relevant 1H shielding constants. The comparison to the literature data for similar complexes containing auxiliary ligands other than chlorides exhibited a large dependence of delta1H parameters on electron density variations and ring-current effects (inductive and anisotropic phenomena). The influence of deviations from planarity, concerning either MN2Cl2 chromophores or azine ring systems, revealed by the known X-ray structures of [Pd(bquin)Cl2] and [Pt(bquin)Cl2], is discussed in respect to 1H NMR spectra. 15N coordination shifts (Delta15Ncoord=delta15Ncomplex-delta15Nligand) of ca. 78-100 ppm (to lower frequency) are attributed mainly to the decrease of the absolute value of paramagnetic contribution in the relevant 15N shielding constants, this phenomenon being noticeably dependent on the type of a platinide metal and coordination sphere geometry. The absolute magnitude of Delta15Ncoord parameter increased by ca 15 ppm upon Pd(II)-->Pt(II) replacement but decreased by ca. 15 ppm following trans-->cis transition. Experimental 1H, 13C, 15N NMR chemical shifts are compared to those quantum-chemically calculated by B3LYP/LanL2DZ+6-31G**//B3LYP/LanL2DZ+6-31G*, both in vacuo and in CHCl3 or DMF solution.  相似文献

用高分辨NMR研究了NaCl、NiSO4、CuSO4、Fe2(SO4)3和Cr2(SO4)3对水溶性铑膦配合物HRh(CO)(TPPTS)3[TPPTS;P(m-C6H4SO3Na)3]分子结构的影响.31P(1H)和1HNMR谱显示,于室温下在HRh(CO)(TPPTS)3中加入的NaCl或NiSO4对配合物的特征31P(1H)和1HNMR谱峰无明显影响;当加入CuSO4后,配合物的Rh-H质子峰强度弱化明显,进而消失,且原配合物的特征磷谱峰强度减弱,新生成的磷物种谱峰逐渐成为磷谱的主要物种.当加入Fe2(SO4)3或Cr2(SO4)3后,三价金属离子的强顺磁性使NMR灵敏度下降,谱峰宽化,该2种盐均易与水溶性铑膦配合物产生强烈的相互作用,易使配合物特征谱峰消失.实验结果表明,上述金属盐对配合物结构破坏性大小的顺序为;Fe2(SO4)3>Cr2(SO4)3>CuSO4》NiSO4~NaCl.  相似文献

A Pd(II) complex of the thiosaccharinato (tsac) anion, of stoichiometry Pd(tsac)2·H2O was prepared by interaction of Na2PdCl4 with thiosaccharin in methanol and characterized by infrared and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. These spectral studies confirmed interaction of the metal center with the thiosaccharinate acting as a bidentate ligand through its thiol group and the N-atom. NMR measurements also confirmed that in solution thiosaccharin is mainly present in its thiolate tautomeric form.  相似文献

A new natural product, named phomopsin A, 1-(meta-hydroxyphenyl)-4-hydroxy-3-isoquinolone (1), together with two known compounds cytochalasin H (2) and glucosylceramide (3), was isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus Phomopsis sp. (ZZF08) obtained from the South China Sea coast. The structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR experiments including COSY, HMQC, and HMBC. According to NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction, it was found that some assignments about (1)H and (13)C NMR data for cytochalasin H (2) were probably uncorrected in the previous reports. In our cytotoxicity assays, compound 1 showed moderate cytotoxicity toward KB cells with IC(50) at 28.0 microg ml(-1) and KBv200 cells with IC(50) at 16.8 microg ml(-1), and compound 2 exhibited strong cytotoxicity toward KB cells and KBv200 cells with IC(50) less than 1.25 microg ml(-1).  相似文献

通过相对论有效核势密度泛函理论计算,优化了Pd6(H)2和Pd6(H)4等簇的平衡几何结构,预测了氢分子在Pd6簇表面上的吸附行为与活化解离性质.计算结果表明,单态的Pd6簇可以活化两个氢分子;第一个H2和第二个H2吸附解离过程速率决定步骤的能垒分别是66.4和24.5kJ/mol、在形成的分子氢配合物Pd6(H2)和Pd(H)2H2中,H2主要作为给电子配体.在最稳定的二氢簇合物Pd6(H)2中,H倾向与3个Pd相互作用,形成面位氢的多核成键吸附方式.  相似文献

From the hexane extracts of Senecio sinuatus roots, the new 3beta-angeloyloxy-6beta-hydroxyeremophil-1(10)-en-8beta,12-olide (3), along with the known compounds 3beta-angeloyloxy-6beta-hydroxyeremophil-1(10)-ene (1), 3beta-senecioyloxy-6beta-hydroxyeremophil-1(10)-ene (2), and 3beta-angeloyloxy-6beta,8alpha-dihydroxyeremophil-1(10)-en-8beta,12-olide (4), were isolated. Complete 1H and 13C NMR chemical shift assignments of 1-4 were achieved using one- and two-dimensional NMR techniques, including gHMQC and gHMBC experiments. A Monte Carlo search, followed by B3LYP/6-31G*DFT calculation, provided the theoretical conformations of the eremophilane rings, which were in agreement with results derived from 1H-1H NMR coupling constant analysis, and confirmed by NOESY experiments.  相似文献

The Pd(2)X(2)(dmpm)(2) complexes [X = Cl (1a), Br (1b), I (1c); dmpm = bis(dimethylphosphino)methane. In all the dipalladium complexes mentioned in this paper, the dmpm, depm, and dppm ligands (unless stated otherwise) are bridging, but for convenience the μ-symbol is omitted.] react with H(2)S to yield H(2) and the bridged-sulfido complexes Pd(2)X(2)(μ-S)(dmpm)(2) (2a-c), of which 2a and 2b are structurally characterized. With 1a, two rapid reversible equilibria are observed by NMR spectroscopy below -30 °C, and two reaction intermediates are detected; both are likely hydrido(mercapto) species. Reaction of 1a with 1 equiv of elemental sulfur also yields 2a. The reaction of 1a with COS results in the initial formation of Pd(2)Cl(2)(μ-COS)(dmpm)(2) (3) that undergoes decarbonylation to yield 2a and Pd(2)Cl(2)(μ-CO)(dmpm)(2) (4), which is also formed via reversible insertion of the CO into the Pd-Pd bond of 1a. The solid-state molecular structure of the previously reported complex Pd(2)Cl(2)(μ-CS(2))(dmpm)(2) (5), together with solution NMR data for 3 and 5, reveal that the bridging heterocumulene ligands coordinate in an η(2)-C,S fashion. Analogous findings were made for the corresponding Pd(2)X(2)(depm)(2) complexes [X = Cl (1a'), Br (1b'), I (1c'); depm = bis(diethylphosphino)methane], although no μ-COS species was detected. The Pd(2)X(2)(μ-S)(depm)(2) complex was structurally characterized. Differences in the chemistry of the previously studied, corresponding dppm systems (dppm = bis(diphenylphosphino)methane) are discussed.  相似文献

THF solutions of the cationic chiral 1,3-diphenylallyl bidentate phosphine complexes [Pd(eta(3)-PhCHCHCHPh)(Duphos)](CF(3)SO(3)), Duphos = 1,2-Bis-((2R,5R)-2,5-dimethylphospholano)benzene), 2, and [Pd(eta(3)-PhCHCHCHPh)(P,S)]BF(4), 4, P,S = [8-((o-(diphenylphosphino)benzyl) thiomethyl]-(7,7'-dimethyl)-exo-norborneol, have been studied via pulsed gradient spin-echo (PGSE) diffusion, (1)H, (19)F HOESY and a variety of other multi-dimensional NMR methods. On the basis of the (1)H, (19)F HOESY data, the anions show a preference for a specific structural position with respect to the eta(3)-PhCHCHCHPh allyl ligand, i.e. the anion does not move evenly around the periphery of the cation. THF is shown to promote significant ion pairing, although neither 2 nor 4 shows 100% ion pairing.  相似文献

A complex with a planar hexagonal Pd(4)Ge(3) core, [Pd{Pd(dmpe)}(3)(μ(3)-GePh(2))(3)], was synthesized and characterized by X-ray and NMR measurements as well as by DFT calculations. 4-tert-Butylbenzenethiol converted the Pd(4) complex into a hexapalladium complex, [{Pd(3)(μ-GePh(2))(2)(μ-H)(μ(3)-GePh(2)(SC(6)H(4)(t)Bu-4))}(2)(μ-dmpe)], composed of two Pd(3)Ge(3) units bridged by a dmpe ligand. The addition of CuI or AgI to the Pd(4) complex yielded [Pd(μ-MI){Pd(dmpe)}(3)(μ(3)-GePh(2))(3) ] (M = Cu, Ag), in which Cu or Ag bridges a Pd-Pd bond of the Pd(4)Ge(3) core. The CuI adducts in solution undergo a pivot motion of the CuI on the surface of the Pd(4)Ge(3) plane on the NMR time scale.  相似文献

The rational synthesis of an octahedral coordination capsule in which the triangular faces are covered by single ligands is described herein. Starting with tris(2-hydroxybenzylidene)triaminoguanidinium chloride [H(6)L]Cl, we observed an oxidative cyclization of this ligand in the presence of PPh(4) (+) ions resulting in the complex [Pd(H(2)L')(PPh(3))] (1). The use of 5,5-diethylbarbiturate (bar(2-)) as a bridging ligand in the presence of [Co(en)(3)](3+) (en=ethylenediamine) leads to the formation of a rectangular box with the formula (Et(4)N)(6)[[Co[(PdCl)(Pd)L](2)(mu-bar)](2)] (2). The analysis of the architecture of compounds 1 and 2 enables the development of a self-assembly strategy for the synthesis of an octahedral coordination cage 3 with the formula Na(4)(Et(3)NH)(12)[(Pd(3)L)(8)[mu-(bar)](12)].x H(2)O. Compound 3 was characterized by (13)C-MAS-NMR spectroscopy and single-crystal structure analysis.  相似文献

The complexes [Pd(phen)(aa)]Cl.3H2O, where phen is 1,10-phenanthroline and aa is the anion of glycine (gly), .DL-alanine (ala), DL-serine (ser) or DL-asparagine (asn), were synthesized and characterized by spectroscopies. The NMR signals were assigned completely on the basis of the double irradiation, 1H-1H COSY and 1H-13C COSY techniques. In the 1H NMR spectra of phen in the complexes, the signals of 2-H and 9-H show upfield shifts 0.8-1 ppm, while the signals of 4-H and 3-H show downfield shifts or almost no shift, as compared to the free phen ligand, and the signal of 4-H appears in the lowest field. The signals of ring B which is trans to the carboxyl group show significant upfield shifts as compared to those of ring A. The probable structures were described on the basis of a metal-non-bonded hydrogen interaction, trons effect and ligand-ligand interaction. There may exist three conformation isomers in the [Pd(phen)(asn)]Cl.3H2O complex at room temperature. The preferred conformation isomer is about  相似文献

The Gd(III) complexes of the two dimeric ligands [en(DO3A)2] {N,N'-bis[1,4,7-tris(carboxymethyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecan-10-yl-methylcarbonyl]-N,N'-ethylenediamine} and [pi(DTTA)2]8- [bisdiethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (trans-1,2-cyclohexanediamine)] were synthesized and characterized. The 17O NMR chemical shift of H2O induced by [en{Dy(DO3A)}2] and [pi{Dy(DTTA)}2]2- at pH 6.80 proved the presence of 2.1 and 2.2 inner-sphere water molecules, respectively. Water proton spin-lattice relaxation rates for [en{Gd(DO3A)(H2O)}2] and [pi{Gd(DTTA)(H2O)}2]2- at 37.0 +/- 0.1 degrees C and 20 MHz are 3.60 +/- 0.05 and 5.25 +/- 0.05 mM(-1) s(-1) per Gd, respectively. The EPR transverse electronic relaxation rate and 17O NMR transverse relaxation time for the exchange lifetime of the coordinated H2O molecule and the 2H NMR longitudinal relaxation rate of the deuterated diamagnetic lanthanum complex for the rotational correlation time were thoroughly investigated, and the results were compared with those reported previously for other lanthanide(III) complexes. The exchange lifetimes for [en{Gd(DO3A)(H2O)}2] (769 +/- 10 ns) and [pi{Gd(DTTA)(H2O)}2]2- (910 +/- 10 ns) are significantly higher than those of [Gd(DOTA)(H2O)]- (243 ns) and [Gd(DTPA)(H2O)]2- (303 ns) complexes. The rotational correlation times for [en{Gd(DO3A)(H2O)}2] (150 +/- 11 ps) and [pi{Gd(DTTA)(H2O)}2]2- (130 +/- 12 ps) are slightly greater than those of [Gd(DOTA)(H2O)]- (77 ps) and [Gd(DTPA)(H2O)]2- (58 ps) complexes. The marked increase in relaxivity (r1) of [en{Gd(DO3A)(H2O)}2] and [pi{Gd(DTTA)(H2O)}2]2- result mainly from their longer rotational correlation time and higher molecular weight.  相似文献

Six pentacyclic triterpenoids, 3beta-stearyloxy-urs-12-ene (1), friedelin (2), 3beta-friedelinol (3), alpha-amyrin (4), beta-amyrin (5), and lupeol (6), have been isolated from the hexane extract of Maytenus salicifolia Reissek (Celastraceae) leaves. The molecular and structural formula as well as the stereochemistry of a new pentacyclic triterpene (1) were determined using data obtained from 1H and 13C NMR spectra, DEPT135 and by 2D HSQC, HMBC, COSY and NOESY experiments. The molecular formula C48H84O2 was established using quantitative 13C NMR, and the molecular weight (692 Da) was confirmed by elemental analysis and mass spectrometry (GC-MS).  相似文献

A new palladium(II) complex with methionine sulfoxide was synthesized and characterized by a set of chemical and spectroscopic techniques. Elemental and mass spectrometry analyses of the solid complex fit to the composition [Pd(C5H10NO3S)2].H2O. 13C NMR, [1H-15N] NMR and infrared spectra indicate coordination of the amino acid to Pd(II) through the carboxylate and amino groups in a square planar geometry. The complex is soluble in water. Biological activity was evaluated by cytotoxic analysis using HeLa cells. Determination of cell death was assessed using a tetrazolium salt colorimetric assay, which reflects the cells viability. After incubation for 48 h, 20% of cell death was achieved at a concentration of 200 micromol L-1 of the complex.  相似文献

在室温下, 选用具有手性特征的1,2-丙二胺(1,2-propanediamine)为对阳离子, 由正四丁基铵十钨酸盐和邻苯二酚反应, 得到了钨酶活性结构因子仿生配合物(NH3CH2CHNH2CH3)2[WVIO2(OC6H4O)2], 用单晶X射线衍射测定了其晶体结构, 晶体属单斜晶系, 空间群为P21/n, a=1.1099(3) nm, b=1.0416(3) nm, c=1.8874(6) nm, β=96.492(6)°, V=2.1679(11) nm3, z=4, R1=0.0445, wR2=0.0682; 并对它进行了IR, 1H NMR和UV-Vis谱学表征. 利用NMR研究了其与三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的相互作用, 结果发现手性特征的1,2-丙二胺及邻苯二酚苯环的1H化学位移在与ATP混合前后均呈现出较大的差异, 分析得出: 配合物中的金属离子在D2O中大多数均以W(V)价态存在, 但在与ATP共存时转化为W(VI), 并与配体发生了解离.  相似文献
