0引言 WO3纳米材料具有光致变色、电致变色、气致变色等特性,可用于光学信息和储存显示器、pH值探测器、气敏传感器、灵敏窗口等[1,2];并且在太阳能的储存与利用、光电转换、光催化降解大气和水中的污染物等方面有着广阔的应用前景[3,4],成为近几年重点研究的半导体材料之一.以前纳米WO3的制备主要集中在薄膜上,其薄膜的制备工艺已经相当成熟,主要包括蒸发法、溅射法、CVD法、喷涂法、阳极氧化法、溶胶-凝胶法等[3]. 相似文献

以钨粉和过氧化氢溶液为原料, 采用溶胶凝胶法制备了WO3溶胶, 并结合提拉镀膜法, 分别在普通玻璃载玻片和抛光硅片上制备了掺钯气致变色WO3纳米结构薄膜; 并分别在50, 150, 250, 350和450 ℃的空气氛围中对薄膜进行了热处理. 采用IR、双椭圆偏振光谱仪、AFM和XRD分析了薄膜的性质和微观结构, 观察了薄膜的表面形貌, 根据所得数据讨论了不同热处理温度对薄膜的结构和气致变色性能的影响. 相似文献

CeO2/SnO2纳米材料的制备与气敏性能研究 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
本文应用溶胶-凝胶法制备了7种不同成分和煅烧温度的CeO2/SnO2材料,应用X射线衍射方法对其中的3种进行了结构表征和粒度分析,运用自组装的气敏性能设备检测了该7种不同成分的CeO2/SnO2材料的气敏性能,简要分析了其气敏机理。结果表明:掺杂CeO2有利于SnO2晶粒的细化;掺杂CeO2和La2O3可改变或提高SnO2气敏材料对某些气体的气敏性能;煅烧温度在600℃~800℃之间,掺杂2?O2的CeO2/SnO2气敏材料,随煅烧温度上升,气敏性能下降;煅烧温度600℃、掺杂5?O2的CeO2/SnO2气敏材料,对乙醇具有较高的灵敏度和选择性,具有开发应用价值;CeO2/SnO2气敏材料的气敏机理为表面电导控制型。 相似文献

以两亲性共聚物为模板溶胶-凝胶法制备WO3多孔薄膜及其 氢致变色特性的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
报道了以六氯化钨为原料, 以两亲性的无规共聚物聚苯乙烯-co-聚烯丙醇(PS-co-PAAL)和三嵌段共聚物聚氧乙烯-b-聚氧丙烯-b-聚氧乙烯(PEO-b-PPO-b-PEO)为模板, 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了WO3多孔薄膜. 利用热重分析仪(TGA)、粉末X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)等表征手段, 研究了模板和热处理温度对薄膜孔结构的影响; 并通过H2敏测试以及利用紫外可见分光光度计(UV), 研究了薄膜的氢敏性能和着色前后的透射光谱. 结果表明, 以无规共聚物PS-co-PAAL为模板制得的WO3薄膜, 经400 ℃热处理后, 可得到呈交联网状的多孔结构, 并表现出最佳的氢致变色性能. 相似文献

通过真空镀膜方法制备的纳米Ag薄膜均匀致密, 表面光滑. 然后通过电化学方法在Ag纳米薄膜上沉积一层三氧化钨(WO3), 制备纳米Ag/WO3复合膜. 并在此基础上构筑五层式玻璃/ITO/纳米Ag-WO3复合膜/固态电解质/聚(3-甲基噻吩)/ITO/玻璃电致变色器件. 实验结果表明, 与传统的WO3膜相比, 纳米Ag/WO3复合膜具有更好的电化学活性、更高的对比度、更短的响应时间, 以及更好的稳定性. 由该复合膜组装的电致变色器件工艺简单, 电致变色性能良好. 相似文献

Tungsten oxide doped by a complex of platinum exhibits a gasochromic effect. A reversible coloration is observed on successive exposure to hydrogen and air. The films were prepared by the sol-gel method at room temperature. They showed strong darkening (blue color) on exposure to hydrogen and were bleached completely when exposed to air. The proccess has been reproduced completely hundreds of times without any losses. The cycling of the coloration was obtained from UV-Vis spectra and the mechanism deduced from both visible and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra. applications. Organically modified sol-gel glasses (ormosils) have hybrid properties of rigid inorganic silica matrix and
organic functionalities. Ormosils provide ambient environment for bio-molecules encapsulation and such systems have been used
widely for biosensor applications. Biological elements including enzymes, antibodies, antigens, DNA, whole cells, tissues,
proteins, biologically derived material, and biomimetic materials provide the possibility of biological recognition to the
device and transducer to detect the biological signals with the help of associated electronics and software to amplify these
signals into a readable form for the user. In this review we report on the formation of sol-gel based composite materials
primarily on ormosil along with carbon nano tubes, metal nano particles, mediators, inorganic complexes, polymers, ionomers

Nano silica-modified epoxy resins were synthesized by the sol-gel process. The materials have themorphological structure of nano particales dispersed in the epoxy matrix. The dispersed phase formed aphysical network in the resin and thus influenced the rheological behavior greatly. 采用溶胶凝胶法在同一条件下制备REa+:Ti4+=0.02和0.10的稀土掺杂的纳米TiO2材料,其中REn+为Nd3+,Ce4+,La3+,Er3+四种稀土元素.通过TG-DTG,XRD,TEM,UV-Vis等测试方法对所制备的纳米TiO2进行焙烧温度、晶胞尺寸、晶粒形貌、谱学特性等方面的研究.研究表明,稀土掺杂的纳米TiO2径粒尺寸均在20 nm左右,少量稀土掺杂不但有利于TiO2颗粒的分散,而且有利于TiO2向金红石相转变.同时,由于表面修饰作用和晶场效应的影响,掺杂使纳米材料在可见光范围内有不同程度的"红移"现象,Ce4+掺杂的纳米TiO2在可见光的"红移"程度最强.稀土掺杂的纳米TiO2在农用膜和节能材料上可广泛运用. 相似文献

WO_3/钛铝胶系列样品通过浸渍法制备. XRD 和XPS 测定结果表明WO_3单层分散在钛铝胶表面, 分散阈值为0.22 g WO_3/(100 m~2). 假定WO_3在钛铝胶表面按照密置单层模型分散, 其计算值为0.198 g WO_3/(100 m~2). 表明测定值与理论模型的计算值相接近. LRS测定表明: 当WO_3的载量低于0.082 g WO_3/(100 m~2钛铝胶)时, 只有四而体配位的钨存在; 当WO_3的载量超过0.082 g WO_3/(100 m~2钛铝胶)时, 钨主要以八面体配位存在. 同时, LRS的实验结果也表明, 550 ℃焙烧的WO_3/钛铝胶样品没有Al_2(WO_4)_3生成. 对高温焙烧条件下, Al_2(WO_4)_3的生成也进行了研究. 相似文献

Based on the concept of controlling the particle size by the surface free energy, the growth of sol-gel derived nanoparticles
(Al2O3, TiO2, ZrO2) has been investigated in presence of molecules with binding ability to the growing particles. The investigations show that
the use of silanes, carboxylic acid or β-diketones allows to replace electrostatic sol stabilisation by steric sol stabilisation
and through this, high solid content sols can be obtained. The introduction of these sols into orgaic or ormocer type of matrices
leads to nano composites with degrees of filling up to 40 wt.-% without agglomeration and with high optical quality. Already
developed TiO2 containing bulk materials, ultrahard coatings on plastic and adhesives for fiber to chip coupling are examples for the usefulness
of this alternative sol-gel route. The nanocomposite materials show interesting mechanical and thermomechanical properties
such as high hardness or low thermal expansion compared to unfilled systems. 相似文献

应用交流阻抗法和极化曲线法,研究了两种环境友好型水处理药剂,即聚冬天氨酸(PASP)和钨酸钠的单一配方及其复配对白铜(B10)在3%NaC l溶液中的缓蚀效果.研究表明:单一聚冬天氨酸或钨酸钠配方对B10均具有一定的缓蚀效果,其中聚冬天氨酸以浓度为40 mg/L,钨酸钠以浓度为60 mg/L时的缓蚀效果最佳.总浓度为40 mg/L的两者复配具有更加明显的缓蚀效果并显示出协同效应,其中以聚冬天氨酸与钨酸钠配比为3∶1的缓蚀效果最佳. 相似文献
