We report the effects of partial substitutions of the VIIIa elements: Fe (3d) and Ru (4d) in the intermetallic perovskite superconductor MgCNi3. In both the MgCNi3−xRux and MgCNi3−xFex systems, the superconducting critical temperature (TC) decreases monotonically as x is increased. TC decreases more slowly in the case of Ru, suggesting that the 3d electrons in Fe are magnetically pair breaking. This is supported by the normal state magnetic susceptibility measurements (χ), which shows that χ increases with Fe and decreases with Ru doping. No ferromagnetism is observed in either system. 相似文献

Samples with the nominal composition Bi2Sr2Ca1−xNaxCu2Oy (if with X = 0.05, 0.2, 0.4 and 0.5) were prepared by the solid state reaction method. The role of Na and the effect of various heat treatments in the 2212 composition were studied. From the X-ray diffraction data it is found that the samples annealed for longer duration have shown a single phase 2212. From the DC four-probe resistivity data, it was found that the Tc (zero) varies from 79 to 89 K. It is believed that doping with an alkali element would reduce the oxygen content due to monovalency and gives an effect similar to that during heat treatment under low oxygen pressure or quenching. The presence of sodium in the samples was confirmed by electron probe microanalysis. 相似文献

We report synthesis, structural and magnetic (DC and AC) properties of Boron substituted MgCNi3 superconductor. A series of polycrystalline bulk samples Mg1.2C1.6?xBxNi3 (x=0.0, 0.08 and 0.16) is synthesized through standard solid-state reaction route, which are found to crystallize in cubic perovskite structure with space group Pm3m. Rietveld analysis of observed XRD data show that lattice parameters expand from a=3.8106 (4) Å for pure, to 3.8164 (2) Å and 3.8173 (5) Å for 5% and 10% Boron substituted samples respectively. DC magnetization exhibited superconducting transition (Tc) at around 7.3 K for pure sample, and the same decreases slightly with Boron substitution. The lower critical field (Hc1) at 2 K is around 150 Oe for pure sample, which increases slightly with Boron substitution. For pure sample the upper critical field (Hc2) being determined from AC susceptibility measurements is 11.6 kOe and 91.70 kOe with 50% and 90% diamagnetism criteria respectively, which decreases to 5.57 kOe and 42.5 kOe respectively for 10% Boron substituted sample. 10% Boron substitution at Carbon site has decreased both the Hc2 and Tc. On the other hand lower critical field (Hc1) at 2 K is slightly increased from around 150 Oe for pure sample, to 200 Oe for 10% Boron substituted sample. Seemingly, the Carbon site Boron substitution induced disorder though has increased slightly the Hc1 but with simultaneous decrease in superconducting transition temperature (Tc) and upper critical field (Hc2). The high relative proportion of Ni in studied MgCNi3 suggests that magnetic interactions are important and non-oxide perovskite structure make it interesting. 相似文献

This work reports the structure and superconducting properties of the superconductor ZrRuP doped with Fe; the ZrRu1−xFexP solid solution was investigated by means of X-ray powder diffraction, SQUID magnetometry and Mößbauer spectroscopy. It is shown that the modification of the superconducting properties by doping with Fe is similar to the effect of chemical pressure and that the Fe doped compounds do not show any magnetic ordering. 相似文献

Superconducting powders with the composition Y(Ba 1 mx Sr x ) 2 Cu 4 O 8 ( x = 0.00-0.50) have been prepared by an aqueous sol-gel method. The effects of strontium substitution on the properties of compounds were studied by resistivity measurements, X-ray powder diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, electron microscopy and elemental analysis. The data indicate that single-phase Y(Ba 1 mx Sr x ) 2 Cu 4 O 8 superconducting samples were obtained. They also show that doping with strontium has a strong effect on the superconducting properties of the YBa 2 Cu 4 O 8 phase. The critical temperature is enhanced from 78 K (for a non-substituted sample) to 88 K (for Y(Ba 1 mx Sr x ) 2 Cu 4 O 8 ). Elemental analysis data clearly indicate that small amounts of strontium enter the copper sites in the Y(Ba 1 mx Sr x ) 2 Cu 4 O 8 compounds. A point-defect chemistry approach, which explains the enhancement of T c by substituting strontium for barium, is presented. 相似文献

A system of polyacetylene chains is considered in which the chains are in a solution, whose atoms and ions have nonzero spin. It is shown that a superconducting phase may appear in the temperature range Tc2 ? T ? Tc1. A new particle that is responsible for the weak interaction in the nuclear matter is found. The Eliashberg integral equations are investigated to determine the effect of low frequency phonons on the superconducting transition temperature Tc. It is found that phonons of frequency less than Tc are repulsive (diminish Tc) while phonons of higher frequency have a diminished attraction unless the frequency is substantially above Tc. Various implications are discussed concerning observed values of Tc and predicted mechanisms for raising Tc. 相似文献

In this paper, we introduce an S-N (superconducting-normal) model with d wave Cooper pairing in the S layer and indicate that the interlayer hopping between the S and N layers has pair-weakening effect on the high-Tc superconductivity. Also, we respectively study the influence of the nonmagnetic impurities sitting in the superconducting or nonsuperconducting layers on the high-Tc superconductivity based on the S-N model. The obtained results show the differences in the suppression effects on the transition temperature depending on where the impurities are located. An attempt has been made to predict the thermodynamic properties of the Pd-D and Pd-T systems from those of the Pd-H system. By considering only the isotopic dependence of the optic modes, a satisfactory interpretation of the infinitely dilute solutions is not possible. However, using only the isotopic dependence of the optic modes together with an empirical equation for the infinitely dilute solution yields calculated results for the concentrated solutions in both the single and two phase regions which are in excellent agreement with the experimental results for the deuteride and tritide systems. 相似文献

The surface of epitaxial gallium arsenide (as-grown and subjected to standard chemical treatments for producing metal-GaAs
electrical contacts) has been studied by atomic force microscopy. It was shown that the surface relief can be characterized
by fractal relief in the local approximation. As-grown epitaxial n-GaAs layers have lower values of the mean relief irregularity and roughness and reveal high surface homogeneity. The most
marked relief changes are observed due to plasmachemical deposition of silicon dioxide and its removal in a buffered etch
and deionized water rinse. The following finishing treatments make the surface more smooth and homogeneous, especially in
ammonia-water mixture, which gives almost an ideal (Gaussian) distribution of irregularities and phase contrast in most cases.
The fractal dimensionality of the studied surfaces changes in the relatively narrow limits D
f
= 2.5−2.8. The values of the local approximation limit L determining the boundary of the applicability of the fractal approach when describing the surfaces change from 0.039 to 10.99

在成功制备具有双钙钛矿结构Sr2Fe1-xCoxMoO6系列样品的基础上,对其结构、输运性质和磁性质进行了系统研究.结果发现,随着Co替代浓度x值的增加,样品的电阻率-温度关系由半金属行为转变为半导体行为,其室温电阻率从3.9×10-5Ω·cm增大到6.0×10-1Ω·cm;样品由亚铁磁体转变成反铁磁体,其磁相变温度TN值也随之下降;Co对Fe的部分替代使其磁电阻效应受到抑制.基于对其电子结构的分析,其磁电阻效应的起源以及Co的元素替代效应也在文中进行了讨论. 相似文献

Superconductivity with transitions near 80 K and 110 K has been observed in sintered samples of the system Bi–Ca–Sr–Cu–O. The samples were prepared from mixed powders of the oxides or carbonates of the metallic elements. It was found that the heat treatment has to be restricted to a narrow temperature range near 800 °C to obtain optimum samples with respect to superconductivity. The best samples show two transitions of equal height at 80 K and 110 K with onsets near 115 K as determined from resistivity. 相似文献
