The radiation absorption cross section of indium–tin oxide (ITO) semiconductor nanoparticles of various sizes placed in various media is calculated in the region of plasmon resonance. The photoabsorption cross sections calculated within the framework of the Mie theory and in the dipole approximation are compared with each other and with the available experimental data. The limits of applicability of the dipole approximation are determined. The prospects of using these nanoparticles as an active material in optical plasmon sensors are assessed.  相似文献

使用两块长度各为65 mm的MgO:LiNbO3和无掺杂LiNbO3晶体,以1064nm的Q开关Nd:YAG激光器作为抽运光源,在12 mJ/pulse的抽运光能量下得到频率范围为0.34~2.90 THz的电磁辐射.分析表明,激光入射使LiNbO3晶体中具有电磁特性的横光学声子可以和入射光子形成耦合场量子.作为一种电磁特性的元激发,LINbO3晶体的耦合场量子的辐射场频率覆盖部分太赫兹频段范围,并可通过耦合场量子受激拉曼散射过程辐射THz波.根据耦合场量子辐射理论,通过分析晶体的耦合场量子色散特性曲线,可以确定该晶体能否辐射THz波及其带宽范围.  相似文献

Basic principles and applications of different scattering techniques (including static and dynamic light scattering (SLS and DLS), small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and small-angle neutron scattering (SANS)) on the characterization of nanoparticles are reviewed in this paper. By choosing a suitable scattering technique or a combination of different techniques for nanoparticle characterization, the particles' molecular weight, radius of gyration, hydrodynamic radius, size distribution, shape and internal structure as well as interparticle interactions of nanoparticles, can be determined. Examples including some sophisticated colloidal systems are presented.  相似文献

在分析复杂媒质的电磁场散射特性时,引入有限元撕裂对接法,对包含复杂媒质在内的整个计算空间做区域分解,通过合理的代数运算,将一个三维问题转化为二维问题进行求解,减小计算的复杂度.使用Krylov求解器,避免在形成交界面系统方程时,系数矩阵中的求逆运算.两个算例结果表明有限元撕裂对接法在分析复杂媒质散射特性时的正确性和有效性.  相似文献

由于重力和向上气流的作用,高速摄影显示较大的雨滴在降落过程中表现为一底部扁平、顶部圆滑的非球形对称体,已有的模型中BC模型(由Beard和Chuang提出)被认为能准确描述雨滴的形状。本文利用沿降落方向旋转对称的扁椭球体和均匀球体模拟降落中的雨滴,扁椭球体的短轴(旋转轴)与BC模型的相等,长轴通过与BC模型截面积等效法确定;利用T矩阵方法研究了水平取向的旋转扁椭球体和BC雨滴模型的散射特性,利用Mie理论计算了均匀球的散射特性,比较了半径分别为2 mm和3 mm大小的三种雨滴模型对94 GHz电磁波斜入射时的单次散射相矩阵,以及对频率为30 GHz~100 GHz电磁波的单次散射反照率,最后讨论了半径为0.5 mm~3.5 mm雨滴对35 GHz和94 GHz的后向散射函数。计算结果表明,利用均匀球模拟雨滴将带来较大误差,而利用截面积等效的旋转扁椭球体模型可以较好地模拟雨滴的散射特性。  相似文献

基于数字信号处理中的半解析递归卷积(SARC)算法,提出一种用于色散介质电磁特性分析的通用递归卷积时域有限差分方法(SARC FDTD),不仅具有绝对稳定性和高精度、低内存、高效率等优点,而且对于常见色散介质模型,具有统一的形式,计算时只需给出色散介质模型的极点和对应系数,使用方便,通用性好.通过算例验证了方法的有效性,并对有等离子体存在的目标电磁散射截面(RCS)进行了计算和分析.  相似文献

Using the method of auxiliary sources, we solve the problem of electromagnetic-wave scattering by structures composed of a finite number of three-dimensional perfectly conducting bodies, some of which are thin wires. The capabilities of the developed software package is briefly described. We present some results of numerical calculations aimed at analyzing the influence of three-dimensional bodies placed near thin wires on the current distributions along these wires.  相似文献

理论研究了有ITO(indium tin oxide)透明导电膜的多层平面分层介质系统的电磁性能,给出的理论曲线和实测曲线符合很好.多层平面分层介质系统的电磁性能与ITO膜(方块电阻为8Ω)所在界面位置和平面分层介质系统层数及各层厚度等有关.优化设计了一种含有ITO透明导电膜的厚度仅7.35mm的四层平面分层介质系统,其在8—18GHz频段内电磁波反射性能很好.作为多层平面分层系统中的ITO导电膜,其方块电阻应低于30Ω,并且越小,其反射性能越好. 关键词: 多层平面介质系统 电磁性能 ITO透明导电膜  相似文献

为快速计算地面上车辆目标的电磁散射特性,实现适用于半空间环境的多层快速多极子方法.对于近区项,利用严格的半空间并矢格林函数进行计算;对于远区项,首先将半空间格林函数分解为直射项和反射项,然后采用实镜像方法计算反射项.方法物理概念清晰,与目前常用的离散复镜像方法相比,具有良好的收敛性和稳定性,大大降低计算时间和内存需求.实例计算并分析地面上汽车模型的电磁散射特性.  相似文献

We have obtained analytical expressions for the scattering coefficient and the angular distribution of radiation for the aerosol train (tail) modeled by a homogeneous cylinder with given scattering coefficient and phase function of the elementary volume. The analytical formulas for the angular distribution of scattered radiation have been obtained in the single-scattering approximation. Using the Monte Carlo method, we have calculated the directional scattering coefficients of a homogeneous monodisperse tail consisting of spherical water particles with a mean radius of 1 μm for various diametrical optical thicknesses of the tail. The perturbation of Dirac particles moving in a constant magnetic field is calculated for simultaneously incident parallel monochromatic circular polarized electromagnetic and gravitational waves. Resonances are found which depend on the initial energy of the charged particles, the magnetic field, and the frequencies of the incident waves. A suited choice of these parameters allows the selection of only one resonance that is proportional to the product of the squares of the amplitudes of both waves. This effect is valid for all bound systems of Dirac particles interacting simultaneously with electromagnetic and gravitational waves. At least in principle this resonance effect can be used to detect the gravitational waves in the lab. For regions of the universe with strong electromagnetic and gravitational waves and suited magnetic fields this effect may play another important part for the acceleration of charged particles.  相似文献
