A novel nonenzymatic H2O2 sensor based on a palladium nanoparticles/graphene (Pd‐NPs/GN) hybrid nanostructures composite film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was reported. The composites of graphene (GN) decorated with Pd nanoparticles have been prepared by simultaneously reducing graphite oxide (GO) and K2PdCl4 in one pot. The Pd‐NPs were intended to enlarge the interplanar spacing of graphene nanosheets and were well dispersed on the surface or completely embedded into few‐layer GN, which maintain their high surface area and prevent GN from aggregating. XPS analysis indicated that the surface Pd atoms are negatively charged, favoring the reduction process of H2O2. Moreover, the Pd‐NPs/GN/GCE could remarkably decrease the overpotential and enhance the electron‐transfer rate due to the good contact between Pd‐NPs and GN sheets, and Pd‐NPs have high catalytical effect for H2O2 reduction. Amperometric measurements allow observation of the electrochemical reduction of H2O2 at 0.5 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). The H2O2 reduction current is linear to its concentration in the range from 1×10?9 to 2×10?3 M, and the detection limit was found to be 2×10?10 M (S/N=3). The as‐prepared nonenzymatic H2O2 sensor exhibits excellent repeatability, selectivity and long‐term stability.  相似文献

A newly nonenzymatic sensor for hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) based on the (Au‐HS/SO3H‐PMO (Et)) nanocomposite is demonstrated. The electrochemical properties of the as‐prepared nanocomposite were studied. It displayed an excellent performance towards H2O2 sensing in the linear response range from 0.20 µM to 4.30 mM (R=0.9999) with a sensitivity of 6.35×102 µA µM?1 cm?2 and a low detection limit of 0.0499 µM. Furthermore, it was not affected by electroactive interference species. These features proved that the modified electrode was suitable for determination of H2O2.  相似文献

A new electrocatalyst, MnO2/graphene oxide hybrid nanostructure was successfully synthesized for the nonenzymatic detection of H2O2. The morphological characterization was examined by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The MnO2/graphene oxide based electrodes showed high electrochemical activity for the detection of H2O2 in alkaline medium. The nonenzymatic biosensors displayed good performance along with low working potential, high sensitivity, low detection limit, and long-term stability, which could be attributed to the high surface area of graphene oxide providing for the deposition of MnO2 nanoparticles. These results demonstrate that this new nanocomposite with the high surface area and electrocatalytic activity offers great promise for new class of nanostructured electrode for nonenzymatic biosensor and energy conversion applications.  相似文献

Nonenzymatic sensors based on a metals nanocomposite with high sensitivity, selectivity, and stability has been received considerable interest. In this study, a novel electrochemical nanocomposite sensor based on palladium nanoclusters (PdNCs) decorated electrochemically activated graphene (EAGr) was established for highly sensitive nonenzymatic H2O2 sensor. The PdNCs/EAGr nanocomposite was fabricated via an electrochemical activation of Gr by the potential cycling in the range of +0.6 to ?1.8 V, followed by the electrodeposition of PdNCs at ?0.4 V applied potential. The homogeneous dispersion of PdNCs/EAGr nanocomposite were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), cyclic voltammetry (CV), and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). The PdNCs/EAGr nanocomposite electrode showed higher electrocatalytic activity towards the reduction of H2O2 in pH 7.0 of 0.1 M PBS by significantly enhancing the reduction peak current and reduced the reduction overpotential as well as eliminated other interfering species responses. The PdNCs/EAGr electrode displayed a wide linear range for H2O2 reduction from 1.0 to 1100 μM with limit of detection 0.02±0.01 μM. The higher sensitivity and selectivity as well as long‐time stability and excellent reproducibility obtained, indicating the proposed sensor is an effective H2O2 based sensor. In addition, the analytical application of the nancomposite sensor was successfully examined for the determination of H2O2 in the real sample of human urine indicating that the appreciable practicality of the nonenzymatic sensor for the determination of H2O2 in physiological fluids.  相似文献

We developed a novel iron‐tetrasulfophthalocyanine‐graphene‐Nafion (FeTSPc‐GR‐Nafion) modified screen‐printed electrode to determine hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) with high sensitivity and selectivity. The nanocomposite film (FeTSPc‐GR‐Nafion) exhibits an excellent electrocatalytic activity towards oxidation of H2O2 at a potential of +0.35 V in the absence of enzyme. A comparative study reveals that the FeTSPc‐GR complexes play a dual amplification role. Amperometric experiment indicates that the sensors possess good sensitivity and selectivity, with a linear range from 2.0×10?7 M to 5.0×10?3 M and a detection limit of 8.0×10?8 M. This sensor has been successfully used to develop the glucose biosensor and has also been applied to determine H2O2 in sterile water.  相似文献

We describe a simple method for preparing Au‐TiO2/graphene (GR) nanocomposite by deposition of Au nanoparticles (NPs) on TiO2/GR substrates. The as‐prepared Au‐TiO2/GR was characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The presence of Au NPs on TiO2/GR surface remarkably improves the electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and β‐nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH). The Au‐TiO2/GR modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode exhibits good amperometric response to H2O2 and NADH, with linear range from 10 to 200 µM and 10 to 240 µM, and detection limit of 0.7 and 0.2 µM, respectively.  相似文献

A novel non‐enzymatic sensor based on Ag/MnOOH nanocomposites was developed for the detection of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The H2O2 sensor was fabricated by immobilizing Ag/MnOOH nanocomposites on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The morphology and composition of the sensor surface were characterized using scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X‐ray diffraction spectroscopy. The electrochemical investigation of the sensor indicates that it possesses an excellent electrocatalytic property for H2O2, and could detect H2O2 in a linear range from 5.0 µM to 12.8 mM with a detection limit of 1.5 µM at a signal‐to‐noise ratio of 3, a response time of 2 s and a sensitivity of 32.57 µA mM?1 cm?2. Additionally, the sensor exhibits good anti‐interference. The good analytical performance, low cost and straightforward preparation method made this novel electrode material promising for the development of effective non‐enzymatic H2O2 sensor.  相似文献

A nonenzymatic amperometric electrochemical sensor for the detection of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) was fabricated based on highly dense silver nanowires (Ag NWs) and chitosan (CS) film. Ag NWs were synthesized by a poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP)‐mediated polyol process in the presence of manganese chloride (MnCl2), and were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD). Under the optimal conditions, the proposed nonenzymatic sensor exhibited good electrocatalytic activity towards the reduction of H2O2, and could detect H2O2 in the linear range of 0.008–1.35 mM, with a detection limit of 2 µM (S/N=3).  相似文献

Recent progress in flexible and lightweight electrochemical sensor systems requires the development of paper-like electrode materials. Here, we report a facile and green synthesis of a new type of MnO2 nanowires–graphene nanohybrid paper by one-step electrochemical method. This strategy demonstrates a collection of unique features including the effective electrochemical reduction of graphene oxide (GO) paper and the high loading of MnO2 nanowires on electrochemical reduced GO (ERGO) paper. When used as flexible electrode for nonenzymatic detection of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), MnO2–ERGO paper exhibits high electrocatalytic activity toward the redox of H2O2 as well as excellent stability, selectivity and reproducibility. The amperometric responses are linearly proportional to H2O2 concentration in the range 0.1–45.4 mM, with a detection limit of 10 μM (S/N = 3) and detection sensitivity of 59.0 μA cm−2 mM−1. These outstanding sensing performances enable the practical application of MnO2–ERGO paper electrode for the real-time tracking H2O2 secretion by live cells macrophages. Therefore, the proposed graphene-based nanohybrid paper electrode with intrinsic flexibility, tailorable shapes and adjustable properties can contribute to the full realization of high-performance flexible electrode material used in point-of-care testing devices and portable instruments for in-vivo clinical diagnostics and on-site environmental monitoring.  相似文献

A novel nanocomposite electrode based on hierarchical 3D porous MnO2?TiO2 for the application in hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) sensors has been explored. This electrode was fabricated by growing TiO2 cross‐linked nanowires on a commercial fluorine tin oxide (FTO) glass via a hydrothermal process and subsequent deposition of 3D honeycomb‐like MnO2 nanowalls using an electrodeposition method (denoted as 3D MNS‐TNW@FTO). The obtained 3D MNS‐TNW@FTO electrode was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Raman spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction (XRD), and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Based on such a unique 3D porous framework and the existence of MnO2, the electrode demonstrates a good performance in the detection of H2O2, with two linear ranges from 9.8 to 125 μM and 125 μM–1.0 mM, a good selectivity of 8.02 μA mM?1 cm?2, and a low detection limit of 4.5 μM. In addition, the simplicity of the developed low‐cost fabrication process provides an efficient method for the mass production of electrocatalytical MnO2?TiO2 nanocomposites on commercial FTO glass for H2O2 sensing applications and can be adapted for other electrochemical sensors for various biochemical targets. It thus is beneficial for the practical usage in bioanalysis.  相似文献

Three-dimensional copper hydroxide nanosupercages and electrochemically reduced graphene oxide were used to modify the glassy carbon electrode for the selective determination of hydrogen peroxide. The morphology and electrochemistry properties of copper hydroxide nanosupercage/electrochemically reduced graphene oxide/glassy carbon electrode were characterized using transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectra, Raman spectra, cyclic voltammetry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The resulting copper hydroxide nanosupercage/electrochemically reduced graphene oxide/glassy carbon electrode showed favorable performance for the electrocatalytic reduction of hydrogen peroxide. The amperometric current–time curve of the electrochemical sensor exhibited a wide linear range from 0.5 to 1030?µM with a limit of detection of 0.23?µM at a signal-to-noise ratio of three. Moreover, the sensor provided favorable selectivity, reproducibility, and stability and was used for the determination of H2O2 in tap water.  相似文献

A facile and controllable electrodeposition method was developed to directly attach gold nanoparticles (GNPs) on ordered mesoporous carbon (OMC). The GNPs on OMC substrate were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and X‐ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS), respectively. A nonenzymatic hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) sensor was fabricated on GNPs‐OMC/GCE. The sensor demonstrated a fast amperometric response (2.5 s), a wide linear range toward H2O2 concentrations between 2.0×10?6 and 3.92×10?3 M (R=0.999), and a low detection limit of 0.49 µM (S/N=3). Moreover, it exhibited good reproducibility and long‐term stability. The excellent electrocatalytical activity might be attributed to the synergistic effect of OMC and GNPs.  相似文献

In this study, a novel non‐enzymatic hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) sensor was fabricated based on gold nanoparticles/carbon nanotube/self‐doped polyaniline (AuNPs/CNTs/SPAN) hollow spheres modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). SPAN was in‐site polymerized on the surface of SiO2 template, then AuNPs and CNTs were decorated by electrostatic absorption via poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride). After the SiO2 cores were removed, hollow AuNPs/CNTs/SPAN spheres were obtained and characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), field‐emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The electrochemical catalytic performance of the hollow AuNPs/CNTs/SPAN/GCE for H2O2 detection was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronoamperometry. Using chronoamperometric method at a constant potential of ?0.1 V (vs. SCE), the H2O2 sensor displays two linear ranges: one from 5 µM to 0.225 mM with a sensitivity of 499.82 µA mM?1 cm?2; another from 0.225 mM to 8.825 mM with a sensitivity of 152.29 µA mM?1 cm?2. The detection limit was estimated as 0.4 µM (signal‐to‐noise ratio of 3). The hollow AuNPs/CNTs/SPAN/GCE also demonstrated excellent stability and selectivity against interferences from other electroactive species. The sensor was further applied to determine H2O2 in disinfectant real samples.  相似文献

The nanostructure of hybrids was prepared by directly mixing citric‐capped AuNPs and 3‐aminopropyltriethoxysilane (3‐APTES)‐capped nano‐MnO2 using an electrostatic adsorption strategy. The Au‐MnO2 composite was extensively characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), the Brunauer‐Emmett‐Teller (BET) method and X‐ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS). Electrochemical properties were evaluated through cyclic voltammetry (CV) and amperometric method. The prepared sensor showed excellent electrochemical properties towards H2O2 with a wide linear range from 2.5×10−3∼1.39 mM and 3.89∼13.89 mM. The detection limit is 0.34 μM (S/N=3) with the sensitivities of 169.43 μA mM−1 cm−2 and 55.72 μA mM−1 cm−2. The detection of real samples was also studied. Abstract

Direct electrochemistry of the myoglobin‐triacetone triperoxide (Mb‐TATP) composite on carbon paste (CP) electrode is reported. This electrode gives a well‐defined and quasi‐reversible cyclic voltammogram for the Mb FeIII/FeII redox coupled with the formal potential (E?′) of ?0.302 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) in pH 6.92 phosphate buffer. Electronic and vibrational spectroscopies show that the Mb in the composite retains a structure similar to its native form. The enzymatic reactivity to the reduction of H2O2 has been studied for the Mb‐TATP film. The analytical performances have been obtained with the linear range of 78.32–1135.64 µM, the detection limit of 55 µM (S/N=3), and the apparent Michaelis‐Menten constant (K m) of 662.8 µM. This H2O2 biosensor based on the electrocatalysis of the immobilized Mb presents a higher stability within two weeks.  相似文献

A novel nonenzymatic glucose sensor was developed based on well‐dispersed gold nanoparticles, which were in situ grown under direction of protein on a reduced graphene oxide modified electrode. This electrode exhibited high electrocatalytic activity towards glucose oxidation without use of any enzyme or mediator. In application for the amperometric detection of glucose, a wide linear range of 0.02–16.6 mM, low detection limit of 5 µM and good selectivity were obtained. The attractive analytical performances of the proposed glucose sensor, coupled with the facile preparation method, provide a promising electrochemical platform for the development of effective nonenzymatic sensors.  相似文献

A simple electrochemical approach to evaluate oxygen reduction catalysts using an inexpensive screen‐printed ring disk carbon electrode system, consisting of a ring electrode deposited with MnO2 and a disk electrode modified with the catalysts for study, is developed in this study. The as‐prepared MnO2 is selective and sensitive for H2O2 oxidation in the presence of O2 and is crucial to the proposed approach. By coupling with a wall‐jet electrochemical cell, the product generated from the reduction reaction at the disk electrode can effectively be monitored at the MnO2‐deposited ring electrode. Model catalysts of nano‐Au and nano‐Pd representing 2e? reduction of O2 to H2O2 and 4e? reduction to H2O, respectively, were evaluated as electrode materials in oxygen reduction reaction to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method.  相似文献

We studied sensor application of a graphene oxide and hematite (α‐Fe2O3/GO) composite electrode well‐characterized by the SEM and XRD. Through differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), oxidation of dexamethasone sodium phosphate (DSP) was studied at the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with graphene oxide nanosheets (GO) and the α‐Fe2O3/GO composite. The values of the transfer coefficient (α) and the diffusion coefficient (D) of DSP were 0.5961 and 4.71×10?5 cm2 s?1 respectively. In the linear range of 0.1–50 μM, the detection limit (DL) was 0.076 μM. In the second step, a GCE was modified with α‐Fe2O3/GO composite and the DSP measurement step was repeated to analyzed and compare the effects of hematite nanoparticles present on graphene oxide surfaces. According to the results, α and D were 0.52 and 2.406×10?4 cm2 s?1 respectively and the DL was 0.046 μM in the linear range of 0.1–10.0 μM. The sensor is simple, inexpensive and uses blood serum.  相似文献
