Glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with L‐cysteine and gold nanoparticles‐reduced graphene oxide (AuNPs‐RGO) composite was fabricated as a novel electrochemical sensor for the determination of Cu2+. The AuNPs‐RGO composite was formed on GCE surface by electrodeposition. The L‐cysteine was decorated on AuNPs by self‐assembly. Physicochemical and electrochemical properties of L‐cysteine/AuNPs‐RGO/GCE were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, cyclic voltammetry and adsorptive stripping voltammetry. The results validated that the prepared electrode had many attractive features, such as large electroactive area, good electrical conductivity and high sensitivity. Experimental conditions, including electrodeposition cycle, self‐assembly time, electrolyte pH and preconcentration time were studied and optimized. Stripping signals obtained from L‐cysteine/AuNPs‐RGO/GCE exhibited good linear relationship with Cu2+ concentrations in the range from 2 to 60 μg L−1, with a detection limit of 0.037 μg L−1. Finally, the prepared electrode was applied for the determination of Cu2+ in soil samples, and the results were in agreement with those obtained by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.  相似文献

A novel sensor based on carbon black‐gold nanoparticle nanocomposite modified screen‐printed electrode (CB‐AuNPs/SPE) for the detection of As(III) has been developed. The sensor was prepared modifying the SPE with CB and AuNPs by a drop casting automatable deposition. The As(III) was detected by CB‐AuNPs/SPE using anodic stripping voltammetry, with a high sensitivity (673±6 µA µM?1 cm?2) and reaching a LOD of 0.4 ppb. Finally, CB‐AuNPs/SPE has been applied to As(III) trace analysis in drinking water, obtaining satisfactory recovery values (99±9 %).  相似文献

This work was designed to develop an electrochemical sensor based on molecular imprinted polyaniline membranes onto reduced graphene oxide (RGO) and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode for dapsone (DDS) determination. The prepared RGO/AuNPs/PANI‐MIPs nanocomposite was characterized by Ultra‐Violet‐Visible (UV‐Vis), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR) and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) images. The feature of the imprinted electrode was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and impedance spectroscopy (IS). Throughout this study several analytical parameters, such as incubation time, pH value, concentration of monomer/template molecules and electro‐polymerization cycles were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, the experimental results showed best analytical performances for DDS detection with a sensitivity of 0.188 Ω/mol L?1, a linear range from 1.0×10?7 M to 1.0×10?3 M and a detection limit of 6.8×10?7 M. The bioanalytical sensor was applied to the determination of dapsone in real samples with high selectivity and recovery.  相似文献

In this work, the electrochemical oxidation of methanol was investigated by different electrochemical methods at a carbon paste electrode (CPE) modified with (N‐5‐methoxysalicylaldehyde, N´‐2‐hydroxyacetophenon‐1, 2 phenylenediimino nickel(II) complex (Ni(II)–MHP) and reduced graphene oxide (RGO), which is named Ni(II)‐MHP/RGO/CPE, in an alkaline solution. This modified electrode was found to be efficient for the oxidation of methanol. It was found that methanol was oxidized by the NiOOH groups generated by further electrochemical oxidation of nickel(II) hydroxide on the surface of the modified electrode. Under optimum conditions, some parameters of the analyte (MeOH), such as the electron transfer coefficient (α), the electron transfer rate constant) ks), and the diffusion coefficient of species in a 0.1 M solution (pH = 13), were determined. The designed sensor showed a linear dynamic range of 2.0–100.0 and 100.0–1000.0 μM and a detection limit of 0.68 μM for MeOH determination. The Ni(II)‐MHP/RGO/CPE sensor was used in the determination of MeOH in a real sample.  相似文献

In this work a partially reduced graphene oxide (p‐RGO) modified carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE) was prepared as the platform to fabricate an electrochemical DNA sensor, which was used for the sensitive detection of target ssDNA sequence related to transgenic soybean A2704‐12 sequence. The CILE was fabricated by using 1‐butylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate as the binder and then p‐RGO was deposited on the surface of CILE by controlling the electroreduction conditions. NH2 modified ssDNA probe sequences were immobilized on the electrode surface via covalent bonds between the unreduced oxygen groups on the p‐RGO surface and the amine group at the 5′‐end of ssDNA, which was denoted as ssDNA/p‐RGO/CILE and further used to hybridize with the target ssDNA sequence. Methylene blue (MB) was used as electrochemical indicator to monitor the DNA hybridization. The reduction peak current of MB after hybridization was proportional to the concentration of target A2704‐12 ssDNA sequences in the range from 1.0×10?12 to 1.0×10?6 mol/L with a detection limit of 2.9×10?13 mol/L (3σ). The electrochemical DNA biosensor was further used for the detection of PCR products of transgenic soybean with satisfactory results.  相似文献

It was first time using the l‐cysteine self‐assembled on the surface of gold nanoparticles and Bi2O3 nano‐structured materials modified GCE composed l‐cysteine/AuNPs/Bi2O3/GCE sensor. The sensor possessed three‐dimensional nanostructure and exhibited a higher ratio of activity sites, large active surface, fast electron transfer rate, excellent catalytic, sensing characteristics and larger affinity to Cu (II). The sensor was determined to have an excellent sensitivity and selectivity for the detection of Cu (II). The characterization of sensor as well as the optimization of the analytical procedure was reported. The optimized conditions parameters allowed the detection of Cu (II) concentration following short analysis time, a detection limit of 5×10?11 M at 80 s of preconcentration time was obtained using the as‐prepared sensor, and also show excellent stability and good repeatability, and, thus, could be used for detection of Cu (II) in environment.  相似文献

β‐CD modified reduced graphene oxide (RGO) sheets have been prepared and characterized by TEM, AFM, IR, EIS and CVs. In comparison with bare glass carbon electrode (GCE) and RGO modified GCE, CD‐RGO/GCE showed much higher peak currents to the reduction of nitrophenol isomers (NPs), attributed to the larger specific surface area of RGO and high quantities of host–guest recognition sites. Three pairs of redox peaks are observed on the CVs of CD‐RGO for p‐NP (0.3 V), o‐NP (?0.2 V) and m‐NP (0.05 V), separating well with each other. Under the optimized condition, the anodic peak currents were linear over ranges around 1–10 mg dm?3 for p‐NP, 1–9 mg dm?3 for o‐NP and 1–6 mg dm?3 for m‐NP, with the detection limits of 0.05 mg dm?3, 0.02 mg dm?3 and 0.1 mg dm?3, respectively. Thus, the CD‐RGO is expected to be a promising sensor material for detecting trace NPs in waste water.  相似文献

The reduced graphene oxide (RGO)/bisphenol A (BPA) composites were prepared by an adsorption‐reduction method. The composites are characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), UV‐vis, thermogravimetric (TG) analysis, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results confirm that BPA is adsorbed on the basal plane of RGO by π‐π stacking interaction. Furthermore, the electrochemical behaviors were evaluated by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge/discharge techniques and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results show that the RGO/BPA nanocomposites exhibit ultrahigh specific capacitance of 466 F·g?1 at a current density of 1 A·g?1, excellent rate capability (more than 81% retention at 10 A·g?1 relative to 1 A·g?1) and superior cycling stability (90% capacitance decay after 4000 cycles). Consequently, the RGO/BPA nanocomposites can be regarded as promising electrode materials for supercapacitor applications.  相似文献

Acetaminophen (AC) is one of the most commonly prescribed analgesic and antipyretic drug, which is considered to be safe as well as effective. Rational use of AC does not pose any toxicity or adverse effects, however, an overdose or prolonged use could lead to nephrotoxicity and severe hepatoxicity. Thus, monitoring of AC is essential for drug safety. In this work, a facile Fe2O3/reduced graphene oxide (Fe2O3/RGO) nanocomposite was synthesized for improved electrochemical detection of AC. The material was synthesized through a simple one-step process. For characterization of synthesized Fe2O3/RGO composite, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), field emission-scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were employed. To verify the electrochemical performance of Fe2O3/RGO nanocomposite, GCE was modified with this nanocomposite and utilized for quantification of AC. The detection limit of AC was 21 nM in a linear range from 1.0 × 10−7 to 74 × 10−6 M. Furthermore, the sensor also unveiled good stability, promising sensitivity and selectivity. Hence, Fe2O3/RGO could be applied as a sensing material for electrochemical detection of AC. Finally, the analytical utility of the method was also verified in human urine and drug samples with some preliminary treatments.  相似文献

Presently, bisphenol A (BPA) has been added to the list of substances of very high concern as endocrine disruptors. According to the literature, exposure to bisphenol A even at low doses may result in adverse health effects. In this study, electrochemical sensor of Bisphenol A based on thioether DDT‐Poly(N‐vinylpyrrolidone) oligomer has been developed. The thioether oligomer, which is capable of recognizing BPA, was prepared and used for gold electrode modification. The characterization of the modified gold electrode and the synthesized thioether oligomer were carried out by cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), atomic force microscopy (AFM), Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H NMR) and Size exclusion chromatography (SEC). Obtained results indicate that the modified electrode shows good electrochemical activity, good sensitivity and reproducibility for BPA detection. It exhibited a good linear relationship ranging from 1 to 20 pg/mL, and the detection limit was found to be 1.9 pg/mL at S/N=3. Several interfering species such as hydroquinone, phenol and resorcinol were used and their behaviors on the modified gold electrode were investigated.  相似文献

An electrochemical biosensor capable of indirect detection of DNA damage induced by any one of the three endocrine-disrupting compounds (EDCs) – bisphenol A (BPA), 4-nonylphenol (NP) and 4-t-octylphenol (OP), has been researched and developed. The methylene blue (MB) dye was used as the redox indicator. The glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified by the assembled dsDNA/graphene oxide-chitosan/gold nano-particles to produce a dsDNA/GO-CS/AuNPs/GCE sensor. It was characterized with the use of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques. The loading/release of the MB dye by the dsDNA/GO-CS/AuNPs film was investigated, and the results showed that the process was reversible. Based on this, the sensor was used to measure the difference between the loading capabilities of intact and damaged dsDNA in the films. The sensor was then successfully applied to detect DNA damage electrochemically. The differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) peak current ratio for MB, observed before and after DNA damage, increased linearly in the presence the BPA, NP or OP compounds; the treatment range was 10–60 min, and the respective damage rates were 0.0069, 0.0044 and 0.0031 min−1, respectively. These results were confirmed by the binding constants: 2.09 × 106 M−1 (BPA-DNA), 1.28 × 106 M−1 (NP-DNA) and 9.33 × 105 M−1 (OP-DNA), all of which were obtained with the use of differential pulse stripping voltammetry (DPSV).  相似文献

An electrochemical sensor for amoxicillin (AMX) detection based on reduced graphene oxide (RGO), molecular imprinted overoxidized polypyrrole (MIOPPy) modified with gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) is described in this work. The electrochemical behavior of the imprinted and non‐imprinted polymer (NIP) was carried out by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and impedance spectroscopy (IS). The structure and morphology of the prepared MIP sensor were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV‐Visible, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and its experimental parameters such as monomer and template concentration, pH buffer solution, incubation time of AMX and AuNPs, scan rate as well as electropolymerization scan cycles were optimized to improve the performance of the sensor. The peak current obtained at the MIP electrode was proportional to the AMX concentration in the range from 10?8 to 10?3 mol L?1 with a detection limit and sensitivity of 1.22 10?6 mol L?1 (Signal to noise ratio=3) and 2.52×10?6 μAmol?1 L, respectively. It was also found that this sensor exhibited reproducibility and excellent selectivity against molecules with similar chemical structures. Besides, the analytical application of the AMX sensor confirms the feasibility of AMX detection in milk and human serum.  相似文献

A novel molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) photoelectrochemical sensor was fabricated for the highly sensitive and selective detection of triclosan. The MIP photoelectrochemical sensor was fabricated using graphite‐like carbon nitride (g‐C3N4) and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) as photoelectric materials. The MIP/g‐C3N4‐AuNPs sensor used photocurrent as the detection signal and was triggered by ultraviolet light (UV‐Light 365 nm). g‐C3N4‐AuNPs was immobilized on indium tin oxide electrodes to produce the photoelectrochemically responsive electrode of the MIP/g‐C3N4‐AuNPs sensor. A MIP layer of poly‐o‐phenylenediamine was electropolymerized on the g‐C3N4‐AuNPs‐modified electrode to act as the recognition element of the MIP/g‐C3N4‐AuNPs sensor and to enable the selective adsorption of triclosan to the sensor through specific binding. Under optimal experimental conditions, the designed MIP/g‐C3N4‐AuNPs sensor presented high sensitivity for triclosan with a linear range of 2×10−12 to 8×10−10 M and a limit of detection of 6.01×10−13 M. Moreover, the MIP/g‐C3N4‐AuNPs sensor showed excellent selectivity. The sensor had been successfully applied in the analysis of toothpaste samples.  相似文献

Phenylethanolamine A (PEA), a β‐agonist, was found to be illegally used as a growth promoter in pigs last year, causing Chinese government's great attention. Here, a sensitive electrochemical method was developed for detecting PEA by immobilization of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and Nafion on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The Nafion/MWCNTs/AuNPs film was characterized by scanning electronic micrographs (SEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The electrochemical behaviors of PEA at the modified GCE were investigated in detail. The synergetic effects of AuNPs, MWCNTs and Nafion amplify the electrochemical reduction signal of PEA, and result in high sensitivity for PEA determination. Under the optimal conditions, the electrochemical sensor shows a wide linear range of 0.01 to 10 (mol/L with a detection limit of 0.005 µmol/L. Moreover, the fabricated sensor presents high selectivity and long‐term stability, which paves a new way for simple, rapid, sensitive detection of PEA.  相似文献

An innovative molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor was fabricated based on reduced graphene oxide (RGO) and gold nanocomposite (Au) for rapid detection of vincristine (VCR). The RGO‐Au composite membrane was obtained via direct one‐step electrodeposition technique of graphene oxide (GO) and chloroauric acid (HAuCl4) on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by means of cyclic voltammetry (CV) in the potential range between ?1.5 and 0.6 V in phosphate buffer solution (PBS) of pH 9.18, which is capable of effectively utilizing its superior electrical conductivity, larger specific surface area due to its synergistic effect between RGO and Au. The molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) were synthesized on the RGO‐Au modified glassy carbon electrode surface with VCR as the template molecular, methyl acrylic acid (MAA) as the functional monomer, and ethylene glycol maleic rosinate acrylate (EGMRA) as a cross‐linker. The performance of the sensor was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) in detail. Under the optimum conditions, the fabricated sensor exhibited a linear relationship between oxidation peak current and VCR concentration over the range of 5.0×10?8–5.0×10?6 mol·L minus;1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9952 and a detection limit (S/N=3) of 2.6×10minus;8 mol·Lminus;1. The results indicated that the imprinted polymer films exhibited an excellent selectivity for VCR. The imprinted sensor was successfully used to determine VCR in real samples with recoveries of 90% –120% by using the standard addition method.  相似文献

Graphite rod (GR) modified with electrochemicaly deposited gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and adsorbed glucose oxidase (GOx) was used in amperometric glucose biosensor design. Enzymatic formation of polypyrrole (Ppy) on the surface of GOx/AuNPs/GR electrode was applied in order to improve analytical characteristics and stability of developed biosensor. The linear glucose detection range for Ppy/GOx/AuNPs/GR electrode was dependent on the duration of Ppy‐layer formation and the linear interval was extended up to 19.9 mmol L−1 after 21 h lasting synthesis of Ppy. The sensitivity of the developed biosensor was determined as 21.7 μA mM−1 cm−2, the limit of detection – 0.20 mmol L−1. Ppy/GOx/AuNPs/GR electrodes demonstrated advanced good stability (the t 1/2 was 9.8 days), quick detection of glucose (within 5 s) in the wide linear interval. Additionally, formed Ppy layer decreased the influence of electroactive species on the analytical signal. Developed biosensor is suitable for the determination of glucose in human serum samples.  相似文献

An ultrasensitive electrochemical DNA sensor was designed for Hg2+ assay using cooperative signal amplification effect of electrodeposited Au/carbon nanofibers-chitosan (DpAu/CNFs-CS) and reduced graphene oxide (RGO). CNFs-CS was prepared to modify gold electrode (AuE). Then, Au was electrodeposited on CNFs-CS/AuE to form DpAu/CNFs-CS/AuE for the first signal amplification. With TH as signal probe and ssDNA as recognition component, RGO/ssDNA and RGO/TH interaction were used for the second signal amplification. The prepared sensor had wider linear range of 0.0001–460 nM and lower detection limit of 5.7×10−5 nM, high selectivity, and performed well in Hg2+ assay of tap water.  相似文献

An electrochemical sensor was developed based on gold nanoparticles incorporated in mesoporous MFI zeolite for the determination of purine bases. Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) were incorporated into the mesoporous MFI zeolite (AuNPs/m‐MFI) by post‐grafting reaction. The composite materials were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and electrochemical methods. Au nanoparticles with a size of 5‐20 nm are uniformly dispersed in the pores of mesoporous MFI zeolite. And the morphology of MFI zeolite can be perfectly kept after pore expansion and Au nanoparticles incorporation. The electrocatalytic oxidation of purine bases (guanine and adenine in DNA) is investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The surface‐confined Au nanoparticles provide the good catalytic activity for oxidation of purine bases. The simultaneous detection of guanine and adenine can be achieved at AuNPs/m‐MFI composites modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The electrochemical sensor based on AuNPs/m‐MFI exhibits wide linear range of 0.5–500 μM and 0.8–500 μM with detection limit of 0.25 and 0.29 μM for guanine and adenine, respectively. Moreover, the electrochemical sensor is applied to evaluation of guanine and adenine in herring sperm DNA samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A novel matrix based on commercially available carbon black (CB) N220 and didodecyldimethyl ammonium bromide (DDAB) was shown to be a reliable support for direct electron transfer reactions between screen printed electrode (SPE) and Fe(III)‐heme proteins. Cytochrome c (cyt c), myoglobin (Mb), horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and cytochromes P450 (CYP 51A1, CYP 3A4, CYP 2B4) generated well‐shaped cyclic voltammograms on SPE/CB/DDAB electrodes (both in solution and in immobilized state). The attractive performance characteristics of CB modified electrodes are advantageous over single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SW CNT) based ones. The achieved direct electrochemistry of heme proteins on CB/DDAB‐modified electrodes provided successful elaboration of the immunosensor for cardiac Mb. The immunosensor showed applicability for diagnostics of myocardial infarction displaying significant difference in cardiac Mb content of human blood plasma samples taken from the corresponding patients.  相似文献
