Let Q be an acyclic quiver. We introduce the notion of generic variables for the coefficient-free acyclic cluster algebra A(Q). We prove that the set G(Q) of generic variables contains naturally the set M(Q) of cluster monomials in A(Q) and that these two sets coincide if and only if Q is a Dynkin quiver. We establish multiplicative properties of these generic variables analogous to multiplicative properties of Lusztig’s dual semicanonical basis. This allows to compute explicitly the generic variables when Q is a quiver of affine type. When Q is the Kronecker quiver, the set G(Q) is a Z-basis of A(Q) and this basis is compared to Sherman-Zelevinsky and Caldero-Zelevinsky bases.  相似文献

For an algebraically closed field K, we investigate a class of noncommutative K-algebras called connected quantized Weyl algebras. Such an algebra has a PBW basis for a set of generators {x1,,xn} such that each pair satisfies a relation of the form xixj=qijxjxi+rij, where qijK? and rijK, with, in some sense, sufficiently many pairs for which rij0. For such an algebra it turns out that there is a single parameter q such that each qij=q±1. Assuming that q±1, we classify connected quantized Weyl algebras, showing that there are two types linear and cyclic. When q is not a root of unity we determine the prime spectra for each type. The linear case is the easier, although the result depends on the parity of n, and all prime ideals are completely prime. In the cyclic case, which can only occur if n is odd, there are prime ideals for which the factors have arbitrarily large Goldie rank.We apply connected quantized Weyl algebras to obtain presentations of two classes of quantum cluster algebras. Let n3 be an odd integer. We present the quantum cluster algebra of a Dynkin quiver of type An?1 as a factor of a linear connected quantized Weyl algebra by an ideal generated by a central element. We also consider the quiver Pn+1(1) identified by Fordy and Marsh in their analysis of periodic quiver mutation. When n is odd, we show that the quantum cluster algebra of this quiver is generated by a cyclic connected quantized Weyl algebra in n variables and one further generator. We also present it as the factor of an iterated skew polynomial algebra in n+2 variables by an ideal generated by a central element. For both classes, the quantum cluster algebras are simple noetherian. We establish Poisson analogues of the results on prime ideals and quantum cluster algebras. We determine the Poisson prime spectra for the semiclassical limits of the linear and cyclic connected quantized Weyl algebras and show that, when n is odd, the cluster algebras of An?1 and Pn+1(1) are simple Poisson algebras that can each be presented as a Poisson factor of a polynomial algebra, with an appropriate Poisson bracket, by a principal ideal generated by a Poisson central element.  相似文献

Let Q be a Euclidean quiver. Using friezes in the sense of Assem-Reutenauer-Smith, we provide an algorithm for computing the (canonical) cluster character associated with any object in the cluster category of Q. In particular, this algorithm allows us to compute all the cluster variables in the cluster algebra associated with Q. It also allows us to compute the sum of the Euler characteristics of the quiver Grassmannians of any module M over the path algebra of Q.  相似文献

Let L be a restricted Lie algebra over a field of positive characteristic. We prove that the restricted enveloping algebra of L is a principal ideal ring if and only if L is an extension of a finite-dimensional torus by a cyclic restricted Lie algebra.  相似文献

Let R be a commutative noetherian henselian non-Gorenstein local ring of depth zero. Denote by modR the category of all finitely generated R-modules, and by the full subcategory of modR consisting of all R-modules of Gorenstein dimension zero. We prove in this paper that if contains a non-free module, then it is not precovering in modR, in particular, there exist infinitely many isomorphism classes of indecomposable R-modules of Gorenstein dimension zero.  相似文献

We characterize the restricted Lie algebras L whose restricted universal enveloping algebra u(L) is Lie metabelian. Moreover, we show that the last condition is equivalent to u(L) being strongly Lie metabelian.Received: 1 October 2004  相似文献

Let B be a representation-finite C-algebra. The Z-Lie algebra L(B) associated with B has been defined by Riedtmann in [Ch. Riedtmann, Lie algebras generated by indecomposables, J. Algebra 170 (1994) 526-546]. If B is representation-directed, there is another Z-Lie algebra associated with B defined by Ringel in [C.M. Ringel, Hall Algebras, vol. 26, Banach Center Publications, Warsaw, 1990, pp. 433-447] and denoted by K(B).We prove that the Lie algebras L(B) and K(B) are isomorphic for any representation-directed C-algebra B.  相似文献

Let H be a connected wild hereditary algebra of rank 3, T a square-free tilting H-module and the endomorphism ring of T in the cluster category CH of H. It is shown that the Loewy length of the cluster tilted algebra Γ is 3+r, where r denotes the number of regular indecomposable direct summands of T.  相似文献

We classify (up to Morita equivalence) all tame weakly symmetric finite dimensional algebras over an algebraically closed field having simply connected Galois coverings, nonsingular Cartan matrices and the stable Auslander-Reiten quivers consisting only of tubes. In particular, we prove that these algebras have at most four simple modules.Received: 25 February 2002  相似文献

By generalizing the method used by Tignol and Amitsur in [J.-P. Tignol, S.A. Amitsur, Kummer subfields of Malcev-Neumann division algebras, Israel Journal of Math. 50 (1985), 114-144], we determine necessary and sufficient conditions for an arbitrary central division algebra D over a Henselian valued field E to have Kummer subfields when the characteristic of the residue field of E does not divide the degree of D. We prove also that if D is a semiramified division algebra of degree n [resp., of prime power degree pr] over E such that does not divide n and [resp., and p3 divides ], then D is non-cyclic [resp., D is not an elementary abelian crossed product].  相似文献

We describe the dimensions of low Hochschild cohomology spaces of exceptional periodic representation-infinite algebras of polynomial growth. As an application we obtain that an indecomposable non-standard periodic representation-infinite algebra of polynomial growth is not derived equivalent to a standard self-injective algebra.  相似文献

Let D be a Dedekind domain with fraction field k. Let A be a D-algebra that, as a D-module, is free of finite rank. Let B be the extension of A to a k-algebra. The set of integer-valued polynomials over A   is defined to be Int(A)={f∈B[x]|f(A)⊆A}Int(A)={fB[x]|f(A)A}. Restricting the coefficients to elements of k  , we obtain the commutative ring Intk(A)={f∈k[x]|f(A)⊆A}Intk(A)={fk[x]|f(A)A}; this makes Int(A)Int(A) a left Intk(A)Intk(A)-module. Previous researchers have noted instances when a D-module basis for A   is also an Intk(A)Intk(A)-basis for Int(A)Int(A). We classify all the D-algebras A   with this property. Along the way, we prove results regarding Int(A)Int(A), its localizations at primes of D, and finite residue rings of A.  相似文献

Let R be a ring with identity and let M be a unital left R-module. A proper submodule L of M is radical if L is an intersection of prime submodules of M. Moreover, a submodule L of M is isolated if, for each proper submodule N of L, there exists a prime submodule K of M such that N ? K but L ? K. It is proved that every proper submodule of M is radical (and hence every submodule of M is isolated) if and only if N ∩ IM = IN for every submodule N of M and every (left primitive) ideal I of R. In case, R/P is an Artinian ring for every left primitive ideal P of R it is proved that a finitely generated submodule N of a nonzero left R-module M is isolated if and only if PN = N ∩ PM for every left primitive ideal P of R. If R is a commutative ring, then a finitely generated submodule N of a projective R-module M is isolated if and only if N is a direct summand of M.  相似文献

We answer a question of Blumberg, Cohen and Teleman, showing that the Chas–Sullivan loop homology is the Hochschild cohomology of any object in the rational string topology category of a compact, simply connected, Lie group G. Moreover, we show that the answer follows from the classification of the localizing subcategories of the derived category of chains on the based loops of G, which we achieve using the stratification machinery of Benson, Iyengar and Krause. For integral coefficients we get similar results for G a simply-connected special unitary group.  相似文献

In this article we generalize the results of Chacron et al. (1995) [4] concerning the computation of the discriminants of involutions of the first kind on central division algebras over Henselian valued fields of residue characteristic different from 2. We prove analogous results for orthogonal involutions on tame central simple algebras with simple residue algebras over a wide class of Henselian valued fields of arbitrary residue characteristic (see Corollary 2.18).  相似文献

This paper studies the multiplicative ideal structure of commutative rings in which every finitely generated ideal is quasi-projective. We provide some preliminaries on quasi-projective modules over commutative rings. Then we investigate the correlation with the well-known Prüfer conditions; that is, we prove that this class of rings stands strictly between the two classes of arithmetical rings and Gaussian rings. Thereby, we generalize Osofsky’s theorem on the weak global dimension of arithmetical rings and partially resolve Bazzoni-Glaz’s related conjecture on Gaussian rings. We also establish an analogue of Bazzoni-Glaz results on the transfer of Prüfer conditions between a ring and its total ring of quotients. We then examine various contexts of trivial ring extensions in order to build new and original examples of rings where all finitely generated ideals are subject to quasi-projectivity, marking their distinction from related classes of Prüfer rings.  相似文献
