The reaction of copper(I) iodide with tri-m-tolylphosphine (m-tolyl(3)P) in acetonitrile yielded the cluster [Cu(6)(mu2-I)(mu3-I)4(mu4-I)(m-tolyl(3)P)4(CH(3)CN)2] (1), with a bicapped adamantoid geometry. In this compound, four Cu atoms are coordinated to four terminally bonded m-tolyl(3)P ligands, two Cu atoms are bonded to two CH(3)CN ligands, and iodide ligands have mu2-I, mu3-I, and mu4-I bonding modes. This compound has four CuI(3)P and two CuI(3)N cores, and geometry around each Cu center is distorted tetrahedral.The polarizable iodide ligand and the position of the methyl group in the phenyl ring attached to the P atom appear to have played the pivotal role in the formation of monomeric bicapped adamantoid geometry, which is unique in copper chemistry.  相似文献

The title compound, namely octa­aqua­ytterbium(III) aqua­nona­chloro­tricadmate(II) hexa­hydrate, [Yb(H2O)8][Cd3Cl9(H2O)]·6H2O, was prepared by evaporation at 278 K from an aqueous solution of the ternary system YbCl3–CdCl2–H2O and was characterized by elemental chemical analysis and by X‐ray powder and single‐crystal diffraction studies. The crystal structure can be viewed as being built from layers of double chains of CdCl6 and CdCl5(H2O) octahedra separated by antiprismatic [Yb(H2O)8]3+ cations. The stabilization of the structure is ensured by O—H⋯O and O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds. A comparison with the structures of SrCd2Cl6·8H2O and CeCd4Cl11·13H2O is presented.  相似文献

A new copper(H) complex [Cu2(DMF)(H2O)(C7H4NO4)2(C7H3NO4)]2-3.5DMF has been synthesized and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1^- with a = 10.722(3), b = 18.170(4), c = 20.923(7)A,α = 105.297(9), β = 101.701(10), γ = 105.74(1)°, V= 3615(1)A^3, Z = 2, C58.50H64.50Cu4N1l.50O3150, Mr = 1686.90, Dc = 1.550 g/cm^3,μ= 1.255 mm^-1, F(000) = 1728.00, T = 150(2) K, the final R = 0.0640 and wR = 0.173 for 11310 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In the crystal, each formular unit consists of two dinuclear copper(H) compounds, between which the O-H…O hydrogen bonds exist. Each Cu^Ⅱ cation is six-coordinated in an octahedral geometry. The intermolecular hydrogenbonding interaction leads to a 3-D framework of the title compound.  相似文献

New Oxonium Bromochalcogenates(IV) — Synthesis, Structure, and Properties of [H3O][TeBr5] · 3 C4H8O2 and [H3O]2[SeBr6] Dark red crystals of the composition [H3O][TeBr5] · 3 C4H8O2 ( 1 ) were isolated from a saturated solution of TeBr4 in 1,4-dioxane containing a small amount of water. In this compound (space group P21/m, a = 8.922(4) Å, b = 13.204(7) Å, c = 9.853(5) Å, β = 91.82(4)° at 150 K) a square pyramidal [TeBr5]? anion has been isolated for the first time. The coordination sphere of the anion is completed to a distorted octahedron by weak interaction with a dioxane molecule of the cationic system. The [H3O]+ cations are connected to chains by dioxane molecules. At room temperature the compound is stable only in its mother liquor. Crystalline [H3O]2[SeBr6] ( 2 ) (space group Fm3m, a = 10.421(1) Å at 170 K) is a bromoselenous acid of high symmetry. The [H3O]+ ion is only weakly coordinated by Br atoms of the anion. The anions are isolated octahedral [SeBr6]2? units. The structure is isotypic to the K2[PtCl6] structure. Despite being a halogenochalcogen(IV) acid, 2 exhibits a remarkable thermal stability. Both oxonium compounds were characterized by single-crystal X-ray structure analyses. Vibrational spectra of 2 are reported.  相似文献

The Layered Structure of Cu2(H2O)4[C4H4N2][C6H2(COO)4]·2H2O Triclinic single crystals of Cu2(H2O)4[C4H4N2][C6H2(COO)4]·2H2O have been grown in an aqueous silica gel. Space group (Nr. 2), a = 723.94(7) pm, b = 813.38(14) pm, c = 931.0(2) pm, α = 74.24(2)°, β = 79.24(2)°, γ = 65.451(10)°, V = 0.47819(14) nm3, Z = 1. Cu2+ is coordinated in a distorted, octahedral manner by two water molecules, three oxygen atoms of the pyromellitate anions and one nitrogen atom of pyrazine (Cu—O 194.1(2)–229.3(3) pm; Cu–N 202.0(2) pm). The connection of Cu2+ and [C6H2(COO)4)]4? yields infinite strands, which are linked by pyrazine molecules to form a two‐dimensional coordination polymer. Thermogravimetric analysis in air showed that the dehydrated compound was stable between 175 and 248 °C. Further heating yielded CuO.  相似文献

Crystal Structures of the Polytellurides [Ca(DMF)6]Te4, [Sr(15-Crown-5)2]Te4 · H2O, {[BaCl(18-Crown-6)(DMF)2]2[BaCl(18-Crown-6)(DMF) (H2O)]2(Te4)2}, and [Ph3PNPPh3]2Te5 · 2 DMF The title compounds were formed by alkalimetal polytelluride solutions in dimethylformamide (DMF) in the presence of the corresponding counter ions as well as in the presence of 15-crown-5 or 18-crown-6. Single crystals were obtained upon using additional diethylether. [Ca(DMF)6]Te4: Space group C2/c, Z = 4, 1024 observed unique reflections, R = 0.055. Lattice dimensions at ?70°C: a = 1776.1; b = 813.0 c = 2545.9pm; β = 102.90°. The compound consists of centrosymmetric [Ca(DMF)6]2+ ions, in which the calcium ions are octahedrally coordinated by the six oxygen atoms of the DMF molecules, and chain-like Te [Sr)15-crown-5)2]Te4 · H2O: Space group C2/c, Z = 4, 3322 observed unique reflections, R = 0.058. Lattice dimensions at ?70°C: a = 1450.5; b = 1407.3; c = 1660.9 pm; β = 110.22°. The compounds forms centrosymmetric cations [Sr(15-crown-5) 2]2+, in which the Sr2+ ion is sandwich-like surrounded by the ten oxygen atoms of the crown ether molecules, and chain-like Te42? ions, which are associated in the lattice forming polymeric chains. {[BaCl(18-crown-6)(DMF) 2]2[BaCl(18-crown-6)(DMF)· (H2O)] 2(Te4)2}: Space group P1 , Z = 1, 3189 observed unique reflections, R = 0.054. Lattice dimensions at 19°C: a = 986.1; b = 1052.8; c = 2696.4 pm; α = 89.34°; β = 88.68°; γ = 89.56°. The compound consists of chain-like Te ions without symmetry and of the two somewhat different cations [BaCl(18-crown-6)(DMF) 2]22+, in which the Ba2+ ions dimerize via centroysmmetric rings. Along with the six oxygen atoms of the crown ether molecules and the oxygen atoms of the DMF molecules, the oxygen atoms of the DMF and water molecule, respectively, the Ba+ ions achieve coordination number ten. [Ph3PNPPh3]2Te5 · 2DMF: Space group Pc, Z = 2, 5971 observed unique reflections, R = 0.058. Lattice dimensions at 20°C: a = 20°C: a = 1085.2; b = 1287.0; c = 2715.9 pm; β = 90.19°. The compounds consists of [Ph3PNPPh3]+ ions, chain-like Te52? ions, and incorporate DME molecules without bonding interaction. The 52? ions are associate via polymeric chains in which left- and right handed individuals are alternating.  相似文献

Ln6(mu6-O)(mu3-OH)8(H2O)24]I8(H2O)(8) (Ln = Nd, Eu, Tb, Dy) compounds are obtained as the final hydrolysis products of lanthanide triiodides in an aqueous solution. A novel organically templated copper pentaborate, [Cu(C3N2H4)4][Cu(CH3COO)2(C3N2H4)2(H2O)2]‐ [B5O6(OH)4]2, was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, FT‐IR spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and TGA. The crystal structure of this compound consists of two copper‐centered polyhedra and two discrete [B5O6(OH)4]? pentaborate anions, which are linked together through intensive hydrogen bonding interactions, forming a 3D framework with large channels along c axis. The discrete pentaborate anions form infinite layers by hydrogen bonds. Moreover, the two crystallographically different octahedral coppers are connected by common oxygen atom to form an infinite chain.  相似文献

The title compound, bis[di­aqua­bis­(ethyl­enedi­amine‐κ2N,N′)copper(II)­] hexa­cyano­iron(II) tetrahydrate, [Cu(C2H8N2)2(H2O)1.935]2[Fe(CN)6]·4H2O, was crystallized from an aqueous reaction mixture initially containing CuSO4, K3[Fe(CN)6] and ethyl­enedi­amine (en) in a 3:2:6 molar ratio. Its structure is ionic and is built up of two crystallographically different cations, viz. [Cu(en)2(H2O)2]2+ and [Cu(en)2(H2O)1.87]2+, there being a deficiency of aqua ligands in the latter, [Fe(CN)6]4− anions and disordered solvent water mol­ecules. All the metal atoms lie on centres of inversion. The Cu atom is octahedrally coordinated by two chelate‐bonded en mol­ecules [mean Cu—N = 2.016 (2) Å] in the equatorial plane, and by axial aqua ligands, showing very long distances due to the Jahn–Teller effect [mean Cu—O = 2.611 (2) Å]. In one of the cations, significant underoccupation of the O‐atom site is observed, correlated with the appearance of a non‐coordinated water mol­ecule. This is interpreted as the partial contribution of a hydrate isomer. The [Fe(CN)6]4− anions form quite regular octahedra, with a mean Fe—C distance of 1.913 (2) Å. The dominant intermolecular interactions are cation–anion O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds and these inter­actions form layers parallel to (001).  相似文献

Preparation and Crystal Structure of (CH3NH3)8[NdCl6][NdCl4(H20)2]2Cl3 (CH3NH3)8[NdCl6][NdCl4 (H2O)2]2Cl3 is for the first time prepared and investigated by X-ray, single crystal work. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system (space group C2/m, Z = 2) with a = 9.358(5), b = 17.424(9), c = 15.360(8) Å, β = 108.30(4)°. The structure contains besides isolated Cl? ions distorted [NdCl6]3? octahedra and [NdCl4(H2O)2]? chains.  相似文献

The coplanar cluster compound [Et4N]4[(mu4-WSe4)Cu4I6] (1) was prepared from reaction of [Et4N]2[WSe4] with 4 equiv of CuI in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) solution in the presence of [Et(4)N]I. Treatment of 1 with pyridine (py) in dry MeCN gave the neutral cluster [(mu4-WSe4)Cu4(py)6I2] (2) in good yield. Recrystallization of 1 from py/i-PrOH resulted in the reorganization of the coplanar WSe4Cu4 core and the formation of a neutral polymeric cluster [(mu3-WOSe3)Cu3(py)3(mu-I)]n (3) containing a nest-shaped OWSe3Cu3 core and a terminal W=O bond. The interaction of cluster 1 with excess PPh3 in CH3Cl3 gave [(mu3-WSe4)Cu3(PPh3)3(mu3-I)] (4) which has a cubanelike SeWSe3Cu3I core. Treatment of 1 with 1 equiv of CuI in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) yielded [Et4N]4[(mu5-WSe4)(CuI)5(mu-I)2] (5) which has a crown-like core structure. Treatment of 1 in DMF with 2 equiv of CuI in the presence of py resulted in the formation of a two-dimensional polymeric cluster, [(mu6-WSe4)Cu6I4(py)4]n (6), consisting of an octahedral WSe4Cu6 repeating unit. The solid-state structures of clusters 3, 5, and 6 have been further established by X-ray crystallography. The nonlinear optical properties of 6 have been also investigated. Cluster 6 was found to exhibit good photostability and a large optical limiting effect with the limiting threshold being ca. 0.3 J cm(-2).  相似文献

The ionic title complex, bis(μ‐ethylene glycol)‐κ3O,O′:O′;κ3O:O,O′‐bis[(ethylene glycol‐κ2O,O′)(ethylene glycol‐κO)sodium] bis(ethylene glycolato‐κ2O,O′)copper(II), [Na2(C2H6O2)6][Cu(C2H4O2)2], was obtained from a basic solution of CuCl2 in ethylene glycol and consists of discrete ions interconnected by O—H...O hydrogen bonds. This is the first example of a disodium–ethylene glycol complex cation cluster. The cation lies about an inversion center and the CuII atom of the anion lies on another independent inversion center.  相似文献

以硝酸铜和对氯苯氧乙酸为原料,合成了标题化合物[Cu(C8H6ClO3)2(H2O)2],并用元素分析仪、红外光谱仪、X射线单晶衍射仪表征了其组成和晶体结构.结果表明,所合成的晶体属三斜晶系,Pi空间群,a=0.51146(6)nm,b=0.70640(8)nm,c=1.326410(15)nm,a=81.7770(10)°,β=86.361(2)°,γ=76.3970(10)°,F(000)=239,Z=1;最终偏离因子R=0.0264,wR=0.0674.在配合物中,铜离子与来自两个对氯苯氧乙酸根的两个羧基氧原子、两个醚氧原子以及来自两个水分子的氧原子配位,形成变形八面体结构.  相似文献
