A new approach to reconstructing the object wave front in phase-shifting interferometry with arbitrary unknown phase steps is proposed. With this method the actual phase steps are first determined from measured intensities with an algorithm based on the statistic property of the object phase distribution in the recording plane. Then the original object field is calculated digitally with a derived formula. This method is simple, accurate, and capable of retrieving the original object field, including its amplitude and phase distributions simultaneously, with arbitrary and unequal phase steps in a three- or four-frame method. The effectiveness and correctness of this approach are verified by a series of computer simulations for both smooth and diffusing surfaces.  相似文献

We comment on the recent Letter by Cai et al. [Opt. Lett. 28, 1808 (2003)] in which an approach to phase-shifting interferometry with arbitrary phase steps was proposed. Cai et al. based their method of phase shifting on the idea that the intensities of the reference and object beams can be measured previously, which actually makes the whole posterior phase-shifting procedure absolutely unnecessary. Their method is also based on the statement that the phase of the Fresnel diffraction pattern of a test object if generally a spatially random distribution, which in most situations is wrong.  相似文献

A method of reconstruction of the spatial phase distribution and the image of a scattering object from a recorded speckle pattern of the diffraction field has been developed and verified on test objects. The proposed method is based on an assumption that, for objects of a certain class, the phase difference between adjacent speckles in the far zone is equal to π. In this paper, temporal phase unwrapping and short time Fourier transform (STFT) are proposed for shape measurement of an object with height steps by digital holographic interferometry (DHI). A series of digital holograms is recorded with a high-speed CCD camera using a multi-illumination method. Each pixel is processed along the time axis independently of other pixels. Two novel methods are proposed to process the wrapped phase maps: the first method is based on complex phasor (CP) and temporal phase unwrapping, and the second method is based on CP and STFT. In the STFT method, continuous phase maps are obtained by integration of the exacted instantaneous frequency. The continuous phase map can characterize the profile of the object with height steps. An experiment is conducted to verify the validity of the proposed methods.  相似文献

Recently, we have proposed a coherent diffractive imaging using a noniterative phase retrieval method with the filter of an aperture array. The first (to our knowledge) experimental demonstration of this coherent imaging is presented here, in which a complex-valued object illuminated by a diode laser is reconstructed from the isolated diffraction intensities of the object's wave field, transmitted through an array filter of square apertures by using the phase retrieval method. This imaging method requires only a single measurement of the diffraction intensity and does not need a tight object's support constraint utilized in iterative phase retrieval algorithms or a reference wave used in holographic techniques.  相似文献

A method of obtaining an ultrasonic image of a planar object with spatial variable transparency is proposed on the basis of the results of measuring the amplitude of the ultrasonic wave during the transmission ultrasonic probing. The case is considered in which the wave diffraction strongly affects the amplitude of the field behind the object and the phase is not measured. Even in the absence of phase information, this method allows one to restore the transparency masks of the planar object. The proposed mathematical apparatus can be also used in radio wave probing. Numerical simulation and processing of the experimental data demonstrated the comparability of this method and the aperture synthesis method using the phase information.  相似文献

A novel method of obtaining shearing interferogram by slightly moving the crystal in a photorefractive interferometer is proposed. This method can measure the phase of an object itself instead of its diffraction field, and it is easy to realize continuously changeable shearing distance in any lateral direction and introduce carrier fringes at the same time. We propose a method for recording an optical wave field that is based on diffraction of the optical wave field by two screens that are complementary to each other. We show that the new method ensures the measurement of the phase of the wave field with a high accuracy and spatial resolution. An optical scheme for implementing the diffraction method and an algorithm for reconstructing the phase of the wave field from the measurement data are developed. We perform a computer simulation of the experiment on recording the optical wave field based on the method proposed.  相似文献

Three-dimensional imaging with single orientation is a potential and novel technique. We successfully demonstrate that three-dimensional(3D) structure can be determined by a single orientation diffraction measurement for a phase object of double-layer Mie-scattering silica spheres on a Si3N4 membrane. Coherent diffraction pattern at high numerical aperture was acquired with an optical laser, and the oversampled pattern was projected from a planar detector onto the Ewald sphere.The double-layered spheres are reconstructed from the spherical diffraction pattern and a 2D curvature-corrected pattern,which improve convergence speed and stability of reconstruction.  相似文献

利用相干X射线衍射成像“过采样”采集样品的远场相干衍射图样, 结合相位重建迭代算法重建物空间样品信息. 三维重建过程中, 边界约束条件是相位重建算法中最为关键的部分. 本文采用数字模拟的方法, 利用灰度值图像作为物空间的样品, 研究并实现了边界条件的自动寻找, 重建结果显示比以往采用较“松”的边界约束更为精确. 利用噪声模拟方法, 研究了衍射图样中不同噪声类型的滤除对重建结果的影响. 研究发现传统的去噪方法在高噪声情况下不能直接应用于相干X射线衍射成像, 并找到了适用于相干X射线衍射成像噪声滤除的有效方法. 研究表明, 此方法能非常有效地降低噪声对重建结果的影响. 利用模拟三维纳米金颗粒作为样品, 完成了对纳米金颗粒中电子密度分布的三维重建, 在有随机噪声的影响下, 也得到了很好的重建结果, 并找到了成功实现三维重建的噪声限为信噪比不低于27. 关键词: X射线相干衍射成像 过采样 三维相位重建 显微成像  相似文献

Recently we have proposed a deterministic phase retrieval method using an aperture-array filter to reconstruct a complex-valued object from a single diffraction intensity pattern. We describe here the effect of quasi-monochromatic partially coherent illumination on the object reconstruction by the phase retrieval method, and then present the method of eliminating the effect of the partially coherent illumination from the diffraction intensity pattern via a simple Fourier deconvolution operation provided that the complex degree of spatial coherence of the illuminating beam is known. The usefulness of this method is shown in computer-simulated examples of the object reconstructions under Gaussian Schell-model partially coherent illumination.  相似文献

A method is presented for efficiently computing the propagating pressure field backscattered by an arbitrarily shaped, weakly scattering, three-dimensional object. This is accomplished by drawing upon a previously reported relationship between the boundary condition on a two-dimensional radiating aperture and the pressure propagating along an axis normal to the aperture, and the fundamental theorem of diffraction tomography, which relates the Fourier transform of an object function to its scattered pressure field. Together, these two results are used to derive an integral formula that expresses the pressure field backscattered from an object as a one-dimensional Fourier transform of its scattering amplitude. This formula is then utilized to compute the backscattered pressure field from a uniform fluid sphere in the first Born approximation; the results of which are compared to the rigorous partial wave expansion.  相似文献

用全息原理和方法研究相移相位测量,得到了N步整周期相移再现物光波复振幅同步叠加函数(N步相移函数),同时提出一种新的相移相位测量误差分析和最大误差估计方法。N步相移干涉图是以理想平行光为参考光的无衍射同轴全息图,将其与对应的相移参考光相乘后求和得到N步相移函数;在理想情况下,这是一种复振幅分离、测量和物光波复振幅函数同步叠加方法,存在误差时计算出的相位是最小二乘方法的最佳期望结果。利用N步相移函数得到的N 1步相移函数,说明非理想N步相移函数是理想N步相移函数与误差函数之和,可以把相位型误差转化为与振幅和强度相对误差同等的误差来对待,降低了相位测量中误差估计的难度,给出了N步相移算法最大误差的估计方法和公式。  相似文献

A three-dimensional on-line measurement method based on five unequal steps phase-shifting with phase measuring profilometry is presented. While only one sinusoidal grating pattern is projected onto the measured object moving with the pipe-line, five arbitrary deformed patterns are captured by CCD as the measured object moves within a duty cycle of the grating pattern. The modulation distribution based on Fourier transform profilometry is introduced to realize pixel matching so as to calculate the corresponding equivalent shifted phase on the deformed patterns. A five unequal steps phase shifting algorithm is developed, which is suitable for non-uniform motion of the pipeline. The experiments verify its feasibility and validity.  相似文献

为实现对相位物体的无损检测和成像,克服数字同轴全息相位物体成像技术在消除零级像和孪生像的干扰时存在的系列问题,提出一种基于Stokes参量的新的数字同轴全息技术。该方法区别于传统的利用干涉光场来记录原始像项的数字全息方法,通过测量物参光合成光束的Stokes参量来分别得到这两束光的振幅和相位差,从而准确、唯一地获得原始像项;再利用数字再现即可重构物光的振幅和相位信息。实验中对弱吸收的相位样品进行了测量,得到样品清晰的振幅和相位分布。结果表明,采用该方法对相位物体进行数字全息再现,可以克服传统同轴全息图中零级像和共轭像对相位物体信息的严重干扰,对于提取相位物体的振幅和相位信息是可行和有效的。  相似文献

提出一种基于克莱姆正则化分析法的三帧自标定相移阴影莫尔三维轮廓技术.该技术首先采用移动光栅的方法获得相移条纹图,然后通过不同帧相移条纹图相减去除条纹图背景,进而结合克莱姆正交化法和最小二乘法,发展了一种相位解调方法,提取了测量相位.以五步Harlharan算法为参考,用不同算法对同一物体表面进行测量.结果表明,相对于典型的三步相移法和主量分析方法,提出的方法测量得到的相位误差最小(0.5rad),且简化了测量过程.  相似文献
