The approximate barium X‐ray atomic absorption in the energy region of L‐edges is reconstructed from the absorption spectrum of an aqueous solution of BaCl2. The result is corroborated by comparison with pure atomic absorption spectra of neighbour elements Xe and Cs. The application of the atomic absorption signal as a proper EXAFS background is demonstrated and discussed in the analysis of Ba hexaferrite nanoparticles with a very weak structural signal. The essential gain is found in the decrease of uncertainty intervals of structural parameters and their correlations. A simple analytical model of the absorption background for the practical EXAFS analysis is demonstrated.  相似文献

In order to investigate the impedance matching properties of microwave absorbers,the ternary nanocomposites of GO/PANI/Fe3O4(GPF) are prepared via a two-step method,GO/PANI composites are synthesized by dilute polymerization in the presence of aniline monomer and GO,and GO/PANI/Fe3O4 is prepared via a co-precipitation method.The obtained nanocomposites are characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),respectively.The microwave absorbability reveals enhanced microwave absorption properties compared with GO,PANI,and GO/PANI.The maximum reflection loss of GO/PANI/Fe3O4 is up to-27 dB at 14 GHz with its thickness being 2 mm,and its absorption bandwidths exceeding-10 dB are more than 11.2 GHz with its thickness values being in the range from 1.5 mm-4 mm.It provides that GO/PANI/Fe3O4 can be used as an attractive candidate for microwave absorbers.  相似文献

Aggregation effect caused by the intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interactions on two-photon absorption properties of (E)-4-(2-nitrovinyl) benzenamine molecules is studied at a hybrid density functional level. The geometry optimization studies indicate that there exist two probable conformations for the dimers and three for the trimers. A strong red-shift of the charge-transfer states is shown. The two-photon absorption cross sections of the molecule for certain conformations are greatly enhanced by the aggregation effect, from which a ratio of 1.0:2.6:3.6 is found for the molecule and its dimer and trimer with nearly planar structures. Namely, a 30 or 20 percent increase of the two-photon absorption cross section is observed.  相似文献

This work investigates the crystal structures and phonon modes of Ba(Ca1/2W1/2)O3, Ba(Ca1/2Mo1/2)O3 and Ba(Sr1/2W1/2)O3 perovskites by Raman spectroscopy. The samples were produced by conventional solid‐state processing at 1200 °C. X‐ray diffraction showed that single‐phase homogeneous materials were produced, which are cubic or pseudo‐cubic in symmetry. The existing controversies in the literature for these complex perovskites were investigated by comparing experimental Raman data with group‐theory analysis. Ceramics with Ca and W or Mo were found to be cubic, space group Fm3 m. For these materials, four Raman‐active bands were observed and the fitting parameters showed that the Ba(Ca1/2Mo1/2)O3 ceramic presents bands at lower wavenumbers if compared with the Ba(Ca1/2W1/2)O3 sample. For the Ba(Sr1/2W1/2)O3 material, two hypotheses were investigated for monoclinic or triclinic structures. The experimental results showed 12 Raman‐active modes for this ceramic, which is in perfect agreement with the theoretical predictions for a monoclinic (I2/m) structure. Ba(1−x)LaxFe12O19 (0.00≤x≤0.10) nanofibers were fabricated via the electrospinning technique followed by heat treatment at different temperatures for 2 h. Various characterization methods including scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), and microwave vector network analyzer were employed to investigate the morphologies, crystalline phases, magnetic properties, and complex electromagnetic parameters of nanofibers. The SEM images indicate that samples with various values of x are of a continuous fiber-like morphology with an average diameter of 110±20 nm. The XRD patterns show that the main phase is M-type barium hexaferrite without other impurity phases when calcined at 1100 °C. The VSM results show that coercive force (Hc) decreases first and then increases, while saturation magnetization (Ms) reveals an increase at first and then decreases with La3+ ions content increase. Both the magnetic and dielectric losses are significantly enhanced by partial substitution of La3+ for Ba2+ in the M-type barium hexaferrites. The microwave absorption performance of Ba0.95La0.05Fe12O19 nanofibers gets significant improvement: The bandwidth below −10 dB expands from 0 GHz to 12.6 GHz, and the peak value of reflection loss decreases from −9.65 dB to −23.02 dB with the layer thickness of 2.0 mm.  相似文献

On the level of the time-dependent hybrid density functional theory, the one- and two-photon absorption properties of a series of symmetric 4-bis 2-[4-(2-ary12) phenyl]vinyl-2,5-bisdialkoxybenzenes are studied respectively utilizing the analytic response theory and the few-state model methods. The calculated results show that the planarity of the geometrical structure plays a great role in enhancing the linear and nonlinear optical abilities of the molecule. However the effect of the length of the chain linked to the π-centre on the optical property is very little. For the investigated compounds, the A–π–A type charge-transfer molecules display more superior one- and two-photon absorption characteristics than the D–π–D type ones. Furthermore, the two-photon absorption results by use of few-state model are generally consistent with those by analytic response theory, demonstrating the reliability of the few-state model for evaluating the two-photon absorption cross section. The numerical simulations are in good agreement in tendency with the available experimental measurements.  相似文献

A complete infrared study of the mixed crystal system of NaNO3 and NaNO2 is carried out in the region 600—3000 cm—1 at room temperature. The study includes fundamental internal normal vibrations of the NO2 and NO3 ions. The IR spectra, spectral band shape intensities, combination modes, and frequencies of the internal modes were studied as a function of NO3 ion concentration. Special attention is paid to the bending mode, the combination mode, and a symmetric stretching mode.  相似文献

The integrated intensities of the collision-induced absorption of the V2 band of ^12CH4 perturbed by Ar have been calculated theoretically using the ab initio calculations, and the value of the quadrupole transition moment we obtained is (0/Q/V2) = 5.226ea^2.. The corresponding experimental value obtained from ^12 CH4-Ar spectra is /〈0/Q/V2)/ = 4.931ea^2. Ignoring vibration-rotation interaction and Coriolis interaction, and considering both the theoretical approximations and experimental uncertainties, the agreement can be regarded as good, thus confirming that the enhancement is due to the quadrupole collision-induced mechanism.[第一段]  相似文献

This work investigates the evolution of the crystal structure of microwave‐hydrothermal synthesized Ba(Y1/2Nb1/2)O3 powders as a function of firing temperature by Raman spectroscopy. The samples were produced at 200 °C and fired at temperatures ranging from 600 to 1600 °C. Raman spectra were obtained at room temperature for all samples and the results showed that materials fired at 1600 °C exhibited tetragonal (I4/m or ) structure, whereas those fired at lower temperatures exhibited the triclinic (P1 or Ci1) structure. The results were compared with those observed for ceramics obtained by conventional solid‐state methods. It is believed that the lowering of the symmetry verified in materials fired below 1600 °C is a consequence of the local disorder of Y+3 and Nb+5 ions in octahedral sites. The optical dispersion of (C12H25NH3)2ZnCl4 and (C12H25NH3)2ZnCl4: Co is investigated by means of birefringence and optical absorption measurements in the temperature region around their isotropic points. The birefringence dispersion is analyzed in terms of a simple oscillator model based on the absorption band structure of both materials. A fairly good agreement is found between the thermal behaviour of the adjustable parameters of the oscillator model and the temperature dependence of the absorption spectra. The results suggest the existence of a structural phase transition at 315 K.  相似文献

In this study, effect of lanthanum substitution on the phase composition, lattice parameters and magnetic properties of barium hexaferrite has been studied in samples synthesized in ammonium nitrate melt. Samples, prepared with different lanthanum amount and having various initial Fe/(Ba+La) ratios in between 12 and 2 {(Ba1−xLaxn Fe2O3, where 0≤x≤1 and 1≤n≤6)}, are sintered at temperatures from 800 to 1200 °C. The lattice parameters, both a and c, decreases with increasing La amount which results in a decrease of the unit cell volume. The scanning electron microscope micrographs show that the pure and La-substituted sample with x=0.3, both calcinated at 1000 °C, have grain sizes smaller than 1 μm. The coercivities of the La-substituted samples increase with increasing La amount and reaches to a maximum value of 5.73 kOe, when x=0.3. Sintering at higher temperatures (above 1000 °C) decreases the coercivity, resembling a transition from single to multi-domain behavior of the particles, while saturation magnetization of the samples continues to increase due to the increasing grain size. Magnetization measurements of the samples prepared with different Fe/(Ba+La) molar ratios, n's, revealed that the specific saturation magnetization slightly increases with decreasing n, while coercivities fluctuates around 5.5 kOe. However, a sharp increase in the saturation magnetization has been observed in the sample having n=1 and washed in HCl. It was measured as 59.2 emu/g at 15 kOe, which is higher than that of the pure sample (57.5 emu/g). Thus, the magnetic parameters are optimized in the sample Ba0.7La0.3Fe12O19 so as to maximize both coercivity and specific saturation magnetization in the HCl-washed sample synthesized by starting with an unusually low Fe/(Ba+La) molar ratio of 2 (or n=1).  相似文献

We report infrared absorption of Y1Ba2Cu3O7−δ as a function of oxygen stoichiometry (0<δ<1) and copper substitution by iron in the spectral range of 450–700 cm−1. The strong bands associated with Cu-O vibrations undergo significant changes in their frequencies and intensities asδ is varied across the orthorhombic to tetragonal phase. These changes coupled with those arising as a result of doping with iron has helped in identifying the nature of the vibrational modes.  相似文献

BaFe12−x (Mn0.5Cu0.5Zr)x/2O19 hexaferrites with x=1, 2 and 3 were prepared by sol–gel process. The ferrite powders possess hexagonal shape and are well separated from one another. The powders of these ferrites were mixed with polyvinylchloride (PVC) plasticizer to be converted into a microwave absorbing composite ferrite with a thickness of 1.8 mm. X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), ac susceptometer, vibrating sample magnetometer and vector network analyzer were used to analyze its structure, electromagnetic and microwave absorption properties. The results showed that magnetoplumbite structures for all samples were formed. The sample with higher magnetic susceptibility and coercivity exhibits a larger microwave absorbing ability. Also the present investigation demonstrates that a microwave absorber using BaFe12−x(Mn0.5Cu0.5Zr)x/2O19 (x=2 and 3)/PVC with a matching thickness of 1.8 mm can be fabricated for applications over 15 GHz, with reflection loss more than −25 dB for specific frequencies, by controlling the molar ratio of the substituted ions.  相似文献

In the present study, the effects of B2O3 addition on the remanence properties of barium ferrite magnets are examined. The relationship between isothermal magnetization remanence MR(H) and demagnetization remanence MD(H) for non-interacting single domain particles, MD(H)=MR(Hmax)−2MR(H), was used in order to investigate the interactions between particles. We have found that remanence magnetization MR increased by 40% in magnitude with B2O3 addition in addition to the weakened couplings between particles. The B2O3 addition seems to supply the required conditions for usage of these materials in the magnetic recording media.  相似文献

In this paper the kinetics of oxygen desorption from Y Ba2Cu3O7-δ has been investigated and measurements carried out in the temperature range 350–750 C. It is shown that the oxygen desorption is diffusion-controlled (and not surface-controlled), and characteristic of diffusion from small grains in a loosely coupled porous matrix. At every temperature a number of time constants with well-defined ratios appear and have been identified and measured. These time constants can be related to the average bulk diffusion constant which shows an Arrhenius behaviour with deviations around 750°C which are ascribed to the well-known orthorhombic to tetragonal transition. In this paper we establish the basic underlying physical mechanism of oxygen desorption in Y Ba2Cu3O7-δ.  相似文献

The third-order optical nonlinearities of an organo-metallic compound, [(CH3)4N]2[Cu(dmit)2] (dmit2−=4,5-dithiolate-1,3-dithiole-2-thione), abbreviated as MeCu, dissolved in acetone are characterized by Z-scan technique with picosecond and nanosecond laser pulses in the near-infrared region. Two-photon absorption has been found when the sample solution is irradiated by 40 ps pulse width at 1064 nm and the two-photon absorption (TPA) coefficient βTPA is 4×10−13 m/W. While excited by 15 ns laser pulses at 1053 nm, the Z-scan spectra reveal strong reverse saturable absorption (RSA) and the nonlinear absorption coefficient βRSA is estimated to be as high as 7.07×10−11 m/W which is much larger than βTPA. An explanation for this enhancement is given. All the results suggest that MeCu may be a promising candidate for the application to optical limiting in the near-infrared region.  相似文献
