仿真和实验验证了厚度极薄的平面结构超材料吸波体, 该吸波体采用加载交指电容的耶路撒冷十字结构, 通过增加单元间的耦合电容显著降低了其工作频率. 测试结果表明, 该超材料吸波体在1.58 GHz, 吸收率峰值为88.48%, 其厚度为2 mm, 约为1/95工作波长, 吸波体的单元尺寸为11 mm, 约为1/17工作波长. 此外, 通过金属通孔将耶路撒冷十字结构与金属底板相连接, 使其对斜入射横电和横磁极化电磁波具有宽角度吸收特性, 在60°时依然具有较高的吸收率, 且吸收峰频率几乎不发生偏移, 从而使其更具实用价值. 关键词: 极薄 宽角度 超材料吸波体  相似文献

基于手性结构设计了一种极化不敏感和双面吸波的超材料吸波体.该吸波体的结构单元由手性结构和介质基板组成.仿真的电磁波正、反向入射时超材料吸波体的吸收率表明:该吸波结构的正、反面是互易的,具有双面吸波特性.仿真的不同极化角下超材料吸波体的吸收率表明:该超材料吸波体具有极化不敏感特性.仿真的不同入射角下超材料吸波体的吸收率表明:该超材料吸波体的入射角较窄.仿真的吸波体单元的表面电流和磁能密度分布表明:电、磁场之间存在交叉耦合,吸波与手性有关.仿真的不同损耗情况下超材料吸波体的吸收率表明:基板的介质损耗在吸波过程中起主导作用,金属的电阻热可以忽略不计.该超材料吸波体可能在要求双面吸波的领域中具有潜在的应用. 关键词: 极化不敏感 双面吸波 手性结构 超材料吸波体  相似文献

设计、仿真并实验验证了基于宽边耦合螺旋结构的低频小型化超材料吸波体. 实验测试结果表明, 该超材料吸波体在1.39 GHz吸收率达到最大为98%, 其单元尺寸和总厚度均为6.8 mm, 约为1/32工作波长, 实现小型化窄带吸波. 由于吸波体中螺旋结构是旋转对称排列的, 因而其对垂直入射电磁波的极化方向是不敏感的. 此外, 该超材料吸波体对斜入射横电和横磁极化电磁波在60°时, 仍具有强吸收. 关键词: 超材料 吸波体 小型化  相似文献

In this paper, a dual-band metamaterial absorber (MMA) with wide-angle and polarization-insensitivity is proposed. The MMA consists of two copper layers with a layer of FR-4 between them. And its top layer consists of a cross-shaped resonator and a square ring resonator. The calculation result demonstrates that there are two distinct absorption peaks, whose absorptivity are 99.933% at 3.8441 GHz and 99.99% at 9.1094 GHz. And its thickness is only 1.34% of the wavelength of the lowest absorption frequency. The dual-band MMA shows polarization-insensitivity for normal incident wave and shows high absorptivity in a wide incident angle for both TE and TM polarization wave. In addition, we discuss the working mechanism. The influences of main parameters on the dual-band MMA's absorption are also analyzed. The proposed ultra-thin MMA has simple structure and high absorptivity, which has many potential applications, such as thermal radiometer, detection sensor, stealth technology.  相似文献

A simple design of broadband metamaterial absorber(MA) based on resistive film is numerically presented in this paper.The unit cell of this absorber is composed of crossed rectangular rings-shaped resistive film,dielectric substrate,and continuous metal film.The simulated results indicate that the absorber obtains a 12.82-GHz-wide absorption from about 4.75 GHz to 17.57 GHz with absorptivity over 90% at normal incidence.Distribution of surface power loss density is illustrated to understand the intrinsic absorption mechanism of the structure.The proposed structure can work at wide polarization angles and wide angles of incidence for both transverse electric(TE) and transverse magnetic(TM) waves.Finally,the multi-reflection interference theory is involved to analyze and explain the broadband absorption mechanism at both normal and oblique incidence.Moreover,the polarization-insensitive feature is also investigated by using the interference model.It is seen that the simulated and calculated absorption rates agree fairly well with each other for the absorber.  相似文献

This paper reports the design of a metamaterial absorber with direction-selective and polarisation-insensitive property.Both theoretical and simulated results reveal that the absorber has a distinct absorption point with direction selectivity at 7.48 GHz,which is related to the resonance of the metamaterial and is not influenced by the polarisation.The retrieved impedance indicates that the impedance of the absorber can be tuned to approximatively match the impedance of the free space on one side and not to match the impedance of the free space on the other side.This design can result in the minimal reflectance,the minimal transmission and the highest absorbance at the absorption frequency.The distribution of the power loss indicates that the absorber is an excellent electromagnetic wave collector:the wave is first trapped and reinforced in certain specific locations,and then mostly consumed.The distribution of the surface current is consistent with the design,the retrieved impedance and the distribution of the power loss.This absorber may have applications in many scientific and technological areas.  相似文献

We report the design, fabrication, and characterization of a dual-band and polarization-insensitive metamaterial ab-sorber (MA), which consists of periodically arranged fractal Koch curves acting as the top resonator array and a metallic ground plane separated by a dielectric spacer. Compared with conventional MAs, a more compact size and multi-frequency operation are achieved by using fractal geometry as the unit cell of the MA. Both the effective medium theory and the multi- reflection interference theory are employed to investigate the underlying physical mechanism of the proposed terahertz MA, and results indicate that the latter theory is not suitable for explaining the absorption mechanism in our investigated struc-ture. Two absorption peaks are observed at 0.226 THz and 0.622 THz with absorptivities of 91.3% and 95.6% respectively and good agreements between the full-wave simulation and experimental results are achieved.  相似文献

提出了一种新的基于磁性吸波体材料的具有低频透射和高频宽带吸收特性的超材料吸波体.该超材料吸波体在1 GHz的透射系数为-0.5 dB,具有较好的低频透射特性,可以实现对低频信号的相互通信;在频率大于8.4 GHz的频段,吸收率均大于80%,基本覆盖整个X波段和Ku波段,实现高频宽带吸收.此外,由于该超材料吸波体的单元金属周期结构具有较好的四重旋转对称性,因而是极化无关的.该透射吸收超材料吸波体设计简单,实用性强,具有较强的潜在应用价值.  相似文献

A pure dielectric metamaterial absorber with broadband and thin thickness is proposed, whose structure is designed as a periodic cross-hole array. The pure dielectric metamaterial absorber with high permittivity is prepared by ceramic reinforced polymer composites. Compared with those with low permittivity, the absorber with high permittivity is more sensitive to structural parameters, which means that it is easier to optimize the equivalent electromagnetic parameters and achieve wide impedance matching by altering the size or shape of the unit cell. The optimized metamaterial absorber exhibits reflection loss below -10 dB in 7.93 GHz-35.76 GHz with a thickness of 3.5 mm, which shows favorable absorption properties under the oblique incidence of TE polarization (±45°). Whether it is a measured or simulated value, the strongest absorbing peak reaches below -45 dB, which exceeds that of most metamaterial absorbers. The distributions of power loss density and electric and magnetic fields are investigated to study the origin of their strong absorbing properties. Multiple resonance mechanisms are proposed to explain the phenomenon, including polarization relaxation of the dielectric and edge effects of the cross-hole array. This work overcomes the shortcomings of the narrow absorbing bandwidth of dielectrics. It demonstrates that the pure dielectric metamaterial absorber with high permittivity has great potential in the field of microwave absorption.  相似文献

仿真并实验验证了基于电磁谐振的极化无关透射吸收超材料吸波体, 该吸波体可以实现低频透射和高频吸收.实验测试结果表明, 该吸波体在6.77 GHz 吸收率峰值为83.6%, 半功率带宽为4.3%, 实现窄带强吸收.为进一步拓展该谐振型超材料吸波体的吸收带宽, 利用其低频透射特性, 将两个工作于不同频段的吸波体叠加在一起, 测试结果表明, 复合后超材料吸波体的半功率带宽可以增大到10.9%, 吸收率也略有增强. 该超材料吸波体设计简单, 具有较强的实用性和应用前景. 关键词: 极化无关 透射吸收 超材料吸波体  相似文献

<正>A wideband metamaterial absorber(MA) based on a magnetic resonator loaded with lumped resistors is presented. It is composed of a one-dimensional periodic array of double U-shaped structured magnetic resonators loaded with lumped resistors,a dielectric substrate,and a metal plate.We simulated,fabricated,measured,and analyzed the MA. The experimental results show that the reflectance(S11) is below -10 dB at normal incidence in the frequency range of 7.7 GHz-18 GHz,and the peak value is about—20 dB.Simulated power loss density distributions indicate that wideband absorption of the MA is mainly attributable to the lumped resistors in the magnetic resonator.Further investigations indicate that the distance between two unit cells along the magnetic field direction significantly influences the performance of the MA.  相似文献

本文提出一种基于圆台形吸收单元的超宽带、极化不敏感的超材料太赫兹吸收器. 该超材料吸收器采用金属薄膜金和介质层二氧化硅交替叠加的多层结构. 采用商业软件CST Studio Suite 2009时域求解器计算了其在0–10 THz波段内的吸收率Aω),在2–10 THz之间实现了对入射太赫兹波的超宽频带强吸收. 仿真结果表明,由于其圆台形单元结构,在器件垂直方向上形成一系列不同尺寸的微型吸收器,产生了吸收频点相连的多频吸收峰. 利用不同吸收峰的耦合叠加效应,获得超过8 THz的超宽带太赫兹波吸收,吸收强度达到92.3%以上. 这一结构具有超宽带强吸收,360°极化不敏感以及易于加工等优越特性,因而在太赫兹波探测器、光谱成像以及隐身技术方面具有潜在的应用. 关键词: 太赫兹波 超材料吸收器 圆台结构 超宽带  相似文献

本文设计了一种超薄螺旋结构超材料吸波体,其厚度(1.034 mm)约为其工作波长(4.81 GHz,6.59 GHz,9.16 GHz,12.69 GHz和13.71 GHz)的(1/60,1/44,1/32,1/23,1/21).仿真和实验结果表明,该吸波体在4.81 GHz,6.59 GHz,9.16 GHz,12.69 GHz和13.71 GHz处吸收率分别达到94.55%、99.89%、99.73%、99.26%和99.41%,实现了多频带强吸收.从表面电流和功率损耗密度两个方面分析了产生强吸收的原因,理论分析表明,多频带强吸收能在五个相邻频率处产生多阶局域表面等离激元谐振,螺旋结构之间强烈的电谐振使超材料结构单元产生强烈的吸收.该超材料吸波体设计简单、易于制作和应用,在电磁波吸收中具有应用价值.  相似文献

设计并制作出极化无关双向吸收超材料吸波体.仿真结果表明,该吸波体对斜入射横电极化和横磁极化电磁波具有较好的吸收效果,其强损耗主要来自介质基板的介电损耗.实验测试结果表明,该吸波体在11.1 GHz对垂直入射电磁波实现双向强吸收,吸收率分别为95.9%和90.8%.该吸波体厚度较薄,工作波长约为1/34.该超材料吸波体具有吸收率高、厚度薄、设计简单、易于加工等优点.  相似文献

A tunable broadband metamaterial absorber is demonstrated at microwave frequencies in this paper.The metamaterial absorber is composed of ferrite slabs with large resonance beamwidths and a copper wire.The theoretical analysis for the effective media parameters is presented to show the mechanism for achieving the perfect absorptivity characteristic.The numerical results of transmission,reflectance,and absorptivity indicate that the metamaterial absorber exhibits a near perfect impedance-match to free space and a high absorptivity of 98.2% for one layer and 99.97% for two layers at 9.9 GHz.The bandwidth with the absorptivity above 90% is about 2.3 GHz.Moreover,the absorption band can be shifted linearly in a wide frequency range by adjusting the magnetic bias.This metamaterial absorber opens a way to prepare perfectly matched layers for engineering applications.  相似文献

提出一种基于集总元件的超材料吸波体结构设计, 并进行了理论分析和实验验证. 仿真结果表明, 该吸波体在2.5 GHz到4.46 GHz的低频带内具有吸收率超过95%、半高宽达到70.4%的良好吸收特性. 反演计算得到的等效输入阻抗表明集总元件的加入可以使该结构在较宽的频率范围内有较好的阻抗匹配特性, 介质表面能量损耗分布的模拟计算结果说明能量主要损耗在了集总电阻中, 从而实现低频宽带的吸收特性. 制备了实验样品并用自由空间法进行测试, 测试结果与模拟结果符合得较好. 进一步的实验测试结果表明FR4基板的厚度对该吸波体的吸收特性有明显的调控作用, 且对于固定参数的结构存在最佳匹配厚度. 关键词: 集总元件 超材料吸波体 低频 宽带  相似文献

用数值仿真在微波X波段研究了金属开口谐振环和杆阵列这一最基本的谐振结构.通过合理的参数调节,这种结构在10.91GHz附近可以表现出高达98%的吸收率,并且半高峰宽达到3.5GHz.用散射参量提取法计算其有效电磁参数,发现在谐振频率附近其介电常数、磁导率和折射率的实部均为负值.相比于传统的左手材料,这种结构的电磁参数在谐振区域均具有较大的虚部,是形成高吸收率的根本原因.本文的左手材料吸收器在电磁加热、电磁隐身等领域具有许多潜在的应用.  相似文献

本文设计了一种基于磁/电介质混合型基体的宽带超材料吸波体, 吸波体基本单元由电阻膜、磁/电介质混合型基体以及金属背板组成. 采用时域有限差分法对超材料吸波体吸波性能进行了仿真, 使用遗传算法优化了反射率小于-10 dB的带宽. 仿真结果表明, 当超材料吸波体厚度为2.5 mm时, 在7.8–18 GHz频率范围内的反射率小于-10 dB, 具有厚度薄、宽带、极化不敏感等优点. 通过等效电路模型对其工作机理进行了分析与讨论. 最后制备样品进行测试, 测试结果与仿真结果一致.  相似文献
