Synthese von neuen bifunktionellen Maleinimidverbindungen zur Herstellung von Chemoimmunokonjugaten

Summary Bifunctional maleimide compounds are suitable for binding small molecules to carrier proteins in that they bind to the sulfhydryl group of proteins through the double bond of the maleimide group and to molecules of low molecular weight (e.g. anticancer drugs) through a functional groupX. 18 maleimide compounds of the general formula Maleimid-R-X (R=phenylene, benzyl-, methylene-, ethylene, or am-benzoylethylamide group andX=hydroxy-, amino-, hydrazino-, carboxylic acid-, carboxylic anhydride-, carboxylic acid chloride-, carboxylic acid hydrazide-, oxycarbonylchloride-, aldehyde, keto-, orp-toluenesulfonate-group) were synthesized and characterized through¹H- and¹³C-NMR-spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and mass spectrometry.

Zusammenfassung Durch Kondensation von p-Nitrosoanilin mit Phenolen wurden einige Derivate von 7-Amino-3-phenoxazon dargestellt. Analytisch reine Substanzen konnten durch bloßes Umkristallisieren der Rohprodukte gewonnen werden.

A novel method for the preparation of derivatives of 7-amino-3-phenoxazone

Derivatives of 7-amino-3-phenoxazone were prepared by condensation of p-nitrosoaniline with various phenols. Purification, usually needing column chromatography, was achieved by simple recrystallization.

     

Neues Verfahren zur freien Mikroelektrophorese von Proteinlösungen

The method described works refractometrically on the principle of Toeplers schlieren optics. It provides the possibility for a faster quantitative estimation of protein solutions than expected for microelectrophoresis until today. There is no need for dialysis. The measuring system works with high sensitivity and accuracy. The assumed superiority of the interferometrical method was found to be only limited. The curves of the gradient and integral are recorded simultaneously.     

Mehrstufiges Verfahren zur Herstellung von Deuteropropanon auf katalytischem Weg

A novel equipment for a multistep deuteration process of organic compounds was developed. As an example the deuteration of propanone by deuterium oxide over magnesia and thoria was examined. The degree of deuteration of the organic compound and of the catalysts was determined by on-line mass-spectrometry. Percentages of deuterium uptake of the organic compound up to 90% were found. These degrees of deuteration were higher than those measured at the catalysts' surface. This fact can be explained by the kinetic isotope effect.

     

Neues Verfahren zur Ermittlung st?chiometrischer Faktoren von Komplexverbindungen

Zusammenfassung Ein neues Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Zusammensetzung von ein- oder mehrkernigen Komplexen beliebiger Stabilität wird beschrieben. Die stöchiometrischen Koeffizienten werden durch Iteration aus dem Ausdruck des Massenwirkungsgesetzes ermittelt. Als Anwendungsbeispiel der Methode wird die Zusammensetzung von Zirkonium- und Hafniumsulfoxinaten angeführt.

New method for the investigation of stoichiometric factors of complexes

Summary A new method to investigate the composition of mono- or polynuclear complexes with any stability constants is described. The stoichiometric factors are determined by iteration of the term of the law of mass action. The compositions of zirconium- and hafnium sulfoxinates are reported as an example for the application of the method.
