研究了HgInTe的腐蚀工艺,探索出一种适合于HgInTe的腐蚀液,并对腐蚀原理做了分析.利用该腐蚀液对HgInTe晶体内部的缺陷种类和分布进行了研究.结果表明,垂直轴向切割的HgInTe晶片腐蚀后的位错蚀坑呈近等腰三角形.在本实验条件下,位错蚀坑密度EPD(etch-pit density)约在105/cm2数量级.HgInTe晶体中的位错墙主要以边重叠和角重叠两种方式排列而成.HgInTe中存在少量由内应力引起的微裂纹.该腐蚀液能有效地显示HgInTe晶体不同晶面的多种缺陷,腐蚀效果较好. 相似文献

氟化物激光晶体Nd, Y∶SrF2(NYSF)具有热导率高、发射光谱宽、发射截面适中等特点,在高功率激光技术领域具有重要应用。激光晶体中的位错是反映其晶格完整性的一类重要的微观晶体缺陷,对晶体材料的力学、光学性能具有重要影响。本文采用坩埚下降法制备了NYSF激光晶体,分析了腐蚀实验条件对位错蚀坑形貌的影响,获得了化学腐蚀法研究NYSF晶体位错缺陷的最佳腐蚀工艺,即浓度为4 mol/L的盐酸溶液作为腐蚀液,腐蚀温度为60℃、腐蚀时间为9~12 min;表征了位错腐蚀坑形态的演变过程,探讨了晶格原子排列对位错蚀坑形态的影响;利用化学腐蚀方法表征了位错缺陷在晶体中的分布规律,即轴向分布为从放肩到尾部先减少后增加,径向分布为从中心到边缘逐步增加;分析了晶体生长条件对位错缺陷形成的影响,提出了位错密度随坩埚下降速率的提高而升高的可能原因。 相似文献

The dissolution of polycrystalline quartz strained by compression and shear or by impact crushing in 1-N NaOH lead to different results. The defects of the impact crushed quartz grains, measured as crystallinity by X-ray methods, are not preferentially concentrated in regions near the surface. It is assumed that in this case the corners and edges of the quartz grains are preferred centers of defects. 相似文献

针对考虑几何和材料非线性的石英晶体板厚度剪切振动和弯曲振动的方程组,利用扩展伽辽金法对该方程组进行转化和求解,分别获得了强烈耦合的厚度剪切振动模态和弯曲振动模态的频率响应关系,绘制了不同振幅比和不同驱动电压影响下的频率响应曲线图。数值计算结果表明可以选取石英晶片的最佳长厚比尺寸来避免两种模态的强烈耦合。驱动电压的变化将引起石英晶体谐振器厚度剪切振动频率的明显改变,必须将振动频率的漂移值控制在常用压电声波器件的允许值之内。扩展伽辽金法对石英晶体板非线性振动方程组的求解为非线性有限元分析和偏场效应分析奠定了基础。 相似文献

Real time experiments were performed to study the structural behaviour of monocrystalline quartz at high temperatures. White beam diffraction topography in transmission geometry was used. A creation of Dauphine-twins took place slightly below the α-β-phase transition temperature. The diffraction contrast of twins and temperature stresses disappeared above the α-β-phase transition temperature. Up to 1185°C neither changes of the defect structure nor a creation of new defects were observed. A precursor for a beginning of a reconstructive phase transition from quartz to cristabolite could not be observed within a time interval of 2h at 1180°C 相似文献

Behavior of phosphorus impurities during Czochralski growth of high‐purity germanium single crystals
The effect of evaporation of phosphorus impurities from the melt is investigated as well as the contaminating effect of quartz glass crucibles on residual content and distribution of this impurities by length of high‐purity germanium single crystals. The residual content of phosphorus impurities is mainly influenced by the contaminating effect of crucible material and its distribution by length of crystals is described by the model accounting for the impurities income from crucible material. This study reports that quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) is used to determine the effect of chitosan derivatives obtained by chemical method on biofilm inhibition. Plasma grafted chitosan (pchito) was modified chemically with both 5-methyl-4-phenyl-thiophene-3-carboxylic acid (MFTKA) and 4-(thiophene-2-sulfonylamino)-benzoic acid (TSABA). The quartz crystal electrode surfaces were coated with nanofibers of these chitosan derivatives by QCM-electrospinning techniques. The surface morphology and elemental compositions of nanofibers were examined using Scanning electron microscopy-Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM-EDS). Inhibition of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA01 as model bacteria on the electrodes coated with nanofiber was examined as a function of time using a flow-cell through QCM. 相似文献

利用Mindlin一阶板理论分析了覆盖非等厚电极层的AT切石英晶体板的高频振动,获得了包含厚度剪切振动模态、弯曲振动模态、面剪切振动模态、拉伸振动模态和厚度扭转振动模态的色散关系和频谱关系。研究结果表明由于上下电极层的非等厚性,过去认为不耦合的两组振动模态变得相互耦合,必须进行联合求解。计算结果表明由于非等厚电极层的质量效应,各振动模态的频率均有所降低。根据石英晶体板高频振动的频谱关系图,可以选取石英晶体板的最佳长厚比作为谐振器的制造尺寸。获得的电极层厚度与频率变化关系可以用来指导谐振器电极层厚度设计。 相似文献

Multi‐walled carbon nanotube arrays (MWCNTAs) were grown by thermal chemical vapor deposition (TCVD) in a horizontal furnace reactor. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results show that MWCNTAs grown on the bottom and the central of the quartz tube are different in one experiment. Moreover, the MWCNTAs grown on the central position are more aligned and longer than those on the bottom. A computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model was employed to investigate the gas flow field impact on the MWCNTAs growth. The results show that gas circulations appear after carrier gas and carbon source are injected into the quartz tube. Because of the existence of gas circulations, the gas flow field at the central of the quartz tube is more stable, which is conducive to the growth of MWCNTAs. The CFD simulation results match well with the experimental data. 相似文献
