Theoretical studies on the complexes Ru(bpy)2L2+, Ru(phen)2L2+ (L=pytp,pztp) were carried out by using the density functional theory (DFT) method at B3LYP/LanL2DZ level. The relation between electronic structures and anti-cancer activities of complexes was investigated. The increasing of N in the main ligand can strengthen the interaction of complexes with DNA and anti cancer activities of complexes. The calculation results show that for complexes I-IV, their energies of LUMO orbital are in the order of εI>εII, εIII>εIV, the electron cloud components of LUMO come mainly from main ligands and the content distributing is in the order of I相似文献

用微量热法对菲咯啉合铜( [Cu(phen)2]2+)和联吡啶合铜( [Cu(bpy)2]2+)与小牛胸腺 DNA的相互作用进行了研究,依据 McGhee-Von Hippel邻近排斥方程确定了结合反应的平衡常数 K、结合位点距离 n及热力学参数Δ rHm、Δ rGm和Δ rSm。结果表明这两种铜的配合物与 DNA之间均可形成稳定的三元配合物,且反应为熵驱动过程, DNA与这些配合物的键合过程中同时存在插入和静电作用两种模式,插入作用的强弱与金属配合物中配体的平面性质有关。  相似文献

应用密度泛函理论,在B3LYP/LanL2DZ水平上对C2对称性的混配络合物[M(bpy)2(phen)]2+和[M(phen)2(bpy)]2+(M=Ru、Os;bpy=2,2'-bipyridine;phen=1,10-phenanthroline)在水溶液中的几何构型进行了优化,并用TDDFT/B3LYP方法和相同的基组计算了其激发能、旋转强度和振子强度,绘制了相应的圆二色谱(CD).在分析有关跃迁性质的基础上,对实验圆二色谱的谱带进行了明确的解析和指认,同时讨论了短波区激子裂分的规律性.结果表明:四种络合物在长波区(λ>320nm)的CD吸收带主要是由d-π*跃迁产生的荷移谱带;短波区(λ<320nm)则是配体上平行于长轴的π-π*跃迁产生的激子耦合带,且对于Λ构型表现为正的手性激子裂分.其中,[M(bpy)2(phen)]2+只显示出正负两个激子带,分属于联吡啶和邻菲咯啉配体;而[M(phen)2(bpy)]2+则有三个激子带,其中左侧的两个(一负一正)属于邻菲咯啉配体,右侧的正带则属于联吡啶配体.此外,尽管激子耦合属于远程相互作用,但用TDDFT计算的激子裂分样式仍是正确的.这些结论对于深入理解有...  相似文献

以4-氨基苯甲酸和1,10-菲啰啉(phen)与高氯酸铁或硝酸镉反应,得到了两个邻菲啰啉的配合物:[Fe(phen)3]·2Cl O4·2CH2OH(1)和[Cd(phen)2(NO3)2](2)。并利用元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射分析进行了表征。晶体结构分析表明,配合物(1)和(2)晶体属单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,其晶胞参数分别为:(1)a=35.708(3),b=15.903(2),c=12.204(1),β=102.504(6),V=6766(1)3,Z=8。(2)a=11.6887(6),b=15.2569(8),c=13.4630(10),β=105.9650(10),V=2310.5(2)3,Z=4。配合物(1)中phen上的氢原子与来自高氯酸根和乙二醇的氧原子形成氢键,并且相邻phen的吡啶环之间形成π~π堆积,从而使整个晶体扩展为三维网状超分子结构;配合物(2)中phen上氢原子与硝酸根的氧原子之间通过氢键使整个晶体扩展为三维网状超分子结构。  相似文献

Compounds[Sm(m-CIBA)3phen]2·2H2O and[Sm(p-ClBA)3phen]2·2H2O(m-ClBA=m-chlorobenzoate,PClBA=p-chlorobenzoate,phen=1,10-phenanthroline)were prepared.The dehydration processes and kinetics of these compounds were studied from the analysis of the DSC curves using a method of processing the data of thermal analysis kinetics.The Arrhenius equation for the dehydration process can be expressed as lnk=38.65-243.90x103|RT for and△S≠ of dehydration reaction for the title compounds are determined,respectively.  相似文献

在水溶液中合成了配合物[Zn(phen)3]·2TsTausH(化学式为C54H48N8O11S4Zn), 其结构经X-射线衍射、IR 和元素分析等表征.X-射线衍射分析结果表明此配合物属单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,晶胞参数为a=2.9246(8) nm, b=1.0375(2) nm, c=2.1361(5) nm, β=126.07(1)°, V=5.242(2) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.496 g·cm-3, μ=0.699 mm-1, F(000)=2448.配合物中的金属锌离子与三个邻菲咯啉配位,而与对甲苯磺酰牛磺酸中的氧原子没有配位.该配合物是一个变形的八面体构型.  相似文献

[Ru(bpy)2(phen)]^2+主配体上双取代效应DFT法研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对钌联吡啶菲咯啉配合物[Ru(bpy)2(phen)]^2+及其主配体(phen)上5,6-双取代衍生物,用密度泛函(DFT)法在B3LYP/LanL2DZ水平上进行理论计算研究。探讨供电子基团(OH)和拉电子基团(F)在主配体上的取代对配合物的电子结构及相关性质,如配合物前沿分子轨道的能量、组成、光谱性质、原子的净电荷布居及配位键长键角等的影响规律。计算结果表明,取代基对该系列取代衍生物的电子结构,特别是第一激发态的电子云分布影响较大,拉电子基团(F)能活化主配体,钝化辅助配体;而代电子基团(OH)则相反。无认是供电子基团(OH),还是拉电子基团(F)都导致取代衍生物的电子基谱带红移。此外,用基于极性交替规律及极性叠加概念的多系列箭头的图示方法对主配体上的原子净电荷布居的特征作了讨论。计算结果能较好地解释有关的实验现象与规律。  相似文献

Two ion pair complexes, [Ru(bpy)3]2[Fe(CN)6]I [sdot] 7H3O (1) and [Ru(bpy)3][Fe(CN)5NO](CH3OH) [sdot] H2O (2) (bpy = 2,2-bipyridine) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. X-Ray crystallographic structures of 1 and 2 both show Fe(III) and Ru(II) in distorted octahedral environments. In both complexes, H-bonding interactions between an uncoordinated water molecule and the nitrogen atom of a cyano group exist.  相似文献

Reaction of (Me 2 SnBr) 2 w -(CH 2 ) 3 with 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) in benzene affords, in the presence of small amounts of water, crystals of the novel composite [Sn 2 (H 2 O) 2 Br 2 Me 4 { w -(CH 2 ) 3 }2bpy] ( 1 ). The crystal structure of 1 consists of alternating layers of either organotin bromide or bipyridine molecules, each bpy molecule being configured cis oid and linked with the organotin layer via one O-H > N hydrogen bond. The mutual disposal of the molecules in the bpy bilayer differs from that known for pure, crystalline bpy. Cell parameters: a 24.3499(1), b 6.5112(1), c 23.3262(1) Å; g 119.557(1). Monoclinic, space group C 2/ c , D calc =1.750 g/cm 3 , Z =4; final R 1: 0.0529; wR 2=0.1374 for 3638 unique reflections [ R (int)=0.0676; I >2 ( I )].  相似文献

Summary Rate constants for dissociation, in aqueous solution at 25° C, of [Fe(phen)3]2+, [Fe(bipy)3]2+, and [Fe(4,4-Me2bipy)3]2+ in the presence of cyanide, and of the last-named complex also in the presence of hydroxide, are significantly decreased by the application of pressure (up to 1 kbar). Kinetic measurements were carried out using a high pressure cell of improved design to that used in our earlier investigations. Volumes of activation, V *, are scarcely sensitive to ligand or to attacking nucleophile, being in the range of 10–12 cm3 mol–1. An explanation of these results resides in an associative mechanism, a scheme invoked for similar reactions reported previously.  相似文献

In the 3.33–4.95 pH range, buffered with an excess of phenanthroline (phen), [Mn 3 IV (-O)4(phen)4(H2O)2]4+ (1) quantitatively oxidises H2O2 to O2; the only manganese product is [Mn 2 III,IV (-O)2(phen)4]3+ (2), provided a large excess of H2O2 is avoided; an excess of H2O2 [ > 7 × (1)] reduces (1) to Mn2+. When (1) and H2O2 were mixed in the stoichiometric molar proportion (1:0.75), the measured second-order rate constant for the reduction of (1) to (2) increased with increasing [H+], tending to saturate at lower pH. Added phenanthroline did not affect the rate constant. The results suggest an inner-sphere mechanism, ca. 10 times higher kinetic activity for (1) than for its hydroxo derivative [Mn 3 IV (-O)4(phen)4(OH)(H2O)]3+ (1h), and a hydrolysis constant K a = (2.9 ± 1) × 10–4 mol dm–3 for (1) (1h) + H+.  相似文献

本文研究室温下[Fe(bpy)3](ClO4)3.3H2O和[Fe(phen)3](ClO4)3.H2O分别与Na2S2O3.5H2O发生的固-固相氧化还原反应。用Mossbauer谱、XRD、IR、UV漫反射谱、元素分析、TG-DTA和磁化率测定等手段表征了反应24h后的固相产物,报道了[Fe(bpy)3](ClO4)2的结晶学数据。结果表明, 室温下反应速度快, 反应进行完全。  相似文献

Complexes with antimony-containing anions, [Ph3MeP] + 2 [SbI5]2? (I), [Ph3MeP] + 2 [Sb3I12]3? (II), [Ph3MeP] + 3 [Sb3I12]3? · Me2C=O (III), and [Ph3MeP] + 3 [Sb2I9]3? (IV), were synthesized by reacting triphenylmethylphosphonium iodide with antimony iodide. The central atom in the cations of the complexes has a distorted tetrahedral coordination. In the trinuclear anions of complexes II and III, each of the terminal SbI3 groups is bound to the central Sb atom through two μ2- and one μ3 iodine bridges (SbSbSb angles are 103.0° and 102.2°, respectively). In the binuclear anion of complex IV, antimony atoms are linked with each other via three bridging iodine atoms.  相似文献

采用自旋限制和非限制B3LYP/UB3LYP方法分别优化了系列Os(Ⅱ)二亚胺配合物[Os(L)2(CN)2(phen)][phen=1,10-邻二氮杂菲;L=PH3(1),二甲基亚砜(DMSO)(2)]及[Os(PH3)2(phen)Br2](3)的基态和激发态几何构型.通过TD-DFT方法结合PCM溶剂化模型计算了配合物1~3在二氯甲烷溶液中的吸收和发射光谱并指认了相应的跃迁性质.通过理论化学计算,揭示了π酸配体及π碱配体对配合物磷光发射性质的影响及原因.并进一步解释了配合物3易于在Os-Br键处断裂而发生反应的量子化学机理.对配合物在不同溶剂中的磷光发射性质的计算表明,溶剂对配合物的量子产率存在着影响并且配合物具有溶剂化显色效应.  相似文献

Cu(phen)2+2和Cu(bpy)2+2与6-巯基嘌呤、腺嘌呤相互作用的研究   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
在pH为7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,用荧光光谱、紫外光谱、电化学及紫外光谱电化学等方法研究了铜配合物与6-巯基嘌呤、腺嘌呤的相互作用.结果表明,Cu(phen)2+2和Cu(bpy)2+2与6-巯基嘌呤、腺嘌呤发生了相互作用,但作用程度不同.根据荧光光谱实验数据计算出Cu(phen)2+2和Cu(bpy)2+2与6-巯基嘌呤、腺嘌呤的配位比均为1∶1;它们与6-巯基嘌呤作用的配位常数分别为2.23×104L/mol和6.11×104L/mol;与腺嘌呤作用的配位常数分别为1.95×104L/mol和5.12×104L/mol.电化学实验也获得了相近的结果.这为解释Cu(phen)2+2和Cu(bpy)2+2与DNA的作用机理及作用部位提供了有益的信息  相似文献
