A method is developed for the preparation of 4-(vic-triazol-1-yl)indoles that involves replacement of the ortho-NO2 group in E-2,4,6-trinitrostilbenes by an azido group, condensation of E-2-azido-4,6-dinitrostilbenes with acetylacetone, replacement of the second ortho-NO2 group in the resulting stilbenes by N3, and subsequent thermolysis of the azide into the target indole. The reactions of E-2-azido-4,6-dinitrostilbenes with cyclohexane-1,3-dione gave E-2-amino-4,6-dinitrostilbenes, which can be used for selective transformation of the ortho-NO2 group into an amino group in E-2,4,6-trinitrostilbenes. A synthesis is reported for (4R,5R)-and (4S,5S)-4-hydroxymethyl-5-(4-nitrophenyl)oxazolidin-2-ones and (1′R,4R)-and (1′S,4S)-4-[hydroxy(4-nitrophenyl)methyl]oxazolidin-2-ones from (1R,2R)-and (1S,2S)-2-amino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,3-propanediols. Several α,ω-bifunctional derivatives of E,E,E-geranylgeraniol were prepared via convergent synthesis starting with geraniol (8), which was converted in three steps into the tetrahydropyranyl ether of 8-chlorogeraniol (9) and 8-hydroxygeranylphenylsulfone (10). Combination of synthons 9 and 10 with subsequent reductive removal of the phenylsulfonyl group produced the tetrahydropyranyl ether of ω-hydroxygeranylgeraniol (5), hydrolysis of which gave exclusively trans-ω-hydroxygeranylgeraniol (1). The novel (E,E)-dioxime,7,8-bis(hydroxyimino)-1,14-bis(monoaza[8]crown-6)-benzo[f]-4,11-dioxa-1,14-diazadecane[7,8-g]quinoxaline (H2L), has been synthesized by the reaction of 6,7-diamino-1,12-bis(monoaza[18]crown-6)benzo[f]-4,9-dioxa-1,12-diazadecane (4) which has been prepared by the reduction of 6,7-dinitro-1,12-bis(mono-aza[18]crown-6)benzo[f]-4,9-dioxa-1,12-diazdecane (3) and cyanogendi-N-oxide. Mononuclear NiII and CuII complexes of H2L have a metal:ligand ratio of 1:2 and the ligand coordinates through two hydroxyimino nitrogen atoms, as do most of the (E,E)-dioximes. The hydrogen-bridged NiII complex was converted into its BF 2 + capped anologue by the reaction with BF3 · Et2O. The reaction of the CuII complex with 2,2′-dipyridyl as an end-cap ligand gave the homotrinuclear complex. Structures for the ligand and its complexes are proposed in accordance with elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility measurements, 1H, 13C-n.m.r, IR and MS spectral data.  相似文献

Reduction of (E)-3-aryl-2-(4-arylthiazol-2-yl)acrylonitriles with lithium aluminum hydride in dry ether afforded (Z)-1-amino-3-aryl-2-(thiazol-2-yl)prop-1-ene derivatives in 15 to 40% yields. The structure of (Z)-1-amino-3-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-[4-(4-methylphenyl)thiazol-2-yl]prop-1-ene was confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. Dedicated to Academician N. K. Abstract  An efficient synthesis method for the preparation of a series of new (Z)- and (E)-3(5)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4-styrylpyrazoles was developed. The reaction of (Z)- and (E)-3-styrylchromones with hydrazine hydrate afforded the corresponding (Z)- and (E)-3(5)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4-styrylpyrazoles, except for nitro derivatives, where both (Z)- and (E)-4′-nitro-3-styrylchromones afforded (E)-3(5)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4-(4-nitrostyryl)pyrazoles. The reaction mechanism for these transformations is discussed and the stereochemistries of all products were established by NMR experiments. Graphical abstract     相似文献

Excess enthalpies (H E) of 17 binary mixtures of o- and m-isomers of dichlorobenzene, difluorobenzene, methoxymethylbenzene, dimethylbenzene, dimethoxybenzene, aminofluorobenzene, fluoronitrobenzene, diethylbenzene, chlorofluorobenzene, fluoroiodobenzene, bromofluorobenzene, chloromethylbenzene, fluoromethylbenzene, bromomethylbenzene, iodomethylbenzene, fluoromethoxybenzene, dibromobenzene at 298.15 K were measured. All excess enthalpies measured were very small, and those of o-+m-isomers of aminofluorobenzene, dibromobenzene and iodomethylbenzene were negative but 14 other binary mixtures of isomers were positive over the whole range of mole fractions. H E of o-+m-isomers of dimethoxybenzene showed the largest enthalpic instability and those of aminofluorobenzene showed the largest enthalpic stability. There was a correlation between dipole–dipole interaction, dipole–induced dipole interaction or entropies of vaporization and excess partial molar enthalpies at infinite dilution.  相似文献

Stereoselectivity of reductive amination of (R)-1-hydroxy-1-phenylpropan-2-one by methylamine was studied. From the four isomers possible, only two are produced by this reaction. These are marked as (−)-(1R,2S)-ephedrine (desired product) and (+)-(1S,2R)-ephedrine. The reaction stereoselectivity depends both on the type of the catalyst and reaction conditions. The most suitable type is the supported platinum. However, this catalyst rapidly deactivates. With a decreasing activity of Pt catalyst, the stereoselectivity decreases. It is also decreased during the production of the second liquid phase (water) in the reaction mixture.  相似文献

It was shown by electron absorption spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis that steric strains in photochromic 2-(N-acyl-N-arylaminomethylene) benzo[b]thiophen-3(2H)-one molecules ortho-substituted in the N-phenyl ring increase the quantum yield of the N→O photoinduced rearrangement in accord with an increase in the steric constant of the ortho-substituent.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Treatment of (E)-3-(4-azidophenyl)- and (E)-3-(2-azidophenyl)acrylic acid with N-halosuccinimides in the presence of LiOAc afforded high yields of phenylazides containing (E)-2-halovinyl group. The latter were transformed to different phenyl-1,2,3-triazoles bearing (E)-halovinyl group by the CuI-catalyzed reaction of 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition.  相似文献

Several (E)- and (Z)-3-styrylchromones were prepared by two different methodologies, the Wittig reaction of chromone-3-carboxaldehyde with benzylic ylides and the Knoevenagel condensation of chromone-3-carboxaldehyde with phenylacetic acids in the presence of potassium tert-butoxide under microwave irradiation. The Knoevenagel reaction followed by a decarboxylation offered an efficient and diastereoselective method for preparing (E)-3-styrylchromones in a shorter reaction time. It was also demonstrated that phenylacetic acid can also be substituted with success by phenylmalonic acid. The stereochemistry of all products was assigned by NMR experiments. 1,8-Dihydroxy-6-methoxy-3-methyl-9,10-anthracenedione (physcion, 1), 3,4-dihydro-3,6,9-trihydroxy-8-methoxy-3-methyl-1(2H)-anthraceneone (asperflavin, 2), and 2,5-dihydroxy-3-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)-6-[(1E)-1-heptenyl]-benzaldehyde (tetrahydroauroglaucin, 3) were shown to be the main pigments of the marine isolate of the fungus Eurotium repens. In addition to the pigments, the fungal metabolites included the diketopiperazine alkaloid echinulin (4). The structures of the compounds were identified using NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.
