4-甲氧基-6-甲基-7a-苯基苯并吡喃并[2,3-b]氮丙啶-7-酮的合成及晶体结构研究

通过5-甲基-7-甲氧基异黄酮与盐酸羟胺的缩合制得中间产物4-苯基-5-（2-羟基-4-甲氧基-6-甲基苯基）异恶唑,然后经过光异构化反应合成了4-甲氧基-6-甲基-7a-苯基苯并吡喃并[2,3-b]氮丙啶-7-酮,并采用IR,NMR,HRMS和单晶X-衍射分析对其结构进行了表征.单晶X-衍射分析结果表明：标题化合物属于单斜晶系,空间群P2（1）/n.在其晶体结构中,存在着氢键及芳香堆积作用,这些作用将标题化合物分子组装成了三维网络结构.     

Synthesis of 2-aryl-5-alkyl-7-methoxylbenzo[b]furan derivatives

A series of 2-aryl-5-alkyl-7-methoxylbenzo[b]furan derivatives have been synthesized by utilizing the coupling of methyl 3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-5-bromocinnamate with cuprous phenylacetylide as the key step.The structures of the new compounds were confirmed by1H NMR,IR and MS.The structure of compound 14 was further confirmed by single crystal X-ray.Compound 17 showed cytotoxic activity against human lung carcinoma A549.     

Improved microwave-assisted catalyst-free synthesis of 9-aryl-5,9-dihydropyrimido[4,5-d][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-6,8(4H,7H)-dione derivatives

A green regioselective synthesis of some new and known 9-aryl-5,9-dihydropyrimido[4,5-d][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-6,8(4H,7H)-diones has been described via the microwave-assisted one-pot reaction of 3-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazoles, aromatic aldehydes and barbituric acids under solvent- and catalyst-free conditions. This operationally simple procedure is less laborious and provides a better scope than previously reported procedures.     

Synthesis of 2-Arylthiopyrano[2, 3-d]Pyrimidines and Thieno[2, 3-D]Pyrimidines

Diethyl thiopyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine-6,7-dicarboxylates 2a, b ; thiopyrano[23-d]pyrimidines 3a-c and 4a-c thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine-6-carbonitriles 5a-c and thieno[2, 3-d]pyrimidine-6-carboxamides 5d-f have been prepared.     

Synthesis and structure of 7-alkoxyalkyl-3-thia-7-zabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-ones and several of their derivatives

New 7-alkoxyalkyl-3-thia-7-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-ones were synthesized by the double Mannich cyclization of tetrahydrothiopyran-4-one with suitable alkoxyalkylamines and paraformaldehyde in acetous methanol. Wolff-Kishner decarbonylation of these bicyclic ketones gave 7-alkoxyalkyl-3-thia-7-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonanes. The reduction of 7-alkoxyalkyl-3-thia-7-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-ones by alkali metal hydride complexes leads to a mixture of two stereoisomeric secondary alcohols, which are epimers at C₍₉₎. Modified Coumarins. I. Synthesis of 5-Phenyl-7H-furo[2, 3-g]chromen-7-ones and 9-Phenyl-7H-furo-[2, 3-f]chromen-7-ones

5-Phenyl-7H-furo[2,3-g]chromen-7-ones and 9-phenyl-7H-furo-[2,3-f]chromen-7-ones, new analogs of psoralen and allopsoralen, are synthesized from 7-hydroxy- and 5-hydroxy-4-phenylcoumarins     

2-芳基-4-氧-4 H-吡喃酮[3,2-c]-9-溴喹啉类化合物的合成

黄酮类化合物广泛存在于埴物体中,具有广泛的生物活性,其研究发展很快,但对于氮杂黄酮类化合物的研究工作却甚少。含氮黄酮类化合物具有抗癌、抗菌、冠状动脉扩张等作用。但是,目前黄酮类药物仍存在以下问题:(1)黄酮类化合物结构繁多,生物活性极其广泛,但作用强度普遍较弱;(2)黄酮类化合物水溶性较低,影响药物的吸收与疗效。新型黄酮类化合物的合成仍有一定的意义。     

4-甲基-苯磺酸-2-氧-2-[3-(5-芳基-[1,3,4]噁二唑-2-基)-硫脲]-乙基酯的合成及生物活性研究

合成了12个未见文献报道的4-甲基-苯磺酸2-氧-2-[3-(5-芳基-[1,3,4]噁二唑-2-基)-硫脲]-乙基酯, 其结构经元素分析、¹H NMR和IR确证. 初步活性测试结果表明: 部分化合物有较好的杀菌活性.     

2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基-6-甲氧基-1,4,9,10-四氢萘并[2,1-b]吡喃衍生物的一步合成

以芳醛、丙二腈和7-甲氧基-1,2,3,4-四氢萘-2-酮为原料,在六氢吡啶催化下以乙醇为溶剂,在室温合成了一系列新的2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基-6-甲氧基-1,4,9,10-四氢萘并[2,1-b]吡喃衍生物,反应条件温和,产率较高,并通过IR,1H NMR和元素分析表征产物的结构,还通过单晶X射线衍射分析确证产物的构象.     

Improved Synthesis of 9- and 10-Methylbenz[a] Anthracenes

The synthesis of 9- and 10-methylbenz[a]anthracenes by improved methods are described. These new procedures are simple and convenient, and provide the title compounds in good yields and high purity.     

Preparation and Characterization of Hexakis[2-methoxy-4-(2,3-dimethylphenylimino)phenylato]cyclotriphosphazene

Hexakis[2-methoxy-4-(2,3-dimethylphenylimino)phenylato]cyclotriphosphazene was prepared by the reaction of hexakis[2-methoxy-4-formylphenoxy]cyclotriphosphazene and 3,4-dimethylaniline. The structure of new cyclotriphosphazene derivative was determined by elemental analysis, IR, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR spectra, thermal analysis, and X-ray diffraction.

Preparation and Spectral Characterization of 3-Benzyl-6-aryl-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazoles

3-Benzyl-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole reacted with aromatic acids in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride, yielding a series of new compounds, i.e., 3-benzyl-6-aryl-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazoles, each of which has an active methylene at 3-position. The structures of all the title compounds were confirmed by elementary analysis, IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra.

Expedient Synthesis of 6-Aryl Derivatives of 3,4-Dihydro-1,4,4a,6a-tetraaza-benzo[a]fluoren-2-one: A New Heterocyclic Framework

3,4-Dihydro-1,4,4a,6a-tetraaza-benzo[a]fluoren-2-one, a new tetracyclic heterocyclic framework, is designed through a simple and convenient synthetic sequence. Its 6-aryl derivatives are synthesized starting from 1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid. The reaction of differently substituted phenacyl bromides with 1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid and POCl₃-mediated cyclization of the resultant 1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid phenacyl ester provided 2-oxa-4a-aza-fluoren-1-one, and its sequential reaction with hydrazine and 2-chloro-acetamide furnished the desired new heterocyclic compounds 7a–f.

Reaction of 6-methoxybenzo[b]furan-3(2H)-one and benzo[b]thiophen-3(2H)-one with 2-aryl-1,1-dicyanoethylenes as a convenient synthetic route to substituted 2-amino-4-aryl-1,3-dicyano-7-methoxydibenzo[b,d]furans and 2-amino-4-aryl-3-cyano-4H-benzothieno[3,2-b]pyrans

The reactions of 6-methoxybenzo[b]furan-3(2H)-one with 2-aryl-1,1-dicyanoethylenes and malononitrile or with aromatic aldehyde and two moles of malononitrile afford 2-amino-4-aryl-1,3-dicyano-7-methoxydibenzo[b,d]furans. The reactions of benzo[b]thiophen-3(2H)-one with 2-aryl-1,1-dicyanoethylenes or with aromatic aldehyde and one mole of malononitrile produce 2-amino-4-aryl-3-cyano-4H-benzothieno[3,2-b]pyrans.     

Angular Regioselectivity in the Reactions of 2-Thioxopyrimidin-4-ones and Hydrazonoyl Chlorides: Synthesis of Novel Stereoisomeric Octahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]quinazolin-5-ones

The regioselective synthesis of cis and trans stereoisomers of variously functionalized octahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]quinazolin-5-ones was performed. The 2-thioxopyrimidin-4-ones used in the synthesis reacted with hydrazonoyl chlorides in a regioselective manner to produce the angular regioisomers [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]quinazolin-5-ones rather than the linear isomers [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]quinazolin-5-ones. The synthesis process took place with electronic control. The angular regiochemistry of the products was confirmed by X-ray experiments and two-dimensional NMR studies.
