以2-巯基咪唑类化合物为原料,室温下与含有端基炔的二芳基高碘盐反应,一步合成苯并咪唑并[2,1-b]噻唑衍生物,其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR、 单晶X-衍射和HR-MS表征。在最佳反应条件[n(2-巯基苯并咪唑)/n(二芳基高碘盐)=1/1,二氯甲烷为溶剂,反应12 h]下,目标化合物的产率最高为84%。同时对该反应的机理进行了详细探讨,并采用MTT法研究了目标化合物对人肝癌细胞(HepG2)生长情况的影响。结果表明:当浓度为4 μg/mL时,化合物3b具有较强的抑制HepG2细胞增殖的活性,抑制率为52%。 相似文献

The cascade heterocyclization of 1,2-diamino-4-phenyl-imidazole with ethyl 2-arylidene-2-cyanoacetates affords 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroimidazo[1,5-b]pyridazine-3-carbonitrile derivatives as mixtures of diastereomers. The experimental data and quantum chemical calculations were used to propose processes. The three-component processing with above-mentioned diamine, ethyl cyanoacetate and aromatic aldehydes leads to the same products in generally lower yields. 相似文献

Herein, the synthesis of a novel series of liquid crystals 2,6-disubstituted imidazo[2,1-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles derivate is reported. These fused heterocyclic compounds were prepared through the cyclodehydration between 5-substituted-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-amino derivatives and α-bromo aryl ketones. The derivates of 2-amino-thiadiazole were obtained from the condensation reaction between thiosemicarbazide and aryl/alkyl nitriles with good yields (60–83%). The α-bromination of aryl ketones was carried out using NBS as the source of electrophilic bromine, also with good yields (52–85%). For the final compounds, the liquid crystal behaviour was shown to be dependent on the number of chains. Mesomorphism was not observed for compounds without aliphatic chains, with more than two aliphatic chains or when the aliphatic chains are methoxy groups. 相似文献

4-Amino-5-ethyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol was used as a key intermediate for the synthesis of triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazines, triazolo[4,3-b][1,2,4,5]tetrazines and Schiff’s base via reactions with various hydrazonoyl halides and salicyaldehyde, respectively. A simple and highly efficient one-pot protocol for the synthesis of novel polysubstituted 1,2-dihydronaphtho[2,1-b] furans has been developed by three-component coupling reaction of 2-aminopyridines, naphthols, and glyoxal in the presence of guanidinium chloride as a polyfunctional organocatalyst under solvent-free conditions. Friedländer-type condensation of 5-amino-4-cyano-1-(phenyl/p-substitutedphenyl)imidazole with cycloalkanone was done by refluxing the mixture with a suspension of anhydrous aluminum chloride in dry 1,2-dichloroethane to produce 7-amino-3-aryl(5,6)cycloalkanoimidazolo[4,5-b]pyridine. Single X-ray crystallographic diffraction studies had shown that compounds had different types of heterodimeric, homodimeric π–π stacking, T-type stacking, and intermolecular hydrogen bonds which lead to nanostructure formation detected by scanning electron microscope. A series of cyano- and amidino-substituted imidazo[4,5-b]pyridines were synthesized using standard methods of organic synthesis, and their biological activity was evaluated. Biological evaluation included in vitro assessment of antiproliferative effects on a diverse selection of human cancer cell lines, antibacterial activity against chosen Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial strains, and antiviral activity on a broad panel of DNA and RNA viruses. The most pronounced antiproliferative activity was observed for compound 10, which contained an unsubstituted amidino group, and compound 14, which contained a 2-imidazolinyl amidino group; both displayed selective and strong activity in sub-micromolar inhibitory concentration range against colon carcinoma (IC50 0.4 and 0.7 μM, respectively). All tested compounds lacked antibacterial activity, with the exception of compound 14, which showed moderate activity against E. coli (MIC 32 μM). Bromo-substituted derivative 7, which contained an unsubstituted phenyl ring (EC50 21 μM), and para-cyano-substituted derivative 17 (EC50 58 μM) showed selective but moderate activity against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). 相似文献

AbstractThe present study describes recent advances in the chemistry of heterocycles incorporated oxazolo[4,5-b]pyridine and oxazolo[5,4-b]pyridine skeletons. The main sections included the synthesis of the investigated compounds from readily accessible aminopyridinol derivatives or aminopyridines. The reactivity of substituents attached to ring carbon or nitrogen atoms were discussed. In addition, the synthetic and biological evaluation of the inspected oxazolopyridines were highlighted. The purpose of this review is to discuss the chemistry of the title so far. The present study will support researchers in the fields of organic and medicinal chemistry to design and develop new protocols for the construction of new biological components. 相似文献
