室温下[Et_4N]_2MoSe_4, FeCl_2和 R_2NCS_2Na在 DMF和 CH_3CN混合溶剂中反应,得到含MoFe_3Se_4核芯的Mo-Fe-Se簇合物MoFe_3Se_4(μ-R_2NCS_2)_2(R_2NCS_2)_4(R2=Me_2(1),Et_2(2),C_4H_8(3)).化合物2的单晶X射线衍射分析表明,其分子结构为2个桥式和4个螫合Et_2NCS_2~-配体包围的一个扭曲类立方烷M_4Se_4簇核对3个化合物的CV进行了表征,它们在DMSO溶液中的电化学行为表现出了多电子可逆的传递过程.  相似文献

报道了用层间反应法制备了CaGa2S4:Ce薄膜,用电子束蒸发交替沉积CaS:Ce和Ga2S3膜,然后经一定处理,获得了CaGa2S4;Ce膜。X射线衍射,STEM显微归照片EDX等分析结果表明,产物为结晶度较好,符合CaGa2S4;Ce化学计量比的发光薄膜,并得到了Ce^3+的蓝色发光谱。  相似文献

应用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、失重法和电化学方法,研究了硬态铝箔和软态铝箔的成分差别及其腐蚀行为.结果表明,硬态铝箔和软态铝箔在表面形貌、元素成分和晶型结构上均有差异.软态铝箔比硬态铝箔更适合于在低酸度条件下进行腐蚀,这为研发电容器制作工艺的低酸度体系腐蚀提供了参考.  相似文献

A combination of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and in situ tensile testing in an environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) was used to evaluate the static bulk and dynamic surface morphologies of medical polyurethanes. TEM results showed phase-separated hard segment and soft segment structures. Surface morphology as a function of strain was studied using ESEM in conjunction with a tensometer.  相似文献

Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) has long been a workhorse of materials science and provides information on morphology, structure and elemental composition. However, information as to the chemical state of the elements is only available for deep lying core levels of the heavy elements and not the light elements. Whilst considerable advances have been made in high‐resolution wavelength dispersive spectroscopy (WDS) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), electron microscopy in the soft X‐ray region of ≈ 50–1500 eV is lacking. We present first results for a combined instrument of a soft X‐ray emission (SXE) spectrometer together with a spatially resolving (<100 nm) electron gun. We present the first direct comparison of scanning ion conductance microscopy (SICM) with atomic force microscopy (AFM) for cell imaging. By imaging the same fibroblast or myoblast cell with both technologies in series, we highlight their advantages and disadvantages with respect to cell imaging. The finite imaging force applied to the sample in AFM imaging results in a coupling of mechanical sample properties into the measured sample topography. For soft samples such as cells this leads to artifacts in the measured topography and to elastic deformation, which we demonstrate by imaging whole fixed cells and cell extensions at high resolution. SICM imaging, on the other hand, has a noncontact character and can provide the true topography of soft samples at a comparable resolution.  相似文献

This communication demonstrates a simple, soft lithographic approach to the replication and metrology of nanoscale vertical displacements. We patterned test structures with regular patterns that minimize artifacts in measurements by atomic force microscopy. A composite stamp of poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) molded against the original test structure served as a template to generate polyurethane replicas. We replicated vertical displacements down to approximately 1.5 nm. This replication demonstrates the capability of soft lithography to reproduce features with dimensions similar to those of large molecules.  相似文献

Enhancement of membrane hemocompatibility is achieved through the control of the surface morphology. Bi-soft segment integrally skinned poly(ester urethane urea) (PEUU) membranes containing polycaprolactone (PCL) as a second soft segment are synthesized with PCL-diol ranging from 0% to 15% (w/w). Scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy characterized membrane asymmetry and sub-micron roughnesses, R(a), of top dense surfaces as major assets to the development of platelet/membrane surface interactions. Here we show that the top dense surfaces of asymmetric PEUU membranes can be tailored with different morphologies when the ratio of the two soft segments PPO/PCL varies. A strong correlation between the top surface roughnesses, R(a) and platelet deposition is identified. The membrane with 15% (w/w) of PCL-diol, PEUU 85, shows the smoothest top dense layer with a R(a) as low as 1 nm which is 5 times below the characteristic value of the PEUU membrane with a single soft segment. The PEUU 85 asymmetric membrane displayed minimal platelet deposition and inhibition of extreme stages of platelet activation.  相似文献

An enhanced macromolecular nanofiber network and its implications have been developed by employing the understanding of its formation with an emphasis on its topological aspect. Using agarose aqueous solution as a typical example, the macromolecular nanofiber network of soft functional materials has been clearly visualized for the first time using the developed technique of field emission scanning electronic microscopy coupled with flash-freeze-drying. Both the systematic kinetic study and the image evidence indicates that the nanofiber network in soft functional materials such as agarose turns out to form through a self-expitaxial nucleation-controlled process. This new understanding enables us to engineer ultra functions of soft materials via nanofiber network architecture, which in turn opens up a new direction in nano fabrication.  相似文献

<正> 嵌段聚醚氨酯(SPEU)是一类应用广泛的医用高分子材料。用亲水性单体进行表面接枝改性,已有不少研究,接枝聚合方法有铈盐引发、辐射引发以及光敏引发等。 本文研究一种新的接枝方法,不加光敏剂,用紫外光照射,直接引发亲水性单体接枝于SPEU膜上、接枝的单体有丙烯酰胺(AAM)与N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA),从接枝前后膜的性能变化可以证实接枝反应的发生。文中研究了反应条件与单体结构对接枝率的影响,并通过模型化合物,对接枝部位进行了研究。  相似文献

Differential interference contrast is a potentially powerful technique for contrast enhancement in soft X-ray microscopy. We describe the design and fabrication of single-element diffractive optical elements suitable as objectives for high-resolution differential interference contrast microscopy in the water-window spectral range. A one-dimensional pattern calculation followed by an extension to two dimensions results in a pattern resolution of 1 nm, which is well below fabrication accuracy. The same fabrication process as for normal zone plates is applicable, but special care must be taken when converting the calculated pattern to a code for e-beam lithography.  相似文献

The effects of thermal annealing on the viscoelastic properties and morphology of films prepared from bimodal latex blends containing equal weight fractions of soft and hard latex particles with controlled sizes were investigated. The thermal and viscoelastic properties of as‐dried and annealed samples were investigated with differential scanning calorimetry and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). Throughout the thermal annealing, the latex blend morphologies were also followed with atomic force microscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). A particulate morphology, consisting of hard particles evenly dispersed in a continuous soft phase, was observed in the TEM micrographs of the as‐dried latex blends and resulted in an enhancement of the mechanical film properties at temperatures between the α relaxations of the soft and hard phases in the DMA thermograms. As soon as the thermal annealing involved temperatures higher than the glass‐transition temperature of the hard phase, the hard particles progressively lost their initial spherical shape and formed a more or less continuous phase in the latex blends. This induced coalescence of the hard particles was confirmed by the association of the experimental viscoelastic data with theoretical predictions, based on self‐consistent mechanical models, which were performed by the consideration of either a particulate or cocontinuous morphology for the bimodal latex blends. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
