高压能增加陶瓷烧结的致密驱动力和抑制陶瓷晶粒的长大。用高压辅助烧结的方法得到了晶粒尺寸约为60和30 nm的致密纳米BaTiO3陶瓷。BaTiO3陶瓷的晶体结构随温度的变化由变温Raman光谱来研究。在温度范围-190℃到200℃内,与粗晶的BaTiO3陶瓷相比,纳米BaTiO3陶瓷Raman散射结果表明,随着晶粒尺寸的减小,Raman峰的强度变弱,相变越来越弥散,出现了相变峰的消失;而且随着温度的升高,在纳米BaTiO3陶瓷甚至在30 nm BaTiO3陶瓷中都有与粗晶相同的从三方相到正交相到四方相到立方相的连续相变。变温Raman散射也表明,当晶粒大小减小到纳米尺寸时,纳米BaTiO3陶瓷表现出与粗晶不同的新颖性质。在一定的温度范围内,存在多种铁电相的共存。  相似文献

设计了一种多道激光Raman光谱检测系统,由Ar^+激光器、外光路、多色仪和光学多道分析仪(OMAⅡ)组成,通过对CCl4、C6H6、C6H12的Raman光谱的检测表明,与单道激光Raman光谱检测系统相比,多道系统大大缩短记录Raman光谱的时间,但每道的积分时间可延长至10-50s,将多道探测器的工作温度降低到5℃,可获得信噪比高、灵敏度高、质量好的Raman光谱。采用微分软件处理Raman  相似文献

 本文首次报道了在0~3.21 GPa压力范围内MnF2的高压Raman光谱,结果表明压力在1.32 GPa附近,MnF2发生了一次结构相变,晶胞中氟原子构成的八面体没有解体。在3.21 GPa下,Raman谱带消失,表明又有一次结构相变发生。  相似文献

利用Raman光谱、X射线衍射(XRD)和热分析(DSC)技术研究了包容TiO2的磷酸钙玻璃的结构特点.结果表明,TiO2添加量小于3 mol%时,与磷酸钙形成均质玻璃.添加量为6~12 mol%时,玻璃基体中生成了Ca2P2O7和CaTi4(PO4)6品相.随着TiO2的加入,玻璃体系中发生了偏磷酸盐向焦磷酸盐和正磷酸盐的结构转变.TiO2添加量小于3 mol%时,加入TiO2增强了玻璃结构的内聚力,使得玻璃转变温度逐渐提高,玻璃的热稳定性增强.  相似文献

 用炸药爆轰的方法制备了纳米超微金刚石,对纳米超微金刚石进行了激光Raman光谱分析。研究发现,在1 321 cm-1和1 600 cm-1附近观察到了对应于sp3金刚石和sp2石墨的特征峰,金刚石的Raman峰向低波数方向移动了约10 cm-1,其半高宽约30 cm-1,同时在低波数方向出现尾巴,呈现非对称的Raman波谱。Raman光谱分析的结果与X射线衍射分析的结果符合。  相似文献

We report a chemometric prediction of the toxicity and quality of liquor using an optofluidic sensor based upon Waveguide Confined Raman Spectroscopy (WCRS). The WCRS sensor was used to record the Raman spectra, each obtained from a 20 µl sample of a given alcoholic beverage with and acquisition time of 20 s. This was used to predict, simultaneously, both the methanol concentration (toxicity) and ethanol concentration (quality), with an accuracy of 0.1% and 0.7% by volume, respectively, using a Partial Least Squares‐based chemometric model. The model sensor is shown to be capable of identifying toxic liquors, based on the test performed on different types of liquor samples. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Raman spectroscopic investigation on weak scatterers such as metals is a challenging scientific problem. Technologically important actinide metals such as uranium and plutonium have not been investigated using Raman spectroscopy possibly due to poor signal intensities. We report the first Raman spectrum of uranium metal using a surface‐enhanced Raman scattering‐like geometry where a thin gold overlayer is deposited on uranium. Raman spectra are detected from the pits and scratches on the sample and not from the smooth polished surface. The 514.5‐ and 785‐nm laser excitations resulted in the Raman spectra of uranium metal whereas 325‐nm excitation did not give rise to such spectra. In effort to investigate the influence of the micro/nano-patterning or surface texturing on the nanotribological properties of patterned surfaces, the patterned polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) surfaces with pillars were fabricated by replica molding technique. The surface morphologies of patterned PDMS surfaces with varying pillar sizes and spacing between pillars were characterized by atomic force microscope (AFM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The AFM/FFM was used to acquire the friction force images of micro/nano-patterned surfaces using a colloidal probe. A difference in friction force produced a contrast on the friction force images when the colloidal probe slid over different regions of the patterned polymer surfaces. The average friction force of patterned surface was related to the spacing between the pillars and their size. It decreased with the decreasing of spacing between the pillars and the increasing of pillar size. A reduction in friction force was attributed to the reduced area of contact between patterned surface and colloidal probe. Additionally, the average friction force increased with increasing applied load and sliding velocity.  相似文献

血液中含有众多生物信息,如激素、酶、抗体等丰富的蛋白质成分。通过对血液中众多生物信息进行检测鉴定可以起到对该血液种属判定、溯源的目的。因此,血液检测技术的发展在诸如刑事案件侦破、物种鉴定、疾症预防等领域具有重要意义。目前,传统血液检测手段多为显微观测、免疫法、DNA/基因检测法等,这些技术会对血液样本造成不可逆转的破坏性,且存在分析周期长、结构装置复杂、试验价格昂贵等问题。随着激光技术的发展,拉曼光谱技术作为一种非线性散射光谱技术,在血液检测技术中得到了应用。在血液检测技术中,拉曼光谱技术通常与共聚焦显微系统结合,对涂在载玻片上或盛放在透明容器中的血液样品进行光谱信号采集。该技术具有快速、无损等优势,但复杂的光路系统及昂贵的实验装置限制了该技术的广泛推广。为提出一种装置简单、操作简便的血液拉曼检测新技术,研究采用基于毛细管的显微拉曼技术方案采集并分析人全血的拉曼信号。血液样品通过毛细管的虹吸效应取样,与载玻片的涂样方式相比毛细管的方案具有模拟人血管、维持血液活性、减小空气对实验过程中血液成分的影响、降低激光对血液样品的灼伤效果等优势。为避开可见光部分荧光较强区域的荧光干扰,研究采用360 nm紫外激光器作为激发光源,防止可见荧光信号的干扰。积分时间设为800 ms,有效避免因激光长时间照射对血液样品的灼伤效果,影响实验数据的稳定性与真实性,光谱平均次数为2次,避免单次测量所带来的数据的不准确性影响。光谱扫描范围为500~1 800 cm-1, 结果表明此范围内可较好的避开可见光部分荧光较强区域的干扰。测得的拉曼光谱信号通过滤波去噪及基线校正进行处理。首先采用5阶离散小波变换滤波,进行1层信号分解,滤除高频噪声信号,保留低频有效信号,从而去除杂散信号,对光谱有效信号进行提取。其次,采用4阶多项式拟合扣除基底的基线校正,实现人全血的毛细管显微拉曼光谱峰值信号的提取。最终,通过查询SDBS数据库以及人血样本通过reishaw共聚焦显微拉曼光谱仪测量所得光谱图进行验证发现测得信号中部分为人体内数种氨基酸成分的拉曼信号。实验研究发现,基于毛细管的显微拉曼实验系统与常规拉曼探头实验系统相比,拉曼信号更稳定、重复性高,可有效提取人全血中的拉曼光谱信号, 而其与高精度的共聚焦显微拉曼系统相比价格便宜、结构简单、易于推广等优点,但信号信噪比、有效信号的峰值强度上仍有进一步的提升,是一种测量人全血拉曼信号的可行方案。  相似文献

本文以金红石单晶TiO2和锐钛矿多晶TiO2为研究对象,应用金刚石小压机和原位拉曼光谱测量技术,系统研究了室温高压下TiO2的结构相变。原位拉曼测量表明,金红石单晶TiO2在压力达到12.91GPa时开始发生由金红石结构向斜锆石结构(MI)的相变,当压力达到14.16 GPa时,相变完成;继续加压到21.65 GPa,没有发现进一步的相变;卸压时由斜锆石结构转变为PbO2结构,相变发生在大约7.11 GPa处。锐钛矿多晶TiO2在压力达到4.26 GPa时开始向PbO2结构转变,当压力达到8.34 GPa时相变完成;继续加压到12.94 GPa,样品开始发生由PbO2结构向斜锆石结构的相变,当压力达到18.74 GPa时相变完成;继续加压到21.39 GPa,没有发现进一步的相变;卸压时也由斜锆石结构转变为PbO2结构,起始相变压力点应高于8 GPa。  相似文献

探讨了用显微共焦拉曼光谱仪鉴定宝石的可行性、可靠性。结果表明,根据对宝石本体的拉曼测量很容易识别真假宝石。而用显微共焦系统对微小包裹的测量可提供宝石是天然或人造的信息,甚至可追踪天然宝石的产地。我们还注意到,与拉曼谱同时记录到的光荧光谱也是有关样品的珍贵信息,有时也可据此判明宝石是天然的还是人工合成的  相似文献

The zircon mineral is widely studied in geochronology. In the case of the fission track method (FTM), the age is determined by the density of fission tracks at the zircon surface, which can be observed with an optical microscope after an appropriate chemical treatment (etching). The etching must be isotropic at the zircon grain surface to be used in the FTM, which leads those zircon grains whose etching is anisotropic to be discarded. The only reason for this discarding is the nonuniform morphology of the surface grain seen by optical microscopy, that is, no further physicochemical analysis is performed. In this work, combining micro‐Raman and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to study the etching anisotropy, it was shown that zircon grains that present at least one area at the surface where the density of fission track is uniform can be used in the FTM. The micro‐Raman showed characteristic spectra of the standard zircon sample either from the areas where there are tracks or from where there are not. The only difference found was in the Raman bandwidths, which were broader for the areas with higher density of fission tracks. This suggests simply a decrease in the relative percentage of the crystalline/amorphous phases at these areas. The SEM/energy dispersive spectrometry (EDX) showed that there were no significant differences in the principal chemical composition at the areas with and without fission tracks. 本文依据拉曼光谱原理, 基于Secular方程及拉曼选择定则分别获得了单轴、 双轴(001), (101), (111)应变Si材料应变张量与拉曼谱线移动的定量关系, 并在此基础上, 基于广义胡克定律最终建立了单轴、双轴(001), (101), (111)应变Si材料拉曼谱峰与应力的理论关系模型. 该模型建立过程详细、系统, 所得结果全面、量化, 可为应变Si材料应力的测试分析提供重要理论参考.  相似文献

We study the spontaneous Raman scattering(RS) in taper-drawn micro/nano-fibers(MNFs) by employing the photon counting technique. The spectra of RS in five MNFs, which are fabricated by using different heating flames(hydrogen flame or butane flame) and with different diameters, are measured within a frequency shift range of 1435 cm~(-1)–3200 cm~(-1).From the measured spectra, we observe the RS peaks originated from silica and a unique RS peak with a frequency shift of ~ 2905 cm~(-1)(~ 87.2 THz). Unlike the former ones, the latter one is not observable in conventional optical fibers.Furthermore, the unique peak becomes obvious and starts to rapidly increase with the decrease of the diameter of MNFs when the diameter is smaller than 2 μm, and the intensity of the unique peak significantly depends on the heating flame used in the fabricating process. Our investigation is useful for the entanglement generation or optical sensing using taper-drawn MNFs.  相似文献
