On Heterocvclic Systems Containing Lead. II. Diphenyl Substituted Thiaplumbocanes, Examples for Expanding Coordination Tetrahedra around PbIV 5, 5-Diphenyl-1, 4, 6, 5-oxadithiaplumbocane (PbO8Ph2) and 2, 2-diphenyl-1, 3, 6, 2-trithiaplumbocane (PbS8Ph2) have been synthesized from diphenyl lead diacetate and the respective disodium dithiolates. The mass spectra point to rearrangements induced by reduction of PbIV to PbII in addition to fragments containing PbIV. 13C and 207Pb NMR spectra exhibit a weaker 1, 5-transannular interaction S …? Pb than O …? Pb. The crystal structures of two modifications of PbO8Ph2 (orthorhombic and triclinic) have been determined at ? 160°C and refined to R = 0.027 and 0.071. The two modifications contain four 8-membered rings crystallographical independent, three times chair-chair, once boat-chair conformation. Eight independent PbIV? S single bond distances range from 248.2(3) to 251.9(6) pm. The tetrahedral C2PbS2 configuration is expanded by one 1,5-transannular O …? Pb interaction (285,5(5) to 308(1) pm, monocapped) and further in the triclinic case by one intermolecular S …? Pb interaction (411(1) and 375(1) pm, bicapped). The crystal structure of the orthorhombic modification contains layers (8-membered ring) (phenyl)2 analogous to the structure of CdI2. In the triclinic case there are dimers arranged in analogy to the cubic closest packing.  相似文献

Reaction of Bis(2-mercaptoethyl)phosphines with Organotin Compounds. Molecular Structure of a Tin Containing Sixteen-membered Ring The reaction of bis(2-mercaptoethyl)phosphine with di-t-butyltin dimethoxide yields mixture of oligomers of the type [t-Bu2Sn(SCH2CH2)2Pr]n (R ? Me, Ph) from which the trans-configurated dimers (n = 2) have been isolated. By the reaction with sulphur and selenium, respectively, these dimers were transformed to the corresponding thioxo and selenoxo derivatives. The sixteen-membered ring trans-[t-Bu2Sn(SCH2CH2)2P(S)Ph]2 crystallizes in the space group P21/n with the unit cell dimensions a 1350.9, b 1310.2, c 1500.3 pm, β 96.36° and does not exhibit any intramolecular Sn? P interaction: The 1,5-diorgano-1-chloro-5-elementa-1-stanna(IV)-bicyclo-[3.3.01,5]octanes R(Cl)Sn(SCH2CH2)2E ( 6 , R ? Ph, E ? PPh; 7 , R ? Ph, E ? Polysulfonyl Amines. LXIX. Novel Pnictogen Disulfonylamides: Synthesis of Bismuth Dimesylamides and Crystal Structures of the Twelve-Membered Cyclodimer [Ph2BiN(SO2Me)2]2 and of the Ionic Complex [H(OAsPh3)2](MeSO2)2N? The novel bismuth(III or V) disulfonylamides Ph2BiN(SO2Me)2 ( 1 ), PhBi[N(SO2Me)2]2 ( 2 ), PhBi[N(SO2Me)2]Br ( 3 ), Bi[N(SO2Me)2]2Cl ( 4 ), Bi[N(SO2Me)2]Cl2 · 12-crown-4 ( 5 ) and Ph3Bi[N(SO2Me)2]Cl ( 6 ) were obtained by acidolysis of Ph3Bi with HN(SO2Me)2 (→ 1 ), by metathesis of AgN(SO2Me)2 with Ph2BiCl (→ 1 ) or PhBiBr2 (→ 2, 3 ), by condensation of BiCl3 with Me3SiN(SO2Me)2 (→ 4 ; in presence of 12-crown-4: → 5 ), or by oxidative addition of ClN(SO2Me)2 to Ph3Bi (→ 6 ). Independently of the molar ratio employed, triphenylarsane oxide and dimesylamine form the crystalline 2/1 complex [H(OAsPh3)2](MeSO2)2N? ( 7 ). The crystal packing of 7 (monoclinic, space group C2/c) consists of discrete cations displaying crystallographic Ci symmetry and a strong O …? H …? In the solid state, the bismuth(III) compound 1 (triclinic, space group P1 ) is a cyclodimer with crystallographic Ci symmetry, in which two Ph2Bi cations are connected through two (α-O, ω-O)-donating dimesylamide ligands to form a roughly twelve-membered [BiOSNSO]2 ring (Bi? O 239.7 and 246.6, O? S 148.0 and 145.4, S? N 157.7 and 159.2 pm, Bi? O? S 126.6 and 127.5°). The bismuth atom adopts a pseudo-trigonal-bipyramidal geometry (O? Bi? O 165.4, C? Bi? C 93.0, O? Bi? C 83.8 to 86.5°). The essentially similar conformations of the discrete anion in 7 and of the bidentate bridging ligand in 1 are discussed in detail.  相似文献

Structure and Reactivity of Stannylated Propyl Amines and Propyl Sulfides. Crystal and Molecular Structure of Bis(3-chlorodimethylstannylpropyl)sulfide S(CH2CH2CH2SnMe2Cl)2 The synthesis and reactivity of stannylated propyl amines and propyl sulfides, respectively, E(CH2CH2CH2SnMe3)2 ( 1 , E ? NMe; 2 E ? S) and N(CH2CH2CH2SnMe3)3 3 are reported. 1 and 3 react with dimethyl dichlorostannane under thermal cyclisation to 1,5-dimethyl-5-chloro-1aza-5-stannabicyclo[3.3.01,5]octane Me(Cl)Sn(CH2CH2CH2)2NMe 4 and 5-chloro-1-aza-5-stannatricyclo[3.3.3.01,5]-undecane ClSn(CH2CH2CH2)3N 5 , respectively. The reaction of 2 with dimethyl dichlorostannane leads to the formation of bis(3-chloro-dimethylstannylpropyl)sulfide S(CH2CH2CH2SnMe2Cl)2 6 , whereas the treatment of 2 with tin tetrachloride yields the bis(3-di-chloro-methylstannylpropyl)sulfide S(CH2CH2CH2SnMeCl2)2 7 . The 1H, 13C, and 119Sn NMR data are discussed. 6 crystallizes in the ortho-rhombic space group Pna21 with the unit cell parameters a = 2275.0(1), b = 733.6(2), c = 1062.0(4) pm, V = 1.77273 nm3, Z = 4. The structure was refined to a final R value of 0.041. Both tin atoms adopt distorted trigonal bipyramidal configurations as a result of intramolecular interactions with the bridging sulphur. The sulphur and the chlorine atoms occupy the apical positions. The Sn? S distances amount to 309.7(4) and 311.8(4) pm.  相似文献

The Crystal Structure of the 1:1 Addition Compound between Antimony Trichloride and Diphenylammonium Chloride, SbCl3 · (C6H5)2NH2+Cl? The 1:1 addition compound between antimony trichloride and diphenylammoniumchloride SbCl3 · (C6H5)2NH2+Cl? crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 5.668(8), b = 20.480(12), c = 14.448(17) Å, β = 110.4(1)° and Z = 4 formula units. Chains of SbCl3 molecules and anion cation chains are bridged by Cl ions and form square tubes. The coordination of the Sb atoms by Cl atoms by Cl atoms and Cl ions is distorted octahedral. Mean distances are Sb? Cl = 2.37 Å for Sb? Cl (3×), 3.09 Å for Sb…Cl? (2×) and 3.42 Å for Sb…Cl (1×). The Sb…Cl? contacts and hydrogen bonds NH…Cl? at 3.15 Å generate tetrahedral coordination of the Cl ions.  相似文献

Chlorometallates of transition and B subgroup elements are readily prepared and precipitated by reaction of the corresponding metallic salts with 1-methyl-4,4-dimercaptopiperidinium chloride. These chlorometallates investigated were [ZnCl4]2?, [CdCl3]?, [CoCl4]2?, [CuCl5]3? and [FeCl4]2?. Strong SH … Cl interactions, but not NH … Cl, have been evidenced by IR spectroscopy in the zinc, cadmium and cobalt complexes. The SH and NH absorptions are observed at ? 2480 cm?1 and 3060 cm?1, respectively. Partial deuteration of the [ZnCl4]2? complex with d1-methanol, shifted these IR signals to 1800 and 2260 cm?1, clearly evidencing a X-hydrogen type of bond. The SH … Cl interaction is smaller in the [FeCl4]2? complex, and practically nonexistent in the [CuCl53? complex.  相似文献

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Thermal Behaviour of Cs1,5[Re3I3Cl7,5(H2O)1,5] Dark brown tetrahedra of Cs1,5[Re3I3Cl7,5(H2O)1,5] crystallize on slow cooling of a hot saturated solution of ReI3 and CsCl in conc. hydrochlorid acid. The crystal structure (cubic, P4 3m (No. 215), a = 1241.06(3)pm, Vm = 287.8(1) cm3mol?1, Z = 4, R = 0.067, Rw = 0.037) is built up from isolated building units [Re3I3Cl7,5(H2O)1,5]1,5? with statistical distribution of chloride ions and water molecules in the in plane, terminal positions. Consistent with the result based on the X-ray analysis, the IR-spectrum shows one band for the OH stretching frequencies of the water molecules coordinated to the Re3 triangle at 3240 cm?1. The anions are arranged in the fashion of a cubic closest packing with the cesium ions occupying all octahedral and one quarter of the tetrahedral interstices. Temperature-dependent Guinier-Simon photographs in connection with DTA/TG investigations reveal that Cs1,5[Re3I3Cl7,5(H2O)1,5] releases water at 190°C accompanied with a structural transition and the dehydration product decomposes at 370°C to Cs2ReCl6?xIx, Re3I3+yCl6?y and rhenium metal.  相似文献

Cyclic Diazastannylenes. XXVIII. Inorganic Polycyclic Compounds from the Reaction of Bis(amino)stannylene or Iminostannylene with SnCl2, SnBr2, and tert-Butoxitin(II) Chloride or Bromide The cyclic bis(amino)stannylene 1 may react with tert-butoxitin(II) chloride or bromide yielding a Lewis acid-base adduct 4 resp. 5 , in which the two molecules are held together via N→Sn (233.8(3) pm) and O→Sn (215.1(2) pm) bonds. The resulting adduct 4 contains therefore two four membered rings sharing one common edge as found by X-ray structure determination. If 1 is allowed to react with SnCl2 or SnBr2, the salts Me2Si(NtBu)2Sn2Br+Sn2Br5? ( 7 ) are formed. Structure analysis reveals the cations in 6 and 7 to be very similar: SnCl+ and SnBr+ are coordinated by the “trihapto ligand” 1 in a way resulting a polycyclic SiN2Sn2X-arrangement. To a central Sn2N2 tetrahedron Si and halogen X are added occupying and bridging two opposite edges (mean values: N? Sn = 232(5) ( 6 ), N? Sn = 230(2) ( 7 ), Sn? C1 = 265(1), Sn? Br = 275(1) pm). The reaction intermediate (SnNtBu)2 adds to SnCl2 to form the crystalline polymer ( tBuN)2Sn3C12 (8) . X-ray structure determination reveals the solid to be built up by one-dimensional chains of polycyclic Sn3(NtBu)2C13 sharing two chlorine atoms with neighbouring units. The unit Sn3(NtBu)2C13 can be visualized as an equilateral triangle of chlorine atoms, on which a smaller triangle of tin atoms is superimposed; the corners of the smaller triangle being located in the middle of the larger triangle's edges. The tin atoms are bipyramidally coordinated by two N? tBu-groups thus forming a nearly perfect Sn3N2s trigonal bipyramide (Sn? N = 222.7(3) pm). Two chlorine atoms of the triangle are connected to neighbouring units, the chlorine atoms thus attain an unusual nearly square-planar coordination sphere (Sn? Cl(mean) = 308(5) pm). The tertbutyl groups at the nitrogen atoms “screen” the inorganic part of the structure leading to a layer structure.  相似文献

Polysulfonyl Amines. LXXII. Triphenylcarbenium and Triphenylphosphonium Di(fluorosulfonyl)amides: Two Crystal Structures with Ordered (FSO2)2N? Sites Treatment of HN(SO2F)2 in CH2Cl2 with Ph3P, Ph3PO or collidine (=B) affords the compounds Ph3PH[(FSO2)2N]? ( 3 ), Ph3PO · HN(SO2F)2, and BH[(FSO2)2N]? ( 7 ). The carbenium salt Ph3C[(FSO2)2N]? ( 5 ), obtained by metathesis of Ph3CBr with [(C6H6)AgN(SO2F)2] in CH2Cl2, crystallizes from chloroform/petroleum ether as a monosolvate Ph3C[(FSO2)2N]? · CHCl3 ( 6 ). In presence of a sterically hindered base, viz. collidine, 5 is a suitable reagent for the tritylation of molecules containing weakly activated H atoms (e. g.: MeCN → Ph3CCH2CN, acetone → tritylacetone; co-product: 7 ). The crystal structures of the ionic solids 3 (monoclinic, space group P21/n) and 6 (monoclinic, P21/c) were determined by X-ray diffraction at ?130°C; the structure refinements were not impaired by the notorious tendency of the (FSO2)2N moiety towards crystallographic disorder. As in the known structure of the tetraphenylarsonium salt, the anion of 3 and 6 adopts a staggered conformation of approximately C2 symmetry (averages of all values: S? N? S 121.4°, N? S 156.2, S? O 141.6, S? F 156.6 pm). The crystal packing of 6 displays a three-centre C? H(…?O)2 hydrogen bond between the CHCl3 molecule and two oxygen atoms of a single anion, resulting in a six-membered ring [R12(6) pattern; H …? O 234 and 262 pm]. The crystal of 3 contains one-dimensional arrays of alternating cations and anions connected by a three-centre P? H(…?O)2 bond [C(6) pattern; H …? O 237 and 254 pm]. The Ph3C cation of 6 is propeller-shaped, with three coplanar central bonds (mean C? C 144.5 pm) and interplanar angles of 52.7, 56.4 and 60.1° between the phenyl groups.  相似文献

On Heterocyclic Systems Containing Tin. III. 2,2-Dimethyl-1,3,2-dithiastannolane, Trigonal-Bipyramidal Coordinated Tin by Linear Connected Molecules The crystal structure of the title compound has been determined and refined to a R of 0.028. The molecules are arranged in chains by intermolecular S…?Sn contacts (318 pm) resulting in trigonal bipyramidal 5-coordinated Sn (intramolecular S? Sn distances axial 247, equatorial 241 pm). The 5-membered cycle SnS2C2 contains a chiral envelope conformation with methylen top. Earlier spectroscopic discussions of the compound assumed tetrahedral 4-coordination at tin and Cs symmetry of the 5-membered ring. A revised interpretation is needed.  相似文献

A complete series of diphenyl and mixed methyl/chlorine/bromine/iodinephenyl substituted oxadithia- and trithiastannocanes has been prepared by reactions between the respective disodium dithiolates and tin dihalides. The 13C NMR chemical shifts of these compounds and the coupling constants J(119Sn13C) are dependent upon the magnetic anisotropy of the substituents and the bond angles at the tin atom. The crystal structure of 2,2-diphenyl-1,3,6-trithia-2-stannocane has been determined and refined to R = 0.039. The environment of Sn is a monocapped tetrahedron (transannular distance Sn?S 324.6(1) pm). This type of coordination, intermediate between a tetrahedron and a trigonal bipyramid, is discussed quantitatively and compared with a series of analogous compounds. The eight-membered ring has the boat-chair conformation.  相似文献

The First X‐Ray Structures of Cationic Diorganyltin(IV) Dichelates [R2Sn(L–L)2]2⊕ Involving Bidentate Phosphine Oxide Ligands: Di(methanesulfonyl)amide as a Non‐Coordinating Counter‐Ion The reaction of Me2Sn(A)2, where A = (MeSO2)2N, with DPPOE = ethane‐1,2‐diylbis(diphenylphosphine oxide) or CDPPOET = cis‐ethene‐1,2‐diylbis(diphenylphosphine oxide) yields the ionic dichelates [Me2Sn(dppoe)2]2⊕ · 2 A ( 1 ; monoclinic, space group P21/c) and [Me2Sn(cdppoet)2]2⊕ · 2 A ( 2 ; monoclinic, P21/n). A solvated variety of 2 , [Me2Sn(cdppoet)2]2⊕ · 2 A · Et2O · 0.15 MeCN ( 4 ; triclinic, P 1), was serendipitously obtained by thermal degradation of the new compound [Me2Sn(A)(μ‐OH)]2 · 2 CDPPOET in an MeCN/Et2O medium. The crystals of 1 , 2 and 4 consist of discrete formula units (one independent unit for 1 and 2 , two independent units for 4 ); in the structure of 4 , the solvent molecules are located in lattice cavities. All the tin atoms lie on crystallographic inversion centres and display moderately distorted octahedral C2O4 coordinations with short Sn–O bonds in the range 218–223 pm. Within the formula units, the anions are connected to the P–CH donor groups of the chelating ligands by C–H…O/N interactions, some of which are remarkably short (e.g. in 1 : H…O 220 pm, C–H…O 170°; H…N 242 pm, C–H…N 153°).  相似文献

Lattice Vibration Spectra. LXXI Hydrogen Bonding and Synergetic Effect in Solid Amides: a Case Study for NaAl(NH2)4 IR and Raman spectra (4000 - 200 cm?1, 90 K and 300 K) of NaAl(NH2)4 and of deuterated samples are recorded and discussed with respect to the bonding of NH2? ions in condensed phases compared to that of H2O molecules and OH?-ions. The bands observed are assigned to the internal vibrations and librations of the NH2? ions and skeleton vibrations of the distorted tetrahedral Al(NH2)4? units (breathing vibration v1, 572 cm?1). Owing to the high charge density of the Al3+ ions the NH-stretching modes are shifted to higher wavenumbers by as many as 200 cm?1 compared to those of free amide ions. Furthermore the H-bond donor strenght of the NH2? ions is so much enlarged (synergetic effect) that weak, unusally long (d( …? N) > 360 pm) NH2 …? NH2 hydrogen bonds are formed. These H-bonds share layers of vertex connected Al(NH2)4 and Na(NH2)4 tetrahedra within the structure.  相似文献
