The complexes of 2,11‐dithia‐4,5,6,7,8,9‐hexahydro[3.3]paracyclophane (dthhpcp) with Cu(I), i.e. [Cu2I2(dthhpcp)2]·2H2O 1 , or with Ag(I), i.e. [Ag(dthhpcp)(NO3)]thf 2 and [Ag(dthpcp)(CF3COO)] 3 , were prepared for structural study by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. For these three complexes, dthhpcp serves as a bridging group in the polymeric structure through bridging sulfur atoms via metal, while the bonding of anion with the second metal atom forms the multi‐diminished structures. Complex 1 is a novel two‐dimensional coordination polymer composed of Cu6 motifs, in which Cu2I2 formed a square planar unit to link the dthhpcp molecule. The two oxygen atoms of the nitrate anion as a bridge for two Ag atoms in complex 2 provides a three‐dimensional channel framework of silver(I) with a tetrahydrofuran molecule as a guest inside the open cavities. In contrast, the analogous reaction with silver triflouroacetate gave a complex 3 , which is composed of infinite linear chains of‐Ag‐dthhpcp‐Ag‐dthhpcp‐ along the a axis. The complexes [Cu(dpp)Br2] ( 1 ) and [Cu(dpp)2][CuBr2] ( 2 ) (dpp = 2,9‐diphenyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline) were synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction methods. Reaction of copper(II) bromide with the dpp ligand in dichloromethane at room temperature afforded 1 , which is a rare example of non‐square planar four‐coordinate copper(II) complexes. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 15.352(3), b = 13.192(3), c = 11.358(2) Å, β = 120.61(3)°, V = 1979.6(7) Å3, Z = 4, Dcalc = 1.865 g cm?3. The coordination geometry about the copper center is distorted about halfway between square planar and tetrahedral. The Cu‐N distance is 2.032(2) Å and the Cu‐Br distance 2.3521(5) Å. Heating a CH2Cl2 or acetone solution of 1 resulted in complex 2 , which consists of a slightly distorted tetrahedral [Cu(dpp)2]+ cation and a linear two‐coordinate [CuBr2]? anion. 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group with a = 10.445(2), b = 11.009(2), c = 18.458(4) Å, α = 104.72(3), β = 94.71(3), γ = 103.50(3)°, V = 1973.3(7) Å3, Z = 2, Dcalc = 1.602 g cm?3. The four Cu(1)‐N distances are between 2.042(3) and 2.067(3) Å, the distance of Cu(2)‐Br(1) 2.2268(8) Å, and the disordered Cu(3)‐Br(2) distances are 2.139(7) and 2.237(4) Å, respectively. Complex 2 could also be prepared by directly reacting CuBr with dpp in CH2Cl2.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, [Co(phen)(oba)(H2O)2] ( 1 ) and [Cd3(phen)3(oba)2(Hoba)2(H2O)2] ( 2 ) (oba = 4, 4′‐oxybis(benzoate), phen = 1, 10‐phenanthroline) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, P21/n, a = 7.543(6), b = 33.05(2), c = 9.902(5)Å, β = 103.69(2)°, V = 2398(3)Å3, Z = 4; 2 in monoclinic, P2/n, a = 15.11(1), b = 10.069(8), c = 28.02(2)Å, β = 101.83(1)°, V = 4174(5)Å3, Z = 2. X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction investigations shows that the complexes 1 and 2 consist of helical chains, which are further assembled into layers and networks via supramolecular interactions such as π—π stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds, respectively. The results indicate that the coordination environment is one of the most important factors for assembly of single‐stranded helical chains into double‐stranded helical chains via supramolecular interactions.  相似文献

Three 3, 5‐dimethylpyrazole (pz*) copper(II) complexes, [Cu(pz*)4(H2O)](ClO4)2 ( 1 ), [Cu(pz*)2(NCS)2]·H2O ( 2 ), and [Cu(pz*)2(OOCCH=CHCOO)(H2O)]·1.5H2O ( 3 ), have been synthesized and characterized with single crystal X‐ray structure analysis. 1 crystallizes in the tetragonal space group, 14/m, with a = 14.027 (3) Å, c = 16.301 (5) Å, and Z = 4. 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group, P21/c, with a = 8.008 (3) Å, b = 27.139 (9) Å, c = 8.934 (3) Å, β = 106.345 (6)°, and Z = 4. 3 crystallizes in the triclinic space group, P1¯, with a = 7.291 (9) Å, b = 10.891 (13) Å, c = 11.822 (14) Å, α = 80.90 (2)°, β = 79.73(2)°, γ = 70.60(2)°, and Z = 2. In 1 , one water molecule and four pz* ligands are coordinated to CuII. Two [Cu(pz*)4(H2O)]2+ units are connected to ClO4 via hydrogen bonds. One lattice water molecule is found in the unit cell of 2 , which forms an one‐dimensional chain via intermolecular hydrogen bonds with the N‐H atom of pz*. In 3 , the oxygen atom of the coordinated water molecule is connected with two C=O groups of two neighbouring maleic acid molecules to form a linear parallelogram structure. Another C=O group of maleic acid forms a hydrogen bond with the N‐H atom of pz* to create a two‐dimensional structure. The spectroscopic and bond properties are also discussed.  相似文献

The synthesis, structure, and magnetic properties of four 2,2′‐dipyridylamine ligand (abbreviated as Hdpa) containing copper(II) complexes. There is one binuclear compound, which is [Cu21,1‐NCO)2(NCO)2(Hdpa)2] ( 1 ), and three mononuclear compounds, which are [Cu{N(CN)2}2(Hdpa)2] ( 2 ), [Cu(CH3CO2)(Hdpa)2·N(CN)2] ( 3 ), and [Cu(NCS)(Acac)] ( 4 ). Compounds 1 and 4 crystallize in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c and Z = 4, with a = 8.2465(6) Å, b = 9.3059(7) Å, c = 16.0817(12) Å, β = 91.090(1)°, and V = 1233.90(16) Å3 for 1 and a = 7.6766(6) Å, b = 21.888(3) Å, c = 10.4678(12) Å, β = 90.301(2)°, and V= 1758.8(4) Å3 for 4 . Compounds 2 and 3 crystallize in the triclinic system, space group P‐1 and Z = 1, with a = 8.1140(3) Å, b = 8.2470(3) Å, c = 9.3120(4) Å, β = 102.2370(10)°, and V = 592.63(4) Å3 for 2 and a = 7.4780(2) Å, b = 12.5700(3) Å, c = 13.0450(3) Å, β = 96.351(2)°, and V = 1211.17(5) Å3 for 3 . Complex ( 1 ), the magnetic data was fitted by the Bleaney‐Bowers equation (1). A very good fit was derived with J = 23.96, Θ = ?1.5 (g = 1.97). Complex ( 1 ) shows the ferromagnetism. Complexes ( 2 ), ( 3 ) and ( 4 ) of have the it is the typical paramagnetic behavior of unpaired electrons. Under a low temperature around 25 K, complexes ( 2 ) and ( 3 ) show weak ferromagnetic behavior. They are the cause of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Two new neutral polymeric layer compounds, [Cu3(bpy)2(Hip)2(ip)2] ( 1 ) and [Cu3(phen)2(Hip)2(ip)2] ( 2 ) (bpy = 2, 2′‐bipyridine, phen = 1, 10‐phenanthroline, ip = isophthalate), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by X‐ray crystallography. Complex 1 crystallizes triclinic, P1¯ (No. 2), a = 10.352(5), b = 10.859(6), c = 11.602(6)Å, α = 83.25(1), β = 84.71(1), γ = 66.19(1)°, V = 1183.5(11)Å3, Z = 1; 2 triclinic, P1¯ (No. 2), a = 10.375(1), b = 10.668(1), c = 11.758(1)Å, α = 83.179(2), β = 86.228(2), γ = 71.187(2)°, V = 1222.7(2)Å3, Z = 1. The complexes consist of trinuclcear copper units that are bridged via two ip ligands forming zigzag polymeric chains. These chains are further extended into layers via aromatic π‐π interactions as well as hydrogen bonds between the free carboxyl groups and carboxylates.  相似文献

Three new complexes [CuL(N3)2] ( 1 ), [CuL(SCN)2] ( 2 ), and [NiL(SCN)2] ( 3 ) (L = 1, 4, 7‐triisopropyl‐1, 4, 7‐triazacyclononane, [—NR—C2H4—NR—C2H4—NR—C2H4—], R = i‐Pr) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The three complexes all crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/n, with the unit cell parameters a = 9.100(5), b = 19.492(11), c = 11.646(6)Å, β = 94.526(9)° for 1 , a = 10.148(3), b = 13.611(5), c = 15.777(6)Å, β = 95.412(6)° for 2 and a = 9.270(7), b = 16.629(14), c = 14.886(12)Å, β = 101.217(15)° for 3 . The central copper(II) and nickel(II) ions are coordinated to five nitrogen atoms, three of which from the L and two from N3 or SCN, forming a slightly distorted square pyramidal geometry. Moreover, elemental analysis, IR, UV‐vis and ESR spectra of complexes 1 ‐ 3 were also determined.  相似文献

Two new transition metal(II) complexes [M(hdpa)2(N(CN)2)2] (M = Mn ( 1 ), Co ( 2 ); hdpa = 2, 2'‐dipyridylamine) have been prepared and characterized structurally and magnetically. Both compounds crystallize in the monoclinic space group C2/c. 1 and 2 are isotypic with the unit cell parameters a = 8.634(9), b = 13.541(14), c = 21.99(2) Å, β = 94.806(18)°, and V = 2562(5) Å3 for 1 , a = 8.617(3) Å, b = 13.629(5)Å, c = 21.598(8)Å, β = 94.593(6)°, and V = 2528.4(15)Å3 for 2 , and Z = 4 for both. According to X‐ray crystallographic studies, each metal(II) ion was six‐coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from two bidentate hdpa ligand and two nitrogen atoms from two N(CN) anions to form slightly distorted octahedrons. Adjacent complex molecules are connected by hydrogen bonds or π···π interactions to form three‐dimensional network. The IR and UV spectroscopy were measured and the magnetic behaviors were investigated.  相似文献

A new zinc phosphite with the formula Zn3(tren)(HPO3)3·xH2O (x≈0.5) has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by FTIR, elemental analysis, powder X‐ray diffraction, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis and its fluorescent spectrum. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group (No.2), a = 10.1188(9) Å, b = 10.4194(9) Å, c = 10.5176(9) Å, α = 60.763(2)°, β = 70.6150(10)°, γ = 80.725(2)°, V = 912.77(14) Å3, Z = 2. The structure consists of double crankshaft chains, which are linked by Zn‐O‐P bonds to form 8‐ and 12‐membered channels along the [100] direction. The claw‐like Zn‐centered complexes of Zn(N4C6H18) as the supported templates, hang into the 12‐MR channels through Zn‐O‐P linkages with framework.  相似文献

The iron(III) complexes of the tripodal benzimidazole‐containing ligands tris(2‐benzimidazolylmethyl)amine (ntb), bis(2‐benzimidazolylmethyl)(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐amine (bbimae) and tris(5,6‐dimethyl‐2‐benzimidazolylmethyl)amine (me2ntb) are structural and functional models for intradiol cleaving catechol dioxygenases. The complexes [Fe(ntb)Cl2]Cl · 3 CH3OH ( 1 ; P 1, a = 9.830(2) Å, b = 12.542(3) Å, c = 13.139(3) Å, α = 82.88(3)°, β = 73.45(3)°, γ = 85.53(3)°, V = 1539.2(6) Å3; Z = 2) and [Fe(bbimae)Cl2]Cl ( 2 ; P21/n, a = 7.461(2) Å, b = 18.994(5) Å, c = 14.515(4) Å, β = 98.22(2)°, V = 2035.8(9) Å3, Z = 4) have been characterized by X‐ray crystallography and spectroscopic methods. In the octahedrally coordinated complexes two cis coordination sites – essential for catechol binding – are occupied by chloride ligands. The significant intradiol cleaving catechol dioxygenase activity of the model complexes was examined using 3,5‐di‐tert‐butylcatechol as a substrate.  相似文献

Three polymorphs of barium dihydrogen‐hypodiphosphate(IV)‐dihydrate, BaH2P2O6 · 2H2O ( A , B and C ), were obtained and structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. A crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n (no. 14) with a = 7.459(1) Å, b = 8.066(1) Å, c = 12.460(2) Å, β = 91.27(1) ° and Z = 4. B crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c (no. 15) with a = 11.049(8) Å, b = 6.486(3) Å, c = 10.956(6) Å, β = 106.89(5) ° and Z = 4. C crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group C2221 (no. 20) with a = 9.193(3) Å, b = 6.199(2) Å, c = 12.888(4) Å and Z = 4. Discrete [H2P2O6]2– units, barium cations and water molecules, held together by intermolecular hydrogen bonds of the type O–H ··· O, build up the structures of the three polymorphs. The phase purity of A and C was verified by powder diffraction measurements.  相似文献

Two novel trinuclear nickel(II) complexes have been synthesized and characterized by X‐ray single crystal diffraction. Compound [Ni3(ashz)3(py)2(DMF)2]·(DMF)2 ( 1 ) crystallizes in the monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a = 22.114(2), b = 10.509(9), c = 19.485(2) Å, β = 114.443(1)°, Z = 4; compound [Ni3(acshz)3(py)2(DMF)2]·(DMF)2 ( 2 ) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 20.0620(2), b = 9.7017(6), c = 25.0533(2) Å, β = 97.0610(2)°, Z = 4, where ashz and acshz are deprotonated N‐acetylsalicylhydrazide (H3ashz) and N‐acetyl‐5‐chlorosalicylhydrazide (H3acshz), respectively. The crystal structure analysis of 1 and 2 showed that three Ni2+ ions in a linear arrangement are bridged by two ligands ((ashz)3? or (acshz)3?) to form a neutral nuclear with two four‐coordinate square‐planar nickel ions linked by a six‐coordinate octahedral central nickel ion.  相似文献

Three polymeric silver(I) complexes with terephthalate anions as counterions or ligands, [Ag(pren)]2(tp)·2H2O ( 1 ), [Ag(en)][Ag(μ2‐tp)]·H2O ( 2 ), and [Ag2(μ4‐tp)(apy)2] ( 3 ) (where pren = 1, 2‐propylenediamine, tp =terephthalate dianion, en = ethylenediamine, and apy = 2‐aminopyridine) were synthesized and characterized by X‐ray single crystal analysis and infrared spectroscopy. 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P211/c with a = 11.3221(5), b = 7.1522(3), c = 14.8128(5)Å, V = 1015.77(7)Å3, β = 122.132(2), and Z = 2. 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with a = 9.6144(6), b = 11.3465(7), c = 11.4810(7)Å, V = 1252.5(1)Å3, and Z = 4. 3 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 8.2003(5), b = 5.8869(4), c = 18.3769(11)Å, β = 92.593(1), V = 886.2(1)Å3, and Z = 4. Terephthalate dianions are not coordinated to the metal atoms in 1 , but act as a μ2‐bridging ligand in 2 and as a μ4‐bridging ligand in 3 .  相似文献

The reaction of 4‐amino‐5‐methyl‐2H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3(4H)‐thione with AgNO3 in methanol led to the complex [Ag(ATT)2]NO3 ( 2 ). 2 was characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1HNMR and Raman spectroscopy as well as single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Two new inorganic–organic vanadate hybrid compounds [Mn(Hbbi)2(V4O12)] ( 1 ) and [Cd(Hbbi)2(V4O12)] ( 2 ) (bbi = 1,1’‐(1,4‐butanediyl)bis(imidazole)) were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, TG and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The two compounds crystallize in monoclinic system, P21/c space group with a = 8.556(5) Å, b = 10.761(5) Å, c = 16.917(5) Å, β = 93.032(5) o, V = 1555.4(12) Å3, Z = 2, R = 0.0390 for 1 and a = 8.657(5) Å, b = 10.743 (5) Å, c = 16.864 (5) Å, β = 93.81(5)o, V = 1564.9 (12) Å3, Z = 2, R = 0.0717 for 2 . Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that the two compounds are isostructural and both consist of one‐dimensional (1D) chains, which are constructed from vanadate anion clusters and [M(Hbbi)2]4+ cation groups [M = MnII ( 1 ), CdII ( 2 )]. Moreover, the polymeric chains are ultimately packed into a three‐dimensional (3D) supramolecular framework through C–H ··· O and N–H ··· O hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

The structures of the phosphorus‐boron adducts n‐Pr3P · BBr3 (trigonal, space group P 4 c1, Z = 4, a = 11.5423(6), b = 11.5423(6) and c = 13.8066(7) Å) and I3P · BBr3 (orthorhombic, space group Pnma, Z = 4, a = 12.761(2), b = 11.427(1), c = 7.3728(7) Å) were determined by X‐ray crystallography. The P–B distance of 2.01(1) Å in I3P · BBr3 is significantly longer than the P–B bond in n‐Pr3P · BBr3 (1.95(1) Å). The different Lewis basicity of phosphorus halides, PX3 (X = Cl, Br, I), and alkylphosphines is discussed. The charge transfer and the bond situation in these donor‐acceptor complexes is studied on the basis of NBO analysis. Selected frequencies of n‐Pr3P · BBr3 obtained by Raman and infrared spectroscopy are assigned and compared with the normal modes of I3P · BBr3.  相似文献

Two novel dicyanamide complexes [Co(dmf)2(NCNCN)2] ( 1 ) and [Cu(bipy)(NCNCN)]ClO4 ( 2 ) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2 with a = 13.568(6)Å, b = 7.403(3)Å, c = 8.118(3)Å and Z = 2, whereas 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, Cc group, a = 14.270(7)Å, b = 9.143(5)Å, c = 12.371(1) Å, β = 118.612(7)°, and Z = 4. According to X‐ray crystallographic studies, in complex 1 each CoII ion is six‐coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from four μ1, 5‐dca (dca = dicyanamide) ligands and two oxygen atoms from two dmf ligands to form distorted octahedra. 1 forms a 1‐D network bridged via μ1, 5‐dca. 2 consists of a uniform Cu(NCNCN)Cu chain, each CuII ion is octahedrally coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from two μ1, 5‐dca ligands and one bipy ligand and two oxygen atoms from two ClO4 ions. The octahedral CuII ion shows a significant Jahn‐Teller distortion, with two axial oxygen atoms considerably farther from the copper than the four equatorial nitrogens.  相似文献

M[B(CN)4]2: Two new Tetracyanoborate Compounds with divalent Cations (M = Zn, Cu) The reaction of ZnO or CuO with [H3O][B(CN)4] in aqueous solution yielded single crystals of Zn[B(CN)4]2 and Cu[B(CN)4]2, respectively. The compounds were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Zn[B(CN)4]2 ( (no. 164), a = b = 7.5092(9) Å, c = 6.0159(6) Å, Z = 1) crystallizes isotypic with Hg[B(CN)4]2. The structure of Cu[B(CN)4]2 (C2/m (no. 12), a = 13.185(3) Å, b = 7.2919(9) Å, c = 6.029(1) Å, β = 93.02(2)°, Z = 2) can be considered as a super‐structure, resulting from Jahn‐Teller distortion of the Cu2+ ions. Magnetic measurements were performed for the copper compound. Vibrational spectra and thermal stabilities were compared with the known mercury(II) tetracyanoborate.  相似文献

The reaction of copper(I) chloride with 6‐aza‐2‐thiothymine (ATT, 1 ) and triphenylphosphane in methanol/chloroform gives [(ATT)CuCl(PPh3)] ( 2 ) as a neutral complex. [(ATT)Ag(NO3)(PPh3)2]·MeOH ( 3 ) can be obtained by the reaction of 1 with silver(I) nitrate and triphenylphosphane in methanol/chloroform in excellent yields and the single crystals of 3 can be obtained from acetonitril solution. Both complexes were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analyses as well as by X‐ray diffraction studies. Crystal data for 2 at —80 °C: space group I2/a with a = 1859.3(1), b = 1143.2(1), c = 2208.2(1) pm, β = 104.84(1)°, Z = 8, R1 = 0.0355 and for 3 at —80 °C: space group P21/c with a = 1344.1(1), b = 1553.6(1), c = 1977, 3(3) pm, β = 105.26(1)°, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0436.  相似文献

The compounds [(n‐Bu)4N]3[MoS4Ag3Cl4] ( 1 ) and [Et4N]3[WOS3Cu3I4] ( 2 ) were synthesized and characterized. Compound 1 crystallizes in the rhombohedral system, space group R3c with a = 17.194(1), b = 17.194(1), c = 39.194(3)Å, Z = 6, V = 10034.7(11)Å3. Compound 2 crystallizes in the rhombohedral system, space group R3c with a = 14.461(2), b = 14.461(2), c = 34.952(2)Å, Z = 6, V = 6329.9(13)Å3. The X‐ray crystallographic structure determinations show that these two cluster compounds consist of a slightly distorted cubic core. Nonlinear optical (NLO) properties of these two clusters were investigated by using Z‐scan techniques with an 8 ns pulsed laser at 532 nm; both clusters exhibit strong nonlinear optical absorption effect (effective α2 = 1.18 × 10—10 m · W—1 for 1 and 1.0 × 10—10 m · W—1 for 2 ).  相似文献
