Structure and Magnetic Properties of Bis{3‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazolium(1+)}pentafluoromanganate(III): (3‐atriazH)2[MnF5] The crystal structure of (3‐atriazH)2[MnF5], space group P1, Z = 4, a = 8.007(1) Å, b = 11.390(1) Å, c = 12.788(1) Å, α = 85.19(1)°, β = 71.81(1)°, γ = 73.87(1)°, R = 0.034, is built by octahedral trans‐chain anions [MnF5]2– separated by the mono‐protonated organic amine cations. The [MnF6] octahedra are strongly elongated along the chain axis (<Mn–Fax> 2.135 Å, <Mn–Feq> 1.842 Å), mainly due to the Jahn‐Teller effect, the chains are kinked with an average bridge angle Mn–F–Mn = 139.3°. Below 66 K the compound shows 1D‐antiferromagnetism with an exchange energy of J/k = –10.8 K. 3D ordering is observed at TN = 9.0 K. In spite of the large inter‐chain separation of 8.2 Å a remarkable inter‐chain interaction with |J′/J| = 1.3 · 10–5 is observed, mediated probably by H‐bonds. That as well as the less favourable D/J ratio of 0.25 excludes the existence of a Haldene phase possible for Mn3+ (S = 2).  相似文献

From hydrothermal synthesis needle‐shaped crystals of [Ca3(C6H5O7)2(H2O)2] · 2H2O were obtained. The crystal structure was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray experiments and confirmed by powder data (P$\bar{1}$ (no. 2) a = 5.9466(4), b = 10.2247(8), c = 16.6496(13) Å, α = 72.213(7)°, β = 79.718(7)°, γ = 89.791(6)°, V = 947.06(13) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0426, wR2 = 0.1037). The structure was obtained from pseudo merohedrically polysynthetic twinned crystals using a combined data collection approach and refinement processes. The observed three‐dimensional network is dominated by eightfold coordinated Ca2+ cations linked by citrate anions and hydrogen bonds between two non‐coordinating crystal water molecules and two coordinating water molecules.  相似文献

In the course of investigations relating to magnesia oxysulfate cement the basic magnesium salt hydrate 3Mg(OH)2 · MgSO4 · 8H2O (3–1–8 phase) was found as a metastable phase in the system Mg(OH)2‐MgSO4‐H2O at room temperature (the 5–1–2 phase is the stable phase) and was characterized by thermal analysis, Raman spectroscopy, and X‐ray powder diffraction. The complex crystal structure of the 3–1–8 phase was determined from high resolution laboratory X‐ray powder diffraction data [space group C2/c, Z = 4, a = 7.8956(1) Å, b = 9.8302(2) Å, c = 20.1769(2) Å, β = 96.2147(16)°, and V = 1556.84(4) Å3]. In the crystal structure of the 3–1–8 phase, parallel double chains of edge‐linked distorted Mg(OH2)2(OH)4 octahedra run along [–110] and [110] direction forming a pattern of crossed rods. Isolated SO4 tetrahedra and interstitial water molecules separate the stacks of parallel double chains.  相似文献

Reactions of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, Na2C4H4O4 · 6 H2O and MnSO4 · H2O in CH3OH/H2O yielded a mixture of [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] · 2 H2O ( 1 ) and [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2][Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)](C4H4O4) · 7 H2O ( 2 ). The crystal structure of 1 (P1 (no. 2), a = 8.257(1) Å, b = 8.395(1) Å, c = 12.879(2) Å, α = 95.33(1)°, β = 104.56(1)°, γ = 106.76(1)°, V = 814.1(2) Å3, Z = 1) consists of the dinuclear [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The centrosymmetric dinuclear molecules, in which the Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and four O atoms from two H2O molecules and two bis‐monodentate succinato ligands, are assembled via π‐π stacking interactions into 2 D supramolecular layers parallel to (101) (d(Mn–O) = 2.123–2.265 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.307 Å). The crystal structure of 2 (P1 (no. 2), a = 14.289(2) Å, b = 15.182(2) Å, c = 15.913(2) Å, α = 67.108(7)°, β = 87.27(1)°, γ = 68.216(8)°, V = 2934.2(7) Å3, Z = 2) is composed of the [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ cations, [Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)] complex molecules, (C4H4O4)2– anions, and H2O molecules. The (C4H4O4)2– anions and H2O molecules form 3 D hydrogen bonded network and the cations and complex molecules in the tunnels along [001] and [011], respectively, are assembled via the π‐π stacking interactions into 1 D supramolecular chains. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and two water O atoms or two carboxyl O atoms (d(Mn–O) = 2.088–2.129 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.277–2.355 Å). Interestingly, the succinato ligands in the complex molecules assume gauche conformation bidentately to chelate the Mn atoms into seven‐membered rings.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [(C5H4BMe2)2Fe]‐4,4′‐bipyridine [ 2 · bipy]n has been determined by the method of simulated annealing from high resolution X‐ray powder diffraction at room temperature. The compound is of interest, because it proves that highly ordered organometallic macromolecules can be formed in the solid state via the self‐assembly of N–B‐donor‐acceptor bonds. [ 2 · bipy]n crystallizes in the triclinic space group, P 1, Z = 2, with unit cell parameters of a = 8.3366(2) Å, b = 11.4378(3) Å, c = 12.6740(5) Å, α = 112.065(2)°, β = 108.979(1)°, γ = 90.551(2)°, and V = 1047.06(6) Å3. For the structure solution of [ 2 · bipy]n 11 degrees of freedom (3 translational, 3 orientational, 5 torsion angles) were determined within several hours, demonstrating that the crystal packing and the molecular conformation of medium sized (< 50 non‐hydrogen atoms) coordination compounds can nowadays be solved routinely from high resolution powder diffraction data.  相似文献

Three ternary rare earth [NdIII ( 1 ), SmIII ( 2 ) and YIII ( 3 )] complexes based on 3‐[(4,6‐dimethyl‐2‐pyrimidinyl)thio]‐propanoic acid (HL) and 1,10‐phenanthroline (Phen) were synthesized and characterized by IR and UV/Vis spectroscopy, TGA, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The crystal structures showed that complexes 1 – 3 contain dinuclear rare earth units bridged by four propionate groups and are of general formula [REL3(Phen)]2 · nH2O (for 1 and 2 : n = 2; for 3 : n = 0). All rare earth ions are nine‐coordinate with distorted mono‐capped square antiprismatic coordination polyhedra. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 16.241(7) Å, b = 16.095(7) Å, c = 19.169(6) Å, β = 121.48(2)°. Complex 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 16.187(5) Å, b = 16.045(4) Å, c = 19.001(4) Å, β = 120.956(18)°. Complex 3 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 11.390(6) Å, b = 13.636(6) Å, c = 15.958(7) Å, α = 72.310(17)°, β = 77.548(15)°, γ = 78.288(16)°. The antioxidant activity test shows that all complexes own higher antioxidant activity than free ligands.  相似文献

Single crystals of ammonium chromium(III) dioxalate dihydrate (or ammonium diaquo bis(μ‐oxalato)chromate(III)) have been obtained from aqueous solution of oxalic acid and ammonium dichromate. A pale violet crystal of good optical quality was used for the structure determination at ?100(2) and 25(2) °C, respectively. The basic crystallographic data for the low temperature data set are as follows: monoclinic, space group C2/m, a = 6.597(2) Å, b = 7.301(2) Å, c = 9.983(3) Å, β = 92.32(2)°, V = 480.5(2) Å3. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined (using anisotropic displacement parameters for all non‐hydrogen atoms) to a final residual of R1 = 0.032 for 503 independent observed reflections (I>2σ(I)). The compound is isotypic with the corresponding rubidium salt. The structure is built up from alternating layers parallel to (001) containing (NH4)+ ions or Cr(C2O4)2(H2O)2 octahedra, respectively. The corners of the octahedra consist of four O atoms from two oxalate groups and two additional water molecules. The ammonium cations (occupying Wyckoff‐site 2a) are disordered among two possible orientations. They provide linkage between different octahedral layers by hydrogen bridging. The water molecules in turn form hydrogen bridges with adjacent octahedra within the same layer. Further structural characterization included infrared spectroscopy. According to DTA/TG experiments the present compound shows several thermal processes in the range between room temperature and 900 °C.  相似文献

The blue copper complex compounds [Cu(phen)2(C6H8O4)] · 4.5 H2O ( 1 ) and [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)] · 4 H2O ( 2 ) were synthesized from CuCl2, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) and adipic acid in CH3OH/H2O solutions. [Cu(phen)2‐ (C6H8O4)] complexes and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules form the crystal structure of ( 1 ) (P1 (no. 2), a = 10.086(2) Å, b = 11.470(2) Å, c = 16.523(3) Å, α = 99.80(1)°, β = 115.13(1)°, γ = 115.13(1)°, V = 1617.5(5) Å3, Z = 2). The Cu atoms are square‐pyramidally coordinated by four N atoms of the phen ligands and one O atom of the adipate anion (d(Cu–O) = 1.989 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.032–2.040 Å, axial d(Cu–N) = 2.235 Å). π‐π stacking interactions between phen ligands are responsible for the formation of supramolecular assemblies of [Cu(phen)2(C6H8O4)] complex molecules into 1 D chains along [111]. The crystal structure of ( 2 ) shows polymeric [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)2/2] chains (P1 (no. 2), a = 7.013(1) Å, b = 10.376(1) Å, c = 11.372(3) Å, α = 73.64(1)°, β = 78.15(2)°, γ = 81.44(1)°, V = 773.5(2) Å3, Z = 1). The Cu atoms are fivefold coordinated by two Cl atoms, two N atoms of phen ligands and one O atom of the adipate anion, forming [CuCl2N2O] square pyramids with an axial Cl atom (d(Cu–O) = 1.958 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.017–2.033 Å, d(Cu–Cl) = 2.281 Å; axial d(Cu–Cl) = 2.724 Å). Two square pyramids are condensed via the common Cl–Cl edge to centrosymmetric [Cu2Cl2N4O2] dimers, which are connected via the adipate anions to form the [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)2/2] chains. The supramolecular 3 D network results from π‐π stacking interactions between the chains. H2O molecules are located in tunnels.  相似文献

The title compound [Cu2(phen)2(C9H14O4)2] · 6 H2O was prepared by the reaction of CuCl2 · 2 H2O, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen), azelaic acid and Na2CO3 in a CH3OH/H2O solution. The crystal structure (monoclinic, C2/c (no. 15), a = 22.346(3), b = 11.862(1), c = 17.989(3) Å, β = 91.71(1)°, Z = 4, R = 0.0473, wR2 = 0.1344 for 4279 observed reflections) consists of centrosymmetric dinuclear [Cu2(phen)2(C9H14O4)2] complexes and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The Cu atom is square‐planar coordinated by the two N atoms of the chelating phen ligand and two O atoms of different bidentate bridging azelaate groups with d(Cu–N) = 2.053, 2.122(2) Å and d(Cu–O) = 1.948(2), 2.031(2) Å. Two azelaate anions bridge two common Cu atoms via the terminal O atoms (d(C–O) = 1.29(2) Å; d(C–C) = 1.550(4)–1.583(4) Å). Phen ligands of adjacent complexes cover each other at distances of about 3.62 Å, indicating π‐π stacking interaction, by which the complexes are linked to 1 D bands.  相似文献

The complexes [Cu(dpp)Br2] ( 1 ) and [Cu(dpp)2][CuBr2] ( 2 ) (dpp = 2,9‐diphenyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline) were synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction methods. Reaction of copper(II) bromide with the dpp ligand in dichloromethane at room temperature afforded 1 , which is a rare example of non‐square planar four‐coordinate copper(II) complexes. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 15.352(3), b = 13.192(3), c = 11.358(2) Å, β = 120.61(3)°, V = 1979.6(7) Å3, Z = 4, Dcalc = 1.865 g cm?3. The coordination geometry about the copper center is distorted about halfway between square planar and tetrahedral. The Cu‐N distance is 2.032(2) Å and the Cu‐Br distance 2.3521(5) Å. Heating a CH2Cl2 or acetone solution of 1 resulted in complex 2 , which consists of a slightly distorted tetrahedral [Cu(dpp)2]+ cation and a linear two‐coordinate [CuBr2]? anion. 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group with a = 10.445(2), b = 11.009(2), c = 18.458(4) Å, α = 104.72(3), β = 94.71(3), γ = 103.50(3)°, V = 1973.3(7) Å3, Z = 2, Dcalc = 1.602 g cm?3. The four Cu(1)‐N distances are between 2.042(3) and 2.067(3) Å, the distance of Cu(2)‐Br(1) 2.2268(8) Å, and the disordered Cu(3)‐Br(2) distances are 2.139(7) and 2.237(4) Å, respectively. Complex 2 could also be prepared by directly reacting CuBr with dpp in CH2Cl2.  相似文献

Bright red crystals of [Mn(H2O)6][BiI4]2 · 2H2O are obtained from a solution of MnI2, BiI3, and I2 in absolute ethanol, which is exposed to humid air. Reversible dehydratization sets in at about 50 °C. Added water decomposes the hydrate by irreversible precipitation of BiOI. The optical bandgap is about 1.9(1) eV. X‐ray diffraction on a single‐crystal revealed a monoclinic lattice (space group P21/c) with a = 760.39(4) pm, b = 1315.6(1) pm, c = 1398.37(7) pm, and β = 97.438(4)°. Crystal Structure of Sodium Dihydrogencyamelurate Tetrahydrate Na[H2(C6N7)O3] · 4 H2O Sodium dihydrogencyamelurate‐tetrahydrate Na[H2(C6N7)O3]·4 H2O was obtained by neutralisation of an aqueous solution, previously prepared by hydrolysis of the polymer melon with sodium hydroxide. The crystal structure was solved by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction ( a = 6.6345(13), b = 8.7107(17), c = 11.632(2) Å, α = 68.96(3), β = 87.57(3), γ = 68.24(3)°, V = 579.5(2) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0535, 2095 observed reflections, 230 parameters). Two supramolecular architectures, [Mn(3‐bpd)2(NCS)2(H2O)2]·2H2O ( 1 ) and {[Mn(bpe)(NCS)2(H2O)2]·(3‐bpd)·(bpe)·H2O}n ( 2 ) [bpe = 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethylene and 3‐bpd = 1,4‐bis(3‐pyridyl)‐2,3‐diaza‐1,3‐butadiene] have been synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic, elemental and single crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with chemical formula C26H28Mn N10O4S2, a = 9.1360(6), b = 9.7490(6), c = 17.776(1) Å, β = 93.212(1)°, and Z = 2 while compound 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with chemical formula C38H36Mn1N10O3S2, a = 14.1902(6), b = 15.4569(7), c = 18.2838(8) Å, α = β = γ = 90°, and Z = 4. Structural determination reveals that the coordination geometry at Mn(II) in compound 1 or 2 is a distorted octahedral which consists of two nitrogen donors of two NCS?ligands, two oxygen donors of two water molecules, and two nitrogen donors of two 3‐bpd ligands for 1 and two dpe ligands for 2 , respectively. The two 3‐bpd ligands in 1 adopt a monodentate binding mode and the dpe in 2 adopts a bismonodentate bridging mode to connect the Mn(II) ions forming a 1D chain‐like coordination polymer. Both the π‐π stacking interactions between the coordinated and the free pyridyl‐based ligands and intermolecular hydrogen bonds among the coordinated and the crystallized water molecules and the free pyridyl‐based ligands play an important role in construction of these 3D supramolecular architectures.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, [Co(phen)(oba)(H2O)2] ( 1 ) and [Cd3(phen)3(oba)2(Hoba)2(H2O)2] ( 2 ) (oba = 4, 4′‐oxybis(benzoate), phen = 1, 10‐phenanthroline) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, P21/n, a = 7.543(6), b = 33.05(2), c = 9.902(5)Å, β = 103.69(2)°, V = 2398(3)Å3, Z = 4; 2 in monoclinic, P2/n, a = 15.11(1), b = 10.069(8), c = 28.02(2)Å, β = 101.83(1)°, V = 4174(5)Å3, Z = 2. X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction investigations shows that the complexes 1 and 2 consist of helical chains, which are further assembled into layers and networks via supramolecular interactions such as π—π stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds, respectively. The results indicate that the coordination environment is one of the most important factors for assembly of single‐stranded helical chains into double‐stranded helical chains via supramolecular interactions.  相似文献

Three polymorphs of barium dihydrogen‐hypodiphosphate(IV)‐dihydrate, BaH2P2O6 · 2H2O ( A , B and C ), were obtained and structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. A crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n (no. 14) with a = 7.459(1) Å, b = 8.066(1) Å, c = 12.460(2) Å, β = 91.27(1) ° and Z = 4. B crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c (no. 15) with a = 11.049(8) Å, b = 6.486(3) Å, c = 10.956(6) Å, β = 106.89(5) ° and Z = 4. C crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group C2221 (no. 20) with a = 9.193(3) Å, b = 6.199(2) Å, c = 12.888(4) Å and Z = 4. Discrete [H2P2O6]2– units, barium cations and water molecules, held together by intermolecular hydrogen bonds of the type O–H ··· O, build up the structures of the three polymorphs. The phase purity of A and C was verified by powder diffraction measurements.  相似文献
